OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN La presente invención se encuadra en el campo técnico de las herramientas manuales de corte, más concretamente en el de las máquinas para corte de una pieza caracterizado por la naturaleza o por el movimiento del elemento cortante y se refiere en particular a un dispositivo cortador de alimentos sin hueso, especialmente concebido para realizar el cortado de carne cocida, aunque no limitado a dicho uso. En segundo lugar, el mando (10) permite desplazar el mecanismo articulado (5) para aproximar o alear la pletina (8) con los elementos de corte (9) para aproximarlos o alejarlos del alimento.
