Abstract

The present invention relates to a rotating food display made up of at least one autonomous mobile modular unit, where said autonomous mobile modular unit comprises an upper body provided with a lighting system; a lower body or base comprising a rotating platform upon which food is deposited, a heating system for keeping the food hot and a control and management system of the autonomous modular unit and a central body, located between the upper and the lower body, which has transparent walls that enable the food to be seen, said walls having automatic doors that provide access to the inside of the central body, and a system for providing dry heat.
