一种外转子电机防水结构 技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种外转子电机防水结构。
背景技术:
现有的外转子电机包括转轴、定子组件、外转子和底座,定子组件安装在底座上,外转子套装在定子组件上,因为外转子与底座之间存在缝隙,有可能导致雨水进入到定子组件内,导致电机内部的破坏,使电机不能正常运作。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种外转子电机防水结构,解决现有技术中底座与外转子之间存在缝隙,雨水可以通过该缝隙进入到定子组件内,导致电机内部的破坏不能正常运作的技术问题。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种外转子电机防水结构,包括转轴、定子组件、外转子和底座,定子组件与底座安装连接起来,在定子组件的中心孔内安装有套筒座,套筒做里设有轴承室,轴承室里安装有轴承,转轴支撑在轴承上面并与外转子安装连接起来,外转子套装在定子组件外面,外转子的端面上设置有环形避空槽,在避空槽下方的底座上设置环形凹槽,环形凹槽安装有挡水圈,挡水圈的内侧翘起内挡水板,内挡水板的顶部伸进环形避空槽里面。
上述所述的所述定子组件与套筒座是被塑封体连接成一体,塑封体的底部形成底座。
上述所述的挡水圈包括内挡水板、外挡水板和将内挡水板、外挡水板连接在一起的底板,内挡水板、外挡水板和底板之间形成一储水槽,内挡水板比外挡水板高。
上述所述的挡水圈安装在环形凹槽时,挡水圈的外挡水板与环形凹槽的外侧壁紧贴着,挡水圈的内挡水板与环形凹槽的内侧壁紧贴着,使挡水圈卡紧在环形凹槽里。
上述所述的内挡水板倾斜向外弯曲。
上述所述的底座的外凸缘上设有出水口,所述出水口的底部的高度低于外挡水板高度或者与外挡水板高度相等。
上述所述的内挡水板伸入到外转子的环形避空槽时,所述内挡水板与环形避空槽配合后的径向剖面呈锯齿状。
上述所述的底座的外凸缘外设有若干个安装脚,安装脚上设有安装孔。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下效果:
1)本实用新型包括转轴、定子组件、外转子和底座,定子组件与底座安装连接起来,在定子组件的中心孔内安装有套筒座,套筒做里设有轴承室,轴承室里安装有轴承,转轴支撑在轴承上面并与外转子安装连接起来,外转子套装在定子组件外面,其特征在于:外转子的端面上设置有环形避空槽,在避空槽下方的底座上设置环形凹槽,环形凹槽安装有挡水圈,挡水圈的内侧翘起内挡水板,内挡水板的顶部伸进环形避空槽里面,可以有效防止外部的水进入,保护电机正常运行。
2)挡水圈包括内挡水板、外挡水板和将内挡水板、外挡水板连接在一起的底板,内挡水板、外挡水板和底板之间形成一储水槽,内挡水板比外挡水板高,内挡水板倾斜向外弯曲,当雨水进入到挡水圈里时,内挡水圈可以防止雨水进入电机内部,保护电机,延长电机寿命,结构简单,装配方便。
3)底座的外凸缘上设有出水口,所述出水口的底部的高度低于外挡水板高度或者与外挡水板高度相等,挡水板比外挡水板高,内挡水板倾斜向外弯曲,当雨水进入到挡水圈时,雨水经过内挡水板时会往外挡水板回流,使雨水从出水口中排出,防止雨水进入电机内部效果好,结构简单。

下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一:如图1至图9所示,本实施例是一种外转子电机防水结构,包括转轴1、定子组件2、外转子3和底座4,定子组件2与底座1安装连接起来,在定子组件2的中心孔21内安装有套筒座5,套筒座5里设有轴承室51,轴承室51里安装有轴承52,转轴1支撑在轴承52上面并与外转子3安装连接起来,外转子3套装在定子组件2外面,外转子3的端面上设置有环形避空槽31,在避空槽31下方的底座4上设置环形凹槽41,环形凹槽41安装有挡水圈6,挡水圈6的内侧翘起内挡水板61,内挡水板61的顶部伸进环形避空槽31里面。
所述的所述定子组件2与套筒座5是被塑封体连接成一体,塑封体的底部形成底座4。
所述挡水圈6包括内挡水板61、外挡水板62和将内挡水板61、外挡水板62连接在一起的底板63,内挡水板61、外挡水板62和底板63之间形成一储水槽64,内挡水板61比外挡水板62高。
所述挡水圈6安装在环形凹槽41时,挡水圈6的外挡水板62与环形凹槽41的外侧壁411紧贴着,挡水圈6的内挡水板61与环形凹槽41的内侧壁412紧贴着,使挡水圈6卡紧在环形凹槽41里。
内挡水板61倾斜向外弯曲。
所述底座4的外凸缘42上设有出水口421,所述出水口421的底部高度低于外挡水板62高度或者与外挡水板62高度相等。
所述内挡水板61伸入到外转子3的环形避空槽31时,所述内挡水板61与环形避空槽31配合后的径向剖面呈锯齿状。
所述底座4的外凸缘42外设有若干个安装脚7,安装脚7上设有安装孔71。
本实用新型:外转子3的端面上设置有环形避空槽31,在避空槽31的正下的底座4上设置环形凹槽41,环形凹槽41安装有挡水圈6,挡水圈6的内侧翘起内挡水板61,内挡水板61的顶部伸进环形避空槽31里面,有效阻挡外部的水进入到定子里面,内挡水板61、外挡水板62和底板63之间形成一储水槽64,内挡水板61比外挡水板62高,底座4的外凸缘42上设有出水口421,所述出水口421的高度低于外挡水板62高度或者与外挡水板62高度相等,当雨水进入到挡水圈6时,雨水经过内挡水板61时会往外挡水板62回流,使雨水从出水口中排出,防止雨水进入电机内部效果好,结构简单。

  1. 一种外转子电机防水结构,包括转轴(1)、定子组件(2)、外转子(3)和底座(4),定子组件(2)与底座(1)安装连接起来,在定子组件(2)的中心孔(21)内安装有套筒座(5),套筒座(5)里设有轴承室(51),轴承室(51)里安装有轴承(52),转轴(1)支撑在轴承(52)上面并与外转子(3)安装连接起来,外转子(3)套装在定子组件(2)外面,其特征在于:外转子(3)的端面上设置有环形避空槽(31),在避空槽(31)下方的底座(4)上设置环形凹槽(41),环形凹槽(41)安装有挡水圈(6),挡水圈(6)的内侧翘起内挡水板(61),内挡水板(61)的顶部伸进环形避空槽(31)里面。
