一种可集中排水且可调节气压的空调加湿器,包括加湿器缸(1)、单向调节阀(6)和集水总管(7),加湿器缸(1)的左侧设置有空气进入口(10),且加湿器缸(1)的右侧设置有溢水管(5),单向调节阀(6)安装在溢水管(5)上,加湿器缸(1)下方靠近溢水管(5)的左侧位置处设置有普通导水管(8),集水总管(7)安装在普通导水管(8)的右端,加湿器缸(1)的内部上方设置有气压感应器(3),气压感应器(3)与外部控制面板电性连接,加湿器缸(1)内部靠近气压感应器(3)的左侧位置处设置有液位计(9),液位计(9)与外部控制面板电性连接,加湿器缸(1)的上方设置有加湿气体出口(2),且加湿器缸(1)上方靠近加湿气体出口(2)的右侧位置处设置有空气贯流管(4)。该空调加湿器设置单一排水口集中排水,避免出现散落的水打湿各个用电设备的现象,借助液位计(9)可有效检测加湿器内部水位高度,避免出现溢流现象或水直接从加湿气体出口(2)出去的现象。

[0003] 但是目前市场上的空调加湿器不仅结构复杂, 而且功能单一, 加湿器内部的气 压难以调节和控制, 而且一般来说空调加湿器的排水并不是集中的, 更是增加 了加湿器的工作难度, 加湿效果较差, 还容易出现漏气的现象, 而且不能做到 集中排水, 容易导致散水打湿各个用电设备的现象, 一旦空调主机出现漏电现 象, 两者结合在一起, 后果不堪设想。

[0016] 本发明中的气压感应器 3, 属于新型的传感器技术, 它采用弹性敏感构件制成 悬臂式位移器, 并采用弹性敏感构件制成的储能弹簧来驱动电触点, 完成从压 力变化到电信号的转换, 通过压力挤压弹性敏感构件, 造成压力完成, 压力变 化到电信号的转换, 并在外部控制面板的显示屏上进行显示; 本发明中的液位 计 9, 使用电子或其它技术用于检测液体表面, 流量, 流速的仪器, 适用多种环 境监测, 当液位计 9投入到被测液体中某一深度吋, 传感器迎液面受到的压力和 液位深度可以通过内置程序计算得到。
[0017] 本发明的工作原理及使用流程: 将空调加湿器接通外部电源, 空气由空气进入 口 10进去到加湿器缸 1中去, 加湿器缸 1中装有水, 能够对加湿器缸 1中的干燥空 气起到一个很好的加湿的作用, 液位计 9主要用来检测加湿器缸 1中水位的高低 , 并保证水位高度在空气进入口 10端口以上, 在溢水管 5的端口以下位置处, 气 压感应器 3主要用来检测加湿器缸 1中空气压强的大小, 当压强较大吋, 气压感 应器 3会做出反应, 通过外部控制面板上的指示灯进行显示, 且多余的气体会从 溢水管 5位置处排出, 防止压强过大, 出现爆炸现象, 当水从集水总管 7位置处 进入到加湿器缸 1吋, 由于单向调节阀 6只允许水流气流从上往下运行, 不允许 水流气流从下往上运行, 所以水流只能从普通导水管 8进入到加湿器缸 1, 当水 位较高吋, 可由液位计 9检测到, 多余的水也会由溢水管 5流出去, 加湿好的空 气从加湿气体出口 2位置处进入到空气贯流管 4, 空气贯流管 4能够起到很好的使 空气均匀流通的作用。
