一种洗衣机的远程控制方法 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣机领域,尤其是一种洗衣机的远程控制方法。
背景技术
洗衣机作为人们生活中常用的家用电器,给人们的生活带来了极大的便利。随着社会的不断进步,人们对生活品质的要求越来越高,因此,对洗衣机的控制要求也越来越智能化和人性化。
物联网技术的发展,物联网技术已开始不断地改变着我们的生活方式和消费习惯。物联网洗衣机的发展也相当迅速,物联网洗衣系统的应用也空前广泛。目前,物联网洗衣机能够通过电脑、移动终端等传感设备,实现洗衣机的远程控制,同时还能使用户实时查询洗衣机的工作状态。
但是,由于远程控制的过程中,无法全面的了解到洗衣机周围的状况以及家中其他人的使用情况,进而通过移动终端实现对洗衣机的远程控制,将存在一些安全的隐患,进而导致出现安全事故。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机的远程控制方法,主要是通过对符合由所述移动终端远程控制所述洗衣机时,所对应的状态条件进行统一并形成允许移动终端远程控制洗衣机的预设信息,然后将所述洗衣机的实时状态信息和预设信息进行匹配,进而提高了所述远程控制方法的安全性。
为了实现该目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种洗衣机的远程控制方法,包括洗衣机、和与洗衣机无线连接的移动终端,所述远程控制方法为建立移动终端与洗衣机之间用于传输控制指令的控制信道、和用于传输洗衣机工作状态的状态反馈信道;获取洗衣机的状态信息,当所述状态信息与移动终端远程控制洗衣机的预设信息不匹配时,则切断所述控制信道,并维持所述状态反馈信道。
进一步地,所述状态信息包括洗衣机各装置的状态信息、门体信息、洗衣机的运行状态信息、电网信息、供水信息中一种或者任意组合;
优选的,所述洗衣机各装置的状态信息包括电机的状态信息、和/或烘干装置的状态信息。
进一步地,所述远程控制方法包括步骤如下:
S401、建立移动终端与洗衣机之间的控制信道和状态反馈信道;
S402、获取洗衣机的状态信息;
S403、判断状态信息与移动终端远程控制洗衣机的预设信息是否匹配,如果是,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道;如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道。
进一步地,步骤S401中建立移动终端与洗衣机之间的控制信道和状态反馈信道包括步骤如下:
S411、启动移动终端上的APP,建立所述状态反馈信道;
S412、移动终端向所述洗衣机发送控制请求;
S413、判断设置于洗衣机上的激活按键是否被激活,如果是,则执行下一步;如果否,则提示远程控制授权失败。
进一步地,步骤S403中判断状态信息与移动终端远程控制洗衣机的预设信息是否匹配,包括步骤如下:
S431、检测洗衣机门体是否锁止,如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道;如果是,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道,然后执行S432;
S432、获取洗衣机电机的状态信息,并判断所述洗衣机电机是否正常运行,如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道;如果是,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道,然后执行下一步。
进一步地,步骤S432之前、或者步骤S432中所述洗衣机电机正常运行后,还包括S433:获取洗衣机烘干装置的状态信息,判断所述烘干装置是否正常运行,如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道;如果是,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道,然后执行下一步。
进一步地,步骤S403中状态信息与移动终端远程控制洗衣机的预设信息匹配后,还包括S404:获取所述移动终端向所述洗衣机发送的控制指令。
进一步地,步骤S404后还包括S405:判断所述控制指令与所述状态信息是否匹配,如果是,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道,然后执行下一步;如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道。
进一步地,步骤S405中包括步骤如下:
S451、判断所述控制指令是否为洗涤程序,如果是,则执行S452;如果否,则执行下一步;
S452、获取供水信息,并判断是否停水,如果是,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道;如果否,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道,然后执行S453;
S453、获取电网信息,并判断所述控制指令是否为节能模式,如果是,则根据电网信息得出所述洗涤程序中各洗涤阶段对应的洗涤时间,如果否,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道并正常运行洗涤程序;
优选的,所述电网信息包括阶梯电价、用电趋势信息。
进一步地,所述远程控制方法中切断所述控制信道后,则禁止再次建立所述移动终端与洗衣机之间的控制信道。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
本发明所述远程控制方法主要是解决所述移动终端远程控制所述洗衣机时,由于距离过远,无法准确获取所述洗衣机的状态信息,导致移动终端所发控制指令无法执行、亦或者所述移动终端误操作所述洗衣机的情况发生。因此,本发明中所述远程控制方法中设置有符合由所述移动终端远程控制所述洗衣机时,所述洗衣机对应的状态条件进行统一,进而对应形成移动终端远程控制洗衣机的预设信息,并将所述洗衣机的实时状态信息和预设信息进行匹配,若匹配,则由所述移动终端对洗衣机进行远程控制,进而提高了所述远程控制方法的安全性。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例一
如图1至图4所示,本发明提供一种洗衣机远程控制系统,包括洗衣机和智能终端,所述的洗衣机上设置有可拆卸的激活装置,洗衣机通过激活装置控制授权/禁止所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。
本发明中所述的激活装置放置在洗衣机上,或放置在洗衣机周围一定范围内,当需要远程控制该洗衣机时,只能通过预控制者亲自或其他人在洗衣机前跟或附近触发该激活装置方可得到洗衣机授权预控制者进行远程控制该洗衣机,即要想远程控制该洗衣机,必须有人亲自在洗衣机附近激活该激活装置,从而强制在洗衣机被远程控制之前,得到安全的检查,从而提高了洗衣机远程控制的安全性。
本实施例中所述的激活装置包括近场识别单元,所述的智能终端处在近场识别单元识别范围内时,所述洗衣机授权智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。
具体的,所述的激活装置包括NFC读卡器,所述的智能终端上设置有NFC标签,所述的NFC标签处于NFC读卡器的读取范围后,所述NFC读卡器处于触发状态,则洗衣机授权该智能终端远程控制洗衣机。当然的,本发明中,所述的激活装置不限于使用NFC技术,也可是洗衣机上设置有RFID读卡器,所述的移动终端上设置有RFID标签,具体原理与上述相同,在此不再赘述。当然的所述的NFC读卡器也可以设置在洗衣机上。
优选的,所述洗衣机的控制器与NFC读卡器通信相连,所述的控制器周期性检测所述的触发单元,若所述的触发单元处于触发状态,则控制器授权该智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。
优选的,所述的激活装置包括激活按键2,所述的洗衣机包括有控制器,所述的激活按键2与控制器有线或无线连接,激活按键2包括有用于与控制器通信连接的通信模块和用于检测按键是否被触发的检测模块,检测模块检测到激活按键2被触发则通过通信模块发送信号给控制器,控制器接收该信号后授权所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。
本实施例中所述洗衣机包括有控制器,所述的激活装置包括设置在洗衣机箱体上的激活按键2,所述的激活按键2与洗衣机的控制器通信连接,触发所述的激活按键2,则洗衣机的控制器授权该智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。为了防止误操作,比如被小孩子误操作,所述的洗衣机上设置有可打开和关闭的盒体,所述的激活按键2可放置在该盒体内,从而能够有效的放置小孩子的误操作。进一步的,所述的盒体可通过门锁锁定。
优选的,本发明的洗衣机远程控制系统还包括有云服务器,所述云服务器分别与控制器和智能终端网络连接,用于接收控制器传送的洗衣机洗涤信息,并发送给智能终端,以及接收智能终端发送的控制信息并发送给控制器。
优选的,所述的智能终端与洗衣机的控制器建立用于智能终端接收洗衣机状态信息的第一信道和用于洗衣机接收智能终端发送控制指令的第二信道,当洗衣机和智能终端分别联网,第一信道处于连通状态,当所述激活装置处于触发状态则第二信道处于连通状态,所述激活装置处于冻结状态则第二信道处于关闭状态。需要说明的是,本发明中该激活按键2的激活通过按下按键实现,而激活按键2的冻结也是通过按下按键实现,当激活按键2在激活状态下时,按下该激活按键2则激活按键2处于冻结状态,反之亦然。
优选的,所述智能终端包括多个,分别通过第一信道与洗衣机网络连接,当任一智能终端与洗衣机之间的第二信道连通时,则控制器控制其他智能终端与洗衣机之间的第二信道均处于关闭状态
优选的,所述的激活按键2可拆卸的设置在洗衣机箱体上,所述激活按键2内还设置有供电模块,供电模块提供通信模块传输信号所需的电能,所述的供电模块包括能量转换模块和/或内置电源;
所述能量转换装置将按动激活按键2过程所生成的动能转换成电能,并将所述电能为通信模块供电。
进一步的,所述的洗衣机还包括设置于洗衣机箱体上的操作面板,所述的操作面板上设置有容置腔室, 所述的激活按键2可拆卸的设置在容置腔室内。优选的,所述的容置腔室包括按键槽和设置于容置腔室内周的连接部,所述激活按键2与所述连接部连接固定;
进一步的,所述连接部内设置有至少一个卡孔,所述激活按键2设置有与卡孔匹配的卡爪,所述的卡爪卡接在卡孔内,卡孔限制激活按键2脱离按键槽。
或者,所述的激活按键2磁吸附固定在所述的容置槽内,当激活按键2通过磁吸附的方式固定在容置槽内时则取放更加方便。
优选的,所述的容置腔室/按键槽内设置有供电电极,所述的激活按键2对应设置有充电电极,将激活按键2放置在按键槽内,供电电极与充电电极接触,洗衣机为激活按键2充电。
本发明中所述的激活按键2至少设置有一个,各激活按键2可分别用于授权不同的智能终端控制该洗衣机。
关于该激活按键2和洗衣机之间的装配结构具体参见图1至图4所示,洗衣机主体上设有至少一个可拆卸的激活按键2。
进一步地,所述洗衣机还包括设置于洗衣机主体上的操作面板1,所述操作面板1上设有至少一容置腔室3,所述容置腔室3内设置至少一个可拆卸的激活按键2。
本实施例中所述洗衣机包括操作面板1,所述操作面板1设置有显示功能区、参数调节区和功能控制区,其中:
所述显示功能区,用于实时显示洗衣机设定的洗涤参数、以及洗衣机运行过程中的洗涤参数;
所述参数调节区,设置有参数调节按键并对应设置洗衣程序的相关洗涤参数;
所述功能控制区,设置有激活按键2并控制所述洗衣机的工作。
本实施例中所述功能控制区包括有至少一个激活按键2,并在所述操作面板1上设置至少一个容置腔室3,所述容置腔室3设置有可拆卸的激活按键2,其中,所述操作面板1上也可设置多个容置腔室3,并均匀分布在所述操作面板1上。并且,所述激活按键2包括多个分别与容置腔室3相对应。同时,所述激活按键2上对应印制有功能名称,比如印制有“激活键”等字样,方便用户控制所述洗衣机的工作。
因此,本实施例所述洗衣机一方面可以避免儿童误碰按键进而授权不适当的智能终端控制洗衣机,防止出现安全事故。
另一方面,还能够将所述激活按键2放置于其他的位置,避免其他的人故意操作激活按键2,进而影响所述洗衣机洗衣。
优选的,所述洗衣机还设置有启动/暂停按键、童锁按键,各个按键分别与容置腔室3连接并可拆卸,所述电源按键与容置腔室3固定连接。
更优选的,所述洗衣机仅将所述童锁按键和激活按键2与容置腔室3连接并可拆卸。
优选的,当激活按键2被触发后,洗衣机的控制器并不授权移动终端远程控制洗衣机,而是只有童锁按键被解锁后,才会对激活按键2被触发做出反应,授权对应智能终端控制该洗衣机。
进一步地,所述容置腔室3包括至少一个与所述激活按键2匹配的按键槽4、和设置于容置腔室3内周的连接部,所述激活按键2与所述连接部连接并可拆卸。

综上所述,本实施例所述洗衣机解决了儿童误碰激活按键2随意授权智能终端控制并操作洗衣机进而使得洗衣机存在安全隐患,本实施例中所述洗衣机在操作面板1上设置可拆卸的激活按键2;同时,所述激活按键2与洗衣机控制器无线连接,便于用户将所述洗衣机的激活按键2放置在安全的位置实现控制的功能,确保所述洗衣机安全的运行。
进一步的,所述激活按键2的底部还可以设置粘贴部,通过所述粘贴部可以将所述激活按键2粘贴在高处,一方面可以防止儿童碰触并误操作,另一方面方便了激活按键2的放置,并且可放置在所述用户便于控制的位置。
或者,所述容置腔室3内还设置有感应单元,所述感应单元与洗衣机的控制器连接,当所述容置腔室3中的感应单元感应到有激活按键2,才触发控制器对应激活按键2的授权指令。
综上所述,本发明的洗衣机远程控制系统解决了激活按键2与洗衣机的控制器的无线通信的问题,本发明中所述激活按键2通过在内部设置能量转换装置给通信模块供电,实现了激活按键2的单独设置以及与所述控制器的通信。一方面能够使得所述洗衣机操作面板1的容置腔室3光滑,不需要设置端口,保证所述激活按键2拆卸后所述容置腔室3安全无危险。同时,还可以单独的设置所述激活按键2,便于用户的控制所述洗衣机。提高了所述用户的体验感。
优选的,所述的洗衣机包括有显示单元,所述的显示单元用于输出通过第一信道与洗衣机连通的智能终端的信息;具体的,该显示单元实时显示通过第一信道与洗衣机连通的各终端的账号,位置信息等。
优选的,所述的显示单元还用于输出由第二信道发送来的控制信息。具体的,该显示单元实时的显示控制该洗衣机的智能终端对应的app的账号,以及该智能终端通过第二信道发送的控制指令信息。
优选的,所述的显示单元为显示屏,所述控制器与显示屏相连接,控制所述的显示屏显示通过第一信道连通洗衣机的智能终端的信息;

当然的,本发明中,该激活装置可为NFC读卡器或激活按键2或触控显示屏或三者的任意组合,优选的,本发明中,所述的激活装置同时包括了激活按键2、设置在洗衣机上或设置在激活按键2上的NFC读卡器以及控制显示屏,从而增加了授权的途径,从而兼容了各种智能终端,从而拓展了物联网洗衣机授权途径。比如,当智能终端为手机时,则有的手机上设置有NFC标签时,则可通过刷手机的方式实现授权,而当手机上没有设置NFC标签时,则可通过触发该激活按键2或触控显示屏实现授权。而当智能终端为远程的计算机时,则无法通过NFC技术实现授权,则可通过触发该激活按键2或点击触控显示屏实现授权。
本实施例中所述的激活按键2包括按键本体和按键检测电路,所述的按键检测电路实时的检测按键信号,检测按键是否按下和/或检测按键被按下的时长,并将该检测结果发送给控制器,控制器根据该检测结果进行相应的控制;

如图5和图6所示,本发明还提供一种洗衣机的远程控制方法,包括洗衣机、和与洗衣机无线连接的移动终端,所述远程控制方法为建立洗衣机与移动终端之间用于传输洗衣机工作状态的状态反馈信道;所述洗衣机接收所述移动终端发送的控制请求,并经设置于所述洗衣机上的激活按键2被激活后,然后建立洗衣机与移动终端之间用于传输控制指令的控制信道。
具体的,本实施例中所述洗衣机的远程控制方法主要是保证所述移动终端远程控制所述洗衣机时的运行安全。避免由于用户无法观测洗衣机的运行状况、或者洗衣机周围环境状况时,贸然使用移动终端控制所述洗衣机执行洗衣程序,进而导致一些安全事故的发生,例如,当小孩在洗衣机内玩耍时,远程控制洗衣机进行洗衣程序。本实施例中所述远程控制方法通过建立洗衣机与移动终端之间用于传输洗衣机工作状态的状态反馈信道,实时在所述移动终端上获取洗衣机的状态信息,然后通过预控制者预先确保洗衣机处 于安全状态、或其他人确保洗衣机处于安全状态后才能够建立所述洗衣机与移动终端之间用于传输控制指令的控制信道,进而实现对所述洗衣机的远程控制。本实施例中所述远程控制方法提高了所述洗衣机运行的安全性,避免安全事故的发生。
其中,所述的激活装置放置在洗衣机上,或放置在洗衣机周围一定范围内,当需要远程控制该洗衣机时,只能通过预控制者亲自或其他人在洗衣机前或附近触发该激活装置后,才建立洗衣机与移动终端之间的控制信道,方可通过所述控制信道向该洗衣机发送控制指令实现远程控制,即要想远程控制该洗衣机,必须有人亲自在洗衣机附近激活该激活装置,从而强制在洗衣机被远程控制之前,得到安全的检查,从而提高了洗衣机远程控制的安全性。

具体的,本实施例所述洗衣机的远程控制方法主要当移动终端远程控制所述洗衣机时,所述洗衣机本机被触发操作后,则切断所述控制信道,即终断移动终端的远程控制,仅由在洗衣机旁的用户进行控制操作所述洗衣机,进而保证了当所述洗衣机的环境发生变化后,立即中断移动终端的远程控制,保证了所述洗衣机的运行安全。

同时,所述洗衣机处于高温情况,并需要关机时,则通过在关机前执行降温阶段,使其达到安全的标准后才执行移动终端对应发出的控制指令,进一步的保证了所述洗衣机的运行安全。

实施例五
如图11和图12所示,本发明还提供一种洗衣机的远程控制方法,包括洗衣机、和与洗衣机无线连接的移动终端,所述远程控制方法为建立洗衣机与移动终端之间用于传输洗衣机工作状态的状态反馈信道;触发设置在所述洗衣机上的激活按键2并闭合洗衣机门体后,然后建立洗衣机与移动终端之间用于传输控制指令的控制信道。
具体的,本实施例中所述洗衣机的远程控制方法主要是保证所述移动终端远程控制所述洗衣机时的运行安全。避免所述洗衣机门体未闭合的情况下,贸然使用移动终端远程控制洗衣机,导致所述洗衣机的运行故障。
进一步地,所述洗衣机上的激活按键2并闭合洗衣机门体后,反馈给所述移动终端一验证信息,并验证信息验证通过后,才建立洗衣机与移动终端之间用于传输洗衣机工作状态的控制信道。
具体的,本实施例中所述洗衣机的远程控制方法主要是保证所述移动终端远程控制所述洗衣机时的运行安全。避免由于用户无法观测洗衣机的运行状况、或者洗衣机周围环境状况时,贸然使用移动终端控制所述洗衣机执行洗衣程序,进而导致一些安全事故的发生,例如,当小孩在洗衣机内玩耍时,远程控制洗衣机进行洗衣程序;或者,所述洗衣机门体未闭合将无法使所述洗衣机在远程控制状态下执行任何的洗衣操作。因此,本实施例中所述远程控制方法通过建立洗衣机与移动终端之间用于传输洗衣机工作状态的状态反馈信道,实时向所述移动终端反馈该洗衣机的状态信息,首先需要通过预控制者预先确保洗衣机处于安全状态、或其他人确保洗衣机安全状态,然后需要确保所述洗衣机的门体处于闭合的状态,最后还需所述移动终端通过验证信息的验证后,才能够建立所述洗衣机与移动终端之间用于传输控制指令的控制信道,进而实现对所述洗衣机远程控制的三重保护,进而提高所述洗衣机运行的安全性,避免安全事故的发生。
进一步地,所述远程控制方法包括如下步骤:
S301、启动移动终端上的APP,自动建立洗衣机与移动终端的状态反馈信道;
S302、移动终端向所述洗衣机发送控制请求;
S303、判断设置于所述洗衣机上的激活按键2是否被激活,如果是,则执行下一步;如果否,则提示远程控制授权失败;
S304、检测洗衣机门体是否闭合,如果是,则反馈给所述移动终端一验证信息;如果否,则提示移动终端控制授权失败;
S305、判断验证信息是否正确,如果是,则建立洗衣机与所述移动终端的控制信道并锁止所述门体,其中,移动终端经所述控制信道向洗衣机发送控制指令;如果否,则提示远程控制授权失败。
进一步地,所述远程控制方法中由所述洗衣机反馈给所述移动终端一验证信息;
或者,由分别与洗衣机、移动终端连接的云服务器反馈给所述移动终端一验证信息。
进一步地,所述验证信息包括洗衣机型号信息、用户信息、验证码、验证口令中一种或者任意组合。
优选的,所述验证码为洗衣机/云服务器随机生成、或者用户预先设置;
或者,所述验证口令为洗衣机/云服务器随机生成、或者用户预先设置。
进一步地,所述远程控制方法中通过按动所述激活按键2并输入激活信息,并根据所述激活信息得出所述激活按键2被激活;
或者,通过设置于激活按键2上的近场感应模块与移动终端近场感应,用以获取激活信息,并根据所述激活信息得出所述激活按键2被激活。
具体的,本实施例所述的洗衣机包括有控制器,所述的激活按键2与控制器有线或无线连接,激活按键2包括有用于与控制器通信连接的通信模块和用于检测按键是否被触发的检测模块,检测模块检测到激活按键2被触发则通过通信模块发送信号给控制器,控制器接收该信号后授权所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。
其中,所述控制按键的检测模块检测用户通过激活按键2输入的激活信息,得出所述激活按键2是否被激活的状态,然后再执行下一步。
或者,所述的激活装置包括近场识别单元,所述的智能终端处在近场识别单元识别范围内时,所述洗衣机授权智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。其中,所述激活按键2的近场识别单元与移动终端近场通信并获取激活信息,得出所述激活按键2是否被激活的状态,然后再执行下一步。
本实施例中用户通过预控制者亲自或其他人先确认洗衣机处于安全状态后,才能够使用移动终端进行远程控制洗衣机,使得所述洗衣机的远程控制方法安全性能更好。
进一步地,步骤S301之前、或者步骤S301与步骤S302之间还包括步骤AAAA):在洗衣机上设置移 动终端远程控制的预约信息,
其中,所述预约信息包括控制请求的有效时效、移动终端信息、验证码、验证口令中一种或者任意组合。
进一步地,步骤S302与步骤S303之间、或者步骤S303中设置于洗衣机上的激活按键2被激活后、或者步骤S304中洗衣机门体闭合后,还包括步骤BBBB):判断所述控制请求是否符合所述预约信息,如果是,则执行下一步;如果否,则提示远程控制授权失败。
进一步地,步骤S304洗衣机门体闭合后,所述洗衣机向预约信息中对应移动终端发送验证码、或者验证口令;
或者,步骤BBBB)中所述控制请求符合所述预约信息后,所述洗衣机向预约信息中对应移动终端发送验证码、或者验证口令。
进一步地,步骤S304中所述洗衣机门体闭合后,或者步骤S305验证信息正确后还包括步骤CCCC):关闭设置于门体的门锁,然后判断所述门体是否被锁止,如果是,则执行下一步;如果否,则提示远程控制授权失败。
具体的,本实施例中通过验证信息的进一步验证,确保所述移动终端远程控制洗衣机的安全性,进而避免所述洗衣机被其他用户擅自进行控制,导致洗衣机运行不安全。
本实施例所述洗衣机的远程控制方法包括步骤如下:
AAAA):在洗衣机上设置移动终端远程控制的预约信息;
S301、启动移动终端上的APP,自动建立洗衣机与移动终端的状态反馈信道;
S302、移动终端向所述洗衣机发送控制请求;
BBBB):判断所述控制请求是否符合所述预约信息,如果是,则执行S303;如果否,则提示远程控制授权失败。
S303、判断设置于所述洗衣机上的激活按键2是否被激活,如果是,则执行S304;如果否,则提示远程控制授权失败;
S304、检测洗衣机门体是否闭合,如果是,则所述洗衣机向预约信息中对应移动终端发送验证码、或者验证口令;如果否,则提示移动终端控制授权失败;
S305、判断验证信息是否正确,如果是,则执行CCCC);如果否,则提示远程控制授权失败;
CCCC):关闭设置于门体的门锁,然后判断所述门体是否被锁止,如果是,则建立洗衣机与所述移动终端的控制信道并锁止所述门体,其中,移动终端经所述控制信道向洗衣机发送控制指令;如果否,则提示远程控制授权失败。
实施例六
如图13和图14所示,本发明还提供一种洗衣机的远程控制方法,包括洗衣机、和与洗衣机无线连接的移动终端,所述远程控制方法为建立移动终端与洗衣机之间用于传输控制指令的控制信道、和用于传输洗衣机工作状态的状态反馈信道;获取洗衣机的状态信息,当所述状态信息与移动终端远程控制洗衣机的预设信息不匹配时,则切断所述控制信道,并维持所述状态反馈信道。
具体的,本实施例中所述远程控制方法主要是解决所述移动终端远程控制所述洗衣机时,由于距离过远,无法准确获取所述洗衣机的状态信息,导致移动终端所发控制指令无法执行、或者所述移动终端误操作所述洗衣机的情况发生。因此,本实施例中所述远程控制方法中设置有符合由所述移动终端远程控制所述洗衣机时,所述洗衣机对应的状态条件进行统一,进而对应形成移动终端远程控制洗衣机的预设信息,并将所述洗衣机的实时状态信息和预设信息进行匹配,若匹配,则由所述移动终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。
进一步地,所述状态信息包括洗衣机各装置的状态信息、门体信息、洗衣机的运行状态信息、电网信息、供水信息中一种或者任意组合;
优选的,所述洗衣机各装置的状态信息包括电机的状态信息、和/或烘干装置的状态信息。
具体的,本实施例中所述远程控制方法中当所述状态信息为电机运行正常、门体锁止、供水正常、供电正常时,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道。当所述状态信息为电机运行正常、门体锁止、供水正常、下午3点停电,且完成所述控制指令的预计时间为下午5点,则切断所述控制信道,并维持所述状态反馈信道,进而避免移动终端强行远程控制所述洗衣机执行该程序,导致无法及时完成该程序,使得衣物长时间浸泡在水中而发生染色等情况发生。
进一步地,所述远程控制方法包括步骤如下:
S401、建立移动终端与洗衣机之间的控制信道和状态反馈信道;
S402、获取洗衣机的状态信息;
S403、判断状态信息与移动终端远程控制洗衣机的预设信息是否匹配,如果是,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道;如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道。
进一步地,步骤S401中建立移动终端与洗衣机之间的控制信道和状态反馈信道包括步骤如下:
S411、启动移动终端上的APP,建立所述状态反馈信道;
S412、移动终端向所述洗衣机发送控制请求;
S413、判断设置于洗衣机上的激活按键2是否被激活,如果是,则执行下一步;如果否,则提示远程控制授权失败。
进一步地,步骤S403中判断状态信息与移动终端远程控制洗衣机的预设信息是否匹配,包括步骤如下:
S431、检测洗衣机门体是否锁止,如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道;如果是,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道,然后执行S432;
S432、获取洗衣机电机的状态信息,并判断所述洗衣机电机是否正常运行,如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道;如果是,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道,然后执行下一步。
进一步地,步骤S432之前、或者步骤S432中所述洗衣机电机正常运行后,还包括S433:获取洗衣机烘干装置的状态信息,判断所述烘干装置是否正常运行,如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道;如果是,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道,然后执行下一步。
具体的,本实施例中通过对洗衣机的门体、电机、烘干装置等预先进行检测,保证所述移动终端能够安全、稳定的控制所述洗衣机,还能够及时完成所述移动终端向所述洗衣机发送的控制指令。
进一步地,步骤S403中状态信息与移动终端远程控制洗衣机的预设信息匹配后,还包括S404:获取所述移动终端向所述洗衣机发送的控制指令。
进一步地,步骤S404后还包括S405:判断所述控制指令与所述状态信息是否匹配,如果是,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道,然后执行下一步;如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道。
进一步地,步骤S405中包括步骤如下:
S451、判断所述控制指令是否为洗涤程序,如果是,则执行S452;如果否,则执行下一步;
S452、获取供水信息,并判断是否停水,如果是,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道;如果否,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道,然后执行S453;
S453、获取电网信息,并判断所述控制指令是否为节能模式,如果是,则根据电网信息得出所述洗涤程序中各洗涤阶段对应的洗涤时间,如果否,则正常运行;
优选的,所述电网信息包括阶梯电价、用电趋势信息。
具体的,本实施例中所述控制指令为节能模式时,根据电网信息调整所述洗涤程序各洗涤阶段对应的洗涤时间,主要是根据各洗涤阶段的耗能参数与电网信息进行对比,然后得出各洗涤阶段对应的洗涤时间,例如,将高耗能的脱水阶段设置于电网低谷阶段进行运行,能够进一步的减少所述洗衣机的能耗,实现所 述远程控制方法的智能化。
或者,本实施例中步骤S451所述控制指令不是洗涤程序后,还包括步骤如下:
S461、判断所述控制指令是否为烘干程序,如果是,则执行S462;如果否,则执行下一步;
S462、获取电网信息,并判断所述控制指令是否为节能模式,如果是,则根据电网信息得出所述烘干程序对应的运行时间,如果否,则正常运行烘干程序。
具体的,本实施例中所述控制指令为节能模式时,根据电网信息调整所述烘干程序对应的运行时间并执行所述烘干程序,例如,当电网处于高峰阶段时,则暂停所述烘干程序;当电网处于低谷阶段是,则启动并执行所述烘干程序。
进一步地,所述远程控制方法中切断所述控制信道后,则禁止再次建立所述移动终端与洗衣机之间的控制信道。
本实施例所述洗衣机的远程控制方法包括步骤如下:
S411、启动移动终端上的APP,建立所述状态反馈信道;
S412、移动终端向所述洗衣机发送控制请求;
S413、判断设置于洗衣机上的激活按键2是否被激活,如果是,则建立所述控制信道,然后执行S402;如果否,则提示远程控制授权失败;
S402、获取洗衣机的状态信息;
S431、检测洗衣机门体是否锁止,如果是,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道;如果否,则执行S432;
S432、获取洗衣机电机的状态信息,并判断所述洗衣机电机是否正常运行,如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道;如果是,则执行S451;
S451、判断所述控制指令是否为洗涤程序,如果是,则执行S452;如果否,则执行下一步;
S452、获取供水信息,并判断是否停水,如果是,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道;如果否,则执行S453;
S453、获取电网信息,并判断所述控制指令是否为节能模式,如果是,则根据电网信息得出所述洗涤程序中各洗涤阶段对应的洗涤时间,如果否,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道并正常运行洗涤程序;
S461、判断所述控制指令是否为烘干程序,如果是,则执行S462;如果否,则执行下一步;
S462、获取电网信息,并判断所述控制指令是否为节能模式,如果是,则根据电网信息得出所述烘干程序对应的时间,如果否,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道并正常运行烘干程序。
上述实施例中的实施方案可以进一步组合或者替换,且实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施例进行描述,并非对本发明的构思和范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计思想的前提下,本领域中专业技术人员对本发明的技术方案做出的各种变化和改进,均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机的远程控制方法,包括洗衣机、和与洗衣机无线连接的移动终端,其特征在于:所述远程控制方法为建立移动终端与洗衣机之间用于传输控制指令的控制信道、和用于传输洗衣机工作状态的状态反馈信道;获取洗衣机的状态信息,当所述状态信息与移动终端远程控制洗衣机的预设信息不匹配时,则切断所述控制信道,并维持所述状态反馈信道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机的远程控制方法,其特征在于:所述状态信息包括洗衣机各装置的状态信息、门体信息、洗衣机的运行状态信息、电网信息、供水信息中一种或者任意组合;
    优选的,所述洗衣机各装置的状态信息包括电机的状态信息、和/或烘干装置的状态信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机的远程控制方法,其特征在于:所述远程控制方法包括步骤如下:
    S401、建立移动终端与洗衣机之间的控制信道和状态反馈信道;
    S402、获取洗衣机的状态信息;
    S403、判断状态信息与移动终端远程控制洗衣机的预设信息是否匹配,如果是,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道;如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机的远程控制方法,其特征在于:步骤S401中建立移动终端与洗衣机之间的控制信道和状态反馈信道包括步骤如下:
    S411、启动移动终端上的APP,建立所述状态反馈信道;
    S412、移动终端向所述洗衣机发送控制请求;
    S413、判断设置于洗衣机上的激活按键是否被激活,如果是,则建立所述控制信道,并执行下一步;如果否,则提示远程控制授权失败。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种洗衣机的远程控制方法,其特征在于:步骤S403中判断状态信息与移动终端远程控制洗衣机的预设信息是否匹配,包括步骤如下:
    S431、检测洗衣机门体是否锁止,如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道;如果是,则执行S432;
    S432、获取洗衣机电机的状态信息,并判断所述洗衣机电机是否正常运行,如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道;如果是,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道,然后执行下一步。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机的远程控制方法,其特征在于:步骤S432之前、或者步骤S432中所述洗衣机电机正常运行后,还包括S433:获取洗衣机烘干装置的状态信息,判断所述烘干装置是否正常运行,如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道;如果是,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道,然后执行下一步。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6任一所述的一种洗衣机的远程控制方法,其特征在于:步骤S403中状态信息与移动终端远程控制洗衣机的预设信息匹配后,还包括S404:获取所述移动终端向所述洗衣机发送的控制指令。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机的远程控制方法,其特征在于:步骤S404后还包括S405:判断所述控制指令与所述状态信息是否匹配,如果是,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道,然后执行下一步;如果否,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗衣机的远程控制方法,其特征在于:步骤S405中包括步骤如下:
    S451、判断所述控制指令是否为洗涤程序,如果是,则执行S452;如果否,则执行下一步;
    S452、获取供水信息,并判断是否停水,如果是,则切断所述控制信道,并维持状态反馈信道;如果否,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道,然后执行S453;
    S453、获取电网信息,并判断所述控制指令是否为节能模式,如果是,则根据电网信息得出所述洗涤程序中各洗涤阶段对应的洗涤时间,如果否,则维持所述控制信道和所述状态反馈信道并正常运行洗涤程序;
    优选的,所述电网信息包括阶梯电价、用电趋势信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种洗衣机的远程控制方法,其特征在于:所述远程控制方法中切断所述控制信道后,则禁止再次建立所述移动终端与洗衣机之间的控制信道。
