Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de gestion de propriété intellectuelle. Le procédé consiste à : lors de la détection d'une connexion réussie d'un utilisateur ou du déclenchement d'une opération de commutation de réglage, afficher, selon une autorisation d'utilisateur de l'utilisateur, des modes sélectionnables (S10) ; et à entrer, selon un réglage cible sélectionné par l'utilisateur, une interface de gestion de propriété intellectuelle du réglage cible (S20). La solution actuelle offre différents paramètres de gestion de la propriété intellectuelle, de sorte qu'un utilisateur peut effectuer la gestion de la propriété intellectuelle dans les différents réglages et passer d'un réglage à l'autre, ce qui permet une gestion indépendante de la propriété intellectuelle entre différentes entreprises et entre un individu et une entreprise, et permet de passer d'un mode de gestion à l'autre.
