Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil de prétraitement et un procédé de prétraitement pour un prélèvement, l'appareil de prétraitement comprenant : un récipient de collecte permettant de recevoir un prélèvement d'un utilisateur ; un couvercle accouplé au récipient de collecte au sommet du récipient de collecte ; et un agitateur accouplé au fond du récipient de collecte, le récipient de collecte comprenant un premier élément creux s'étendant verticalement et un second élément, le second élément ayant un premier film de blocage disposé sur le côté de la sortie du premier élément et recevant des substances chimiques dans l'espace intérieur de ce dernier ; et le couvercle comprenant une saillie de rupture s'étendant vers le bas, moyennant quoi, lorsque le couvercle est accouplé au récipient de collecte, la saillie de rupture rompt le premier film de blocage, et l'agitateur agite un prélèvement qui a été traité chimiquement dans le récipient de collecte.
