Description

Display device and television receiver
The present invention relates to a display device and a television receiver including a display unit and a speaker unit.
Conventionally, a display device including a display unit that displays video and a speaker unit that outputs sound is used (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In the case of the display device described in Patent Document 1, an omnidirectional speaker system including two speaker units is attached to the display unit. Each speaker unit has a speaker and a cylindrical enclosure. The speaker is housed in one end of the enclosure in the longitudinal direction so that the sound output surface of the speaker faces the outside of the enclosure. The two speaker units are connected such that the audio output surfaces face each other and the enclosures are coaxial.
The speaker system has two speaker nets. Each speaker net has a semi-cylindrical shape and is attached to the two enclosures so as to extend over the other longitudinal ends of the two enclosures. The two speaker nets protect the two speakers by covering the air gap between the two enclosures.
On the other hand, the speaker net described in Patent Document 2 has a frame and a net that covers the opening of the frame. A plurality of projecting pillars project in the same direction on the frame. The speaker unit has a box-shaped enclosure in which speakers are accommodated. An opening for passing the sound output from the speaker unit to the outside of the enclosure is provided on one surface of the enclosure. A plurality of holes are provided around the opening of the enclosure. The speaker net covers the opening of the enclosure by fitting each protruding column into the hole, and protects the speaker.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-268687
However, in the case of the display device described in Patent Document 1, since the speaker system is directly attached to the display unit, the speaker unit cannot be protected. Further, Patent Document 1 does not have a detailed description of means for attaching the speaker net to the enclosure.
On the other hand, in the case of the speaker net described in Patent Document 2, when an external force in the direction opposite to the direction in which the protruding column is fitted into the hole is applied to the speaker net, the protruding column is pulled out from the hole, There is a gap between the enclosure. When such a speaker unit is attached to the display unit, a gap generated between the speaker net and the enclosure may impair the aesthetic appearance of the display device.

The covering plate 41 (first covering plate) is continuous with the covering plate 42 such that the covering plate 41 and the covering plate 42 (second covering plate) form an obtuse angle.
The cover plate 41 is provided with three passage port groups 431, 431, and 431. The passage port groups 431, 431, and 431 are arranged at the center in the longitudinal direction of the cover plate 41 and at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cover plate 41. Each passing port group 431 includes a plurality of passing ports arranged close to each other. Similarly, the cover plate 42 is provided with three passage port groups 432, 432, and 432. The passage port groups 432, 432, and 432 of the wall portion 312 are adjacent to the passage port groups 431, 431, and 431 of the cover plate 41. Each passing port group 432 includes a plurality of passing ports arranged close to each other. The arrangement positions of the passage port groups 431 to 432 correspond to the arrangement positions of the passage hole groups 331 to 332 of the front cover 31.
A plurality of first hooks 44, 44,... Are juxtaposed along the long side of the cover plate 41 on the other long side of the cover plate 41 (one that is not integral with the long side portion of the cover plate 42). The Each first hook 44 has an L-shaped hook shape having projecting pieces 441 and 442.
Each of the projecting pieces 441 and 442 is a rectangular piece, and at least one of the projecting pieces 441 and 442 is thin enough to have flexibility.
The protruding piece 441 (one protruding piece) protrudes from the inner surface of the covering plate 41 in the thickness direction of the covering plate 41.
The projecting piece 442 (another projecting piece) projects in the longitudinal direction of the cover plate 41 from the tip of the projecting piece 441. The protruding directions of all the protruding pieces 442, 442,... Are the same.
The first hook 44 further has a convex claw portion 443. The claw portion 443 protrudes from the tip portion of the protruding piece 442 in the direction opposite to the protruding direction of the protruding piece 441. Further, the claw portion 443 has a ridge shape extending in a direction orthogonal to the protruding direction of each of the projecting pieces 441 and 442, and the width is narrower toward the tip side. The claw part 443 has a right-angled triangular cross section, and one acute angle of the right-angled triangle is located at the tip of the claw part 443. The inclined surface of the claw part 443 faces the opposite side of the protruding piece 441.
A plurality of second hooks 45, 45,... Are juxtaposed along the long side of the cover plate 42 on the other of the long side portions of the cover plate 42 (one that is not integral with the long side portion of the cover plate 41). . Each second hook 45 has an L-shaped hook shape having projecting pieces 451 and 452.
The protruding piece 451 (one protruding piece) has a rectangular plate shape, and protrudes from the inner surface of the covering plate 42 in the thickness direction of the covering plate 41. Therefore, the projecting piece 451 is inclined with respect to the covering plate 42.
The projecting piece 452 (the other projecting piece) is provided at the tip of the projecting piece 451. The protrusion 452 has a rectangular shape, and protrudes from the protrusion 451 in the lateral direction of the cover plate 41 and in a direction away from the cover plate 41.
The projecting direction of the projecting piece 451 of the second hook 45 is the same as the projecting direction of the projecting piece 441 of the first hook 44, but the surface direction of the projecting piece 451 is orthogonal to the surface direction of the projecting piece 441. The projecting direction of the projecting piece 452 of the second hook 45 and the projecting direction of the projecting piece 442 of the first hook 44 are both oriented along the cover plate 41, but the former is oriented along the short side of the cover plate 41. The latter is the direction along the long side of the cover plate 41. That is, the direction of the first hook 44 and the direction of the second hook 45 are different.
As shown in FIG. 4, the cover 4 holds the net 46. The net 46 covers the entire outer surface of the cover 4, and the peripheral edge of the net 46 is fixed (for example, welded) to the inner surface of the cover 4. The net 46 covers all the passage port groups 431 to 432. The net 46 is not shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 10 to 12.
13 and 14 are perspective views for explaining a procedure for attaching the cover 4 to the front cover 31. FIG.
The cover 4 is attached to the front cover 31 before the middle cabinet 22 is attached to the display unit 21.
The operator inserts the first hooks 44, 44,... Into the first engagement holes 34, 34,..., And the second hooks 45, 45,. Insert in large part. At this time, the operator matches the longitudinal direction of the cover 4 with the longitudinal direction of the front cover 31, the inner surface of the cover plate 41 of the cover 4 extends along the outer surface of the wall portion 311 of the front cover 31, and the cover plate of the cover 4. The inner surface of 42 is aligned with the outer surface of the wall portion 312 of the front cover 31.
When the first hooks 44, 44, ... and the second hooks 45, 45, ... are inserted into the first engagement holes 34, 34, ... and the second engagement holes 35, 35, ... (see Fig. 13), The inner surfaces of the cover plates 41 and 42 are in contact with the outer surfaces of the wall portions 311 and 312 (see FIG. 4).
Thereafter, the operator moves the cover 4 in the longitudinal direction of the cover 4 so that the second hooks 45, 45,... Are inserted into the portions where the opening amounts of the second engagement holes 35, 35,. . Then, the cover 4 moves in the protruding direction of the protruding piece 442 of the first hook 44. As a result, the claw portion 443 of each first hook 44 approaches and contacts the convex portion 341 in the protruding direction of the protruding piece 442. On the other hand, the protruding piece 452 of the second hook 45 approaches the engaging surface 351 in the protruding direction of the protruding piece 442.
When the cover 4 further moves, the inclined surface of the claw portion 443 slides on the inclined surface of the convex portion 341 so that the claw portion 443 moves to the tip portion of the convex portion 341, and the first hook 44 The protruding piece 441 or the protruding piece 442 is bent. When the claw portion 443 moves to the tip end portion of the convex portion 341, the cover 4 further moves, so that the claw portion 443 gets over the convex portion 341, and the convex portion 341 is opposite to the protruding direction of the protruding piece 442. Engage with. At this time, the bent first hook 44 returns to its original shape, and the projecting piece 442 and the opening peripheral edge of the first engagement hole 34 are engaged with each other in the thickness direction of the cover plate 41 (thickness direction of the wall portion 311). Match. On the other hand, the protruding piece 452 of the second hook 45 engages with the engaging surface 351 in the direction opposite to the protruding direction of the protruding piece 451 (see FIG. 14).
When the first hook 44 is engaged with the peripheral edge of the opening of the first engagement hole 34 and the second hook 45 is engaged with the peripheral edge of the opening of the second engagement hole 35, the passage port groups 431 to 432 of the cover 4 are used. And the through hole groups 331 to 332 of the front cover 31 face each other.
After engagement between the first hook 44 (and the second hook 45) and the opening peripheral edge of the first engagement hole 34 (and the second engagement hole 35), both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cover plate 41 are wall portions. Screwed to both ends of 311 in the longitudinal direction. For this purpose, the wall 311 is provided with two through holes 36 and 36. On the other hand, two bosses 47, 47 project from the inner surface of the cover plate 41. A female screw is formed on the inner peripheral surface of each boss 47. The wall portion 311 and the cover plate 41 are fixed to each other by screws that pass through the through holes 36 and 36 being fastened to the bosses 47 and 47.
After the covers 4, 4 are attached to the front covers 31, 31, the middle cabinet 22 is attached to the display unit 21, and the speaker units 23, 23 are accommodated in the housings 3, 3.
As a result, the cover 4 covers the front cover 31 (part of the circumferential direction of the peripheral wall of the container 3). The first hook 44 and the second hook 45 are located at one end and the other end of the cover 4 in the circumferential direction of the container 3. In the cover 4, the first hooks 44, 44,... Are inserted into the container 3 through the first engagement holes 34, 34,. The second hooks 45, 45,... Are inserted into the housing 3 through the second engagement holes 35, 35,... And engaged with the peripheral edges of the second engagement holes 35, 35,. Attached to the cover 31. The direction of the first hook 44 and the direction of the second hook 45 are different.
Therefore, the external force in the direction opposite to the direction in which the first hooks 44, 44,... Are inserted into the first engagement holes 34, 34,. The first hooks 44, 44,... Are pulled out of the first engagement holes 34, 34,. There is no possibility that the second hooks 45, 45,... Are pulled out from the second engagement holes 35, 35,. Accordingly, there is no gap between the cover 4 and the front cover 31.
The projecting piece 442 of each first hook 44 and the opening peripheral edge portion of the first engagement hole 34 are engaged in the thickness direction (front-rear direction) of the wall portion 311 of the front cover 31, and the claw portion 443 of the first hook 44. The convex portion 341 included in the opening peripheral edge portion of the first engagement hole 34 is engaged in a direction along the wall portion 311 (vertical direction). Therefore, unnecessary engagement between the first hook 44 and the opening peripheral edge portion of the first engagement hole 34 is suppressed.
After the engagement between the claw portion 443 and the convex portion 341 is released, the cover 4 moves in the direction opposite to the protruding direction of the protruding piece 442, and further from the first engaging hole 34 and the second engaging hole 35. As long as the first hook 44 and the second hook are not pulled out, there is no possibility that the cover 4 will fall off the front cover 31.
The projecting piece 452 of the second hook 45 and the engaging surface 351 of the opening peripheral edge of the second engaging hole 35 are engaged in the thickness direction (front-rear direction) of the wall 311. The protruding piece 451 of the second hook 45 protrudes from the wall portion 312 of the front cover 31 in the thickness direction of the wall portion 311 and does not protrude in a direction orthogonal to the wall portion 312. Therefore, the protrusion amount of the second hook 45 from the wall 312 to the inside of the container 3 can be reduced. Therefore, the second hook 45 protruding inside the housing 3 is prevented from interfering with the speaker unit 23.
In the present embodiment, a hollow hole is formed in the vicinity of the base end portion of each of the first hooks 44, 44,... And the second hooks 45, 45,. However, the lightening hole is hidden by the net 46 that covers the entire outer surface of the cover 4.
Further, in the present embodiment, the first hooks 44, 44,... Of the cover plate 41 are substantially adjacent to the second hooks 45, 45,. Therefore, when attaching the cover 4 to the front cover 31, by engaging the claw portions 443 of the first hooks 44 with the convex portions 341, the protruding pieces 452 of the second hooks 45 adjacent to the first hooks 44. Can be easily engaged with the engaging surface 351.
The display device 2 further includes a rear cabinet 25. However, the illustration of the rear cabinet 25 in FIG. 4 is omitted.
The rear cabinet 25 has a rectangular dish shape. The rear cabinet 25 covers the back side of the display unit 21 such that the inner surface of the rear cabinet 25 faces the rear surface of the display unit 21. The rear cabinet 25 also covers the boundary portions between the display unit 21 and the rear covers 32 and 32.
The display device 2 further includes two decorative members 26 and 26. One decorative member 26 covers from the upper side of the display unit 21 to the upper parts of the containers 3 and 3. The other decorative member 26 covers from the lower side of the display unit 21 to the lower parts of the containers 3 and 3.
In the case of the display device 2 and the television receiver 1 as described above, since the speaker unit 23 is accommodated in the housing 3 (between the front cover 31 and the rear cover 32), the speaker unit 23 can be protected.
Further, the engagement between the first hook 44 (and the second hook 45) and the opening peripheral edge of the first engagement hole 34 (and the second engagement hole 35) is unsightly between the cover 4 and the front cover 31. There is no gap. Therefore, the aesthetics of the display device 2 and the television receiver 1 can be improved.
The sound output from the speakers 232 and 232 of the speaker unit 23 is transmitted to the front side of the display device 2 through the passage hole groups 331 to 332 and the passage hole groups 431 to 432. The sound output from the speaker unit 23 is transmitted to the rear side of the display device 2 through the passage hole group 321.
The cover 4 having the net 46 functions as a speaker net. Since the net 46 covers the passage port groups 431 to 432 and the passage hole groups 331 to 332, the speaker unit 23 can be protected while passing the sound output from the speakers 232 and 232.
Finally, the embodiment will be summarized.

According to the present embodiment, the display device 2 according to the present embodiment and a receiving unit 11 that receives a television broadcast, the display device based on the television broadcast received by the receiving unit 11 2 displays an image.
In the present embodiment, since the speaker unit is accommodated in the cylindrical container, the speaker unit can be protected.
The cover covers a part of the circumferential wall of the container in the circumferential direction. The first hook and the second hook are located at one end and the other end of the cover in the circumferential direction of the container. The cover is inserted into the housing through the first engagement hole, the first hook is engaged with the opening peripheral edge of the first engagement hole, and the second hook is inserted into the housing through the second engagement hole. By being engaged with the opening peripheral edge of the second engagement hole, it is attached to the peripheral wall of the container. The direction of the first hook is different from the direction of the second hook.
Therefore, an external force in a direction opposite to the direction in which the first hook is inserted into the first engagement hole or an external force in the direction opposite to the direction in which the second hook is inserted into the second engagement hole is applied to the cover. Even in this case, there is no possibility that the first hook is pulled out from the first engagement hole and the second hook is pulled out from the second engagement hole. Therefore, there is no gap between the cover and the peripheral wall of the container. As a result, it is possible to improve the aesthetics of the display device and also the television receiver including the display device.
In this embodiment, a cover having a net functions as a speaker net. Since the net covers the passage opening and the passage hole, the speaker unit can be protected while passing the sound output from the speaker.
In the present embodiment, the other projecting piece of the first hook and the opening peripheral edge of the first engagement hole engage with each other in the thickness direction of the first wall, and the claw portion of the first hook and the first hook The convex part which the opening peripheral part of an engagement hole has engages in the direction in alignment with a 1st wall part. Therefore, it is suppressed that the engagement between the first hook and the opening peripheral edge of the first engagement hole is unnecessarily released.
In the present embodiment, the other protruding piece of the second hook and the engaging surface of the opening peripheral edge portion of the second engaging hole are engaged in the thickness direction of the first wall portion.
One protruding piece of the second hook protrudes from the second wall portion of the container in the thickness direction of the first wall portion, and does not protrude in a direction orthogonal to the second wall portion of the container. Therefore, the protrusion amount of the second hook from the second wall portion of the container to the inside of the container can be reduced. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress the second hook protruding inside the housing from interfering with the speaker unit.
In the present embodiment, the second hook inserted in the portion where the opening amount of the second engagement hole is large follows the peripheral edge of the display portion toward the portion where the opening amount of the second engagement hole is small. If it moves relatively in the direction, the other projecting piece of the second hook and the engaging surface are engaged with each other. That is, the engagement between the second hook and the peripheral edge of the second engagement hole can be guided by the shape of the second engagement hole.
