Description

步骤101、对预置的正常样本及癌症样本中的每一幅病理切片图像进行图像处理,得到所述正常样本和所述癌症样本的训练数据,所述训练数据包含相似度指标的均值集合、方差集合及信息熵集合;
步骤102、基于所述正常样本和所述癌症样本的训练数据对预置的机器分类模型进行训练,得到训练后的机器分类模型;
步骤201、读取病理切片图像含结构信息的三维图像,所述三维图像由各像素点的光子数分布构成第三维度;
步骤202、提取所述三维图像中由第三维度数据集决定的各像素点的相似度指标;
Ii,j(t)=I0 i,jexp(-t/τi,j)
其中,i及j表示像素点在三维图像中的坐标,Ii,j(t)表示像素点ij在t时刻衰减后的荧光强度,t表示时间,I0 i,j表示像素点ij总的荧光强度,τi,j表示像素点ij的荧光寿命。
Figure PCTCN2017075566-appb-000001
Figure PCTCN2017075566-appb-000002
Figure PCTCN2017075566-appb-000003
Figure PCTCN2017075566-appb-000004
Figure PCTCN2017075566-appb-000005
Figure PCTCN2017075566-appb-000006
步骤203、利用所述各像素点的相似度指标计算所述病理切片图像的相似度指标的均值,方差及信息熵;
Figure PCTCN2017075566-appb-000007
其中,
Figure PCTCN2017075566-appb-000008
或者
Figure PCTCN2017075566-appb-000009
Figure PCTCN2017075566-appb-000010
步骤204、将所述正常样本中所有病理切片图像的相似度指标的均值、方差及信息熵分别归类为所述正常样本的相似度指标的均值集合、方差集合及信息熵集合,以作为所述正常样本的训练数据,及将所述癌症样本中所有病理切片图像的相似度指标的均值、方差及信息熵分别归类为至少一种类别的相似度指标的均值集合、方差集合及信息熵集合,以作为所述癌症样本的训练数据;
步骤205、基于所述正常样本和所述癌症样本的训练数据对预置的机器分类模型进行训练,得到训练后的机器分类模型;
处理模块301,用于对预置的正常样本及癌症样本中的每一幅病理切片图像进行图像处理,得到所述正常样本和所述癌症样本的训练数据,所述训练数据包含相似度指标的均值集合、方差集合及信息熵集合;

Figure PCTCN2017075566-appb-000018
或者

其中,S表示信息熵,pi,j表示像素点ij的荧光寿命占所有像素点的荧光寿命的总和的概率,或者,像素点ij的拉曼光谱相关系数占所有像素点的拉曼光谱相关系数的总和的概率;
其中,
