Further, the article information may include the above-described input information, storage user information, carry-in area information, storage time information, and the like.
Further, the article information acquisition unit 110 notifies the storage control unit 120 to perform storage control when the user puts an article to be stored in the article transfer area 21x.
Note that the article information acquisition unit 110 stores at least a part of the article information of the article that has been stored and retrieved in the past and has the same identity as the article to be stored when the article is stored. You may take in from the recording medium 130 as some. In addition, the article information acquisition unit 110, when storing an article, uses the extraction information (described later) of an article stored and extracted in the past that has the same identity as the article to be stored as one item information of the article to be stored. It may be imported from the recording medium 130 as a part.
[1-2-2. Storage control unit 120]
The storage control unit 120 includes a communication interface and a processor that executes a program. The storage control unit 120 controls the storage mechanism 200 to store (store) an article to be stored in the storage unit 210. At that time, the storage control unit 120 selects a storage area in which the article is stored from a plurality of storage areas in the storage unit 210 based on a predetermined condition for optimal arrangement. Specifically, the storage control unit 120 selects a storage area in which an article is stored based on at least one of the article information indicating the article to be stored and the state of each storage area.
For example, the predetermined condition for optimal arrangement is that the plurality of storage rates of the plurality of storage areas in the storage unit 210 are made uniform. In this case, the storage control unit 120 refers to the storage management information, and stores articles from the plurality of storage areas so that the plurality of storage rates of the plurality of storage areas in the storage unit 210 are made uniform. Select a storage area.
Further, the predetermined condition for optimal arrangement may be that the number of storage areas in which no articles are stored at all among the plurality of storage areas in the storage unit 210 may be maximized. In this case, the storage control unit 120 refers to the storage management information, and the storage area in which the article is stored from the plurality of storage areas so that the number of storage areas in which the article is not stored is maximized. Select.
Further, the predetermined condition for optimal arrangement may be to store a plurality of articles having similar article information in the same storage area or a plurality of storage areas close to each other.
That is, the predetermined condition for optimal arrangement is that the first storage area of the first article is the first storage area of the first article when the first article information indicating the first article and the second article information indicating the second article satisfy the predetermined similarity condition. And the second storage area of the second article may be close or the same. Here, the fact that the first storage area and the second storage area are close means that the first article information and the second article information are closer in distance (positionally) than when the predetermined similarity condition is not satisfied. means.
In this case, the storage control unit 120 refers to the storage management information and the article information, and the article is selected from the plurality of storage areas so that the article is stored in or near the storage area of the article with similar article information. Select the storage area to be stored. For the first item information indicating the first item and the second item information indicating the second item, the predetermined similar condition is, for example, that the genre of the first item and the genre of the second item are the same. .
In addition, the article information may include take-out information indicating a history related to the take-out of the article. Therefore, the article information includes a user who has performed an operation for taking out an article (takeout user), a time zone in which the operation for taking out the article has been performed (takeout time zone), and a frequency at which the operation for taking out the article has been performed ( Take-off frequency).
Here, the time zones are morning (5:00 to 10:00), noon (10:00 to 15:00), evening (15:00 to 19:00), and night (19:00 to 5: 00). 00) or the like. The frequency can be expressed at a level such as frequent (high, eg, more than once a day), sometimes (usually, eg, 1-6 times a week), and rare (low, eg, less than 4 times a month).
Further, the user who has performed the operation for taking out the article may be the user who has performed the last operation for taking out the article, or the user who has performed the most operations for taking out the article. Further, the time zone in which the operation for taking out the article is performed may be the time zone in which the operation for taking out the article is last performed, or the time zone in which the operation for taking out the article is performed most frequently.
For example, the first article information is the first user who has performed the first article removal operation, the first time period during which the first article removal operation has been performed, and the first article removal operation has been performed. 1 frequency and the 1st genre which is a genre of the 1st goods may be shown. The second article information is the second user who has performed the operation of taking out the second article, the second time zone in which the operation of taking out the second article has been performed, and the second operation in which the operation of taking out the second article has been performed. 2nd frequency and the 2nd genre which is a genre of the 2nd goods may be shown.
For the first item information and the second item information, the predetermined similarity condition may be that the first user and the second user are the same. Further, the predetermined similar condition may be that the first time zone and the second time zone are the same. Further, the predetermined similarity condition may be that the first frequency and the second frequency are the same. Further, the predetermined similarity condition may be that the first genre and the second genre are the same. Further, the predetermined similarity condition may be that the user, the time zone, the frequency, and the genre are the same between the first item information and the second item information.
In addition, the predetermined conditions for optimal placement are: the user who performed the operation for removing the article, the time zone during which the operation for removing the article was performed, and the frequency at which the operation for removing the article was performed. It may be stored in a storage area to which the genre of the article is assigned. This condition partially overlaps with the above-described condition that a plurality of articles having similar article information are stored in the same storage area or a plurality of storage areas close to each other.
In this case, basically, a user, a time zone, a frequency, and a genre are assigned in advance to each of the plurality of storage areas. Then, the storage control unit 120 stores, as a storage area in which articles are stored, a user, a time slot, a frequency, and a genre that are equal to the user, the time slot, the frequency, and the genre indicated by the article information from the plurality of storage areas. The storage area to which is assigned is selected.
A plurality of users may be assigned to a single storage area, a plurality of time zones may be assigned, a plurality of frequencies may be assigned, or a plurality of genres may be assigned. May be assigned.
In addition, there is a possibility that the user who has performed the operation of taking out the article, the time zone in which the operation of taking out the article has been performed, the frequency at which the operation of taking out the article has been performed, or the genre of the article is not specified and may be unknown. is there. Therefore, the user may be assigned to the storage area as unknown, the time zone may be assigned as unknown, the frequency may be assigned as unknown, or the genre is assigned as unknown. May be.
If the user is unknown, the article may be stored in a storage area assigned as the user is unknown. Similarly, when the time zone is unknown, the article may be stored in a storage area assigned with the time zone unknown. Similarly, when the frequency is unknown, the article may be stored in a storage area assigned with an unknown frequency. Similarly, when the genre is unknown, the article may be stored in a storage area assigned as the genre is unknown.
In addition, the storage control unit 120 newly assigns them to the storage area when the user, the time zone, the frequency, and the genre indicated by the article information are not assigned to the storage area. An area may be selected.
When the storage control unit 120 selects a storage area from a plurality of storage areas based on the predetermined conditions for optimal placement as described above, the storage control unit 120 can store articles from the plurality of storage areas. One or more storage areas having areas may be extracted based on the size of the article. Then, the storage control unit 120 may select a storage area from the extracted one or more storage areas based on a predetermined condition for optimal placement.
Then, the storage control unit 120 notifies the control device of the storage mechanism 200 of storage area information indicating the selected storage area. In addition, for example, when there are a plurality of article transfer areas 21x in which an article to be stored is placed in the house 20, the storage control unit 120 controls the storage mechanism 200 using the carry-in area information acquired by the article information acquisition unit 110. Notify the device.
The control device of the storage mechanism 200 determines the storage position of the article to be stored based on a predetermined algorithm in the range of the storage area indicated by the notified storage area information. For example, the control device of the storage mechanism 200 determines, as the storage position, a storage candidate position where an article to be stored can be placed among a plurality of storage candidate positions in the empty area of the storage area. The control device of the storage mechanism 200 may determine whether or not the article can be arranged at the storage candidate position based on the size of the article.
Then, the control device of the storage mechanism 200 controls the picking mechanism and the like to move from the article transfer area 21x (for example, the article transfer area 21x indicated by the carry-in area information) where the articles to be stored are placed to the storage position of the storage unit 210. The article is transferred and the article is stored.
The point in time when the storage control unit 120 performs control to store the articles to be stored (stores the articles to be stored in the storage mechanism 200) and the point in time when the article information acquisition unit 110 acquires the article ID of the articles to be stored. , Either may be first.
In the method in which the storage control unit 120 performs control to store the article after the article information acquisition unit 110 acquires the article ID of the article to be stored, the storage control unit 120 controls the storage mechanism 200 to store the article ID. To communicate. The control device of the storage mechanism 200 determines a storage position based on, for example, a predetermined algorithm, controls the picking mechanism and the like, and transfers the articles to be stored to the storage position in the storage unit 210. In the storage management information, the control device manages the article ID of the article and the storage position of the article in association with each other.
Further, in the method in which the storage control unit 120 performs control to store the article before the article information acquisition unit 110 acquires the article ID of the article to be stored, the storage control unit 120 stores the article ID without transmitting it. The mechanism 200 is controlled. In this method, for example, the control device of the storage mechanism 200 determines the storage position of the article to be stored and the article ID of the article based on a predetermined algorithm, controls the picking mechanism and the like, and stores the article in the storage unit 210. To the storage position.
The control device manages the article ID of the article in association with the storage position of the article in the storage management information. Then, the storage mechanism 200 causes the article information acquisition unit 110 to acquire the determined article ID by transmitting the determined article ID to the article information acquisition unit 110 via the storage control unit 120. In this method, the article information acquisition unit 110 records the acquired article ID as a part of the article information of the article to be stored on the recording medium 130 via the recording control unit 131.
In any method, the storage control unit 120 selects a storage area in which an article is stored and selects the selected storage until the article reaches a branch point for the plurality of storage areas of the storage unit 210 from the article transfer area 21x. It is effective to transmit the area to the control device of the storage mechanism 200. Thereby, the control device of the storage mechanism 200 can smoothly transfer the article to the storage position in the selected storage area.
In any method, the control device of the storage mechanism 200 manages the article ID and the storage position of the article in association with each other. Therefore, the takeout control unit 160 can cause the storage mechanism 200 to take out the article from the storage unit 210 by giving the storage mechanism 200 the article ID of the article to be taken out.
In the above example, the control device of the storage mechanism 200 determines the storage position of the article, but the storage control unit 120 determines the storage position of the article, and sets the storage position of the article in the control device of the storage mechanism 200. You may be notified.
[1-2-3. Recording medium 130 and recording control unit 131]
The recording medium 130 is a hard disk, a nonvolatile memory, or the like for recording information. For example, other components record information on the recording medium 130 via the recording control unit 131 when recording information on the recording medium 130. At this time, specifically, the recording control unit 131 may acquire information from other components and record the acquired information in an appropriate area (such as an empty area) in the recording medium 130.
Also, the reference of information to the recording medium 130 may be controlled by the recording control unit 131. For example, another component may refer to the information via the recording control unit 131 when referring to the information recorded on the recording medium 130. In this case, specifically, the recording control unit 131 may acquire information requested from other components from the recording medium 130 and provide the acquired information to the other components.
Here, the recording of information on the recording medium 130 by another constituent element via the recording control unit 131 may be simply expressed as the recording of information on the recording medium 130 by another constituent element. In addition, referring to information from the recording medium 130 by another component via the recording control unit 131 may simply be expressed as referring to information from the recording medium 130 by another component.
Further, the recording medium 130 may be physically an integrated recording medium or a set of a plurality of recording media. That is, a plurality of information recorded on the recording medium 130 may be recorded on a plurality of recording areas of the recording medium 130 that are physically integrated, or may be recorded on a plurality of recording media constituting the recording medium 130. May be.
FIG. 4 shows an example of article information indicating one article recorded on the recording medium 130 by the article information acquisition unit 110. The example in the figure shows that the article information includes article sensing information, input information, storage user information, carry-in area information, storage time information, and an article ID.
In the example of FIG. 4, the article sensing information indicates that the article to be stored is a blue T-shirt (clothing) of 70 cm × 50 cm × 0.5 cm and 200 g. This article sensing information includes, for example, a result of recognizing a T-shirt (clothing), blue, and a size of 70 cm × 50 cm × 0.5 cm by imaging the article with an image sensor and analyzing the article. Is based on the result of measuring 200 g with a weight sensor. The article sensing information can include, for example, an image itself generated by the image sensor taking an image.
In the example of FIG. 4, when the article (blue T-shirt) is stored, information about the A tournament participation commemorative T-shirt is input to the user as input information and acquired by the article information acquisition unit 110 to be recorded on the recording medium 130. Is recorded. The user can input one or more pieces of information (article attributes, various information related to the article, etc.) regarding the article to be stored using various input methods such as text and voice.
Further, in the example of FIG. 4, a user who performs an operation for storing an article (blue T-shirt) (a user who put the article in the article transfer area 21 x) out of a plurality of residents (family) living in the house 20. The stored user information indicates that the user is a specific person (the father in this example). Further, in the example of FIG. 4, the carry-in area information indicates that the place where the operation of storing the article (blue T-shirt) (the place of the article transfer area 21 x) is the living room of the house 20. Yes.
In the example of FIG. 4, the storage time information indicates that the time when the operation of storing the article (blue T-shirt) is performed is 18:00 on August 8. The example of FIG. 4 indicates that the article ID of the article (blue T-shirt) is 0002.
4 shows an example in which an article (blue T-shirt) is stored for the first time by the storage management system 10 (specifically, the storage mechanism 200). Therefore, the content of the retrieval information in the article information is valid. is not. The extraction information will be described in detail later.
FIG. 5 shows an example of storage management information used by the storage mechanism 200 for managing the storage position of the article. The control device of the storage mechanism 200 can record storage management information on the recording medium 130 via the recording control unit 131 based on processing related to storage or removal, and can update the recorded contents as needed.
In this storage management information, the article ID and the storage position are associated with each other. This storage position is represented by identification information for distinguishing a plurality of places (spaces) in the storage unit 210 where articles can be stored. In the example of FIG. 5, it is represented by a storage area identifier indicating a storage area and a space identification number in the storage area. The storage management information in FIG. 5 represents a state in which four articles with article IDs 0001 to 0004 are stored in the storage position associated with the article ID in the storage unit 210, respectively.
When an article is large, a plurality of storage positions are associated with one article ID. For example, the size of the area occupied by one or more articles stored in the storage area can be represented by the number of one or more storage positions associated with one or more article IDs. In addition, the size of the empty area of the storage area can be represented by the number of one or more storage candidate positions that are not associated with the article ID as the storage position among the plurality of storage candidate positions of the storage area. The size of the storage area can be represented by the number of storage candidate positions in the storage area.
The storage ratio of the storage area is a ratio of the size of the area occupied by one or more articles in the storage area to the size of the storage area. For example, the storage rate of the storage area can be represented by the ratio of the number of one or more storage positions associated with one or more article IDs to the number of storage candidate positions in the storage area. Information indicating a plurality of storage candidate positions in the storage area may be recorded in advance on the recording medium 130.
Further, information indicating the user, time zone, frequency, and genre assigned to the storage area may be recorded on the recording medium 130. Further, the storage control unit 120 may record information indicating the user, time zone, frequency, and genre assigned to the storage area on the recording medium 130 via the recording control unit 131.

This calculation process is, for example, a process of deriving information for specifying an article from a sensing result by referring to a table in which a predetermined sensing result candidate and an article specifying information candidate are associated with each other.
It is effective that the user interface or sensor constituting the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 is installed, for example, in the vicinity of the article delivery area 21y where the user can receive the article to be taken out. It may be installed at a place. In addition, a portable information terminal carried by the user may be used as a user interface, a sensor, or the like constituting the article specifying information acquisition unit 140.
Further, a user interface, a sensor, and the like constituting the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 may be installed for each of the plurality of article transfer areas 21y.
The article specifying information acquired by the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 is notified to the take-out control unit 160, and a search for selecting an item to be taken out (a set of article information recorded in the recording medium 130). Used for collation).
Also, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 acquires time information (takeout time information) indicating the time when the operation for taking out the article is performed when acquiring the article specifying information for taking out the article. Also good. Specifically, the time information indicates, for example, the time when the article specifying information is acquired. Further, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 may acquire user information (extraction user identification information) indicating a user who has performed an operation for taking out an article.
Further, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 may acquire area information (take-out area information) indicating the article delivery area 21y to which the article to be taken out is transferred among the plurality of article delivery areas 21y. The article transfer area 21y to which the article to be taken out is transferred corresponds to the destination to which the article to be taken out is transferred.
The article transfer area 21y to which the article to be taken out is transferred is determined based on the place where the user interface and the sensor constituting the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 are installed and the operation for taking out the article is performed. May be. For example, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 may acquire area information indicating the article delivery area 21y closest to the place where the operation for taking out the article is performed among the plurality of article delivery areas 21y.
Alternatively, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 may acquire area information indicating the article delivery area 21y to which the article to be taken out is transferred based on information input by the user. For example, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 may acquire area information indicating the article transfer area 21y specified by the user.
Further, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 may acquire time information as part of the article specifying information, may acquire user information as part of the article specifying information, or may obtain region information. You may acquire as a part of information for goods specification. That is, the article specifying information may include time information, user information, or region information.
Also, the time information (removal time information), user information (removal user identification information), area information (take-out area information), and article specifying information constitute extraction information. This take-out information is information that indicates a history of take-out of an article, is stored in the article after the article is taken out, and can be used for a search for taking out the article again.
Fig. 6 shows an example of retrieval information. In the example of FIG. 6, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 acquires voice or characters indicating blue and a commemorative shirt as the article specifying information, acquires information about father as user information, and August 22 as time information. It shows that the date and time of 6 o'clock was acquired. Moreover, it has shown that the place called a living room was acquired as area | region information.
For example, FIG. 6 shows a case where a father who is a user inputs a voice of a blue commemorative shirt to a voice input device near the article transfer area 21d (living room) at 6 o'clock on August 22 in order to take out an article. The take-out information is acquired by the article specifying information acquisition unit 140.
[1-2-5. Extraction control unit 160]
The take-out control unit 160 includes a communication interface and a processor that executes a program. The take-out control unit 160 controls the storage mechanism 200 to take out an article to be taken out from the storage unit 210. For example, when the article specifying information acquired by the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 matches the article information indicating the article, the takeout control unit 160 causes the storage mechanism 200 to take out the article from the storage unit 210.
Specifically, the removal control unit 160 performs retrieval (verification, etc.) on the collection of article information on the recording medium 130 using the article identification information notified from the article identification information acquisition unit 140. Article information indicating the target article is selected. For example, the take-out control unit 160 selects item information that matches the item specifying information acquired by the item specifying information acquisition unit 140 from among a plurality of item information recorded on the recording medium 130.
Specifically, for example, the take-out control unit 160 performs predetermined first conversion on the article specifying information to generate first conversion information. Moreover, predetermined | prescribed 2nd conversion is performed to each article information in the recording medium 130, and 2nd conversion information is produced | generated. Then, when the first conversion information matches the second conversion information, the take-out control unit 160 selects the article information. The article information selected in this way is an example of article information that is selected as article information that matches the article specifying information.
In the above selection, any conversion may be defined as the first conversion and the second conversion. The second conversion information is, for example, words (for example, keywords) obtained by converting a plurality of components in the article information based on various dictionaries or functions. A plurality of components in the article information are components for each item of article sensing information (article type, color, size, weight, etc.), input information component, storage user information component, carry-in area information component, storage time information component And components for each item of retrieval information.
Also, the first conversion information is, for example, words (for example, keywords) obtained by converting a plurality of components in the article specifying information based on various dictionaries or functions. The plurality of components in the article specifying information include components for each element in characters and voices input to the user. For example, in the first conversion or the second conversion, the voice of the commemorative T-shirt may be converted into a commemorative shirt, and the date and time of 18:00 on August 8 may be converted into summer or evening.
When the second conversion information obtained by converting the article information indicating the article matches the first conversion information obtained by converting the article specifying information, the take-out control unit 160 stores the article specifying information. It is determined that the product information is matched, and the product information is selected.
When the first conversion information and the second conversion information are substantially the same (for example, within a predetermined similar range), the extraction control unit 160 considers that the first conversion information and the second conversion information match. May be. Each of the first conversion information and the second conversion information may be a vector having a plurality of components. In this case, if one component matches between the first conversion information and the second conversion information, the extraction control unit 160 considers that the first conversion information and the second conversion information match. Also good.
The take-out control unit 160 notifies the control device of the storage mechanism 200 of each item ID in one or more item information selected from a plurality of item information recorded on the recording medium 130. When a plurality of item information is selected, the take-out control unit 160 limits the item information to one item information by a predetermined limiting method, and notifies the control device of the storage mechanism 200 of the item ID in the one item information. May be. The take-out control unit 160 may use any method as a limiting method.
In the limiting method, for example, when the first conversion information and the second conversion information are vectors each having a plurality of components, the first conversion information and the second conversion information match (or substantially match). The method may be limited to article information having the largest number of components. In addition, the limiting method determines, for example, the importance for each item of the item information, determines the importance for each component of the second conversion information according to the importance determined for each item, and the first conversion information in the second conversion information The method may be limited to the article information having the largest sum of the importance levels of the components that coincide with each other.
Also, the limiting method may be a method of presenting information representing a plurality of selected item information to the user via a user interface such as a touch panel including a display and accepting the user's selection.
As in the example of FIG. 6, when keywords such as voices such as blue and a commemorative shirt are information for specifying an article, the extraction control unit 160 causes the first conversion having components such as blue and a commemorative shirt (or T-shirt) Information can be generated. Further, when the second conversion is performed on the article information (see FIG. 4) of the article (blue T-shirt), for example, a second item having components such as a T-shirt, clothing, blue, 200 grams, Group A, and a commemorative shirt. Conversion information may be generated. In this case, components such as blue, a T-shirt, and a commemorative shirt are matched between the first conversion information and the second conversion information.
Therefore, the take-out control unit 160 determines that the article specifying information matches the article information of the article (blue T-shirt). Then, the take-out control unit 160 selects the item information and notifies the control device of the storage mechanism 200 of the item ID in the selected item information.
Further, the take-out control unit 160 may record take-out information (time information, user information, product specifying information, etc.) in association with the selected product information on the recording medium 130 via the record control unit 131.
In the case where a single article is taken out a plurality of times, the take-out control unit 160 may record a plurality of take-out information on the recording medium 130 via the recording control unit 131 in association with one piece of article information. Good. Further, for example, the take-out control unit 160 may associate one or more take-out information with one item information by including one or more take-out information with one item information.
Further, when the stored article is taken out and stored again, the article information acquisition unit 110 is recorded on the recording medium 130 in the previous storage as part of the article information of the stored article. Article information may be taken in. At that time, the article information acquisition unit 110 may also retrieve one or more pieces of retrieval information associated with the article information in the previous retrieval as part of the article information of the articles to be stored again.
FIG. 7 shows an example of article information in which article information and take-out information of articles stored in the past are captured and recorded on the recording medium 130.
Specifically, in the example of FIG. 7, the article information (see FIG. 4) recorded on the recording medium 130 when the article (blue T-shirt) has been stored in the past, and when the article has been taken out in the past. It is an example of article information in which take-out information (see FIG. 6) recorded on the recording medium is taken. The article information acquisition unit 110 acquires the article information as illustrated in FIG. 7 when the article is stored again, and records the acquired article information in the recording medium 130 via the recording control unit 131.
The article information recorded on the recording medium 130 is expanded by repeatedly storing and taking out the article. In addition, when information that matches (or substantially matches) information related to past storage and removal of the article is input to the storage management system 10 (specifically, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140), The article can be taken out. The information related to past storage and removal of the article is, for example, time information indicating the time when the previous removal processing was performed.
For example, when the article is taken out a plurality of times, the article information may include a plurality of take-out information. In this case, a plurality of time information (a plurality of extraction time information) may be included in the article information. The set of the plurality of pieces of time information is information indicating a time zone in which the extraction operation is performed by the user and information indicating the frequency of the extraction operation performed by the user.
In addition, the take-out control unit 160 performs control to cause the storage mechanism 200 to take out the article by, for example, notifying the control device of the storage mechanism 200 of the article ID included in the selected article information. With this control, in the storage mechanism 200, the control device specifies the storage position from the article ID based on the storage management information (see FIG. 5), and the article is transferred to the picking mechanism or the like from the storage position of the storage unit 210. Transfer to the region 21y.
When a plurality of article transfer areas 21y exist in the house 20, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 may acquire area information (take-out area information) indicating one article transfer area 21y as described above. Good. Then, the take-out control unit 160 may notify the control device of the storage mechanism 200 of the area information acquired by the article specifying information acquisition unit 140. Then, the control device of the storage mechanism 200 may cause the picking mechanism or the like to transfer the article to the article transfer area 21y indicated by the notified area information.

Hereinafter, the operation of the storage management system 10 having the above-described configuration will be described. Processing for performing the storage management method in the storage management system 10 is mainly storage processing and take-out processing.
[2-1. Storage processing]
FIG. 8 is a flowchart illustrating an example of storage processing by the storage management system 10. Hereinafter, the storage process will be described with reference to FIG.
(S11)。 The article information acquisition unit 110 of the storage management system 10 determines whether or not an article has been placed in the article delivery area 21x by an operation performed by the user on the input device or a sensing performed by the sensor on the article delivery area 21x. Is determined (S11).
When the article to be stored is put in the article transfer area 21x by the user, the storage management system 10 executes the following processing (S12 to S19). In particular, when a plurality of articles to be stored are placed in the article transfer area 21x by the user, the storage management system 10 performs the subsequent processing (S12 to S19) for each article to be stored.
(S12)。 When an article is placed in the article delivery area 21x by the user, the article information acquisition unit 110 acquires article sensing information of the article sensed by a sensor (such as an image sensor and a weight sensor) (S12).
(S13)。 Subsequently, the article information acquisition unit 110 acquires input information in response to an input (for example, voice input such as a T-shirt) by a user who performs an operation for storing articles. Then, the article information acquisition unit 110 acquires storage user information indicating the user, carry-in area information indicating the article transfer area 21x in which the article is placed, storage time information indicating the storage date and time, and the like (S13).
Next, the article information acquisition unit 110 determines whether the article to be stored is the same as the article stored in the past (S14). This determination (determination of the identity of the article) includes, for example, article information including article sensing information equivalent to article sensing information for the article to be stored (for example, an image having the same characteristics as the image of the article to be stored). The search is performed from 130, and whether or not the search is successful is performed.
In this determination (determination of the identity of the article), for example, input information acquired for the article to be stored may be used in addition to the article sensing information or instead of the article sensing information. Moreover, the article information of the articles stored without being taken out may be excluded from the search. In addition, the article information acquisition unit 110 may use image matching or any other method to determine the identity of an article. It is effective to include information used for determination of identity in the article information.
When it is determined that the article to be stored is the same as the article stored in the past (Yes in S14), the article information acquisition unit 110 stores information related to past storage and removal of the article (for example, in the recording medium 130). Article information and take-out information already recorded) are acquired (S15). When it is determined that the article to be stored is not the same as the article stored in the past (No in S14), the article information acquisition unit 110 skips the process (S15) of acquiring information related to past storage and retrieval. .
Next, the article information acquisition unit 110 acquires (specifies) the article ID of the article (S16). For example, the article information acquisition unit 110 acquires (identifies) an article ID by generating an article ID based on a certain standard for making the article ID different for each article stored in the storage unit 210. The certain standard may be to generate serial numbers as the product IDs in ascending order every time the product ID is generated. Note that when article information of an article stored in the past is acquired, an article ID included in the article information may be used.
Next, the storage control unit 120 selects a storage area in which articles are stored from a plurality of storage areas in the storage unit 210 based on a predetermined condition for optimal placement (S17). In addition, when a plurality of articles are put into the article transfer area 21x at a time, the storage control unit 120 obtains a plurality of article information indicating the plurality of articles, and then acquires each of the plurality of articles. A storage area may be selected.
When the predetermined condition for the optimal arrangement is that the plurality of storage ratios of the plurality of storage areas in the storage unit 210 are made uniform, the storage control unit 120 The storage area is selected so that the storage ratio is made uniform. In this case, the storage control unit 120 may select a storage area with the lowest storage rate.
Specifically, the storage control unit 120 counts one or more storage positions associated with one or more article IDs with respect to the number of storage candidate positions in the storage area based on storage management information or the like. The storage area with the lowest ratio may be selected.
When the predetermined condition for optimal placement is that the number of storage areas in which no articles are stored is maximized, the storage control unit 120 has the maximum number of storage areas in which no articles are stored. The storage area in which the article is stored is selected so that the item is stored. In other words, in this case, the storage control unit 120 refers to the storage management information or the like and preferentially selects the storage area in which the article is stored.
For example, the storage control unit 120 determines whether or not each of the plurality of storage areas has an empty area in which the article can be stored based on a storage candidate position that can be stored, the size of the article, and the like. Then, the storage control unit 120 selects a storage area having the smallest empty area (the number of storage candidate positions that can be stored) among one or more storage areas having empty areas in which articles can be stored.
When the predetermined condition for optimal placement is to store a plurality of articles having similar article information in the same storage area or a plurality of storage areas close to each other, the storage control unit 120 stores the articles to be stored and the article information. Is selected, or a storage area in the vicinity thereof is selected. Further, in this case, the predetermined condition for optimal arrangement is that the first article information indicating the first article and the second article information indicating the second article satisfy the predetermined similarity condition, It is also expressed that one storage area and the second storage area of the second article are close or the same.
The predetermined similarity condition may be that the genre matches between the first item information and the second item information. In this case, the storage control unit 120 selects a storage area in which an article having the same genre as the stored article is stored, or a storage area in the vicinity thereof, based on the article information and the storage management information.
In addition, the predetermined similarity condition matches the user (removal user), the time zone (removal time zone), the frequency (removal frequency), and the genre between the first item information and the second item information. It may be. In this case, the storage control unit 120, based on the product information and storage management information, stores the same product and user (removal user), time zone (removal time zone), frequency (removal frequency), and genre. Is selected or a storage area near the storage area.
In addition, the storage control unit 120 is configured to uniformize the plurality of storage ratios from among the storage areas of the articles whose article information is similar to the articles to be stored and the storage areas near the storage areas. A storage area may be selected. Alternatively, the storage control unit 120 may select a storage area from among these so that the number of storage areas in which no articles are stored is maximized. Alternatively, the storage control unit 120 may preferentially select a storage area of an article whose article information is similar to the article to be stored over a storage area near the storage area.
When the predetermined condition for the optimal arrangement is that the article is stored in the storage area to which the user, the time zone, the frequency, and the genre are assigned, the storage control unit 120 displays the user and the time indicated by the article information. A storage area to which the band, frequency, and genre are assigned is selected.
When the user, the time zone, the frequency, and the genre indicated by the article information are assigned to a plurality of storage areas, the storage control unit 120 makes the storage ratios of the plurality of storage areas uniform. A storage area may be selected. Alternatively, the storage control unit 120 may select a storage area from the plurality of storage areas so that the number of storage areas in which no articles are stored is maximized.
In addition, when the user indicated by the article information is not specified and is unknown, the storage control unit 120 selects a storage area to which the user is assigned as unknown. The case where the time zone, frequency, or genre is unknown is the same as when the user is unknown.
Further, when there is no storage area to which the user, the time zone, the frequency, and the genre indicated by the article information are allocated in one or more storage areas having an empty area in which the article can be stored, the storage control unit 120 stores the article information. The indicated user or the like may be newly assigned to an unused storage area. Then, the storage control unit 120 may select a newly allocated storage area. The storage control unit 120 may newly assign a user or the like indicated by the article information to an unused storage area near the storage area to which the user or the like indicated by the article information has already been assigned.
Next, the storage control unit 120 controls the storage mechanism 200 to store the articles placed in the article transfer area 21x (S18). For example, the storage control unit 120 notifies the control device of the storage mechanism 200 of the product ID specified by the product information acquisition unit 110, the product transfer region 21x in which the product is placed, the selected storage region, and the like. The storage mechanism 200 is controlled.
Thus, the picking mechanism and the like are controlled by the control device of the storage mechanism 200, and the article is stored (stored) in the empty area of the selected storage area. Then, the article ID and the storage position of the article are managed in association with each other in the storage management information (see FIG. 5).
(S19)。 In addition, the article information acquisition unit 110 stores article information (article sensing information, input information, storage user information, carry-in area information, storage time information, past storage and retrieval information, and an article ID) on the recording medium 130. Is recorded via the recording control unit 131 (S19).
(S11)。 When the series of processing is completed, the storage management system 10 again determines whether or not the article has been placed in the article transfer area 21x (that is, waiting for another storage target article) (S11).
By such a storage process of the storage management system 10, the article is appropriately stored, and the article information of the stored article is managed.
[2-2. Extraction process]
FIG. 9 is a flowchart illustrating an example of a take-out process performed by the storage management system 10. The extraction process will be described below with reference to FIG.
The article specifying information acquisition unit 140 of the storage management system 10 acquires the article specifying information (S21). For example, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 acquires the article specifying information through a user operation on the input device or the like, or sensing performed by a sensor.
The user inputs, for example, information indicating the article to be taken out. For example, the user may input the article name by voice, or may cause the image sensor to sense a photograph of the article. Further, the user may input information (for example, time or place) when the article to be taken out is stored.
Then, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 acquires information for specifying the article including information input by the user or information obtained by sensing.
Further, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 acquires user information (removal user information) indicating a user who performs an operation of taking out an article by a user operation on an input device or the like, or sensing performed by a sensor. Also good. In addition, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 may acquire time information (removal time information) indicating a removal time. In addition, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 may acquire area information (take-out area information) indicating a take-out object delivery area for taking out an object to be taken out.
Then, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 may acquire article specifying information including user information (removal user information), time information (removal time information), and area information (take-out area information).
For example, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 uses a sensor that configures the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 to use a user interface that configures the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 or an article transfer area 21y (an extraction target article transfer area). A user in the vicinity of may be detected. Then, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 may acquire user information indicating the detected user as part of the article specifying information.
(S22)。 Next, the take-out control unit 160 selects article information that matches the article specifying information from among a plurality of article information recorded on the recording medium 130 (S22).
For example, the take-out control unit 160 derives first conversion information (for example, a keyword or the like) obtained by performing the first conversion on the article specifying information. Then, the take-out control unit 160 selects, from a plurality of item information in the recording medium 130, item information whose second conversion information (for example, a keyword) obtained by performing second conversion on the item information matches the first conversion information. To do. Note that the take-out control unit 160 may select only one item information by, for example, the limiting method described above.
Also, item information indicating items that have already been removed is excluded from the selection. For example, when the last take-out time indicated by the time information (take-out time information) of the take-out information included in the product information is later than the last store time indicated by the storage time information included in the product information, the product Information is excluded from the election.
Then, the take-out control unit 160 controls the storage mechanism 200 so as to take out the article indicated by the selected article information (S23). That is, the take-out control unit 160 causes the storage mechanism 200 to take out the article by transmitting the article ID in the selected article information to the control device of the storage mechanism 200. When receiving the article ID, the control device of the storage mechanism 200 controls the picking mechanism and the like, and takes the article from the storage position associated with the article ID in the storage management information. ).
Next, the takeout control unit 160 records the takeout information via the recording control unit 131 (S24). In other words, the take-out control unit 160 records take-out information (article specifying information, user information, time information, etc.) on the recording medium 130 via the recording control unit 131 in association with the product information.
The stored article is appropriately taken out by such a take-out process of the storage management system 10.
When the user information is acquired as a part of the article specifying information, the take-out control unit 160 causes the storage mechanism 200 to start an operation for taking out an article that is predicted to be taken out based on the user information or the like. May be. That is, the take-out control unit 160 may cause the storage mechanism 200 to start an operation for taking out an article that is predicted to be taken out based on user information or the like before all of the article specifying information is acquired. .
For example, the article information indicating the article includes a user who has performed an operation of removing the article in the past (a retrieval user), a time period during which the operation of ejecting the article has been performed in the past (a retrieval time period), and the past of the article. It may indicate the frequency (extraction frequency) at which the extraction operation is performed. Therefore, when user information is acquired as part of the article specifying information, the takeout control unit 160 extracts article information indicating an article that is predicted to be taken out from a plurality of pieces of article information indicating these.
Specifically, in this case, the takeout control unit 160 selects the takeout user that matches the user indicated by the user information acquired as part of the article specifying information from the plurality of pieces of article information recorded on the recording medium 130. Is extracted. Further, the take-out control unit 160 extracts one or more item information indicating a take-out time zone that matches the current time zone from the extracted one or more item information.
Then, the take-out control unit 160 may predict that an article indicated by the article information indicating the highest take-out frequency among the extracted one or more article information is to be taken out. Then, the take-out control unit 160 may cause the storage mechanism 200 to start an operation for taking out an article predicted to be taken out.
In the above example, prediction of an article to be taken out based on the user, time zone, and frequency is performed, but even if prediction of an article to be taken out based on a part of the user, time zone, and frequency is performed. Good.
[3. Concrete example]
Hereinafter, specific examples relating to storage or removal performed by the storage management system 10 will be described with reference to FIGS.
[3-1. Uniformity of multiple storage rates in multiple storage areas]
FIG. 10 shows a state of a plurality of storage areas in which a plurality of articles are stored so that a plurality of storage rates of the plurality of storage areas are uniform. For example, when the predetermined condition for the optimal arrangement is that the plurality of storage rates of the plurality of storage areas in the storage unit 210 are made uniform, the storage management system 10 may store a plurality of storages as shown in FIG. A plurality of articles are stored in the area.
Thereby, the storage management system 10 can use a plurality of storage areas in the storage unit 210 in a well-balanced manner, and can effectively use the storage unit 210.
[3-2. Maximize the number of storage areas where items are not stored]
FIG. 11 shows a state of a plurality of storage areas in which a plurality of articles are stored so that the number of storage areas in which no articles are stored is maximized. For example, when the predetermined condition for optimal placement is that the number of storage areas in which articles are not stored is maximized, the storage management system 10 may include a plurality of storage areas as shown in FIG. Of goods.
This will consolidate and increase the free space. Therefore, the storage management system 10 can store larger articles later. In addition, since many articles are stored in one storage area, the removal is made efficient.
[3-3. Storage area to which users etc. are allocated]
FIG. 12 shows a process for storing articles based on the user (removal user), time zone (removal time zone), frequency (removal frequency), and genre. For example, when the predetermined condition for optimal placement is that the article is stored in a storage area to which the user, time zone, frequency, and genre are assigned, a plurality of articles are stored as shown in FIG. . Specifically, in this example, the shampoo and the T-shirt are brought into the article transfer area 21x at a time.
In this example, the article information acquisition unit 110 uses, as the shampoo article information, the user (removal user) is “mother”, the time zone (removal time zone) is “night”, and the frequency (removal frequency). Is “frequent” and the genre is “bath utensils”. In addition, the article information acquisition unit 110 uses T-shirt article information in which the user (removal user) is “father”, the time zone (removal time zone) is “morning”, and the frequency (removal frequency) is “frequently”. ”And item information whose genre is“ clothing ”is acquired.
Then, the storage control unit 120 determines that the “mother”, “night”, “frequent”, and “bath utensil” are users (removal users), time periods (removal time periods), frequencies (removal frequencies), and genres. Is selected as the shampoo storage area. The storage control unit 120 causes the storage mechanism 200 to transfer the shampoo to the selected storage area.
In addition, the storage control unit 120 is configured such that “Father”, “Morning”, “Frequent”, and “Bath utensils” are users (removal users), time periods (removal time periods), frequencies (removal frequencies), and genres. Is selected as the storage area of the T-shirt. The storage control unit 120 causes the storage mechanism 200 to transfer the T-shirt to the selected storage area.
Thereby, the storage management system 10 stores each of the plurality of articles in an appropriate storage area selected based on the article information. Further, the storage management system 10 can store a plurality of articles suitable for storage together in one storage area in one storage area based on the genre or the like. Further, since the storage is performed based on the user (removal user), the time zone (removal time zone), the frequency (removal frequency), and the like, it is possible to increase the efficiency of removal.
The condition that articles are stored in a storage area to which a user, time zone, frequency, and genre are assigned is that a plurality of articles with similar article information are stored in the same storage area or a plurality of storage areas close to each other. It partially overlaps with the condition. Accordingly, even when the predetermined condition for optimal arrangement is to store a plurality of articles having similar article information in the same storage area or a plurality of storage areas close to each other, as in the example of FIG. Each article is stored in a storage area determined based on the article information.
[3-4. Efficient removal of goods]
FIG. 13 shows a process of predicting an article to be taken out and starting taking out. In this example, the sensor constituting the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 detects the father in the morning. Thereby, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 acquires information indicating the father as a part of the article specifying information in the morning time zone. The take-out control unit 160 predicts that an article that is frequently taken out by the father in the morning time zone is taken out.
Specifically, the takeout control unit 160 extracts one or more pieces of article information including user information (takeout user information) indicating the father from a plurality of pieces of article information recorded on the recording medium 130. Then, the take-out control unit 160 extracts one or more item information indicating that the item has been taken out in the morning time zone from the extracted one or more item information.
Then, the take-out control unit 160 specifies product information indicating that the frequency with which the product is taken out is highest from the extracted one or more product information. Then, the take-out control unit 160 predicts that the article indicated by the specified article information is taken out.
Then, the take-out control unit 160 causes the storage mechanism 200 to start an operation for taking out the article predicted to be taken out. For example, the take-out control unit 160 notifies the control device of the storage mechanism 200 of the storage area in which the articles predicted to be taken out are stored. The control device of the storage mechanism 200 moves a loading platform or the like for taking out articles to the notified storage area.
Before all the article specifying information is acquired, an operation for taking out an article that is expected to be taken out based on user information or the like is started. Therefore, efficient removal of the article is performed.
It should be noted that a delay caused by a prediction error can be suppressed by narrowing down one storage area or a plurality of storage areas close to each other based on the user, time zone, and frequency.
Therefore, when the predetermined condition for optimal arrangement is to store a plurality of articles having similar article information (having the same user, time zone, and frequency) in the same storage area or a plurality of storage areas close to each other, Delays caused by prediction errors are suppressed. In addition, when an article is stored in a storage area to which a user, a time zone, a frequency, and a genre are assigned, a delay caused by a prediction error is suppressed.
(Other embodiments, etc.)
As described above, the storage management system 10 and the storage management method have been described according to the embodiment. However, the above-described embodiment is merely an example, and it is needless to say that various modifications, additions, omissions, and the like are possible.
In the above embodiment, an example in which the storage management system 10 is applied to a two-story house 20 is shown. However, the storage management system 10 is a facility other than a house (for example, an office, a store, or a hospital). May be applied. Moreover, when applied to a house, the house may have any number of floors, and the house may be a detached house, an apartment house, or an apartment house. Moreover, the user of the storage management system 10 is not limited to a resident of a house, but may be a person other than the resident.
In the above embodiment, the storage management system 10 includes the storage mechanism 200 and the storage unit 210. However, the storage management system 10 does not include the storage mechanism 200 and the storage unit 210. Also good.
When the storage management system 10 does not include the storage mechanism 200, the storage management information managed by the control device of the storage mechanism 200 is a recording medium different from the recording medium 130 in the storage management system 10 (for example, a hard disk and a non-volatile device included in the control device). For example, in a memory.
When the storage management system 10 includes the storage mechanism 200, a control device for the storage mechanism 200 may be included in the computer system constituting the storage management system 10. In this case, the storage control unit 120 or the take-out control unit 160 can control the picking mechanism or the like in the storage mechanism 200 by omitting transmission / reception of information (for example, article ID) with the control device.
In addition, a plurality of components (for example, the article information acquisition unit 110, the storage control unit 120, the recording control unit 131, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140, the take-out control unit 160, and the storage mechanism described in the above embodiment) The division of roles in the control device 200 is not limited to the above example. The division of roles in these components can be arbitrarily changed.
For example, in the above embodiment, the takeout control unit 160 selects the item information, but the item specifying information acquisition unit 140 may select the item information. In addition, the storage management system 10 may include an article information selection unit that selects article information. In the above embodiment, the storage control unit 120 selects the storage area, but the article information acquisition unit 110 may select the storage area. The storage management system 10 may also include a storage area selection unit that selects a storage area.
In the above embodiment, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140 acquires user information, time information, and area information. However, the storage management system 10 acquires a user information acquisition unit that acquires user information (removal user information), a time information acquisition unit that acquires time information (removal time information), and region information (take-out region information). An area information acquisition unit may be provided.
Further, the article information shown in FIG. 4, the storage management information shown in FIG. 5, the take-out information shown in FIG. 6, and the article information shown in FIG. 7 are examples. Items included in each piece of information are not limited to these examples. Omission, addition, and change can be made as appropriate.
In addition, the article information acquisition unit 110, the storage control unit 120, the article identification information acquisition unit 140, and the take-out control unit 160 are respectively a first acquisition unit, a first control unit, a second acquisition unit, and a second acquisition unit. It can also be expressed as a control unit. The recording control unit 131 can also be expressed as a third control unit.
Further, the computer system constituting the storage management system 10 can be composed of one or more devices (computers). The storage management system performs a part of the roles of a plurality of components such as the article information acquisition unit 110, the storage control unit 120, the recording control unit 131, the article specifying information acquisition unit 140, and the take-out control unit 160 realized by this computer system. Server devices other than 10 may be responsible.
Further, the recording medium 130 may be a recording medium external to the computer system that can be accessed from the computer system constituting the storage management system 10. The recording medium 130 may be included in a server device that can communicate via, for example, the Internet.
Also, the execution order of the processing procedures (the procedures shown in FIGS. 8 and 9) in the above-described storage management system 10 is not necessarily limited to the above-described execution order. The execution order may be changed. In addition, a part of the processing procedure may be omitted.
Further, all or part of the processing procedure (the procedure shown in FIGS. 8 and 9) in the above-described storage management system 10 may be executed by hardware or software. For example, the storage management system 10 may be configured by hardware (such as a dedicated electric circuit) that does not include software (program) instead of the computer system, and the processing procedure in the storage management system 10 may be executed by hardware. .
Further, the program executed by the storage management system 10 on the processor of the computer system may be recorded on a recording medium. The program may be distributed or distributed. For example, the distributed program is installed in the computer and executed by the processor, whereby the computer can execute all or part of the processing procedures shown in FIGS.
Further, the configuration and processing shown in the above embodiment may be arbitrarily combined. The comprehensive or specific various aspects of the present invention include one of a device, a system, a method, an integrated circuit, a computer program, and a non-transitory recording medium such as a computer-readable CD-ROM or the like. Multiple combinations are included.
Hereinafter, a configuration example and a modification of the storage management system 10, a storage management method, and a program according to an aspect of the present invention will be described.
(1) The storage management system 10 according to one aspect of the present invention includes an article information acquisition unit 110, a storage control unit 120, an article specifying information acquisition unit 140, and a take-out control unit 160, and stores articles. to manage.
The article information acquisition unit 110 acquires article information indicating an article to be stored. The storage control unit 120 causes the storage mechanism 200 to store the article in the storage unit 210. The article specifying information acquisition unit 140 acquires article specifying information for taking out a stored article. When the article specifying information matches the article information, the take-out control section 160 causes the storage mechanism 200 to take out the article indicated by the article information from the storage section 210.
In addition, when a plurality of articles are stored in the storage unit 210, the storage control unit 120 causes the storage mechanism 200 to optimally place each of the plurality of articles from a plurality of storage areas included in the storage unit 210. The product is stored in a storage area determined for the article according to the predetermined conditions.
Thereby, the storage management system 10 can store the articles in the storage areas determined for the articles in accordance with the predetermined conditions for optimal arrangement from among the plurality of storage areas for each of the plurality of articles. Therefore, the storage management system 10 can efficiently store a plurality of articles.
(2) For example, the storage unit 210 and the storage mechanism 200 may be provided in the house 20. Then, the storage control unit 120 may cause the storage mechanism 200 to store the article in the storage unit 210 by causing the storage mechanism 200 to transfer the article from the storage target article transfer area in the house 20 to the storage unit 210. Then, the take-out control unit 160 may cause the storage mechanism 200 to take out the article from the storage unit 210 by causing the storage mechanism 200 to transfer the article from the storage unit 210 to the take-out object transfer area in the house 20.
Thereby, the storage management system 10 can store articles in the house 20 and take out the stored articles.
(3) For example, the storage control unit 120 may cause the storage mechanism 200 to store each of a plurality of articles from a storage target article transfer area where a plurality of articles are placed at a time into a storage area determined for the article. Good.
As a result, the storage management system 10 stores, for each of a plurality of articles that are put into the storage target article transfer area at a time, in accordance with a predetermined condition for optimal placement from among the plurality of storage areas. Articles can be stored in the area. Therefore, the storage management system 10 can efficiently store a plurality of articles.
(4) For example, the predetermined condition for the optimal arrangement may be that the plurality of storage rates of the plurality of storage areas are made uniform. Thereby, the storage management system 10 can use a plurality of storage areas in a balanced manner, and can effectively use the storage unit 210.
(5) For example, the predetermined condition for optimal placement may be that the number of storage areas in which no articles are stored is maximized among the plurality of storage areas. As a result, the free area per one increases. Therefore, the storage management system 10 can store larger articles later. In addition, since many articles are stored in one storage area, the removal is made efficient.
(6) For example, the predetermined condition for the optimal arrangement is that the first article information indicating the first article and the second article information indicating the second article satisfy the predetermined similarity condition. The first storage area and the second storage area of the second article may be close or the same. Here, that the first storage area of the first article and the second storage area of the second article are close to each other means that the first storage area of the first article and the second storage area of the second article are the first article information. And the second article information are closer than when the predetermined similarity condition is not satisfied.
Thereby, the storage management system 10 can store a plurality of articles having similar article information nearby. Therefore, a plurality of articles are appropriately classified and stored.
(7) For example, the first item information may include information indicating a first genre that is a genre of the first item. The second article information may include information indicating a second genre that is a genre of the second article. The predetermined similarity condition may include that the first genre and the second genre are the same genre.
Thereby, the storage management system 10 can store a plurality of articles having the same genre nearby. Therefore, a plurality of articles are appropriately classified and stored.
