一种弱酸溶剂发生器 技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴产品技术领域,具体涉及一种弱酸溶剂发生器。
背景技术
随着生活的水平的提高,人们对健康保健的追求越来越迫切。在洗澡水中加入二氧化碳的洗澡方式是当前流行的保健方式。在洗澡的过程中,溶解在水中的二氧化碳进入皮肤,能刺激血管的扩张,扩大循环血液分布区域,降低血管的血容量,从而达到预防心血管疾病的目的。但是目前的市场上的用于向洗澡水中溶解二氧化碳的弱酸溶剂发生器存在能耗高、制造和使用成本高、保养程序复杂的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种弱酸溶剂发生器,用以解决现有的弱酸溶剂发生器存在能耗高、制造和使用成本高、保养程序复杂的缺点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种弱酸溶剂发生器,所述弱酸溶剂发生器包括混合室、单流阀、第一控制阀和装有二氧化碳气体的气瓶,所述混合室的壳体上设置有进水口、进气口和出水口,所述进水口通过管线与温水管连接,所述出水口通过管线与花洒连接,所述进气口通过管线与所述单流阀的出气端连接,所述单流阀的进气端通过管线与所述第一控制阀的出气端连接,所述第一控制阀的进气端通过管线与所述气瓶的出气口连接,所述气瓶的出气口上设置有气压表和气体流量表。
优选的,所述第一控制阀为电磁阀。
优选的,所述弱酸溶剂发生器还包括电磁阀控制器,所述电磁阀控制器包括电源模块和控制开关,所述控制开关分别与电源模块、第一控 制阀连接。
优选的,所述第一控制阀为直流电磁阀,所述电源模块为直流电源模块。
优选的,所述气瓶的出气口上还设置有流量调节阀。
优选的,所述混合室内在靠近所述进气口处设置有隔离网。
本发明具有如下优点:本发明的弱酸溶剂发生器具有能耗低、制造和使用成本低、保养程序简单的优点。

具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
如图1所示,本发明的弱酸溶剂发生器包括混合室1、单流阀2、第一控制阀3、电磁阀控制器5和装有二氧化碳气体的气瓶4。混合室1内部具有空腔,混合室1的壳体上分别设置有进水口11、进气口12和出水口13,其中进水口11通过管线与温水管连接,热水器加热后的热水通过温水管后从进水口11进入混合室1内,进气口12通过管线与单流阀2的出气端连接,出水口13通过管线与花洒连接。二氧化碳气体通过单流阀2从进气口12进入混合室1内,由于1L的水可以溶解约1.1L左右的二氧化碳气体,只要控制好输入混合室1内的二氧化碳量,输入的二氧化碳大部分都能溶于混合室1内的水中。溶有二氧化碳气体的水从出水口13流出后从花洒中喷出,供洗澡使用,溶解在水中的二氧化碳进入皮肤,能刺激血管的扩张,扩大循环血液分布区域,降低血管的血容量,从而达到预防心血管疾病的目的。单流阀2的进气端通过管线与第一控 制阀3的出气端连接,通过设置单流阀2,可防止当气瓶4内的压力小于混合室1内的压力时,混合室1内的二氧化碳和水发生倒流现象。第一控制阀3的进气端通过管线与气瓶4的出气口连接,用户可以通过控制第一控制阀3的打开与关闭来控制向混合室1释放二氧化碳气体。电磁阀控制器5包括电源模块和控制开关,控制开关分别与电源模块、第一控制阀3连接。在本实施例中,第一控制阀3为直流电磁阀,与此对应的,电源模块为直流电源模块。控制开关通过控制电源模块给第一控制阀3供电与断电来控制第一控制阀3的导通与断开。当然,第一控制阀3也可以是手动阀门,如果第一控制阀3是手动阀门则不再使用电磁阀控制器5控制第一控制阀3,因此使得弱酸溶剂发生器的结构更简单,制造和使用成本也更低。为了随时查看气瓶4内输出的二氧化碳气体流量大小以及气瓶4内的气压值,气瓶4的出气口上还设置有气压表41和气体流量表42。
实施例2
如图2所示,本实施例以实施例1为基础,与实施例1的不同之处在于,本实施例中的弱酸溶剂发生器还包括流量调节阀6和隔离网7,流量调节阀6设置在气瓶4的出气口上,流量调节阀6用于控制气瓶4输出二氧化碳气体的大小。此外,为了保证混合室1内的二氧化碳气体更充分地溶于水中,在本实施例中,混合室1的进气口12处设置有隔离网7,隔离网7由许多细小的网格组成,从进气口12进入混合室1的二氧化碳气体在水中形成直径较大的二氧化碳气泡,这些直径较大的二氧化碳气泡遇到隔离网7后被打碎成直径很小的二氧化碳气泡,从而增加了二氧化碳气泡与水接触的接触面,使更多的二氧化碳气体溶于水。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之做一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

  1. 一种弱酸溶剂发生器,所述弱酸溶剂发生器包括混合室、单流阀、第一控制阀和装有二氧化碳气体的气瓶,其特征在于,所述混合室的壳体上设置有进水口、进气口和出水口,所述进水口通过管线与温水管连接,所述出水口通过管线与花洒连接,所述进气口通过管线与所述单流阀的出气端连接,所述单流阀的进气端通过管线与所述第一控制阀的出气端连接,所述第一控制阀的进气端通过管线与所述气瓶的出气口连接,所述气瓶的出气口上设置有气压表和气体流量表。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弱酸溶剂发生器,其特征在于,所述第一控制阀为电磁阀。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的弱酸溶剂发生器,其特征在于,所述弱酸溶剂发生器还包括电磁阀控制器,所述电磁阀控制器包括电源模块和控制开关,所述控制开关分别与电源模块、第一控制阀连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的弱酸溶剂发生器,其特征在于,所述第一控制阀为直流电磁阀,所述电源模块为直流电源模块。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的弱酸溶剂发生器,其特征在于,所述气瓶的出气口上还设置有流量调节阀。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的弱酸溶剂发生器,其特征在于,所述混合室内在靠近所述进气口处设置有隔离网。
