L'invention concerne un bracelet de mesure à conduction électrique pour le contrôle continu de dérivations frontales cardiologiques, sans traumatismes pour les peaux sensibles, formé par une lanière ou bande plane (1) qui définit une surface supérieure (2) et une autre inférieure (6). Une borne (3) se situe sur la surface (2) et un contact (9) se situe en correspondance axiale contre la surface inférieure, lequel permet d'établir un contact électrique à travers le matériau de la lanière ou bande (1) et une rétention mécanique entre la borne (3) et le contact (9). Ladite lanière ou bande plane (1) est ajustée à la cheville ou au poignet du patient par fixation à l'aide de moyens de rétention sélectionnés parmi des moyens de type velcro (7, 8) ou des parties avec un adhésif.
