此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本实用新型的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互 作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。
请参照图4和图5,本实用新型实施例提供的针灸模拟装置1包括第一组件10以及与所述第一组件10可拆卸连接的第二组件20,所述第一组件10包括电路板12以及固定于电路板12上并用于放置于同一穴位上以用于刺激该穴位的第一电击扣14,两所述第一电击扣14设置于所述电路板12的同一表面上且相互间隔设置;所述第二组件20固定于服装本体3上并包括与各所述第一电击扣14相互扣合的第二电击扣22以及与各所述第二电击扣22相对应且电性连接的电极24;通过对应的所述第二电击扣22和所述第一电击扣14与电路板12电性连接的一所述电极24以及通过对应的所述第二电击扣22和所述第一电击扣14与电路板12电性连接的另一所述电极24与所述穴位形成电路回路。
本实用新型实施例提供的针灸模拟装置1通过在所述电路板12上设置所述第一电击扣14以及在所述服装本体3上设置与所述第一电击扣14相互扣合的第二电击扣22,以使所述第一组件10与所述第二组件20可拆卸连接,以便于在清洗时,将所述第一组件10从所述第二组件20上拆卸下来,对所述电路板12起到一定的保护作用;同时,通过在所述电路板12上设置两所述第一电击扣14,并将与两所述第一电击扣14电性连接的所述电极24放置在同一穴位附近一保证所放置位置为该穴位的经络上,从而实现一次刺激一个穴位,并在该穴位上形成电路回路,保证了穴位放置的准确性。
在该实施例中,所述第一电击扣14和所述第二电击扣22均有导电材料制成,优选地,所述第一电击扣14和所述第二电击扣22由导电金属制成。所述第一电击扣14焊接或者粘接于所述电路板12上,并与所述电路板12电性连接。
在该实施例中,所述第二电击扣22与所述电极24固定连接于所述服装本体3上,且所述第一电击扣14与所述电极24电性导通。
请参照图1和图2,进一步地,所述电路板12的表面呈圆形;两所述第一电击扣14沿该圆形的同一直径方向间隔设置。可以理解地,所述电路板12为圆柱状,且具有朝向所述服装本体3的第一表面以及与所述第一表面相背对的第二表面,两所述第一电击扣14固定于所述第一表面上,以便于所述第一电击扣14与所述第二电击扣22相互扣接,从而将所述电路板12固定于所述服装本体3上以与所述电极24电性连接。当所述第一电击扣14与所述第二电击扣22相互扣合时,两所述电极24接触穴位时,两所述电极24与穴位形成电回路,保证准确地放置于穴位上。
在该实施例中,两所述第一电击扣14沿所述电路板12的同一直径方向间隔设置,即两所述第一电击扣14分布于所述电路板12的同一直径上,两所述第一电击扣14放置于同一穴位附近时,另一个所述第一电击扣14对应于该穴位的经络,或者,一个所述第一电击扣14位于穴位正上方,另一所述第一电击扣14稍微偏离该穴位,但位于该穴位的经络上,从而使两个所述电极24准确地设置于同一穴位上。
请参照2,优选地,一所述第一电击扣14位于该圆形的圆心处。该针灸模拟装置1通过将一所述电击扣设置于该电路板12的圆心处,另一所述电击扣对应于除圆心的任意位置。
请参照图1,优选地,两所述第一电击扣14关于该圆形的圆心对称设置。两所述第一电击扣14位于同一直径上且关于圆心对称设置,当将所述电路板12放置于一穴位上时,两所述第一电击扣14之间的位置至少对应于该穴位的经络,以准确地放置于穴位上。
请参照图3,进一步地,所述电路板12的表面呈圆形;两所述第一电击扣14中心之间的连线不经过该圆形的圆心。两所述电击扣的中心之间的连线不经过该电路板12的圆心。使用时,所述电路板12对应于同一穴位时,两所述第一电击扣14之间的位置至少对应于该穴位的经络或者放置于该穴位附近,以准确地放置于穴位上。
请参照3,优选地,两所述第一电击扣14的中心位于圆弧上,该圆弧是以该圆形的圆心为圆心且半径小于该圆形的半径的圆弧。可以理解地,两所述电击扣位于同一半径的圆弧上,或者位于不同半径大小的圆弧上,所述圆弧均以电路板12的圆心为圆心。
请参照图5,进一步地,所述第一电击扣14为公端电击扣以及所述第二电击扣22为母端电击扣。该针灸模拟装置1通过将所述第一电击扣14设置成公端电击扣以与母端电击扣的第二电击扣22相互扣合,从而保证将所述电路板12可拆开地固定于所述服装本体3上,以实现所述第一组件10与所述第二组件20的可拆卸连接。
请参照图5,优选地,各所述第一电击扣14包括固定于所述电路板12上的座体140以及沿所述座体140突出延伸的凸起柱144,所述凸起柱144位于所述座体140同轴设置;各所述第二电击扣22包括与所述座体140相对设置的底座220,并于所述底座220上设有与所述凸起柱144相扣合的扣合孔222。安装时,将所述第一电击扣14的凸起柱144扣合于所述第二电击扣22的扣合孔222中,以使所述第一电击扣14和所述第二电击扣22固定连接在一起,从而使得所述第一组件10与所述第二组件20固定连接。拆卸时,将所述第一电击扣14的凸起柱144从所述第二电击扣22的扣合孔222中取出,以使所述第一电击扣14脱离与所述第二电击扣22的连接,从而使得所述第一组件10与所述第二组件20相互分开。
请参照图6,进一步地,所述第一电击扣14’为母端电击扣以及所述第二电击扣22’为公端电击扣。该针灸模拟装置1通过将所述第二电击扣22’设置成公端电击扣以与母端电击扣的第一电击扣14’相互扣合,从而保证将所述电路板12可拆开地固定于所述服装本体3上,以实现所述第一组件10与所述第二组件20的可拆卸连接。
请参照图6,优选地,各所述第二电击扣22’包括固定于所述电路板12上的座体220’以及沿所述座体220’突出延伸的凸起柱222’,所述凸起柱 222’位于所述座体220’同轴设置;各所述第一电击扣14’包括与所述座体220’相对设置的底座140’,并于所述底座140’上设有与所述凸起柱222’相扣合的扣合孔144’。安装时,将所述第二电击扣22’的凸起柱222’扣合于所述第一电击扣14’的扣合孔144’中,以使所述第一电击扣14’和所述第二电击扣22’固定连接在一起,从而使得所述第一组件10与所述第二组件20固定连接。拆卸时,将所述第二电击扣22’的凸起柱222’从所述第一电击扣14’的扣合孔144’中取出,以使所述第一电击扣14’脱离与所述第二电击扣22’的连接,从而使得所述第一组件10与所述第二组件20相互分开。
请参照图5和图6,进一步地,各所述电极24缝合于所述服装本体3上,并呈凸起状。该针灸模拟装置1通过将各所述电极24缝合于所述服装本体3上,以与所述服装本体3固定在一起,防止在使用过程中出现移位而无法与穴位对准。该针灸模拟装置1通过将所述电极24设置成凸起状,以使所述电极24能充分接触穴位,保证针灸效果。
请参照图1至图6,本实用新型实施例提供的针灸服包括服装本体3以及多个固定于所述衣服上的所述针灸模拟装置1,各所述针灸模拟装置1对应于人体的不同穴位设置,所述针灸模拟装置1为上述针灸模拟装置1。该实施例中的针灸模拟装置1与上述各实施例中的针灸模拟装置1具有相同的结构,且所起作用相同,此次不赘述。
在该实施例中,根据人体穴位的不同,在服装本体3上设置有多个针灸模拟装置1与各穴位对应,且各针灸模拟装置1在所述服装本体3上的位置恰好对应于相应部位的穴位。例如,在服装本体3对应于人体的颤中穴、气海穴、大椎穴、命门穴和会阴穴等位置设置上述各实施例中的针灸模拟装置1,所对应的穴位不限于上述所列举的。
进一步地,所述服装本体3是有弹性布料支撑的贴身衣服。上述服装本体3可以是上衣,例如长袖上衣、短袖上衣或者无袖上衣,也可以裤子,例如长裤或者不同长度的短裤等,不限于此。
所述服装本体包括包裹人体躯干和四肢的衣服,或所述服装本体包括用以包裹用户的躯干和四肢的衣服、与所述衣服相连以包裹用户手部的手套、以及与所述衣服相连以包裹用户脚部的脚套,或所述服装本体包括用以包裹用户的躯干和四肢的衣服、以及用以包裹用户头部的帽子,或所述服装本体包括用以包裹用户的躯干和四肢的衣服、与所述衣服相连以包裹用户手部的手套、与所述衣服相连以包裹用户脚部的脚套、以及与所述衣服相连以包裹用户头部的帽子。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种针灸模拟装置,其特征在于,包括第一组件以及与所述第一组件可拆卸连接的第二组件,所述第一组件包括电路板以及固定于电路板上并用于放置于同一穴位上以用于刺激该穴位的第一电击扣,两所述第一电击扣设置于所述电路板的同一表面上且相互间隔设置;所述第二组件固定于服装本体上并包括与各所述第一电击扣相互扣合的第二电击扣以及与各所述第二电击扣相对应且电性连接的电极;通过对应的所述第二电击扣和所述第一电击扣与电路板电性连接的一所述电极以及通过对应的所述第二电击扣和所述第一电击扣与电路板电性连接的另一所述电极与所述穴位形成电路回路。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的针灸模拟装置,其特征在于,所述电路板的表面呈圆形;两所述第一电击扣沿该圆形的同一直径方向间隔设置,或者,两所述第一电击扣中心之间的连线不经过该圆形的圆心。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的针灸模拟装置,其特征在于,一所述第一电击扣位于该圆形的圆心处;或者,两所述第一电击扣关于该圆形的圆心对称设置。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的针灸模拟装置,其特征在于,两所述第一电击扣的中心位于圆弧上,该圆弧是以该圆形的圆心为圆心且半径小于该圆形的半径的圆弧。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的针灸模拟装置,其特征在于,所述第一电击扣为公端电击扣以及所述第二电击扣为母端电击扣;或者,所述第一电击扣为母端电击扣以及所述第二电击扣为公端电击扣。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的针灸模拟装置,其特征在于,各所述第一电击扣包括固定于所述电路板上的座体以及沿所述座体突出延伸的凸起柱,所述凸起柱位于所述座体同轴设置;各所述第二电击扣包括与所述座体相对设置的底座,并于所述底座上设有与所述凸起柱相扣合的扣合孔。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的针灸模拟装置,其特征在于,各所述第二电击扣包括固定于所述电路板上的座体以及沿所述座体突出延伸的凸起柱,所述凸起柱 位于所述座体同轴设置;各所述第一电击扣包括与所述座体相对设置的底座,并于所述底座上设有与所述凸起柱相扣合的扣合孔。
  8. 如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的针灸模拟装置,其特征在于,各所述电极缝合于所述服装本体上,并呈凸起状。
  9. 一种针灸服,其特征在于,包括服装本体以及多个固定于所述衣服上的所述针灸模拟装置,各所述针灸模拟装置对应于人体的不同穴位设置,所述针灸模拟装置为如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的针灸模拟装置。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的针灸服,其特征在于,所述服装本体是有弹性布料支撑的贴身衣服。
