Capsule formation for slides, and experience park and entertainment complex system implemented with the capsule The subject of the invention is capsule formation for slides, and experience park and entertainment complex system implemented with the capsule, which allows extending the use of slides, particularly water slides, as well as the use of slides all through the year independently of the weather, even by people in clothing in the given case, as well as supplementing the slides with entertainment features, thus allowing the implementation of a purpose made experience park and entertainment complex. The basic formation of this capsule (1) is essentially a closed protecting hull having external shell, in which the person (7) or persons using the water slide (2) are situated, and the capsule (1) or in the given case the inside of the capsule (1) is equipped with further accessories, in the given case with seat (3), interactive communication tool, preferably with display and control unit (10), as well as brake (6). In the experience park and entertainment complex system electronic communication tools, ports and sensors placed in both the water slide (2) and the capsule (1) measure and indicate the travel of the capsule (1) in a mobile manner, which are in wired and/or in wireless contact with an external control and communication centre accordingly, and which initiate the operation of various effects, such as light, sound and experience effects according to the travel of the capsule (1) during the operation of the system, and in addition to that, VR (Virtual Reality) experience is provided to the person (7) or persons (7) in the capsule (1) after selecting predetermined programs and elements of effects with the help of units located in the given case both in the capsule (1) and the in the water slide.

Description

Capsule formation for slides, and experience park and entertainment complex system implemented with the capsule
The subject of the invention is capsule formation for slides, and experience park and entertainment complex system implemented with the capsule, which allows extending the use of slides, particularly water slides, as well as the use of slides all through the year independently of the weather, even by people in clothing in the given case, as well as supplementing the slides with entertainment features, thus allowing the implementation of a purpose made experience park and entertainment complex.
According to the state of art the Hungarian patent PI 000239 makes known a water slide.
The patent CA2870805 makes known interactive water slide system and procedure. The patent CA2890889 makes known a waterslide system supplemented with visual entertainment features.
The patent GR20140100175 makes known a waterslide system, where wheel mounted unit moves within the slide established from tubular elements.
The patent US2010137068 makes known a waterslide established with three dimensional visual effects.
The patent US2014329610 makes known a capsule formed with sliding door for waterslide system.
The patent US2016166942 makes known a water slide having axially rotatable waterslide vehicle.
Disadvantages, deficiencies:
Water slides can be used typically in open space in summer only, and if the temperature conditions and the weather is appropriate. These conditions significantly limit the usability of facilities established with water slides in certain parts of the year.
The purpose of the invention was to create a capsule, which makes possible the use of slides, particularly water slide in open space independently of the season, and in the given case it protects the rider from splashing water, and it could be used by the rider even in dry clothes.The goal included the possibility of using the solution according to the invention not only for slides operating in open space, but also for slide operated in closed or medley space.
A further goal with the capsule formation according to the invention was the creation of experience park and entertainment complex, in which the capsule according to the invention can be used together with additional effects and entertainment elements, all of these providing a more comprehensive entertainment experience.
One of the recognition leading to the solution according to the invention was that if a capsule is created, which is closed from the outside and provides a place inside for the rider or riders with seat in the given case, which is suitably comfortable and allows the use of the slide safely by the rider in seating, reclining or in other body position, then the set out goal can be achieved. For this purpose, a capsule can be created, which capsule in the given case is inflatable having resilient and/or solid wall or outside cover, and in it a space is established for the rider or riders, and in which seat or mattress is placed in the given case for providing suitable support.
In addition to that, in the given case further electronic communication tools and ports are placed inside the capsule or in the capsule, which monitor, measure and indicate the travel of the capsule in a mobile manner, which are in wireless contact with an external control and communication centre accordingly, and which start to operate various effects initiating various light, sound and experience effects according to the travel of the capsule.
It was also recognised that, not only the components and sensors installed in the capsule can control and operate the means having the purpose of entertainment, the "entertainment" function, but the movement and the position of the capsule itself can operate and control these means, and the "entertainment" functions are installed in the capsule too and follow the movement of the capsule in the slide, then it is possible to create the experience park and entertainment complex according to the invention. The imvention is a capsule formation for slides, primarily for water slides, which allows extending the use of slides, particularly water slides, as well as the use of slides all through the year independently of the weather, even by people in clothing in the given case, and allows supplementing the slides with entertainment features, and the basic formation of this capsule is essentially a closed protecting hull having external shell, in which the person or persons using the water slide are situated, and the capsule or in the given case the inside of the capsule is equipped with further accessories, in the given case with seat, interactive communication tool, preferably with display and control unit, as well as brake, etc. It is characterised by that, the capsule in the given case is inflatable, is provided with resilient and/or solid wall or external hull, and a space is formed inside it for the user person or persons, and in the given case it is equipped with seat or mattress ensuring the appropriate support, and in addition to that in the given case further electronic communication tools and ports, in the given case display and control units are installed inside the capsule or in the capsule, and the engineering basis of the capsule is a transparent hull unit, which can be closed in a watertight manner and is produced for example from TPU or PVC material in the given case, and which is equipped with various properly shaped special supplementary and safety elements depending on the type and size of the slide, and which is suitable to accommodate one, two, three, four or more persons, who are protected from splashing water, and the material of the capsule can be any resilient impermeable material, plastic, and in the given case the capsule is formed from resilient or rigid plastic shell inflated with air which in the given case is provided with ribs.
In a preferred embodiment of the capsule according to the invention, there is a seat or reclining mattress or seating mattress inside the capsule, and one or more control levers are installed and attached preferably to the seat.
In another preferred embodiment of the capsule according to the invention, the capsule is hull unit produced from properly dimensioned 0.7 - 1.2 mm thick clear or combination of coloured and clear TPU or PVC materials assembled in the given case by means of high frequency welding technology, and watertight zipper, in the given case with two pull tabs having in then given case a length of 80-120 cm is installed at the top part of the capsule, typically along its longitudinal axis, and the capsule is inflated through an installed inlet valve having screw cap, which prevents the air from blowing out, and furthermore, in order to facilitate folding the capsule preferably into a small package, in the given case a "discharge" valve is installed in the hull of the capsule, which works in the opposite direction and is provided with a screw cap, and the capsule matched to the type and geometry of the water slide, is distributed in the given case in a number of configurations and with various accessories.
In a further preferred embodiment of the capsule according to the invention, the capsule can be configured to accommodate one, two, three or more persons, and this is considered for the dimensioning and designing of the capsule depending on the number of persons to be accommodated, and the configuration of the capsule is designed accordingly, and in this way it is possible to establish a capsule that can accommodate 6-8 or more persons.
In a further preferred embodiment of the capsule according to the invention, "sitting bench" or seat suitable for one or more persons, in the given case made of GRP or other material in an ergonomic configuration, is fixed at the lower part of the capsule to straps welded to the cover or material of the capsule, or in case of other configuration the fixing could be made for instance with bolts or in other suitable manner also, and the sitting bench or seat in the given case consists of lower and upper parts which are joined by stainless steel bolts, while an electronic unit providing power supply and control of the capsule is located in the given case between the lower and upper parts, and a connector is mounted on the external surface of the sitting bench or seat through which the battery could be charged.
In a further preferred embodiment of the capsule according to the invention, in order to facilitate the safety of the capsule the sitting benches or seats are provided with the kind of safety belts that are usually present in airliners, the fastening and unfastening of such safety belts are accompanied by light and acoustic signals generally used in passenger cars.
In a further preferred embodiment of the capsule according to the invention, control levers of the capsule, having in the given case a shape of joystick and are provided with pushbuttons and are suitable also as handle, are installed at two sides of the sitting bench or seat of the capsule for the control of the capsule, the configuration and functions of which handle and pushbuttons mounted on the control levers are established according to the programs operating the capsule or according to the special attractions (Entertainment), and preferably there is one button on the top of each control lever, which can be operated with the thumb, and an additional button on the top of each lever can be operated with the pointer finger, and with the help of the pushbuttons the guests are able to execute tasks during the ride according to the pre-selected program, by which they can collect credit points, for instance Splashcoins, and their results can be uploaded to their profiles on the interactive IT interface belonging to the capsule.
In a further preferred embodiment of the capsule according to the invention, for the suitable and safe operation and for allowing braking of the capsule a foot support made of GRP material, and which in the given case can be adjusted to the guests having different heights, is installed at the legroom of the capsule within the capsule, which foot support is fixed in the given case to by means of straps made of TPU material welded to the capsule, where the left part of the foot support is fixed, and the right part is an optionally configured brake pedal, which in the given case suitable for braking the capsule.
In a further preferred embodiment of the capsule according to the invention, the supplementary accessories belonging to the capsule are as follows:
- "capsule carrying bag" made of waterproof canvas belonging to the capsule,
- capsule protecting boots,
- capsule 'space suit".
- suitable helmet or headgear used in the capsule. In a further preferred embodiment of the capsule according to the invention, the electronic unit providing power supply and control of the capsule contains preferably 12V 9 Ah gelly battery and control electronic circuits, which provide low voltage, in the given case midget voltage supply to the electronic circuits in the capsule, which are in the given case placed in a horizontally aligned waterproof fitting box having IP protection, preferably IPx7 protection, in the void available between the lower part and upper part of the sitting bench or the seat, and the connectors placed on the side of the box containing the electronics allow the connection to the installed control and display elements of the capsule, in the given case to the display and control unit.
In a further preferred embodiment of the capsule according to the invention, the instrument panel of the capsule is installed in a compartment established at the upper part of the capsule, similarly to the upper instrument panels of aircraft, where the components of the instruments panel in the given case are placed in a box having clear front plate, the components of which instrument include:
- LED signal lamps,
- graphic display, in the give case at least 10" LED panel,
- waterproof loudspeaker,
- camera for recording the ride, e.g. Go-pro,
- a device for giving alarm, preferable with power supply independent of that of the instrument panel.
The invention is furthermore an experience park and entertainment complex system realized with the capsule, which is characterised by that, electronic communication tools, ports and sensors placed in both the water slide and the capsule measure and indicate the travel of the capsule in a mobile manner, which are in wired and/or in wireless contact with an external control and communication centre accordingly, and which initiate the operation of various effects, such as light, sound and experience effects according to the travel of the capsule during the operation of the system, and in addition to that, VR (Virtual Reality) experience is provided to the person or persons in the capsule after selecting predetermined programs and elements of effects with the help of units located in the given case both in the capsule and the in the water slide.
In a preferred embodiment of the system according to the invention the starting of the capsule takes place in the given case from a launching stand, where in the given case a mobile "launching stand" of capsule is placed in the starting facility of the water slide, to which in the given case a mobile roller row, dimensioned according to the original starting element, is attached, and if no water environment is in front of the starting element, then in the given case a drum motor driven belt starting element (conveyor belt) is installed, which conveyor belt pushes the capsule onto the roller section, which continues travelling from here in a gravitational manner, and control of the launching station for this purpose is made jointly by the operator and the guest using the capsule for assuring the safety.
In another preferred embodiment of the system according to the invention an inclined rubber conveyor belt is used at the floating level of the capsule in the harbour receiving the capsule in a pool, in the given case with a gradient of 10 %, or different engieering solution is used, where the capsules are lifted out of water by the conveyor belt, and forwards them preferable in the given case onto a 2 m long horizontal roller row, and the harbour is provided with two lateral guides, which aligns the capsule in appropriate position, and a "jetty" is constructed at two sides of the harbour component in the given case made with WPC walking surface, which provides place for the operating staff, as well as a "dry" environment for the guests when they disembark the capsule.
In a further preferred embodiment of the system according to the invention the water slides can be optionally extended by water blowing elements and/or smoke machines and/or bubble blowers and/or snow machines.
In a further preferred embodiment of the system according to the invention the typical purpose of water blowing elements is to release water through the solenoid valves installed in the upper part of the water slide onto the capsule passing below, which "cascade" is in active or passive condition depending on the selected mood and the "VR story", and the cascade can be controlled from the "admin" interface, including the setting of water quantity.
In a further preferred embodiment of the system according to the invention the function of the smoke machine installed at a determined section of the slide creates mist in front of the capsule and the smoke machine is in active or passive condition depending on the selected mood and "VR story", and the operation of smoke machine (time, delay, etc.) can be set on the "admin" interface controlling the operation of the system.
In a further preferred embodiment of the system according to the invention the function of the bubble blower installed at a determined section of the slide blows bubbles in front of the capsule and the equipment is in active or passive condition depending on the selected mood and "VR story", and the operation of bubble blower (time, delay, etc.) can be set on the "admin" interface controlling the operation of the system.
In a further preferred embodiment of the system according to the invention the function of the snow machine installed at a determined section of the slide blows snow flakes in front of the capsule and the equipment is in active or passive condition depending on the selected mood and "VR story", and the operation of snow blower (time, delay, etc.) can be set on the "admin" interface controlling the operation of the system.
In a further preferred embodiment of the system according to the invention sound and light effects implemented in the water slide experience system containing the capsule are made with the help of elements creating visual effects installed in the capsule, in the given case preferably with RGB LED strips, for which purpose in the given case preferably inside the capsule RGB LED strips are installed at the upper 2/3 part in longitudinal direction with a spacing of about 6-8 cm, and the RGB strips are controlled by the control electronics based on the set moods and motifs according to major light effects, which include rotation, spiral, swirl, light running forward, light running backward, stroboscope, touch screen, and combination of these effects, and furthermore, UV head lamp is used to enhance the experience effect, for the purpose of which in the given case one LED head lamp and one UV light source is installed at the forward part of the capsule, and figures, images, cartoons are painted and attached with foil inside the water slides, which illuminate with UV or normal light or with fluorescent light in case of UV, which gets activated in a random fashion with UV head lamp control, and the LED head lamp is activated also with electronic control, or by depressing the front pushbutton of the left and right lever of the joystick in the sitting bench for a longer time.

Fig. 23 shows the application of the capsule according to the invention without seat 3, while Fig. 24 shows the capsule according to the invention with seat 3 in case of one person 7, when a display and control unit 10 is installed in the front part of the capsule. At the same time, there is no separate seat 3 or sitting mattress 13 below the user person 7 in the case shown in Fig. 23, instead the person 7 is in reclined position at the bottom of the capsule 1. Fig. 25 and 26 show a further application of the capsule according to the invention with no seat in case of one or two persons, who are present in partly reclining or in partly seating position at the bottom of the capsule 1. In this case there is no display and control unit 10 installed in the capsule 1. At the same time, there is no separate seat 3 or sitting mattress 13 below the user person 7 or persons, instead they are present in reclined position at the bottom of the capsule 1, while their feet are supported by the front of the capsule 1.
Fig. 27 and 28 show an application of the capsule according to the invention in case of three persons, when a seating part is located at the lower part of the capsule on which the persons seat. In the given case this could be a sliding carpet or mattress having the usual configuration, which has a hull above it, thus forming a capsule.
Fig. 29 and 30 show an application of the capsule according to the invention in case of one person 7, who is positioned laying on the stomach at the bottom of the capsule 1 on a laying mattress 12.
Fig. 31 and 32 show an application of the capsule according to the invention with seating mattress in case of two persona 7, who are present in partly seated position on the seating mattress located at the bottom of the capsule 1.
Figs. 33 through 37 show an application of the capsule according to the invention in case of one person 7, when the person 7 is present with feet forward, essentially in reclining position in the seat 3 specially arranged at the bottom of the capsule.
Fig. 38 and 39 show an application of the capsule according to the invention, when a person 7 is present in a specially arranged seat 3 within the capsule 1 located on the water slide 2. A display and control unit is also installed at the front part of the capsule 1, which in the given case can provide interactive communication too. Figs. 40 through 43 show various embodiments of the capsule according to the invention, in which case the external surface of the capsule 1 is provided with ribs and is made of inflated plastic. As shown, the elements generating light effects 14 are aligned in longitudinal direction, which in the given case are LED strips preferably.
Possible preferred actual embodiments, applications
For the possible preferred embodiments and applications of the capsule the major aspects are follows:
1. In case of a preferred application the capsule and the system created with it according to the invention can be used and applied as accessories of water slides.
2. In case of a preferred embodiment the capsule is essentially a pressurized cab, case or hull, which protects and separates the person or persons in it from external effects, primarily from splashing water.
3. In case of a preferred embodiment the capsule can be inflated and/or is provided with a closed external cover having rigid wall.
4. The capsule is primarily used or developed for existing or purpose oriented water slides or for water slides in general.
5. In case of preferred embodiments the size of the capsule is matched to the size, type and cross section of the water slides.
6. The capsule and the system built with it according to the invention can be preferably deployed without the modification of the water slide, while the route, starting and receiving system, as well as the wetting system of the water slides remain the same.
7. With the usual wetting operating mode of the water slides the capsule allows for the guests to use the slide even in clothes.
8. The capsule and the system operated with it allows the use and application independently of the weather at indoor and outdoor locations alike, as well as in a medley operating mode.
9. The system according to the invention allows the creation of sound and light effects in an interactive mode during the travel of the capsule.
10. In the given case the use of the capsule necessitates the implementation of a specially formed launching station and a receiving station. 11. The capsule and the system operated with it according to the invention allows the use of the so called VR (Virtual Reality) operating mode, which allows the generation of light and sound effects as well as further effects during the use of the water slide. Also, it allows the supplementing of the sliding experience with further experience elements. The electronic units installed in the capsule that generate sound and light effect serve the supplementary extension of the sliding experience.
12. In case of a basic embodiment the system according to the invention may be used with the traditional accessories of the slides, such as siding rubber, sliding carpet, etc.
A fantasy name of a possible preferred application of the solution according to the invention: SPLASHWARE GALAXY - new dimension of sliding.
Essential features of the preferred actual embodiments of the capsule according to the invention
In the given case the capsule according to the invention is any specially configured, and in the given case inflatable, closable/openable accessory for water slides, which is designed and constructed in compliance with the relevant standard specifications and other aspects, as matched to the various slide and water slide types, which allows the use of water slide by one or more persons in the given case even while wearing clothes, with the slide operated in the normal wetted mode and with the usual arrival. The embodiments, characteristics of the capsule according to the invention, together with its supplementary means and the possibilities of optional extending are discussed in the chapters below.
The subject of the invention includes a system for using the capsule according to the invention as described above like an„Entertainment" system, i.e. a water slide deployed in an experiences park, which could be established with mobile sound and light effects detailed below, and the system having the fantasy name„Reflex" belongs the invention, together with the VR (Virtual Reality) system created with the capsule according to the invention. The essential feature of the„Reflex" system is based on the interactive system that can be controlled by the person sitting in the capsule, which makes possible for the riders of the slide to collect credit points, thus allowing the organisation of competition among the persons with planned objectives.
The capsule according to the solution is a new engineering solution, which allows the use of traditional water slides (open and tubular slides and extreme slides) all through the year, i.e. essentially during the 12 months of the year.
In case of facilities where a number of slides are operated, several slides could be established in a way that allows use constantly, thus the risk of weather could be mitigated even during the season.
In case of facilities operating with a few slides only, it would be possible to install the mobile launching and mooring elements of the capsule according to the invention subsequently to the season, thus ensuring that the system can be operated.
Aspects of preferred embodiments, application, options:
For implementing the capsule and water slide experience park according to the invention the following details are to be designed in the given case: a. Single person capsule for open and closed slides with diameters between 800 mm and 1200 mm for riders laying on their backs
b. Single person capsule for riders laying on their stomach, e.g. multiraft, dragero, windigo slides, etc.
c. Single person capsule for slide diameters between 1400 mm and 2000 mm d. Two person capsule for slide diameters between 1400 mm and 2000 mm e. Design and coloured surfaces associated with the creation of capsule and water slide according to the invention.
f. Optionally arranged adjustable seat and safety belt in the capsule according to the invention. This function is omitted if no seat is present, and the safe fixing of the person inside the capsule is ensured with a belt attached to the capsule. g. Optionally arranged sitting bench for the capsule according to the invention, safety levers mounted on the bench and in the given case joystick shaped safety levers and control surface with pushbuttons.
h. Optionally arranged adjustable foot support and brake system in the capsule according to the invention. There is an optional application also where no foot support or brake system is used, the application of which is a possible option. i. The task is to design the graphics that are to be installed within the closed water slide, which have various topics and are activated by UV or are fluorescent, including the individually positioning such graphics considering the route of the water slide. b. Optional possibilities for extending the water slides
(1) The typical purpose of water blowing elements is to release water through the solenoid valves installed in the upper part of the water slide onto the capsule passing below. The "cascade" is in active or passive condition depending on the selected mood and the "VR story". The cascade can be controlled from the "admin" interface, including the setting of water quantity.
(2) Smoke machine
The smoke machine installed at a determined section of the slide creates mist in front of the capsule. The smoke machine is in active or passive condition depending on the selected mood and "VR story". The operation of smoke machine (time, delay, etc.) can be set on the "admin" interface.
(3) Bubble blower
The bubble blower installed at a determined section of the slide blows soap bubbles in front of the capsule. The bubble blower is in active or passive condition depending on the selected mood and "VR story". The operation of bubble blower (time, delay, etc.) can be set on the admin interface.
(4) Snow machine The snow machine installed at a determined section of the slide blows snowflakes in front of the capsule. The operation of the equipment is in active or passive condition depending on the selected mood and "VR story". The operation of snow machine (time, delay, etc.) can be set on the admin interface.

3. The preferred possible field of use of the capsule according to the invention:
It can be used in any traditional outdoor or indoor water slides, having arrival in live water or run-out.
The basis for the engineering solution of the capsule according to the invention, for example in the given case, is a transparent "capsule" that can be closed in watertight manner, and can accommodate 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 persons, made of TPU or PVC material, and configured according to the type and dimensions of the water slide, and provided with special supplementary and safety elements. The material of the capsule can be any resilient impermeable material, plastic, and resilient or rigid plastic shell inflated with air which in the given case is provided with ribs.
4. General characteristics and parts of the capsules realised based on the solution according to the invention in the given case:
The capsule according to the invention is produced from properly dimensioned 0.7 - 1.2 mm thick clear or combination of coloured and clear TPU or PVC materials assembled in the given case by means of high frequency welding technology. The final material thickness, grade and type of material will be determined on the basis of the results of test rides and laboratory material testing. Watertight zipper, in the given case with two pull tabs having a length of 80-120 cm is installed at the top part of the capsule, typically along its longitudinal axis. The capsule is inflated through an installed inlet valve having screw cap, which prevents the air from blowing out.
In order to facilitate folding the capsule into a small package, a "discharge" valve is installed in the given case, which works in the opposite direction and is provided with a screw cap. The capsule matched to the type and geometry of the water slide, is distributed in the given case in a number of configuration and with various accessories (see below).
In case of preferred embodiments the types of capsules according to the invention are as follows:
The simplest case of the solution according to the invention is the basic capsule. This could be:
Single person
A capsule allowing the ride for one person.
The capsule may be used in case of any closed or open water slide having a diameter of 800 mm or over.
It can be used not only for the classic body slide, but also for water slides using sliding rubbers too.
Depending on the configuration, the capsule may be used by riders not only while reclining back, but also while laying on their stomach.
Double
A capsule allowing the joint riding by two persons. The capsule may be used in case of any closed or open water slide having a diameter of 1400 mm or over.
Multiple person
A special capsule configured for the simultaneous ride on the given water slide by determined number of guests dressed in swimsuit.
Seat or sitting bench
Seat or "sitting bench" suitable for one or more persons, in the given case made of GRP or other material in an ergonomic configuration, is fixed at the lower part of the capsule to straps welded to the cover or material of the capsule. In case of other configuration the fixing could be made for instance with bolts or in other suitable manner. The sitting bench consists of lower and upper parts which are joined by stainless steel bolts. The electronic unit providing power supply and control of the capsule is located in the given case between the lower and upper parts. A connector is mounted on the external surface of the sitting bench through which the battery could be charged.
Safety
The sitting benches are provided with the kind of safety belts that are usually present in airliners. Fastening and unfastening of the safety belts are accompanied by light and acoustic signals generally used in passenger cars.
Control of the capsule and control button
"Capsule control" handle levers, shaped as joysticks in the given case and provided with pushbuttons, are attached to the two sides of the capsule sitting bench. The configuration and functions of the pushbuttons mounted on the handle levers, and the associated programs are described in the Entertainment chapter dealing with special attractions. One button on the top of each handle lever can be actuated with the thumb, and one button on the top each handle lever can be actuated with the pointer finger. With the help of the pushbuttons the guest can execute tasks during the ride based on the pre-selected program, by which credit points, e.g. so called„Splashcoins" can be obtained, and their results could be added to their profiles located on the interactive IT interface belonging to the capsule.
Foot support and braking preferably in the given case:
Feet support made of GRP material is installed in the given case in the legroom of the capsule according to the invention, which can be adjusted to guests having different heights. The feet support can be fixed in the given case by means of straps made of TPU material welded to the capsule. The left part of the foot support is fixed, while the right part is an optionally shaped brake pedal, which in the given case ensures the possibility of braking the capsule.
Capsule launching stand, starting, preferably in the give case: Starting the capsule: In the starting component of the slide a capsule "launching stand" is installed that in the given case can be placed in a mobile manner. In the original starting component a dimensionally matching mobile roller row is placed in the given case. A belt starting component (conveyor belt) driven by drum motor in the given case is installed before the component (where the environment is not wet). After initiating the starting, the conveyor belt pushes the capsule to the roller section, from where the capsule travels forward in a gravitational manner. For safety reason, the launching station is controlled jointly by the operator and the guest using the capsule.
Capsule harbour, arrival, starting, preferably in the given case:
A "harbour" is constructed for the arrival of the capsule, which in the given case is designed individually depending on the configuration of the slide or the pool, or it can be attached in a mobile manner.
Configuration of the harbour in case of arrival at pool:
An inclined rubber conveyor belt is prepared in the given case with 10 % gradient at the floating level of the capsule, or another engineering solution is used. The convenor belt lifts the capsules out of water and places them on the 2 m long horizontal roller row. The harbour is provided with two lateral guides, which aligns the capsules to the appropriate position. "Jetties" are constructed at two sides of the harbour component in the given case made with WPC walking surface, which provides place for the operating staff, as well as a "dry" environment for the guests when they disembark the capsule.
Configuration of the harbour in the given case, when the arrival is facilitated by run out component:
In the given case a mobile tilting roller row with small gradient is installed at the end of the braking section. After its arrival, the capsule is pulled manually by the harbour personnel onto the roller row, which tilts to horizontal position by its own weight when arriving at the terminal point.
Taking the capsule according to the invention to the starting position in a possible case: The single person or two-person capsules are taken to the starting position in the given case manually by the guests similarly to the normal sliding rubbers. After arriving at the harbour, the capsules are folded and placed in a "backpack" (capsule carrier) made of waterproof material in the given case by the operator in order to allow a convenient way of carrying, and the guest take these capsule holders to the starting position. The weights of single person and two-person capsules are calculated in a suitable manner in advance.
In case of a preferred application, considering the routes of the slides, the configuration of the launching tower, etc., the experience park containing the capsule according to the invention may be supplemented with capsule elevating facility.
If the slides are equipped with conveyors already, then the capsule according to the invention may be configured in a way, that they could be handled by the conveyors without modification.

Operation and management of the waterslide experience park having the capsule according to the invention in a possible preferred case:
1 Registration
1.1 If the quests wish to store their results and the photos and videos prepared about their ride in the associated IT system (Splashshare), then they can register themselves at the terminal(s) deployed at the spa. With the help of the registration the guest can buy the photos about the ride, or the videos on pen-drive, or all of them through the web shop later operated through the associated IT system through the internet.
1.2 The registration is made by giving the e-mail address of the guest, and its process is identical to that used in the photo system used in the associated IT system. The registration can also be made through the internet prior to the visit. The guest receives an acknowledgement about the registration together with a password which can be changed.
1.3 The guest can select the light/sound effects to be experienced or the stories to be seen on VR during riding not only on site, but also by selecting them in advance from the effect menu on the home page in the associated IT system. The selected effects and stories are coupled with the identifier of the guest. The guest is expected to make selections only from this row of menu items upon starting the ride.
1.4 After arriving at the spa, the guests can link their identification obtained from the associated IT system to the RFID or bar code identification received in the spa with the help of the terminal deployed in the spa or the attendant of the spa.
1.5 Before entering the capsule the guests identify themselves with the identification tool deployed at the launching station.
2. Preparation for launching
2.1 The queuing of guests at the launching station is regulated by suitably configured queuing barrier. The monitors deployed along the barrier primarily show 3-4 videos about the safety requirements of the capsule (similarly to the practice on airliners), and secondarily they show online broadcast of rides, together with animation about the respective attractions, VR stories and commercials. Different program runs on each monitor.
2.2 The capsule is placed on the launching stand by the operator on duty at the starting facility.
2.3 Before entering the capsule, the quest selects the desired effects or VR story with the help of the touch screen located at the launching station. If the guest has already selected the desired affects and VR in advance through the internet, then the touch screen displays these features only. If the guest did not chose effects and VR story in advance, then the system offers such features in a random way. The guest is expected to push the "button" on the touch screen belonging to the selected topic.
2.4 The effects and VR topics that are available for selection can be watched not only on the web page of the associated IT system, but also on the terminal deployed within the area of the spa.
2.5 The guest pulls on the knee high boots having soft sole that was provided by the spa, which protects the capsule from mechanical damage (mandatory). If the spa has suitable space suit and the quest wishes to use it, or it is desirable because of the clothing of the guest, then the guest puts on the space suit.
2.6 The attendant helps the guest to enter the capsule and checks to make sure that the foot of the guest is placed into the "support" provided at the front part of the capsule, and that the safety belt is fastened. An indicator in the "instrument panel" located at the front part of the capsule also shows the proper fastening of seat belts.
2.7 The operator shows how to initiate alarm signal to the guest.
2.8 The operator closes the zipper and inflates the capsule with pre-warmed air. The pressure of the air in the capsule can be seen on a display installed in the capsule. The capsule gives sound and light indication as soon as the set value is reached to the operator that the inflation of capsule can be stopped.
2.9 The name and pictogram of the selected effect or VR program appear on the display installed in the capsule according to the invention.
2.10 The indication of preparing appears on the display installed in the capsule. 3. Launching
3.1 The guest gives a signal with the pushbutton installed in the joystick to indicate readiness for starting, upon which the starting lamp of the harbour staff changes to yellow. If the staff of the harbour authorizes the launch after making sure that no capsule or other obstacle is in the way of arriving capsule, then a permit is issued for launching, and the starting lamps at both places give a start signal / become green. 3.2 The operator once again visually checks the safe position of the guest through the transplant cover of the capsule, and gives the start signal if it is found to be in order.
3.3 The countdown 5-4-3-2-1-Start can be seen and heard from the display in the capsule. The same can be seen and heard from the displays of the launching and harbour stations.
3.4 The starting belt moves in response to the Start signal, and gives an initial velocity to the capsule, and the ride is started. The belt stops once the capsule leaves the "launching stand".
3.5 Depending on the configuration of the system according to the invention various interactive attractions developed subsequently -„Entertainment" - could supplement the fun.
3.6 The start lamp deployed at the launching station shows the time of the ride. 4. End of ride, mooring
4.1 The counting of the riding time is started upon starting the ride, and it is shown on the display facing the operator at the harbour of the slide, similarly to the presently used start-stop system.
This shows to the operator that the arrival of a capsule is expected. If no capsule arrives from the slide within the preset time, then the system gives an alarm signal, and the operator makes sure that the guest is rescued.
4.2 After the guest has emerged from the slide - depending on the configuration of the slide and the harbour - the operator of the arrival section uses an apparatus, e.g. similar to the one shown at https://www html, eventually using remote control, guides the capsule to the harbour, and elevates the capsule to the level of the jetty of the harbour as described in the chapter dealing with the configuration of the harbour.
4.3 The operator opens the zipper of the capsule thus moored, and helps the guest to get off the capsule.
4.4 The guest takes off the boots and the space suit together with the VR helmet, and puts them into the capsule.
4.5 Depending on its size and weight, the capsule is folded into the purpose made capsule carrier as much as it is configured for transporting, which will be carried by the next guest to the launching stand. The possibility of queuing for the capsule is established at the harbour. The folding is facilitated by a vacuum valve installed in the capsule, which ensures that the capsule is shrunk to the optimum size for transporting. 4.6 If the size and weight of the capsule or the configuration of the slide does not allow a "manual" transfer, then it is required to take care of the transport of the capsule by means of some equipment, e.g. conveyor, ski lift or similar apparatus.
The electronic unit in the capsule is configured in the given case preferably as follows.
Control of power supply
Control of power supply to the electronic devices of the capsule according to the invention could be accomplished in the given case by a 12V 9 Ah gelly battery and control electronic circuits (hereinafter the "electronics"), which are placed in a horizontally aligned fitting box having IP protection in the void available between the lower part and upper part of the sitting bench. The connectors placed on the side of the box allow connection to the installed control and display elements of the capsule according to the invention.
The configuration of the instrument panel of the capsule according to the invention in the given case is as follows:
The instrument panels of the capsule according to the invention is located in the compartment formed at the upper part of the capsule, similarly to the upper instrument panel of aircraft. The parts of instrument panel are placed in a box fitted with a clear front plate.
Parts of the instrument panel:
LED signal lamp,
graphic display, in the given case at least 10" LED panel,
waterproof loudspeaker,
camera recording the ride, e.g. Go-pro,
device for emitting alarm signal, preferably with power supply independent of the power supply of the instrument panel. Its function: provides visual indications, and emits sound effects belonging to the various functions.
The functions listed below can be activated at the admin interface of the IT system operating the capsule according to the invention. The authorized and properly trained attendants (operators) can access the admin interface.
Functions in case of preferred actual application:
o Indicates the pressure in the capsule and emits sound and light signals to report when the set pressure is reached.
o Indicates the carbon monoxide content in the capsule and emits sound and light signal to indicate if the limit value is eventually exceeded.
o If the guest has registered in advance, then the guest is greeted after inflating the capsule upon reaching the appropriate pressure value, and for this purpose a relevant text appears, and the machine voice is emitted.
o Shows the symbol and name of the effect or VR selected by the guest.
o Indicates the preparation text before the starting "launch", then gives a countdown in the language set at the admin interface.
o Indicates the time elapsed from the start with thousand sec accuracy, then upon completing the ride it shows the average velocity, achieved credit points and ranking, o If the capsule works with interactive credit point collecting function, then the actually achieved credit points are shown.
o Advertisement text and/or associated music could be played upon completing the ride until the mooring.
o If Go-pros is implemented, then the photos, videos prepared about the ride or the VR story is shown while the capsule is navigated after arrival to the harbour.
Capsule communication
The capsule is connected through the local IT network to the central system.
The program running on the server (operation sw) provides the following functions a. Riding statistics about each ride - with the following information User name (statistical data can be grouped according to users) (if any)
Given name for greeting
Identification of capsule (installed RFID). This could give early warning about the wear of capsules. The RFID identification happens automatically with the help of sensor installed in the launching stand. After reaching the value set at the admin interface the system sends a signal to the operator with regard the mandatory maintenance of the respective capsules (as done in case of aircraft).
Values of carbon monoxide, temperature and pressure belonging to the given ride.
Selected effect or VR attraction (the effects or VR attraction can be filtered for the purpose of subsequent marketing work).
Actual time of ride (launch), the signal of starting sensor
Actual time of arrival, the signal of arrival sensor of slide
Time of mooring, when the pressure sensor does not indicate pressure, i.e. the zipper was opened. This could be used for checking the work of harbour personnel.
Data of ride, time, velocity (until the end of ride, without mooring time)

b. Photo or video
Video or/and photos are prepared about the riders of the capsules according to the invention equipped with camera during the time of ride - between the signals of the starting and arrival sensors. The prepared recordings are transmitted to the server through the local network for storing.
a. These are recorded for the given users, and the guests can buy them as printed on site or on pen-drive, or subsequently through the associated web shop.
b. The recordings are broadcast at the launching stand and/or at the harbour on monitors / LED walls. As much as VR conditions are available, the monitors show also the story unfolding in front of the guest riding in the capsule according to the invention.
The recording can be replayed at the display of the capsule or in the VR headset in parallel with showing the story.
c. Safety Safety camera is deployed at the launching station and harbour of the slide, which records how the rules of the preparation for the ride and of the mooring are complied with.
Safety equipment is deployed at the launching station and harbour giving sound and light signal, which is activated
a. if the guest gives alarm signal. The alarm signal can be initiated by keeping the top pushbuttons of the right and left joysticks depressed simultaneously for a longer time. b. automatically, if the capsule does not comes out of the slide within the set time.
In the given case the elements of the experience park containing the capsule according to the invention (Entertainment)
Capsule mobile sound and light effects, mood
o It is an essential and unique feature of the experience park containing the capsule according to the invention, that the static sound and light effects generally used in slides are supplemented or replaced with mobile effects.
o One of its unique feature is that the possibility of using sound effects and light effect is ensured even in open slides.
o The sound and light effects can be used at existing or future closed and open slide without the need for modification.
o With the selection of a given mood the sound and light effect appear at various positions of the slide, so different experience is regenerated for the guests at each ride, o A potential unique experience is provided by the application of TPU foil cover, which can become dark upon the action of electricity.
Selection of mood in case of a preferred actual application:
a. If the guests have registered at the associated IT interface, then the sound and light effects, as well as the desired mood can be selected with regard the given spa through the internet and/or with smart phone.
b. The selection of mood - without preliminary registration - can be also made through the touch screen deployed at the launching station. The light effects and the sound effects can be selected on the screen in separate columns, so they can be associated according to individual wishes.
c. According to the selected moods, the experience park according to the invention is capable of presenting the various sound and light effects at various points of the slide. In this way it is possible to assign moderate, exciting, extreme, etc. motifs to the sound and light effects of the mood.
Creation of sound and light effects installed in the waterslide experience park containing the capsule according to the invention in case of a preferred actual application:
Elements generating visual effect 14 are installed in the capsule, which in the given case are preferably RGB LED strips.
o RGB LED strips are installed inside the capsule in longitudinal direction at the top 2/3 part with a spacing of about 6-8 cm.
o The control of RGB strips is accomplished by the control electronics based on the preset moods and motifs, the major light effects being:
Rotation
Spiral, swirl
Lights running forward - feeling of deceleration
Lights running backward - feeling of acceleration
Stroboscope
Touch-screens
Combination of above items
etc.
UV reflector
o One LED head lamp and one UV light source is installed inside the capsule, o Illuminating figures, images or cartoons working with UV or in case of normal light with UV and fluorescence are placed inside the capsules by means of painting or foil templates. These are activated in an random fashion with the control of UV head lamp. The LED head lamp can be switched on also with electronic control, or by keeping depressed the front pushbutton installed in the left and right leveers of the joysticks attached to the seats.
Combinations of reflex effects of the experience park
- Operating the reflex effects of the experience park
a. In case of closed slides
o The RGB head lamp installed at the front of the capsule flashes randomly with various colours (red, yellow, green, purple) as controlled by the program
o (The method described for the open slides can be used also for the closed slides) o Various credit points belong to the various colours.
o The guest is expected to press the button on the joystick belonging to the given colour, for which x msec is available as set at the admin interface.
o If the appropriate button is depressed within the given time period, then the guest is given credit points, coins or premium coins belonging to the give colour. An acoustic signal is emitted to indicate the success if a goal is achieved.
o If the button is depressed after the expiry of the available time period, then the given value is deducted.
o If a wrong button is depressed, then twice the given credit points is deducted. Wrong selections are also accompanied by appropriate acoustic signals,
o The results are summarized in case of a capsule with two persons. If for example one of the person presses the button belonging to the red light in time, then + 100 coins are awarded, but if the other person depresses a wrong button, then 200 coins are deducted, so the result is -100 coins.
o The results can be seen on the display of the capsule, and can also be seen on the display of the launching station and the harbour in an online manner, and they are added to the results of the guest. b. In case of open slides
o The reflex effect function is selected as desired by the quest from the possible light effects at the mood selection function. The sound effect and the music can be selected as required. o Disk shapes with various colours (red, yellow, green, purple) appear on the RGB
LED strips installed in the capsule at various placed in random fashion.
o Various credit points are associated with the different colours.
o The guest is expected to push the appropriate button belonging to the given colour on the joystick, for which x msec time period is available, that can be set at the admin interface,
o If the guest manages to push the appropriate button within the given time, then the guest is awarded a number of premium coins associated with the given colour. Successful hits are indicated by sound effects,
o If the button is depressed after the expire of the time period, then the associated value is deducted.
o If a wrong button is depressed, then twice the given credit number is deducted.
The missed hits are also associated with a specific sound effect.
o In case of two person capsule the results are summarized, e.g. if one of the guest depresses the button associated with the red light in time, then +100 coins are credited, but if the other person depresses a wrong button, then 200 coins are deducted for instance, i.e. the summarized result is -100 coins.
o The results can be seen on the display of the capsule, and can also be seen on the display of the launching station and the harbour in an online manner, and they are added to the results of the guest.
The virtual reality (VR) system associated with the application of the capsule according to the invention
The virtual reality (VR) system is the first system of the waterslide industry, which processed stories with various subjects along the flumes configured according to the route of the water slide. The guests become the real and active players of the virtual reality.
Selection of topic
Prior to visiting the spa the guests can have a preview of the "VS stories" at the home page of the experience system according to the invention, if they have registered earlier at the associate IT system. In this case the selected "menu" can be recorded in advance. The pre-selection can be made with the help of smart phones, as well as at the terminal deployed in the spa.
Furthermore, the "VR story" can be selected with the touch screen deployed at the launching station, However, the guests in this case can determine the topic of the actual ride only.
Collecting the credit points, premium points or coins
The "VR stories" are compiled in a way, that the characters corresponding to the stories appear in a random fashion. The characters are assigned various colour markings matching the topics, e.g. Snow White in red skirt, Sneezy in yellow cap, etc. The appropriate button on the joystick has to be depressed by the guests as soon as they see the characters within x msec set at the admin interface. The valuation of hits and the emission of sound effects takes place as described above. The characters react to the hit somehow, and the achieved credit point is shown on the display.
The VR information of the experience park system according to the invention in case of preferred actual application:
Besides the "VR story" the VR headset shows the riding time, average velocity, etc.
The capsule according to the invention can be configured to accommodate one, two, three or more persons. This is considered for the dimensioning and designing of the capsule depending on the number of persons to be accommodated, and the configuration of the capsule is designed accordingly. In this way it is possible to establish a capsule that can accommodate 6-8 or more persons.
With regard the capsule and the system, the configurations and possibilities of the applications of the solution according to the invention are not limited to the realized shapes and applications introduced for the actual modes of embodiment, but the solution according to the invention covers any other configuration and application. Claims

CLAIMS:
1. Capsule formation for slides, primarily for water slides, which allows extending the use of slides, particularly water slides, as well as the use of slides all through the year independently of the weather, even by people in clothing in the given case, and allows supplementing the slides with entertainment features, and the basic formation of this capsule (1) is essentially a closed protecting hull having external shell, in which the person (7) or persons using the water slide (2) are situated, and the capsule (1) or in the given case the inside of the capsule (1) is equipped with further accessories, in the given case with seat (3), interactive communication tool, preferably with display and control unit (10), as well as brake (6), etc., characterised by that, the capsule (1) in the given case is inflatable, is provided with resilient and/or solid wall or external hull, and a space is formed inside it for the user person (7) or persons, and in the given case it is equipped with seat (3) or mattress (13) ensuring the appropriate support, and in addition to that in the given case further electronic communication tools and ports, in the given case display and control units (10) are installed inside the capsule (1) or in the capsule (1), and the engineering basis of the capsule (1) is a transparent hull unit, which can be closed in a watertight manner and is produced for example from TPU or PVC material in the given case, and which is equipped with various properly shaped special supplementary and safety elements depending on the type and size of the slide, and which is suitable to accommodate one, two, three, four or more persons (7), who are protected from splashing water, and the material of the capsule (1) can be any resilient impermeable material, plastic, and in the given case the capsule (1) is formed from resilient or rigid plastic shell inflated with air which in the given case is provided with ribs.
2. Capsule according to claim 1, characterised by that, there is a seat (3) or reclining mattress (12) or seating mattress (13) inside the capsule (1), and one or more control levers (4) are installed and attached preferably to the seat (3).
3. Capsule according to claim 1 or 3, characterised by that, the capsule (1) is hull unit produced from properly dimensioned 0.7 - 1.2 mm thick clear or combination of coloured and clear TPU or PVC materials assembled in the given case by means of high frequency welding technology, and watertight zipper, in the given case with two pull tabs having in then given case a length of 80-120 cm is installed at the top part of the capsule (1), typically along its longitudinal axis, and the capsule (1) is inflated through an installed inlet valve having screw cap, which prevents the air from blowing out, and furthermore, in order to facilitate folding the capsule (1) preferably into a small package, in the given case a "discharge" valve is installed in the hull of the capsule (1), which works in the opposite direction and is provided with a screw cap, and the capsule (1) matched to the type and geometry of the water slide (2), is distributed in the given case in a number of configurations and with various accessories.
4. Capsule according to any of the claims 1 - 3, characterised by that, the capsule (1) can be configured to accommodate one, two, three or more persons, and this is considered for the dimensioning and designing of the capsule (1) depending on the number of persons to be accommodated, and the configuration of the capsule (1) is designed accordingly, and in this way it is possible to establish a capsule (1) that can accommodate 6-8 or more persons (7).
5. Capsule according to any of the claims 1 - 4, characterised by that, "sitting bench" or seat (3) suitable for one or more persons, in the given case made of GRP or other material in an ergonomic configuration, is fixed at the lower part of the capsule (1) to straps welded to the cover or material of the capsule (1), or in case of other configuration the fixing could be made for instance with bolts or in other suitable manner also, and the sitting bench or seat (3) in the given case consists of lower and upper parts which are joined by stainless steel bolts, while an electronic unit providing power supply and control of the capsule is located in the given case between the lower and upper parts, and a connector is mounted on the external surface of the sitting bench or seat (3) through which the battery could be charged.
6. Capsule according to any of the claims 1 - 5, characterised by that, in order to facilitate the safety of the capsule (1) the sitting benches or seats (3) are provided with the kind of safety belts that are usually present in airliners, the fastening and unfastening of such safety belts are accompanied by light and acoustic signals generally used in passenger cars.
7. Capsule according to any of the claims 1 - 6, characterised by that, control levers (4) of the capsule (1), having in the given case a shape of joystick and are provided with pushbuttons and are suitable also as handle, are installed at two sides of the sitting bench or seat (3) of the capsule (1) for the control of the capsule (1), the configuration and functions of which handle and pushbuttons mounted on the control levers (4) are established according to the programs operating the capsule (1) or according to the special attractions (Entertainment), and preferably there is one button on the top of each control lever, which can be operated with the thumb, and an additional button on the top of each lever can be operated with the pointer finger, and with the help of the pushbuttons the guests are able to execute tasks during the ride according to the preselected program, by which they can collect credit points, for instance Splashcoins, and their results can be uploaded to their profiles on the interactive IT interface belonging to the capsule.
8. Capsule according to any of the claims 1 - 7, characterised by that, for the suitable and safe operation and for allowing braking of the capsule (1) a foot support (5) made of GRP material, and which in the given case can be adjusted to the guests having different heights, is installed at the legroom of the capsule (1) within the capsule (1), which foot support (5) is fixed in the given case to by means of straps made of TPU material welded to the capsule (1), where the left part of the foot support (5) is fixed, and the right part is an optionally configured brake pedal (6), which in the given case suitable for braking the capsule (1).
9. Capsule according to any of the claims 1 - 8, characterised by that, the supplementary accessories belonging to the capsule (1) are as follows:
- "capsule carrying bag" made of waterproof canvas belonging to the capsule (1),
- capsule protecting boots,
- capsule 'space suit".
- suitable helmet or headgear used in the capsule.
10. Capsule according to any of the claims 1 - 9, characterised by that, the electronic unit providing power supply and control of the capsule (1) contains preferably 12V 9 Ah gelly battery and control electronic circuits, which provide low voltage, in the given case midget voltage supply to the electronic circuits in the capsule (1), which are in the given case placed in a horizontally aligned waterproof fitting box having IP protection, preferably IPx7 protection, in the void available between the lower part and upper part of the sitting bench or the seat, and the connectors placed on the side of the box containing the electronics allow the connection to the installed control and display elements of the capsule (1), in the given case to the display and control unit (10).
1 1. Capsule according to any of the claims 1 - 10, characterised by that, the instrument panel of the capsule (1) is installed in a compartment established at the upper part of the capsule (1), similarly to the upper instrument panels of aircraft, where the components of the instruments panel in the given case are placed in a box having clear front plate, the components of which instrument include:
- LED signal lamps,
- graphic display, in the give case at least 10" LED panel,
- waterproof loudspeaker,
- camera for recording the ride, e.g. Go-pro,
- a device for giving alarm, preferable with power supply independent of that of the instrument panel.
12. Experience park and entertainment complex system, characterised by that, electronic communication tools, ports and sensors placed in both the water slide (2) and the capsule (1) measure and indicate the travel of the capsule (1) in a mobile manner, which are in wired and/or in wireless contact with an external control and communication centre accordingly, and which initiate the operation of various effects, such as light, sound and experience effects according to the travel of the capsule (1) during the operation of the system, and in addition to that, VR (Virtual Reality) experience is provided to the person (7) or persons (7) in the capsule (1) after selecting predetermined programs and elements of effects with the help of units located in the given case both in the capsule (1) and the in the water slide.
13. System according to claim 12, characterised by that, the starting of the capsule (1) takes place in the given case from a launching stand, where in the given case a mobile "launching stand" of capsule (1) is placed in the starting facility of the water slide (2), to which in the given case a mobile roller row, dimensioned according to the original starting element, is attached, and if no water environment is in front of the starting element, then in the given case a drum motor driven belt starting element (conveyor belt) is installed, which conveyor belt pushes the capsule (1) onto the roller section, which continues travelling from here in a gravitational manner, and control of the launching station for this purpose is made jointly by the operator and the guest using the capsule (1) for assuring the safety.
14. System according to claim 12 or 13 characterised by that, an inclined rubber conveyor belt is used at the floating level of the capsule (1) in the harbour receiving the capsule (1) in a pool, in the given case with a gradient of 10 %, or different engieering solution is used, where the capsules (1) are lifted out of water by the conveyor belt, and forwards them preferable in the given case onto a 2 m long horizontal roller row, and the harbour is provided with two lateral guides, which aligns the capsule (1) in appropriate position, and a "jetty" is constructed at two sides of the harbour component in the given case made with WPC walking surface, which provides place for the operating staff, as well as a "dry" environment for the guests when they disembark the capsule.
15. System according to any of the claims 12 - 14, characterised by that, the water slides (2) can be optionally extended by water blowing elements and/or smoke machines and/or bubble blowers and/or snow machines.
16. System according to claim 15, characterised by that, the typical purpose of water blowing elements is to release water through the solenoid valves installed in the upper part of the water slide (2) onto the capsule (1) passing below, which "cascade" is in active or passive condition depending on the selected mood and the "VR story", and the cascade can be controlled from the "admin" interface, including the setting of water quantity.
17. System according to claim 15, characterised by that, the function of the smoke machine installed at a determined section of the slide (2) creates mist in front of the capsule (1) and the smoke machine is in active or passive condition depending on the selected mood and "VR story", and the operation of smoke machine (time, delay, etc.) can be set on the "admin" interface controlling the operation of the system.
18. System according to claim 15, characterised by that, the function of the bubble blower installed at a determined section of the slide (2) blows bubbles in front of the capsule (1) and the equipment is in active or passive condition depending on the selected mood and "VR story", and the operation of bubble blower (time, delay, etc.) can be set on the "admin" interface controlling the operation of the system.
19. System according to claim 15, characterised by that, the function of the snow machine installed at a determined section of the slide (2) blows snow flakes in front of the capsule (1) and the equipment is in active or passive condition depending on the selected mood and "VR story", and the operation of snow blower (time, delay, etc.) can be set on the "admin" interface controlling the operation of the system.
20. System according to any of the claims 12 - 19, characterised by that, sound and light effects implemented in the water slide (2) experience system containing the capsule (1) are made with the help of elements creating visual effects (14) installed in the capsule (1), in the given case preferably with RGB LED strips, for which purpose in the given case preferably inside the capsule (1) RGB LED strips are installed at the upper 2/3 part in longitudinal direction with a spacing of about 6-8 cm, and the RGB strips are controlled by the control electronics based on the set moods and motifs according to major light effects, which include rotation, spiral, swirl, light running forward, light running backward, stroboscope, touch screen, and combination of these effects, and furthermore, UV head lamp is used to enhance the experience effect, for the purpose of which in the given case one LED head lamp and one UV light source is installed at the forward part of the capsule (1), and figures, images, cartoons are painted and attached with foil inside the water slides (2), which illuminate with UV or normal light or with fluorescent light in case of UV, which gets activated in a random fashion with UV head lamp control, and the LED head lamp is activated also with electronic control, or by depressing the front pushbutton of the left and right lever of the joystick in the sitting bench for a longer time.
