本实施例中,获取第三信息的目的是避免输液错误,当医护人员在输液前或者输液中对输液信息进行修改,在中央站中输液信息已经更新,但在工作站中,输液信息并没有更新,此时需要对比工作站与中央站中信息相同时,说明输液信息已经是最新的,没有在中央站更改,可以以该输液信息进行输液。其中,工作站与信息读取装置可以建立有线连接,也可以是其他连接。其中,单泵1023可以包含输液泵、注射泵和工作站中的至少一种。
进一步地,为获得最新的中央站信息,在中央站与工作站建立连接的条件下,工作站可以以预设的时间周期获取中央站中的第三信息,也可以定时的获取中央站中的第三信息。
在图1所示的输液管理系统中,该输液管理系统包括中央站和输液系统,输液系统包括工作站、信息读取装置和单泵,中央站将获取的包含第一患者信息和第一药物信息的第一信息发送给用于输液的工作站;工作站获取信息读取装置获取的第二信息,并从中央站获取第三信息;工作站判断所述第一信息、所述第二信息和所述第三信息是否相同,当三者相同时,控制单泵根据第一信息进行输液。可见,工作站可以自动获取用于输液的第一信息,并判断第一信息是否正确,避免了需要医护人员繁琐的手动设置和重复检查,节约了输液前设置信息的时长,从而可以提高输液效率。
请参阅图2,图2是本发明实施例提供的另一种输液管理系统的结构示意图。其中,图2是由图1所示的如图2所示的输液管理系统优化得来的,中央站101可以包括患者信息管理模块1011、医嘱解析模块1012和药物库1013;
中央站101获取第一患者信息和第一药物信息的方式具体为:
患者信息管理模块1011获取第一患者信息及所述第一患者信息对应的医嘱信息;
医嘱解析模块1012根据患者信息管理模块1011获取的第一患者信息和医嘱信息,以及药物库1013中的药物信息确定第一药物信息。
本实施例中,如图3所示,图3为一种中央站的操作界面图。医嘱解析模块1012根据患者信息管理模块1011获取的第一患者信息自动从CIS中获取患者医嘱。并根据“治疗途径”或与中央站中已有药物库中的药物智能比对,自动确 认药物需经输液泵和注射泵进行输液的输液信息。
作为一种可能的实施方式,输液管理系统还包括医院信息系统103,其中:
医院信息系统103,用于发送第一患者信息及第一患者信息对应的医嘱信息;
患者信息管理模块1011获取第一患者信息及第一患者信息对应的医嘱信息的方式具体为:
接收医院信息系统103发送的第一患者信息及第一患者信息对应的医嘱信息。
本实施例中,如图3所示,所示的患者信息列表可以是中央站101从医院信息系统CIS103中获得的,中央站与CIS可以建立网络连接,如无线连接或者有线连接,中央站通过该网络连接从CIS中获取患者信息及患者信息对应的医嘱信息,其中,指定床位和医护人员等医护信息可以是在CIS中设定的,中央站直接从CIS中获取医护信息,医护信息也可以是在中央站中设定的。其中,也可以在中央站显示患者信息列表页面,以列表的形式显示患者信息及对应的其他信息,如图3所示。进一步地,这些患者信息可以是按照预设的规则显示的,例如按照患者姓名的字母排行顺序显示的。
作为一种可能的实施方式,工作站1021,还用于判断是否与中央站101建立连接,当与中央站101建立连接时,工作站1021根据第一患者信息从中央站101获取第三信息的方式具体为:
工作站1021根据第一患者信息通过该连接从中央站101获取第三信息。
具体地,工作站1021根据第一患者信息通过该连接从患者信息管理模块1011获取第三信息。
作为一种可能的实施方式,输液系统102还包括信息纠正模块1024,其中:
工作站1021,还用于当与中央站101未建立连接时,判断第一信息和第二信息是否相同,当第一信息和第二信息相同时,控制单泵1023根据第一信息进行输液;
工作站1021,还用于当第一信息和第二信息不同时,发送控制命令给信息纠正模块1024;
信息纠正模块1024,用于当接收到控制命令时,接收用户输入的用于修改 第一信息或第二信息的修改指令,并执行修改指令,以得到第四信息,第四信息包括第四患者信息和第四药物信息;
单泵1023,还用于根据信息纠正模块1024得到的第四信息进行输液。
本实施例中,在工作站无法通过网络连接中央站的情况下,信息载体通过读取:1)标识操作者ID的信息载体如粘贴在工作牌上的条码;2)标识患者ID信息如系在患者手上的腕带条码;3)标识床位ID信息如粘贴在床旁的条码;4)标识患者信息、药物信息等内容的条码信息。工作站判断:1)从患者及药物信息条码中读取的条码信息与标识操作者的条码信息、标识床位的条码信息、标识患者ID的条码信息是否一致;2)判断患者、药物信息条码中的信息与输液泵、注射泵、工作站内置的信息是否一致;如果信息一致,则自动输入上述全部信息;如果不一致,则人工修改上述参数,通过信息纠正模块1024接收修改参数,并启动单泵1023进行输液。
作为一种可能的实施方式,中央站101还包括报警模块1014,其中:
报警模块1014,用于当输液系统102满足故障库中的故障条件时,生成并输出用于提示用户的报警信号。
本实施例中,如图4所示,图4为另一种中央站的操作界面图。中央监测模块用于监测所有连接的输液泵状态,如输液状态、报警状态、剩余时间等,实现远程安全监测。当出现异常情况满足故障库中的故障条件时,显示相应报警的床位号、单泵号或者药物名称以及报警名称和报警时间等报警信息。
作为一种可能的实施方式,中央站101还包括数据统计模块1015和自动归档模块1016,其中:
数据统计模块1015,用于从输液系统102获取第一患者信息对应的输液状态参数;
自动归档模块1016,用于保存第一患者信息、第一药物信息和数据统计模块1015获取的输液状态参数。
本实施例中,如图4所示,中央站101还包括数据统计模块1015和自动归档模块1016。本实施例中,输液状态参数可以包括输液过程的输液数据,如单位时间内患者的总体输入量、单位时间内某种药物的输入量等,还可以包括输液泵号等设备参数,其中,中央站和工作站可以建立连接关系,如网络连接,包 括无线和有线网络连接,中央站可以从工作站以预设时间间隔获取患者信息对应的输液状态参数,并保存在输液状态参数表中;中央站可以根据输液状态参数表统计整个输液过程中的输液数据,这些输液数据都可概括为输液状态参数。
自动归档模块用于自动存储所有输液过程的输液数据,包括患者信息、药物信息、输液过程状态数据,并把数据以某种数据格式如PDF存储到备份数据区域或备份服务器中。
作为一种可能的实施方式,中央站101还包括中央监测模块1017,其中:
中央监测模块1017,用于监测输液系统102的输液状态;
当输液系统102满足故障库中的故障条件时,报警模块1014生成并输出用于提示用户的报警信号的方式具体为:
当中央监测模块1017监测的输液状态满足故障库中的故障条件时,输出报警信号。
本实施例中,如图4所示,中央监测模块1017可以对中央站内全部的患者信息对应的输液的指定床位进行监测,以便于出现异常时,及时通知医护人员进行处理。其中,未与工作站建立连接时,故障条件可以为中央站运行异常,例如,信息无法保存等系统问题;当与工作站建立连接时,中央站可以实时监测工作站的工作状态,当工作站出现异常时,输出报警信号。例如,当某床位输液堵塞,输液装置损坏,或者输液已经完成时,或者检测到工作站中或者中央站中患者信息或输液信息改变,即输出报警信号。进一步地,为了使报警信号更有针对性,使医护人员一目了然的明白异常情况的发生原因,针对于故障库中不同的故障,可以分别对应一条报警信号,该报警信号用于提示该对应的故障,该报警信号可以是语音输出,也可以是文字显示输出,也可以是其他提示方式输出,本实施例不作限定。
作为一种可能的实施方式,中央站101还包括系统设置模块1018,其中:
系统设置模块1018,用于对输液管理系统进行系统参数设置。
本实施例中,系统设置模块1018用于设置CIS连接网络地址、工作站和单泵等的网络连接地址、床位数设置、管理员权限、语言、时间等设置。其中,系统设置模块1018至少与工作1021、单泵1023、患者信息管理模块1011建立连 接。
请参阅图5,图5是本发明实施例提供的又一种输液管理系统的结构示意图。如图5所示,该输液管理系统至少包括中央站501和输液系统502,其中,中央站501和工作站502之间的虚线表示可以无线连接,也可以有线连接,中央站501的结构可以和图1、图2所示的中央站的结构相同;工作站502的结构可以和图1、图2所示的工作站相同,本申请不作赘述。作为一种可能的实施方式,如图5所示,该输液管理系统还可以包括医院信息系统503,其中,医院信息系统503与中央站501之间的虚线表示无线连接或者有线连接。
在图2所示的输液管理系统中,该输液管理系统包括中央站和输液系统,输液系统包括工作站、信息读取装置和单泵,中央站将获取的包含第一患者信息和第一药物信息的第一信息发送给用于输液的工作站;工作站获取信息读取装置获取的第二信息,并从中央站获取第三信息;工作站判断所述第一信息、所述第二信息和所述第三信息是否相同,当三者相同时,控制单泵根据第一信息进行输液。可见,工作站可以自动获取用于输液的第一信息,并判断第一信息是否正确,避免了需要医护人员繁琐的手动设置和重复检查,节约了输液前设置信息的时长,从而可以提高输液效率。

举例说明,如图7所示,图7是一种患者输液流程示意图,其中,该患者输液流程示意图在图6所示的输液管理方法的基础上实现的。首先,医生为患者下医嘱,并在CIS中输入该医嘱信息,可以包括所需治疗的药物,人工护理方法;其次,科室医护人员在患者进入该科室后,分配指定床位和指定允许操作的医护人员;在次,医护人员在中央站中根据患者ID号或其它患者检索字段从CIS中获取患者全部信息,包括姓名、性别、年龄、体重等参数,中央站中的医嘱解析模块根据患者ID自动从CIS中解析需要输液泵、注射泵所需输注药物信息,如Propofol(丙泊酚)、Refentannil(瑞芬太尼)等药物种类和剂量;第四,医护人员确认上述获取的信息是否正确,如果正确,则打印患者与药物条 码,包括患者全部信息、床位信息、允许操作者信息、药物关键输注信息,如药物名称和剂量,医护人员配置好药物,并把条码粘贴到输液袋或者注射器上;第五,如果输液系统可以连接中央站,则中央站把患者信息与药物信息下发到输液系统;第六,医护人员配好药物并粘贴后,准备为患者输液前执行:1)扫描标识操作者ID的条码;2)扫描标识患者ID的条码如腕带条码;3)扫描标识床位号的ID条码;4)扫描患者与药物信息条码。
当输液系统可以通过网络连接装置连接中央站的情况下:a)输液系统自动判断上述四者条码信息、存储的患者信息、药物信息和中央站中的患者信息、药物信息,这三者是否一致,自动判断药物信息是否与内置的药物库信息是否一致,如果一致,则自动输入全部输液信息,如果不一致,则系统报警,提示信息异常;
当工作站、输液泵或注射泵不可以通过网络连接装置连接中央站的情况下:a)工作站、或输液泵、注射泵自动判断上述四者条码信息是否一致;b)自动判断药物信息是否与内置的药物库信息是否一致;如果一致,则自动输入全部输液信息,如果不一致,则人工修改上述信息,并自动输入上述参数。
第七步,医护人员启动输液。启动输液后,当工作站、输液泵或注射泵可以通过网络连接装置连接中央站的情况下,中央站监测输液泵状态,如工作站、输液泵或注射泵出现异常,或者输液状态出现异常,中央站在相应的床位上报警、并提示相应报警信息如输液出现堵塞,输液已经完成等报警信息。中央站定时自动归档所有输液信息,包括患者所用药物、所用输液泵序号、输液参数、输液时输液泵状态等。
在图6所示的输液管理方法中,该输液管理系统包括中央站和输液系统,输液系统包括工作站、信息读取装置和单泵,中央站将获取的包含第一患者信息和第一药物信息的第一信息发送给用于输液的工作站;工作站获取信息读取装置获取的第二信息,并从中央站获取第三信息;工作站判断所述第一信息、所述第二信息和所述第三信息是否相同,当三者相同时,控制单泵根据第一信息进行输液。可见,工作站可以自动获取用于输液的第一信息,并判断第一信息是否正确,避免了需要医护人员繁琐的手动设置和重复检查,节约了输液前设置信息的时长,从而可以提高输液效率。

  1. 一种输液管理系统,其特征在于,包括中央站和输液系统,所述输液系统包括工作站、信息读取装置和单泵,其中:
    所述中央站,用于获取第一患者信息和第一药物信息,并将所述第一患者信息和所述第一药物信息发送所述工作站;
    所述工作站,用于接收所述中央站发送的所述第一患者信息和所述第一药物信息,并将所述第一患者信息和所述第一药物信息保存为第一信息;
    所述中央站,还用于生成所述第一患者信息和所述第一药物信息的信息载体,以得到患者信息载体和药物信息载体;
    所述信息读取装置,用于根据所述第一患者信息从所述中央站生成的所述患者信息载体和所述药物信息载体中获取第二信息,所述第二信息包括第二患者信息和第二药物信息;
    所述工作站,还用于根据所述第一患者信息从所述中央站获取第三信息,所述第三信息包括第三患者信息和第三药物信息;
