背景技术
锅铲是我们生活中的常用品,主要用于烹饪使用,在现实生活中炒菜的时候经常会有油溅到人的手上,容易造成烫伤,给人们的生活带来很大的不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的烹饪时油溅到人体上易烫伤的问题,提供一种能够防止油溅到人体上的防油溅锅铲。
本发明提供的一种防油溅锅铲,包括手柄、铲头、以及连接所述手柄和铲头的连接杆,还包括套设于所述连接杆并用于防止油溅可开合的伞罩和用于检测温度的温度检测模块,若温度达到预设温度阈值,开启所述伞罩。
实施本发明提供的防油溅锅铲,可以达到以下有益效果:通过在锅铲连接杆上设置可开合的伞罩,在检测到温度超过预设温度阈值时,开启伞罩,以防止油溅到人体上,从而防止人体被烫伤,结构简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1为本发明提供的一种防油溅锅铲,包括手柄1、铲头5、以及连接手柄1和铲头5的连接杆2。本发明的创新点在于,在连接杆2上套设有一可开合的伞罩4,该伞罩4在打开状态下可以阻挡因锅内温度过高而溅起的油滴,从而可防止被油温烫伤的危险;当温度下降后,可将伞罩4合起来即可。
进一步地,手柄1外周设有防滑纹,连接杆2可设置为可伸缩式机构,以根据需求调节其长度。伞罩4包括罩体、用于支撑罩体并实现罩体开合的罩体开合支撑结构,罩体开合支撑结构的端部与连接杆2的连接处设有限位件3,罩体开合支撑结构以限位件3为支点进行开合,另外,连接杆2上还设有用于防止罩体开合支撑结构自动开启的锁定部6,该锁定部6位于罩体开合支撑结构的开合路径上,以使伞罩4保持关闭状态。优选地,连接杆2为不锈钢材质制成,伞罩4、锁定部6以及连接杆2的结构与现有技术中雨伞的构造大致相同,本领域技术人员可参考现有技术中的雨伞构造来实现,在此不再赘述。 优选地,罩体外侧设有绑带,伞罩4在关闭状态下,通过绑带缩小伞罩4的体积以便于使用和收纳。该绑带可以为魔术带等。伞罩4材质优选为耐高温材质,不仅可以防止油溅,还可以在开启状态下作锅盖使用,解决了现有技术中,需取出锅铲才可完全盖住锅口,使用不便的问题。进一步优选地,伞罩4的半径小于连接杆2的长度,以便于收纳。
进一步地,本发明提供的防油溅锅铲还包括温度检测模块和与其电连接的主控模块,优选地,该温度检测模块设置于罩体外侧,且位于伞罩4靠近铲头5的一端,能够实时检测铲头5所在位置的温度,温度检测模块检测到当前温度后发送至主控模块,主控模块将当前温度与预设温度阈值进行对比,若当前温度高于预设温度阈值,则控制伞罩4锁定部6解除锁定自动开启;若当前温度低于预设温度阈值,则控制伞罩4自动关闭,并开启锁定部6。该预设温度阈值可以为水沸腾的温度,或使用者自行设置的安全温度值。可选地,温度检测模块为温度传感器或温度检测器等,手柄1上还可设置与主控模块点连接的温度显示模块,使用者可根据当前显示的温度进行烹饪调节。
除通过主控模块控制伞罩4自动开合外,本发明还在手柄1上设置用于开合伞罩4的手动开关(图未示),该手动开关通过一连杆穿过连接杆内部与锁定部6相连,通过手动开关控制锁定部6的活动来控制伞罩4的开合,以防止主控模块的控制延时,烹饪者可根据自身需求自己来控制。需要说明的是,该手动开关与伞罩4的构造可参考现有技术中手动开合的雨伞构造。
进一步地,该防油溅锅铲还包括与主控模块电连接的提醒模块和人近感应器,由于烹饪者在烹饪时会在等待温度升高的同时完成其他事项,会出现离开锅铲的情况,此时,人近感应器检测到无人手持锅铲时,则由提醒模块发出报警提示,可以为语音或振动提醒烹饪者,以防止温度过高影响烹饪,或出现火灾等危险。
综上所述,本发明通过在锅铲连接杆2上设置伞罩4,通过自动或手动开启伞罩4以防止因锅内温度过高而溅起的油滴,防止被油温烫伤,提高烹饪环境的安全性,且结构较简单,使用较为方便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防油溅锅铲,包括手柄、铲头、以及连接所述手柄和铲头的连接杆,其特征在于,还包括套设于所述连接杆并用于防止油溅可开合的伞罩和用于检测温度的温度检测模块,若温度达到预设温度阈值,开启所述伞罩。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防油溅锅铲,其特征在于,所述伞罩包括罩体、用于支撑罩体开合的罩体开合支撑结构,所述罩体开合支撑结构的端部与连接杆连接处设有限位件,所述罩体开合支撑结构以所述限位件为支点沿所述连接杆进行开合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防油溅锅铲,其特征在于,所述连接杆上还设有用于防止所述罩体开合支撑结构自动开启的锁定部,所述锁定部位于所述罩体开合支撑结构的开合路径上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的防油溅锅铲,其特征在于,所述温度检测模块设置于所述罩体的外侧,且位于靠近所述铲头的一端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防油溅锅铲,其特征在于,还包括与所述温度检测模块电连接的主控模块,所述主控模块用于控制所述伞罩的自动开合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防油溅锅铲,其特征在于,还包括与所述主控模块电连接的提醒模块和人近感应器,若所述人近感应器检测到无人手持所述锅铲,则所述提醒模块发出报警提示。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的防油溅锅铲,其特征在于,还包括与 所述主控模块电连接的温度显示模块。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防油溅锅铲,其特征在于,还包括用于开合所述伞罩的手动开关,所述手动开关设置于所述手柄上并与所述锁定部连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的防油溅锅铲,其特征在于,所述连接杆由不锈钢材质制成。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的防油溅锅铲,其特征在于,所述罩体外侧设有用于收纳所述伞罩的绑带。
