Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fusion osseuse destiné à être inséré entre des os qui doivent être fusionnés ensemble, tels que, par exemple, les vertèbres d'une colonne vertébrale. Le dispositif de fusion osseuse comprend au moins une languette extensible et un ou plusieurs ensembles d'extension de languette. Chaque ensemble d'extension de languette peut être réglé afin de commander individuellement l'extension ou la contraction d'un côté de la languette, permettant ainsi le réglage de la hauteur et/ou de l'angle de la languette par rapport au corps du dispositif de fusion osseuse. Chaque ensemble d'extension de languette peut être réglé individuellement de telle sorte que le côté commandé par chaque ensemble est élevé ou abaissé jusqu'à ce que l'angle de languette souhaité soit atteint. La languette est avantageusement positionnée et inclinée pour correspondre aux vertèbres afin d'aider à maintenir le dispositif jusqu'à ce que l'os ait fusionné.
