Description

Skateboard handle and skateboard with handle
The present invention relates to a handle for a skateboard and a skateboard with a handle.
Conventionally, skateboards have a structure in which front and rear wheels are attached to a board (deck). A general skateboard does not have a hand-grip part (handle). For this reason, skateboards have poor stability and are difficult to ride unless they are skilled operators. Also, street riders tended to be shunned due to concerns about collisions with the surroundings.
Therefore, an attempt has been made to increase stability by attaching a handle to the skateboard. However, it is conceivable that nose diving will occur if the handle attachment position is too close to the front end side of the deck. On the other hand, there has been proposed a skateboard in which a handle for changing the direction of the front wheel is attached immediately above the front wheel (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

According to the skateboard proposed in Patent Document 1, a handle that extends through the deck and is attached to the front wheel and extends upward from the deck is provided. Thereby, even a beginner can handle a skateboard easily. In addition, it can be appealed as a highly safe vehicle for the surroundings even in town.
On the other hand, since the attachment position of the handle is on the wheel of the front wheel, it is not possible to secure the position where the foot is placed by the attached handle. For this reason, it is not possible to get on the deck in the same way as a normal skateboard, and it is not possible to transmit the weight shift to the deck.
An object of the present invention is to provide a skateboard handle and a skateboard with a handle that improve operability while improving stability.

Further, the skateboard handle is detachable from the rear wheel portion, further includes a brake portion for restricting the rotation of the wheel on the rear wheel portion side, and the handle portion is a brake lever for operating the brake portion. Preferably, the brake part releases the restriction on the rotation of the wheel on the rear wheel part side by operating the brake lever.
Further, the present invention has a plate-like deck and a wheel that is a rotating body, the front wheel portion and the rear wheel portion that are attached to one surface of the deck, and the vicinity of the mounting position of the wheel on one end side of the front wheel portion side. And is curved so as to sandwich the front end side of the deck with a predetermined distance from the surface of the deck, and the other end side is disposed in the front end side of the deck rather than the fixed position on one end side. The present invention relates to a skateboard with a handle, comprising: a connecting member; and a rod-like handle portion whose one end is fixed to the other end of the connecting member.

Embodiments of a skateboard handle and a skateboard with a handle according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
[First Embodiment]
First, a first embodiment of a skateboard handle and a skateboard with a handle according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, the skateboard 10 will be described.
The skateboard 10 is configured by attaching a front wheel and a rear wheel to one surface of a plate body. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the skateboard 10 includes a deck 11, a front wheel portion 12A, and a rear wheel portion 12B.
The deck 11 is formed in a plate shape. The deck 11 extends with the traveling direction F as the length direction. The deck 11 is formed with a width that allows a foot to be placed. In the following description, the surface on which the foot is placed among the surfaces of the deck 11 will be described as “surface”. In the following, a surface opposite to the “front surface” will be described as a “back surface”.
The front wheel portion 12A is attached to one surface (back surface) of the deck 11. The front wheel portion 12A is attached to the traveling direction F side (front end side) of the deck 11.
The front wheel portion 12A includes a wheel 121A, a base plate 122A, a hanger 123A, and a king pin 124A.
Wheel 121A is a rotating body formed in a cylindrical shape. A pair of wheels 121 </ b> A are arranged with the axial direction along the width direction of the deck 11.
The base plate 122A is made of metal. As shown in FIG. 3, the base plate 122A is formed in a rectangular shape in front view. Further, the base plate 122A is formed such that the central portion in the width direction protrudes from one surface in a convex shape along the length direction. The base plate 122 </ b> A is fixed in a state where the other surface faces the one surface of the deck 11. The base plate 122 </ b> A is fixed so that the center portion in the width direction is located at the center portion in the width direction of the deck 11. The base plate 122A is fixed to the deck 11 using, for example, four bolts 125A.
The hanger 123A is made of metal. The hanger 123A is formed in a substantially T shape. The hanger 123A holds the wheel 121A rotatably at both ends. Further, the hanger 123A has a rotating shaft (not shown) that protrudes across a line connecting both ends, and is rotatably attached to the base plate 122A.
The king pin 124A is made of metal. The king pin 124A is a so-called bolt, and fixes the hanger 123A to be tiltable with respect to the base plate 122A.
The rear wheel portion 12B is attached to one surface (back surface) of the deck 11. The rear wheel portion 12 </ b> B is attached to the opposite side (rear end side) with respect to the traveling direction F of the deck 11.
The rear wheel portion 12B includes a wheel 121B, a base plate 122B, a hanger 123B, and a king pin 124B. The rear wheel portion 12B is attached with the front and rear direction opposite to the front wheel portion 12A. Since the configuration of the wheel 121B, the base plate 122B, the hanger 123B, and the king pin 124B is the same as the configuration of the wheel 121A, the base plate 122A, the hanger 123A, and the king pin 124A, the description thereof is omitted.
According to the skateboard 10 described above, when the weight is moved to one end in the width direction, the deck 11, the base plates 122A and 122B, and the king pins 124A and 124B are inclined with respect to the hangers 123A and 123B. . That is, the hangers 123A and 123B receive a force that rotates around a rotation shaft (not shown) due to the inclination of the king pins 124A and 124B. As a result, the hangers 123A and 123B rotate around a rotation axis (not shown). In the present embodiment, the hanger 123A has one end side (the side on which the deck 11 is inclined) is rotated in the direction opposite to the traveling direction F side due to the inclination of the king pin 124A, and the other end side (the side on which the deck 11 is inclined). Is opposite to the traveling direction F side. On the other hand, the hanger 123B has its one end side (the side on which the deck 11 is tilted) rotated in the traveling direction F side and the other end side (the side opposite to the side on which the deck 11 is tilted) by the tilting of the king pin 124B. It rotates in the direction opposite to the direction F side. Thereby, the skateboard 10 can bend to the side where the weight has been moved.
The skateboard 1 with a handle includes the skateboard 10 described above and a skateboard handle 20.
The skateboard handle 20 is attached to the front end side (traveling direction F side) of the skateboard 10. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the skateboard handle 20 includes a connecting member 21 and a handle portion 22.
The connecting member 21 is made of resin, metal (for example, aluminum alloy), or reinforced plastic. That is, the connecting member 21 is formed of a member having a rigidity that does not cause plastic deformation by human force. The connecting member 21 is formed as a rod or plate. The connecting member 21 is detachably formed at one end in the vicinity of the attachment position of the wheel 121A on the front wheel portion 12A side. Further, the connecting member 21 is formed in a substantially U shape, and in a state where one end side is attached, the connecting member 21 is bent at a predetermined distance from the surface of the deck 11 so that the front end side of the deck 11 is sandwiched. That is, the connecting member 21 is configured to contact the skateboard 10 only at one end side (not contact the deck 11 other than the one end side). And the connection member 21 is arrange | positioned in the front end side of the deck 11 rather than the attachment position of the other end side at the other end side. In the present embodiment, a pair of the connecting members 21 are provided, and each of the connecting members 21 is detachable at both ends of the attachment position of the wheel 121A. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the portion of the other end side of the connecting member 21 that is folded back to the surface side of the deck approaches the surface of the deck as it goes toward the tip of the other end side.
Here, the vicinity of the attachment position of the wheel 121A on the front wheel portion 12A side to which one end side of the connecting member 21 is attached means a position that coincides with the axis of the wheel 121A of the front wheel portion 12A, and the rear end side of the deck 11 with respect to the axis. Means a position close to the wheel 121A. That is, the vicinity of the wheel 121A attachment position on the front wheel portion 12A side is a position where the force point acting on the deck 11 from the connecting member 21 coincides with the wheel 121A of the front wheel portion 12A, and the rear end side of the deck 11 with respect to the wheel 121A. Means a position close to the wheel 121A.
In the present embodiment, the connecting member 21 is configured such that one end side is detachable from the base plate 122A on the front wheel portion 12A side. For example, the connecting member 21 is configured to be detachable from the base plate 122A by being attached to the bolt 125A using a clip (not shown).
The handle portion 22 is formed in a rod shape, and one end side is fixed to the connecting member 21. The handle portion 22 includes a rod 221, a fixed body 222, and a grip portion 223.
The rod body 221 is formed of a material that is rigid enough not to be deformed by human power, such as metal or reinforced plastic. The rod 221 is formed with a predetermined length according to the height of the person's back.
The fixed body 222 is formed of a material that is rigid enough not to be deformed by a human force such as metal or reinforced plastic. The fixed body 222 is formed in a plate shape. One plate surface of the fixed body 222 is fixed to one end side of the rod body 221. Further, both ends of the fixed body 222 are fixed to the other end side of the connecting member 21. In the present embodiment, each end of one plate surface of the fixed body 222 is fixed to the lower surface side on the other end side of the connecting member 21.
The grip portion 223 is formed in a rod shape. The grip portion 223 is arranged extending in the direction along the width direction of the deck 11. The grip portion 223 is fixed to the other end side of the rod body 221 at the center.
The above skateboard with a handle 1 operates as follows.
As shown in FIG. 4, when bending in the direction D1, the grip portion 223 and the rod body 221 are tilted in the same direction S1 as the direction D1. One connecting member 21 on the direction S1 side receives a force directed downward (in a direction approaching the wheel 121A) via the fixed body 222. One connecting member 21 transmits a downward force to one end in the width direction of the base plate 122A.
The other connecting member 21 on the opposite side to the direction S1 side receives a force directed upward (in a direction away from the wheel 121A) via the fixed body 222. The other connecting member 21 transmits an upward force to the other end in the width direction of the base plate 122A. Thereby, the base plate 122A is tilted, and the deck 11 is tilted in the same manner. Therefore, the skateboard handle 20 can change the traveling direction F of the skateboard 10 in the tilted direction S1.
As shown in FIG. 5, when turning in the direction D2, the grip portion 223 and the rod 221 are tilted in the same direction S2 as the direction D2. The other connecting member 21 on the direction S2 side receives a force directed downward (in a direction approaching the wheel 121A) via the fixed body 222. The other connecting member 21 transmits a downward force to the other end in the width direction of the base plate 122A.
One connecting member 21 on the side opposite to the direction S2 side receives a force directed upward (in a direction away from the wheel 121A) via the fixed body 222. One connecting member 21 transmits an upward force to one end in the width direction of the base plate 122A. Thereby, the base plate 122A is tilted, and the deck 11 is tilted in the same manner. Therefore, the skateboard handle 20 can change the traveling direction F of the skateboard 10 in the tilted direction S2.
The skateboard handle 20 and the skateboard 1 with a handle according to the first embodiment described above have the following effects.
The skateboard handle 20 is detachable at one end in the vicinity of the mounting position of the wheel 121A on the front wheel portion 12A side, and is curved so that it can be attached by sandwiching the front end side of the deck 11 at a predetermined distance from the surface of the deck 11. A substantially U-shaped connecting member 21 having the other end side disposed closer to the front end side of the deck 11 than the attachment position on the one end side, and a rod-like handle portion 22 having one end side fixed to the other end side of the connecting member 21. , Including.
By tilting the handle portion 22 with respect to the road surface with the skateboard handle 20 attached, the tilt can be transmitted to the deck 11 via the connecting member 21. When the deck 11 is tilted with respect to the wheel 121A, the traveling direction F of the skateboard 10 can be directed in the direction in which the handle portion 22 is tilted. Further, since the connecting member 21 does not contact the front end side of the deck 11 and one end side of the connecting member 21 is attached in the vicinity of the attachment position of the wheel 121A, a force for inclining the handle portion 22 acts on the front end side of the deck 11. do not do. Thereby, the nose dive of the deck 11 due to the force acting on the front end side of the deck 11 can be suppressed. Moreover, since the other end side of the connection member 21 is arrange | positioned in the front end side rather than the attachment position of the wheel 121A, the space which puts a leg on the deck 11 on the wheel 121A can be made. Thereby, it does not inhibit controlling the advancing direction F of the skateboard 10 using the weight shift by the foot. In addition, the operability can be improved while improving the stability by using the handle portion 22, and even a beginner can handle the skateboard 10 as if it were a normal skateboard. Further, by removing the skateboard handle 20 from the skateboard 10, the usage mode of the skateboard 10 can be easily changed according to the situation.

In the description of the second embodiment, the same constituent elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted or simplified.
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the skateboard handle 20A and the skateboard 1A with a handle according to the second embodiment are different from the first embodiment in the shape of the connecting member 21A. A skateboard handle 20A and a skateboard 1A with a handle according to the second embodiment are different from the first embodiment in that they include a reinforcing member 23A. A skateboard handle 20A and a skateboard 1A with a handle according to the second embodiment are different from the first embodiment in that the handle portion 22 includes a fixing portion 224A and a brake lever 225A. A skateboard handle 20A and a skateboard 1A with a handle according to the second embodiment are different from the first embodiment in that they include a brake portion 24A.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, one end side of the connecting member 21A extends beyond the front wheel portion 12A to the rear wheel portion 12B. The connecting member 21A is detachably formed in the vicinity of the attachment position of the wheel 121A of the front wheel portion 12A and in the vicinity of the attachment position of the wheel 121B of the rear wheel portion 12B. The other end side of the connecting member 21 </ b> A is opened from the surface of the deck 11 by a distance that allows a person's foot to place the foot on the front end portion (for example, position T) of the surface of the deck 11. Curved so that it can be inserted and attached. That is, as shown in FIG. 6, the other end side of the connecting member 21 </ b> A is placed between the surface of the deck 11 so that the lower side of the ankle of a person can enter and the front end side of the deck 11 is sandwiched. Curved so that it can be attached. Further, the distal end on the other end side of the connecting member 21A is arranged in a traveling direction F so as not to contact the shin or knee of a person who places his / her foot at the position T. That is, the tip on the other end side of the connecting member 21A is arranged in front of the position of the shin or knee of the person placing his / her foot in the position T in the traveling direction F as shown in FIG.
The reinforcing member 23A is, for example, a plate body. In the present embodiment, the reinforcing member 23A is provided as a pair. The pair of reinforcing members 23A are arranged so as to sandwich the other end side of the connecting member 21A from the width direction (a direction parallel to the surface of the deck 11 and intersecting the traveling direction F). Both ends of the pair of reinforcing members 23A are connected to two points on the curved side surface on the other end side of the connecting member 21A. Thereby, each of a pair of reinforcement member 23A is arrange | positioned in the position used as the string of the connecting member 21A which curves.
The fixing portion 224A is fixed to the grip portion 223. The fixing portion 224A is fixed at a position where a hand can be put on a brake lever 225A, which will be described later, by holding the holding portion 223.
The brake lever 225A is a rod. The brake lever 225A is fixed to the fixed portion 224A. Specifically, the brake lever 225 </ b> A is pivoted so as to be rotatable in the direction of the gripping part 223 by being put on by gripping the gripping part 223.
The brake part 24A is fixed to the handle part 22 and the connecting member 21A. Brake part 24A is constituted so that rotation of wheel 121B of rear wheel part 12B may be controlled by contacting wheel 121B of rear wheel part 12B. The brake portion 24A includes a wire 241A and a base portion 242A.
One end of the wire 241A is connected to the brake lever 225A. The other end of the wire 241A is connected to a spring portion 243A described later.
The base portion 242A is fixed to the connecting member 21A. Specifically, the base portion 242A is fixed in the vicinity of the attaching / detaching position of the connecting member 21A toward the rear wheel portion 12B. In the present embodiment, the base portion 242A is fixed to the connecting member 21A so as to be positioned closer to the front wheel portion 12A than the wheel 121B of the rear wheel portion 12B with the connecting member 21A attached. The base portion 242A includes a spring portion 243A and a shoe portion 244A.
The spring portion 243A is a compression spring. The spring portion 243A is connected to the other end of the wire 241A.
The shoe portion 244A is connected to the spring portion 243A. The shoe portion 244A contacts each of the wheels 121B of the rear wheel portion 12B. In the present embodiment, the shoe portion 244A presses the outer peripheral surface of the wheel 121B of the rear wheel portion 12B by the compression force of the spring portion 243A.
According to the brake part 24 described above, the brake lever 225A is gripped together with the grip part 223 by the finger of the person gripping the grip part 223. The brake lever 225 </ b> A pulls the wire 241 </ b> A by being rotated toward the grip portion 223 by the finger of the person who grips the grip portion 223. The wire 241A is pulled to compress the spring portion 243A. The spring portion 243A is operated to operate the shoe portion 244A.
Specifically, the shoe portion 244A moves to the front side in the traveling direction F (the front wheel portion 12A side) together with the spring portion 243A by compression of the spring portion 243A. Thereby, 244A of shoes part leaves | separates from the outer peripheral surface of the wheel 121B of the rear-wheel part 12B. Accordingly, the shoe portion 244A releases the restriction on the rotation of the wheel 121B of the rear wheel portion 12B.
On the other hand, when the brake lever 225A is released from gripping (when the brake lever 225A is not operated), the wire 241A is released from being pulled by the brake lever 225A. As a result, the spring portion 243A is released from being pulled by the wire 241A. That is, the spring portion 243A returns to the original state from the compressed state.
By returning the spring part 243A from the compressed state, the shoe part 244A is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the wheel 121B of the rear wheel part 12B. Accordingly, the shoe portion 244A regulates the rotation of the wheel 121B of the rear wheel portion 12B. That is, even when the hand is released from the handle portion 22, the shoe portion 244A regulates the rotation of the wheel 121B of the rear wheel portion 12B.
According to the skateboard handle 20A and the skateboard with handle 1A of the second embodiment described above, in addition to the above effects, the following effects can be further obtained.
The other end side of the connecting member 21 </ b> A is opened from the surface of the deck 11 by a distance that allows a person's foot to place the foot on the front end portion (for example, position T) of the surface of the deck 11. Curved so that it can be inserted and attached. As a result, when placing a foot on the surface of the deck 11, the foot can be placed on the distal end side without being affected by the presence of the handle portion 22. Since a space for placing a foot is further expanded, the skateboard 1A with a handle can be operated more stably. Further, since the reinforcing member 23A for reinforcing the connecting member 21A is provided, the strength of the connecting member 21A can be further increased.
Further, the shoe portion 244A releases the restriction of the rotation of the wheel 121B of the rear wheel portion 12B by being rotated after the brake lever 225A is gripped. Further, when the brake lever 225A is released from gripping, the shoe portion 244A regulates the rotation of the wheel 121B of the rear wheel portion 12B. Thereby, when it leaves | separates from the skateboard 10, it can suppress that the skateboard 10 moves unintentionally.
The preferred embodiments of the skateboard handle and the skateboard with a handle of the present invention have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be modified as appropriate.
For example, in the first embodiment, the skateboard handle 20 is detachable from the skateboard 10, but the present invention is not limited to this. That is, the connecting member 21 may be fixed to both ends of the attachment position of the wheel 121A on the front wheel portion 12A side on one end side. Similarly, in the second embodiment, the connecting member 21 </ b> A may be fixed to the skateboard 10.
With this configuration, the tilt can be transmitted to the deck 11 via the connecting member 21 by tilting the handle portion 22. When the deck 11 is tilted with respect to the wheel 121A, the traveling direction F of the skateboard 10 can be directed in the direction in which the handle portion 22 is tilted. Moreover, since the other end side of the connection member 21 is arrange | positioned rather than the fixed position of the wheel 121A, the space which puts a leg on the deck 11 on the wheel 121A can be made. Thereby, it does not inhibit controlling the advancing direction F of the skateboard 10 using the weight shift by the foot. In addition, the operability can be improved while improving the stability by using the handle portion 22, and even a beginner can handle the skateboard 10 as if it were a normal skateboard.
Also in the first embodiment, the skateboard handle 20 and the skateboard 1 with a handle may further include a brake unit (not shown). Specifically, the skateboard handle 20 may be detachably attached to the rear wheel portion 12B, and may further include a brake portion that restricts the rotation of the wheel 121B on the rear wheel portion 12B side. The handle portion 22 may further include a brake lever (not shown) that operates the brake portion.
For example, the brake part can include a base part (not shown) attached to the position of the hanger 123B of the rear wheel part 12B and a wire (not shown) extending from the base part. The base part includes a cover part (not shown) attached to the position of the hanger 123B, a spring part (not shown) housed in the cover part and attached to the wire, and a shoe part connected to one end of the spring part ( (Not shown).
The spring part is a compression spring and is provided in a pair according to the wheel 121B. A shoe part contacts the surface (inner surface) where a pair of wheel 121B opposes among the surfaces of wheel 121B. Thereby, a shoe part regulates rotation of wheel 121B.
The wire has one end connected to the other end of the spring and the other end connected to the brake lever. The brake lever is attached to the position of the grip portion 223.
¡The wire pulls the spring when the brake lever is operated. By pulling the spring portion, the shoe portion is separated from the wheel 121B. Thereby, the shoe portion cancels the restriction on the rotation of the wheel 121B.
On the other hand, when the brake lever is not operated, the spring portion regulates the rotation of the wheel 121B by pressing the shoe portion against the inner surface of the wheel 121B. Thereby, even if it is a case where a hand is released from a handle, a brake part regulates rotation of wheel 121B of the rear-wheel side. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the skateboard 10 from unintentionally moving when it is separated from the skateboard 10.
Moreover, in the said embodiment, the skateboard 1 with a handle | steering-wheel is attachable to the surrounding surface of the wheels 121A and 121B, and is provided with the protection part (not shown) formed with the softer material than the wheels 121A and 121B. Good. For example, the protection part is an elastic body and may be configured to cover the outer peripheral surfaces of the wheels 121A and 121B. Specifically, the protection unit may be formed in a cylindrical shape (annular shape) having substantially the same height as the width of the wheels 121A and 121B and having the same inner diameter as the wheels 121A and 121B. Thereby, the sound and vibration which generate | occur | produce when a comparatively hard wheel 121A, 121B contacts the ground can be suppressed by a protection part. Therefore, the skateboard 1 with a handle that is easier to handle can be provided when riding on the street using the handle portion 22.
In the first embodiment, the connecting member 21 is described as a pair, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the connecting member 21 can be configured by one or a plurality of substantially U-shaped members. Moreover, the other end part of the one connection member 21 can also be branched and comprised. Similarly, in the second embodiment, the connecting member 21A can be configured by one or a plurality of substantially U-shaped members. Moreover, the other end part of one connection member 21A can also be branched and comprised.
In the first embodiment, one end side of the connecting member 21 is attached to the base plate 122A, but is not limited thereto. For example, one end side of the connecting member 21 may be attached to one surface of the deck 11 on the rear end side (the surface to which the front wheel portion 12A is attached) with respect to the axis of the wheel 121A of the front wheel portion 12A. Even in this case, the connecting member 21 can suppress the nose dive because the force point acting on the skateboard can be set to the rear end side of the deck 11 with respect to the wheel 121A of the front wheel portion 12A.
In the above embodiment, the rod body 221 may be coupled to the coupling member 21A at various angles. For example, the rod body 221 may be connected to the front side in the traveling direction F from the connecting position to the connecting member 21A. Conversely, the rod body 221 may be connected to the connecting member 21 </ b> A while being inclined from the connecting position to the connecting member 21 </ b> A to the rear side in the traveling direction F. Further, the rod 221 may be configured to be fixable to the connecting member 21A after changing the angle. For example, the rod body 221 may be fixed to the connecting member 21A at a connecting position to the connecting member 21A and fixed at an arbitrary angle (for example, fixed by bolting).
