上述方案中,采用了具有弹性组件的触控开关,当没有施加外力时,弹性组件与触点分离令触控开关断路;将触控开关安装于洗衣机机体背板与墙壁相挤压时,弹性组件与触点接触使触控开关导通。因此当机体与墙壁发生分离时,机体与墙壁出现缝隙,弹性组件恢复原状使得其与触点的连接断开,触控开关断开停止为洗衣机供电。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述触控开关由墙端和机端两部分组成,所述墙端安装在墙壁上,所述机端与墙端相对应设于机体上,所述墙端和机端相接触连接,使得机体与墙壁发生分离时令墙端和机端相分离,断开洗衣机供电。
为了实现最短时间断开供电的目的,本发明摒弃了现有技术中常用的传感器单元,采用断开物理连接的方式实现断电,当洗衣机机体与墙壁发生分离时,触控开关设于墙壁上的墙端与设于机体上的机端物理连接断开,洗衣机即刻实现断电保护。
本发明的进一步方案为:安装于墙壁上的墙端经供电线与设置于墙上的供电电源相连接,安装于机体上的机端与机体上设置的洗衣机电源单元相连接。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述洗衣机还包括与电源单元相电连接的报警单元,用于在触控开关断开时发出警报信息。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述洗衣机的机体与墙壁见还设有固定板,所述墙端安装在固定板上与设于机体上的机端相对应。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述报警单元设有蓄电池,在电路断电时为报警单元供电。
为了防止断电后洗衣机继续偏移正常位置导致脱落,加装了与电源单元相连的报警单元,当洗衣机断电后,报警单元由其自身的蓄电池提供的电力发出报警信息,降低发生进一步危险的概率。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述洗衣机设有至少两个触控开关,各触控开关经 供电线依次串连连接。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述触控开关均安装于靠近机体与墙壁接触面边缘的内侧。
本发明还提供了一种壁挂式滚筒洗衣机的安装异常检测方法,包括:
所述壁挂式洗衣机运行时,触控开关闭合,供电电源为电源单元持续供电;
当壁挂式洗衣机与墙壁发生分离时,触控开关由于分离断开连接,电源单元失去供电,洗衣机自动停机。
根据上述方法:所述安装异常检测方法还包括在洗衣机因机体与墙壁分离造成触控开关断开、洗衣机断电停机时,报警单元发出警报信息。
根据上述方法:所述分离的距离为2~3mm。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明提供的壁挂式洗衣机采用了触控开关结构的技术方案,摒弃了现有技术中常用的传感器与控制单元,防止因通讯问题造成的洗衣机安装异常误判;
2.本发明提供的壁挂式洗衣机采用的电路结构简单,对安装异常状态的检测灵敏度高,且可以在第一时间实行断电保护,降低了发生事故的风险;
3.本发明提供的安装异常的检测方法具有直接、简便、误判率低等特点,有效提高了壁挂式洗衣机的安全性。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与发明有关的构成。
实施例1
如图1~3所示,一种壁挂式滚筒洗衣机,包括触控开关1、电源单元2、控制单元3、机体4,设于机体4上的触控开关1与墙壁挤压设置;所述触控开关1设于供电线6上,与电源单元2相串联。所述触控开关1包括弹性组件13和触点14。所述电源单元2与控制单元3相电连接,电源单元2用于为洗衣机及其各部件提供动力;所述控制单元3用于控制洗衣机各部件的运行。
本实施例中,触控开关设置于整个洗衣机电路的最前端,若出现异常,直接断开供电线的连接,实现在最短时间内对电路的保护。采用了具有弹性组件的触控开关,当没有施加外力时,弹性组件与触点分离令触控开关断路;将触控开关安装于洗衣机机体背板与墙壁相挤压时,弹性组件与触点接触使触控开关导通。因此当机体与墙壁发生分离时,机体与墙壁出现缝隙,弹性组件恢复原状使得其与触点的连接断开,触控开关断开停止为洗衣机供电。
如图8所示,本实施例中的洗衣机机体4与墙壁的接触面为正方形,设有两个相互串联的触控开关1,分别设于正方形接触面的对角线两端,当洗衣机运行中与墙壁发生分离时,任意触控开关1的墙端11和机端12由于分离断开连接,由于采用串联方式,因此触控开关1断开即断开供电线连接,洗衣机电路断电,起到保护作用。
本实施例的洗衣机中还包括与电源单元2相电连接的报警单元7,用于在触控开关1断开时发出警报信息,该报警单元7设有蓄电池,在电路断电时为报警单元7供电。
本实施例中,为了防止断电后洗衣机继续偏移正常位置导致脱落,加装了与 电源单元相连的报警单元,当洗衣机断电后,报警单元由其自身的蓄电池提供的电力发出报警信息,降低发生进一步危险的概率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种壁挂式滚筒洗衣机,包括设置于墙壁上的机体(4),其特征在于,机体(4)与墙壁间设有触控开关(1),触控开关(1)经供电线(6)将洗衣机的电源单元(2)与供电电源(8)相连接,使洗衣机机体(4)与墙壁产生分离时触控开关(1)断开,停止为洗衣机供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种壁挂式滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述触控开关(1)包括弹性组件(13)和触点(14),与墙壁挤压设置于机体(4)的背板上,使洗衣机机体(4)与墙壁产生分离时,弹性组件(13)恢复原状与触点(14)分离令触控开关(1)断开,停止为洗衣机供电。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种壁挂式滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述触控开关(1)由墙端(11)和机端(12)两部分组成,所述墙端(11)安装在墙壁上,所述机端(12)与墙端(11)相对应设于机体(4)上,所述墙端(11)和机端(12)相接触连接,使得机体(4)与墙壁发生分离时令墙端(11)和机端(12)相分离,断开洗衣机供电。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种壁挂式滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,安装于墙壁上的墙端(11)经供电线(6)与设置于墙上的供电电源(8)相连接,安装于机体(4)上的机端(12)与机体(4)上设置的洗衣机电源单元(2)相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的一种壁挂式滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机还包括与电源单元(2)相电连接的报警单元(7),用于在触控开关(1)断开时发出警报信息;优选的,所述报警单元(7)设有蓄电池,在供电线(6)断电时为报警单元(7)供电。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的一种壁挂式滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机设有至少两个触控开关(1),各触控开关(1)经供电线(6)依次相串联连接;优选的,各触控开关(1)均安装于靠近机体(4)与墙壁接触面边缘的内侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一所述的一种壁挂式滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,洗衣机各功能组件的供电输入端均与电源单元直接相连接、或经控制单元与电源单元相连接。
  8. 一种如权利要求1至7任一所述的壁挂式滚筒洗衣机的安装异常检测方法,其特征在于,包括:
    所述壁挂式洗衣机运行时,触控开关(1)闭合,供电电源(8)为电源单元(2)持 续供电;
    当壁挂式洗衣机与墙壁发生分离时,触控开关(1)由于分离断开连接,电源单元(2)失去供电,洗衣机自动停机。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗衣机安装异常检测方法,其特征在于,所述安装异常检测方法还包括在洗衣机因机体与墙壁分离造成触控开关断开、洗衣机断电停机时,报警单元(7)发出警报信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的洗衣机安装异常检测方法,其特征在于,所述分离的距离为2~3mm。
