一种面和底可分离更换的鞋子,其包括鞋面(1)和鞋底(2),鞋面(1)的底部周边固定设置有若干个用于连接鞋面(1)与鞋底(2)的绳圈(3),鞋底(2)的顶部周边开设有若干个与绳圈(3)对应的且供绳圈(3)穿过的通孔(4)。无需采用拉链、扣具等复杂结构,生产成本较低;鞋面(1)与鞋底(2)采用绳圈(3)与通孔(4)连接,穿着舒适度好,连接牢固,不容易断裂。鞋面与鞋底的分离更换方便,使得鞋子有多种变化,给消费者更多更换的选择。鞋底可以完全由家庭装的3D打印机直接打印出来,不需要任何要在工厂车间内通过专业设备才能完成的加工、贴合、缝制等工序,方便实用。另外,还公开了一种鞋面(1)与鞋底(2)的连接方法。

Description

一种面和底可分离更换的鞋子及其连接方法 技术领域
本发明涉及鞋子技术领域,尤其涉及一种面和底可分离更换的鞋子及其连接方法。
背景技术
目前,大多数的鞋子,是在工厂内通过胶粘或者缝合的方式将鞋面和鞋底组合起来,一般消费者无法自行将鞋面与鞋底分离,以更换鞋面或鞋底。另外,国内外也有少数文章和专利提及用不同方式制作可分离鞋面与鞋底的鞋子结构,如用拉链、特制的扣具连接鞋面与鞋底,但这些结构较为复杂,导致鞋子生产成本较高;并且拉链、扣具等,通常比较硬,影响穿着舒适度;还有,在穿着鞋子进行跑步等强度大的运动时,拉链、扣具等容易裂开,即鞋面与鞋底的连接不够牢固。
另外,3D打印技术正在迅猛发展,家庭装3D打印机正在大量普及。鞋底是3D打印理想而实用的部件。可是,现有鞋子的结构,以及以往文章和专利提到的鞋子结构,鞋底基本上都需要在工厂车间内,通过专业设备,经过成型、贴合加工、缝制等后续工序才能生产完成。使家庭用3D打印技术在鞋子的实际应用上受到很大的限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种面和底可分离更换的鞋子及其连接方法,生产成本较低,穿着舒适度好,鞋面与鞋底的连接牢固,而且本发明的鞋底可用3D打印机打印出来直接连接鞋面使用,鞋底不需要任何要在工厂车间内完成的后续工序。
本发明的目的通过以下技术措施实现:
一种面和底可分离更换的鞋子,包括鞋面和鞋底,鞋面的底部周边固定设置有若干个用于连接鞋面与鞋底的绳圈,鞋底的顶部周边开设有若干个与绳圈对应的且供绳圈穿过的通孔;若干个通孔沿着鞋底的顶部周边均匀间隔排列,若干个绳圈沿着鞋面的底部周边均匀间隔排列,且每个绳圈均为凸出于鞋面的底部而形成一个封闭的供前一个绳圈穿过的圈体。
作为其中一个方案,所述鞋底的顶部周边向上凸起有凸缘,所述通孔倾斜置于凸缘的底部;当鞋面与鞋底连接时,绳圈由内向外穿过于通孔。
作为另一个方案,所述鞋底的顶部周边向外凸出有凸缘,所述通孔垂直置于凸缘的内侧;当鞋面与鞋底连接时,绳圈由上向下穿过于通孔。
作为又一个方案,所述鞋底的顶部周边开设有凹槽,所述通孔倾斜设置,且通孔的内侧与凹槽连通;当鞋面与鞋底连接时,绳圈由外向内穿过于通孔。
其中,所述鞋底是通过3D打印技术制成。
其中,所述绳圈是缝制固定于鞋面。
本发明还提供一种鞋面与鞋底的连接方法,包括如下步骤:
A、把鞋面的绳圈穿过对应的鞋底的通孔;
B、将前一个绳圈穿过后一个绳圈直至穿到最后一个绳圈;
C、将最后一个绳圈固定。
本发明有益效果在于:本发明无需采用拉链、扣具等复杂结构,使生产成本较低;而且,与采用拉链、扣具等结构相比,本发明鞋面与鞋底采用绳圈与通孔连接,柔软舒适,所以穿着舒适度好;进一步,本发明鞋面与鞋底是通过若干个绳圈拉紧连接,使鞋面与鞋底连接牢固,即使强度大的运动,也不容易断裂;再进一步,本发明的鞋底可以完全由家庭装的3D打印机直接打印出来,不需要任何要在工厂车间内通过专业设备才能完成的加工、贴合、缝制等工序,方便实用。

具体实施方式
为了详细说明本发明的技术方案,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
请参考图1,为本发明鞋子的实施例一,其包括鞋面1和鞋底2。鞋面1的底部周边固定设置有若干个用于连接鞋面1与鞋底2的绳圈3,鞋底2的顶部周边开设有若干个与绳圈3对应的且供绳圈3穿过的通孔4;若干个通孔4沿着鞋底2的顶部周边均匀间隔排列,若干个绳圈3沿着鞋面1的底部周边均匀间隔排列,且每个绳圈3均为凸出于鞋面1的底部而形成一个封闭的供前一个绳圈3穿过的圈体。如图1,当需要将鞋面1与鞋底2连接时,首先把鞋面1的绳圈3穿过对应的鞋底2的通孔4,然后将前一个绳圈3穿过后一个绳圈3(见图1中的A处所示),依次类推,直至穿到最后一个绳圈3;接着,将最后一个绳圈3固定,即完成鞋面1与鞋底2的连接;反 之,当需要将鞋面1与鞋底2分离时,首先解开最后一个绳圈3,再依次序解开所有绳圈,即可轻松抽离鞋面1。
因此,与现有技术相比,本发明无需采用拉链、扣具等复杂结构,使生产成本较低;而且,与采用拉链、扣具等结构相比,本发明鞋面与鞋底采用绳圈与通孔连接,柔软舒适,所以穿着舒适度好;进一步,本发明鞋面与鞋底是通过若干个绳圈拉紧连接,使鞋面与鞋底连接牢固,即使强度大的运动,也不容易断裂。而且,鞋面与鞋底的分离更换方便,使得鞋子可以有多种变化,适合于多种鞋型与设计,也给消费者更多更换的选择。
其中,优选的,绳圈3的长度等于或略小于两个通孔4之间的距离及通孔4的厚度。这样,当鞋面1与鞋底2连接时,前一个绳圈3拉紧后一个绳圈3,从而使鞋面1与鞋底2连接更紧密牢固,形成类似运动鞋的结构。或者,绳圈3的长度大于两个通孔4之间的距离及通孔4的厚度。这样,当鞋面1与鞋底2连接时,前一个绳圈3与后一个绳圈3连接较松动,从而使鞋面1与鞋底2连接有一定的松动,甚至形成一定的间隙,形成类似拖鞋或凉鞋的结构。即根据不同需要,消费者可自行设定及连接,十分方便。
进一步,最后一个绳圈3的固定方式可以是多种,例如:可以是打结固定;或者在最后一个绳圈3的鞋底旁边设置一个扣子,将最后一个绳圈3通过扣子固定。
在本实施例中,如图2、3所示,鞋底2的顶部周边向上凸起有 凸缘5,通孔4倾斜置于凸缘5的底部;当鞋面1与鞋底2连接时,绳圈3由内向外穿过于通孔4。此种结构,绳圈3的穿设方便。
其中,优选的,鞋底2可以通过3D打印技术制成。即本发明的鞋底2可以完全由家庭装的3D打印机直接打印出来,不需要任何要在工厂车间内通过专业设备才能完成的加工、贴合、缝制等工序。消费者可以自行设计鞋子的底部,自行创建,或者分享3D档案,并选用适当的打印耗材,将其用3D打印机直接打印出来。再配上本发明的鞋面与连接方法,消费者就可以轻松自由的设计,并制作自己的鞋底,进而DIY制作出属于自己,而又舒适实用的鞋子。另外,本发明的鞋子结构不需要任何刷胶粘合,没有任何脱胶问题。当鞋底磨损到一定程度时,消费者可以轻松自行分离更换新的鞋底。
其中,优选的,绳圈3是缝制固定于鞋面1,这样,固定比较牢固,穿着舒适性也好;当然,根据需要,绳圈3也可以采用其它方式固定于鞋面1,例如:鞋面开设孔位,由一根绳子依次穿过鞋面的孔位而形成,但这些均应属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例二
请参考图4、5,为本发明鞋子的实施例二,本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于:鞋底2的顶部周边向外凸出有凸缘5,通孔4垂直置于凸缘5的内侧;当鞋面1与鞋底2连接时,绳圈3由上向下穿过于通孔4。此种结构,向外凸出的凸缘5可遮住绳圈3,使得美观、耐用。
本实施例的其它结构及原理与实施例一相同,此处不再赘述。
实施例三
请参考图6、7,为本发明鞋子的实施例三,本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于:鞋底2的顶部周边开设有凹槽6,通孔4倾斜设置,且通孔4的内侧与凹槽6连通;当鞋面1与鞋底2连接时,绳圈3由外向内穿过于通孔4。此种结构,绳圈3可置于凹槽6内,使得实用、美观、方便等。
本实施例的其它结构及原理与实施例一相同,此处不再赘述。
本发明还提供一种鞋面与鞋底的连接方法,采用上述的鞋面1和鞋底2,所述连接方法包括如下步骤:
首先,把鞋面1的绳圈3穿过对应的鞋底2的通孔4;
然后,将前一个绳圈3穿过后一个绳圈3(见图1中的A处所示),依次类推,直至穿到最后一个绳圈3;
最后,将最后一个绳圈3固定。
其中,优选的,绳圈3的长度等于或略小于两个通孔4之间的距离及通孔4的厚度。这样,当鞋面1与鞋底2连接时,前一个绳圈3拉紧后一个绳圈3,从而使鞋面1与鞋底2连接更紧密牢固,形成类似运动鞋的结构。或者,绳圈3的长度大于两个通孔4之间的距离及通孔4的厚度。这样,当鞋面1与鞋底2连接时,前一个绳圈3与后一个绳圈3连接较松动,从而使鞋面1与鞋底2连接有一 定的松动,甚至形成一定的间隙,形成类似拖鞋或凉鞋的结构。即根据不同需要,消费者可自行设定及连接,十分方便。进一步,最后一个绳圈3的固定方式可以是多种,例如:可以是打结固定;或者在最后一个绳圈3的鞋底旁边设置一个扣子,将最后一个绳圈3通过扣子固定。同理,本发明鞋面与鞋底的连接方法,无需采用拉链、扣具等复杂结构,使连接结构简单,穿着舒适度好,鞋面与鞋底的连接牢固。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种面和底可分离更换的鞋子,包括鞋面(1)和鞋底(2),其特征在于:鞋面(1)的底部周边固定设置有若干个用于连接鞋面(1)与鞋底(2)的绳圈(3),鞋底(2)的顶部周边开设有若干个与绳圈(3)对应的且供绳圈(3)穿过的通孔(4);若干个通孔(4)沿着鞋底(2)的顶部周边均匀间隔排列,若干个绳圈(3)沿着鞋面(1)的底部周边均匀间隔排列,且每个绳圈(3)均为凸出于鞋面(1)的底部而形成一个封闭的供前一个绳圈(3)穿过的圈体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的面和底可分离更换的鞋子,其特征在于:所述鞋底(2)的顶部周边向上凸起有凸缘(5),所述通孔(4)倾斜置于凸缘(5)的底部;当鞋面(1)与鞋底(2)连接时,绳圈(3)由内向外穿过于通孔(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的面和底可分离更换的鞋子,其特征在于:所述鞋底(2)的顶部周边向外凸出有凸缘(5),所述通孔(4)垂直置于凸缘(5)的内侧;当鞋面(1)与鞋底(2)连接时,绳圈(3)由上向下穿过于通孔(4)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的面和底可分离更换的鞋子,其特征在于:所述鞋底(2)的顶部周边开设有凹槽(6),所述通孔(4)倾斜设置,且通孔(4)的内侧与凹槽(6)连通;当鞋面(1)与鞋底(2)连接时,绳圈(3)由外向内穿过于通孔(4)。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的面和底可分离更换的鞋子, 其特征在于:所述鞋底(2)是通过3D打印技术制成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的面和底可分离更换的鞋子,其特征在于:所述绳圈(3)是缝制固定于鞋面(1)。
  7. 一种鞋面与鞋底的连接方法,其特征在于:采用如权利要求1至6任一项所述的鞋面(1)和鞋底(2),所述连接方法包括如下步骤:
    A、把鞋面(1)的绳圈(3)穿过对应的鞋底(2)的通孔(4);
    B、将前一个绳圈(3)穿过后一个绳圈(3)直至穿到最后一个绳圈(3);
    C、将最后一个绳圈(3)固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的鞋面与鞋底的连接方法,其特征在于:所述步骤C中最后一个绳圈(3)的固定方式为打结固定。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的鞋面与鞋底的连接方法,其特征在于:所述步骤C中最后一个绳圈(3)的固定方式为通过扣子固定。
