2、传统儿童安全锁在安装时需要破坏家具结构,影响家具的美观,且安全锁使用具有局限性,不能满足一种类型的安全锁应用到各类日用家具中。
3、传统儿童安全锁装配工艺复杂,可靠性、实用性低,且成本较高。
4、传统儿童安全锁的开启必须使用配套的钥匙,钥匙弄丢后锁具很难被打开,一般情况下需要将家具或锁具破坏后才可拆下,且锁具不能继续使用。

7)将锁扣9卡入到锁体组件的滑槽内;
8)不干胶10贴于固定头11和锁扣9底面;
安装时需要注意锁磁的磁极方向均为N极向上。安装本发明时,首先将家具等安装面清洁,不可有灰尘、水渍、油渍等脏污以免影响不干胶效果,剥离锁扣和固定头上的不干胶,直接粘贴在安装位置即可。

如附图8、9、10所示,当锁扣9与锁体组件为上锁时,由于第一小锁磁13和第二小锁磁6相互吸引关系,锁芯组件处于上锁位置;上锁时,向靠近锁扣9一侧滑动锁壳16,使锁扣9划入到滑槽8内,如附图8所示,由于在锁芯5上设置有导向斜面15,锁扣9滑入过程中,锁芯5被锁扣9顶开向远离锁扣9一 侧摆动,如附图9所示;锁扣9卡入后,在第一小锁磁13和第二小锁磁6作用下,锁芯5复位后又卡入到锁扣9的凹槽内,锁芯5将锁扣9扣合,无法脱离,达到锁固效果,如附图10所示;当将磁匙1放入磁匙孔14内,锁芯5上的第一小锁磁13被更大的磁匙吸引,锁芯5向远离锁扣9一侧摆动,与锁扣9脱离,此时滑动锁壳16即可解锁。
本实施例中的儿童安全锁,只需磁匙轻轻对位即可开启,单手即可操作,且安装时不用破坏家具,采用滑动扣合方式使锁芯与锁扣扣合,具有扣合牢靠,开启方便,橱柜门上锁后密封效果好的优点,满足几乎所有日常家具柜门、抽屉、电器门等的使用需求。

Claims (8)

  1. 磁力儿童安全锁,包括磁匙(1)、锁体(2),其特征在于:所述锁体(2)包括锁壳(16)、锁扣(9)、固定头(11)和锁芯(5),锁壳(15)和固定头(11)之间活动连接,锁芯(5)可在锁壳内运动,锁芯(5)内部设置第一小锁磁(13),锁壳(16)向靠近锁扣(9)处运动时,锁扣(9)插入锁壳(16)内部与锁芯(5)配合实现上锁功能,将磁匙(1)插入锁体(2)后,磁匙(1)与第一小锁磁(13)配合使锁芯(5)移位,脱离与锁扣(9)的配合实现解锁功能。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的磁力儿童安全锁,其特征在于:所述锁壳(16)内还设有第二小锁磁(6),第二小锁磁(6)和第一小锁磁(13)配合保证锁芯(5)向靠近锁扣(9)一侧运动并与锁扣(9)配合。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的磁力儿童安全锁,其特征在于:所述锁壳(16)和固定头(11)之间可相对转动,所述锁芯(5)可在锁壳(16)内滑动,锁壳(16)向靠近锁扣(9)处转动时,锁扣(9)插入锁壳(16)内部并与锁芯(5)配合实现上锁功能,锁芯(5)向远离锁扣(9)处滑动时,可脱离与锁扣(9)配合实现解锁功能。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的磁力儿童安全锁,其特征在于:所述锁芯(5)上靠近锁扣(9)的一端设有导向斜面(15),锁扣(9)插入锁壳(16)时,可通过导向斜面(15)迫使锁芯(5)向远离锁扣(9)一侧滑动,锁扣(9)插入锁壳后,锁芯(5)复位并插入锁扣(9)实现上锁。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的磁力儿童安全锁,其特征在于:所述锁壳(16)和固定头(11)之间可相对滑动,所述锁芯(5)可在锁壳(16)内转动,锁壳(16)向靠近锁扣(9)处滑动时,锁扣(9)插入锁壳(16)内部并与锁芯(5)配合实现上锁功能,锁芯(5)向远离锁扣(9)处转动时,可脱离与锁扣(9)配合实现解锁功能。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的磁力儿童安全锁,其特征在于:所述锁芯(5)上靠近锁扣(9)的一端设有导向斜面(15),锁扣(9)插入锁壳(16)时,可通过导向斜面(15)迫使锁芯(5)向远离锁扣(9)一侧转动,锁扣(9)插入锁壳(16)后,锁芯(5)复位并插入锁扣(9)实现上锁。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的磁力儿童安全锁,其特征在于:所述锁壳包括相互扣合的上盖(3)和下盖(7),上盖(3)设有用于插入磁匙(1)的磁匙孔(14),下盖(7)设有用于与锁扣(9)配合的滑槽(8)、用于与固定头(11)配合的连接孔(12)。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的磁力儿童安全锁,其特征在于:所述锁扣(9)和固定头(11)底面均设有不干胶(10)。
