垃圾筐 技术领域
本发明涉及生活用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种垃圾筐。
背景技术
垃圾筐是一种存放垃圾的容器。现有的垃圾筐一般采用金属、塑胶、或者藤条等材质制作而成,使用时在其内套好垃圾袋,垃圾放入套好的垃圾袋中。
市面上的垃圾袋有各种大小规格,而市面上的垃圾筐的筐口大小一般是固定的。这种筐口大小固定的垃圾筐需要配备与之大小适配的垃圾袋,其他小的垃圾袋无法套进去使用。
技术问题
本发明的主要目的在于解决现有技术中的垃圾筐需要配备与之大小适配的垃圾袋,其他小的垃圾袋无法套进去使用的技术问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种垃圾筐,所述垃圾筐包括:底座、至少一个可伸缩环、以及连接杆;
所述连接杆分别与所述底座的侧边、所述可伸缩环的侧边固定连接;其中,所述连接杆的低端与所述底座的侧边固定连接;所述连接杆的顶端与所述一个可伸缩环的侧边固定连接;
所述底座的侧边与所述连接杆的固定连接点、所述底座中心点、所述可伸缩环的侧边与所述连接杆的第一固定连接点、所述可伸缩环的中心点在同一面上,且该面垂直于所述底座的底部所在面。
优选地,所述可伸缩环包括:一环形条,该环形条的一端设置有突出部,另一端设置有中空收纳腔,该中空收纳腔的自由端设置有一小于所述突出部尺寸、大于所述环形条设有所述突出部一端的横截面尺寸的通孔;所述突出部套设于所述中空收纳腔内,与所述中空收纳腔内壁相抵。
优选地,所述可伸缩环包括:一第一环形条,该第一环形条的一端设置有第一突出部,另一端设置有尺寸小于所述第一突出部尺寸、大于第一环形条横截面尺寸的套环;所述第一环形条设有突出部一端套设在所述套环内。
优选地,所述环形条和第一环形条采用可塑性塑料或金属制作而成。
优选地,所述可伸缩环为圆形可伸缩环。
优选地,所述可伸缩环包括:固定条和中空伸缩套,所述固定条的两端分别设置有第二突出部;所述中空伸缩套两端分别设置有小于所述第二突出部尺寸、大于所述固定条横截面尺寸的第一通孔;所述两个第二突出部分别套设于所述中空伸缩套内对应的一端,并与所述中空伸缩套内壁相抵。
优选地,所述的垃圾筐还包括:第一连接杆;所述固定条的中间点为所述第一固定连接点;所述第一连接杆与所述第一固定连接点相对应的位置处固定连接所述中空伸缩套的中间点;所述底座上所述固定连接点的对称点位置处与所述第一连接杆的底端固定连接。
优选地,所述可伸缩环为圆形可伸缩环,或为矩形可伸缩环。
优选地,所述的垃圾筐,当所述可伸缩环为两个或两个以上,则相邻的所述第一固定连接点间的间距相等。
有益效果
本发明所提供的垃圾筐,通过所述连接杆的低端与所述底座的侧边固定连接;所述连接杆的顶端与一个所述可伸缩环的侧边固定连接;所述底座的侧边与所述连接杆的固定连接点、所述底座中心点、所述可伸缩环的侧边与所述连接杆的第一固定连接点、所述可伸缩环的中心点在同一面上,且该面垂直于所述底座的底部所在面的方式,在确保将垃圾筐置于水平面上无外力干预的情况下不会倾斜或者倾倒的基础上,用户使用过程中可根据需要将所述可伸缩环拉伸变大或挤压缩小,从而使整个垃圾筐可以套入大小不一的垃圾袋。

本发明提供一种垃圾筐。参照图1,图1为本发明的垃圾筐第一实施例的结构示意图。在该第一实施例中,所述垃圾筐包括:底座10、至少一个可伸缩环20、以及连接杆30。所述连接杆30分别与所述底座10的侧边、所述可伸缩环20的侧边固定连接。其中,所述连接杆30的低端与所述底座10的侧边固定连接;所述连接杆30的顶端与所述一可伸缩环20的侧边固定连接。所述底座10的侧边与所述连接杆30的固定连接点Q1、所述底座中心点Q2、所述可伸缩环20的侧边与所述连接杆30的第一固定连接点Q3、所述可伸缩环的中心点Q4在同一面上,且该面垂直于所述底座10的底部所在面。如此设置在确保将垃圾筐置于水平面上无外力干预的情况下不会倾斜或者倾倒的基础上,用户使用过程中可根据需要将所述可伸缩环20拉伸变大或挤压缩小,从而使整个垃圾筐可以套入大小不一的垃圾袋。
参见图1和图2,图2为图1中A处的截面放大图。上述第一实施例中所述可伸缩环20包括:一环形条21,该环形条21的一端设置有突出部211,另一端设置有中空收纳腔212,该中空收纳腔212的自由端设置有一小于所述突出部211尺寸、大于所述环形条21设有所述突出部211一端的横截面尺寸的通孔213;所述突出部211套设于所述中空收纳腔212内,与所述中空收纳腔212内壁相抵。所述突出部211外力的作用下可沿所述中空收纳腔长度方向移动,以实现所述可伸缩环20的拉伸和压缩。
参见图3和图4,图3为本发明的垃圾筐第二实施例中的可伸缩环的结构示意图。图4为图3中B处局部放大图。本实施例中可伸缩环20包括:一第一环形条22,该第一环形条22的一端设置有第一突出部221,另一端设置有尺寸小于所述第一突出部221尺寸、大于第一环形条22横截面尺寸的套环222;所述第一环形条22设有突出部221的一端套设在所述套环222内。如此设置在外力的作用下可以拉伸,压缩所述可伸缩环20。
上述第一、第二实施例中所述可伸缩环20为圆形可伸缩环,如图1和图3所示。
参见图5和图6,图5为本发明的垃圾筐第三实施例的结构示意图。图6为图5中D处的截面放大图。其中,图5中C处截面结构与图1中A处的截面结构相同,且与图5中D处的截面结构对称。本实施例中可伸缩环20包括:固定条23和中空伸缩套24,所述固定条23的两端分别设置有第二突出部231;所述中空伸缩套24两端分别设置有小于所述第二突出部231尺寸、大于所述固定条23横截面尺寸的第一通孔241。所述两个第二突出部231分别套设于所述中空伸缩套24内对应的一端,并与所述中空伸缩套24内壁相抵。本实施例中所述可伸缩环20为圆形可伸缩环。
参见图7,图7为本发明的垃圾筐第四实施例中可伸缩环的结构示意图。本实施例中所述可伸缩环20相比第三实施例区别在于:第三实施例所述可伸缩环20为圆形可伸缩环,本实施例的所述可伸缩环20为矩形可伸缩环,其他结构一致。
参见图8,图8为本发明的垃圾筐第五实施例的结构示意图。本实施所提供的垃圾筐在第三实施例的基础上进行改进,改进之处在所述垃圾筐还包括:第一连接杆40。所述固定条23的中间点为所述第一固定连接点Q3;所述第一连接杆40与所述第一固定连接点Q3相对应的位置处固定连接所述中空伸缩套的中间点Q5。所述底座30上所述固定连接点Q1的对称点Q6位置处与所述第一连接杆40底端固定连接。如此设置,在拉伸某一可伸缩环20时,可以带动其他可伸缩环20同步拉伸;在挤压压缩某一可伸缩环20时,可带动其他可伸缩环20同步压缩。同时相比第三实施例本实施所提供的垃圾筐结构更加紧凑,置于水平面上更稳定,不易被推倒。
参见图9,图9为本发明的垃圾筐第六实施例的结构示意图。本实施例相比第五实施例区别在于:第五实施例所述可伸缩环20为圆形可伸缩环,本实施例的所述可伸缩环20为矩形可伸缩环,其他结构一致。
本发明所提供的垃圾筐中当所述可伸缩环20为两个或两个以上时,则相邻的所述第一固定连接点间的间距相等。

  1. 一种垃圾筐,其特征在于,所述垃圾筐包括:底座、至少一个可伸缩环、以及连接杆;
    所述连接杆分别与所述底座的侧边、所述可伸缩环的侧边固定连接;其中,所述连接杆的低端与所述底座的侧边固定连接;所述连接杆的顶端与所述一个可伸缩环的侧边固定连接;
    所述底座的侧边与所述连接杆的固定连接点、所述底座中心点、所述可伸缩环的侧边与所述连接杆的第一固定连接点、所述可伸缩环的中心点在同一面上,且该面垂直于所述底座的底部所在面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾筐,其特征在于,所述可伸缩环包括:一环形条,该环形条的一端设置有突出部,另一端设置有中空收纳腔,该中空收纳腔的自由端设置有一小于所述突出部尺寸、大于所述环形条设有所述突出部一端的横截面尺寸的通孔;所述突出部套设于所述中空收纳腔内,与所述中空收纳腔内壁相抵。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾筐,其特征在于,可伸缩环包括:一第一环形条,该第一环形条的一端设置有第一突出部,另一端设置有尺寸小于所述第一突出部尺寸、大于第一环形条横截面尺寸的套环;所述第一环形条设有突出部的一端套设在所述套环内。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的垃圾筐,其特征在于,所述环形条和第一环形条采用可塑性塑料或金属制作而成。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的垃圾筐,其特征在于,所述可伸缩环为圆形可伸缩环。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾筐,其特征在于,所述可伸缩环包括:固定条和中空伸缩套,所述固定条的两端分别设置有第二突出部;所述中空伸缩套两端分别设置有小于所述第二突出部尺寸、大于所述固定条横截面尺寸的第一通孔;所述两个第二突出部分别套设于所述中空伸缩套内对应的一端,并与所述中空伸缩套内壁相抵。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的垃圾筐,其特征在于,还包括:第一连接杆;所述固定条的中间点为所述第一固定连接点;所述第一连接杆与所述第一固定连接点相对应的位置处固定连接所述中空伸缩套的中间点;所述底座上所述固定连接点的对称点位置处与所述第一连接杆的底端固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的垃圾筐,其特征在于,所述可伸缩环为圆形可伸缩环,或为矩形可伸缩环。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾筐,其特征在于,当所述可伸缩环为两个或两个以上,则相邻的所述第一固定连接点间的间距相等。
