  • the present invention relates to an invention in which a rain gear having a dome-shaped hood whose head freely moves is fixed to a shoulder or a side by a fixing tool.
  • Patent Documents 1 to 4 are techniques for fixing an umbrella or a spear-like rain gear to the body with a belt, band, spear-shaped portion, and a string stopper, but it takes time and effort for fixing and improves stability and comfort when wearing. Lack. In particular, since Patent Document 4 is fixed to the crown with an elastic ring, the hairstyle is disturbed.
  • Patent Documents 5 to 9 the hem of the poncho is expanded with a spring ring (Patent Document 5), the poncho is expanded with air (Patent Document 6), and the lower part of the hood is expanded with a plate in order to eliminate the discomfort that the wings cling to the body.
  • Patent Document 7 a technique of placing a plate on the shoulder (Patent Document 8), and expanding the front and back of the shoulder of the poncho (Patent Document 9), but the clinging below the shoulder has been eliminated, but the discomfort of the head Has not been resolved.
  • Patent Document 10 is a technique of expanding the hood with air to eliminate the discomfort that the hood of the feathers clings to the head, but the clinging of the hood is eliminated, but the opening becomes larger and receives wind. The hood is skipped.
  • Patent Documents 11 to 14 are techniques for providing a fixing portion for fixing the hood or dome to the shoulder or side so that it does not contact the head. The clinging to the head is eliminated and the hands become free, but the center of gravity is above the shoulder, so if you just glue it to the shoulder, it tends to tilt due to wind pressure. In order to prevent tilting, it is necessary to strongly fix to the chest and shoulders, so that a sense of incongruity remains in each fixing part.
  • umbrellas and devices such as Patent Documents 1 to 3 and 11 to 14 that prevent rain when the rain gear is separated from the body eliminate the discomfort that clings to the user or head, but the center of gravity is fixed. Since it is higher and unstable, it must be fixed to the user's hand, shoulder, chest, side, etc. In order to fix in this way, the weight of the instrument becomes heavy, the load concentrates on the shoulder and the side where the instrument is fixed, and there is a sense of incongruity, and the installation work becomes troublesome. Moreover, since rainproofing of the lower body is not taken into consideration, there remain problems such as the need to use goose together.

Since conventional umbrellas need to be held by hand, they cannot carry their luggage with both hands, and there are safety issues when riding a bicycle. Raincoats are uncomfortable for users and are troublesome to wear. The poncho is clunky to the user and uncomfortable, and the feet get wet.
Patent Documents 1 to 4 are techniques for fixing an umbrella or a spear-like rain gear to the body with a belt, band, spear-shaped portion, and a string stopper, but it takes time and effort for fixing and improves stability and comfort when wearing. Lack. In particular, since Patent Document 4 is fixed to the crown with an elastic ring, the hairstyle is disturbed.
In Patent Documents 5 to 9, the hem of the poncho is expanded with a spring ring (Patent Document 5), the poncho is expanded with air (Patent Document 6), and the lower part of the hood is expanded with a plate in order to eliminate the discomfort that the wings cling to the body. Patent Document 7), a technique of placing a plate on the shoulder (Patent Document 8), and expanding the front and back of the shoulder of the poncho (Patent Document 9), but the clinging below the shoulder has been eliminated, but the discomfort of the head Has not been resolved.
Patent Document 10 is a technique of expanding the hood with air to eliminate the discomfort that the hood of the feathers clings to the head, but the clinging of the hood is eliminated, but the opening becomes larger and receives wind. The hood is skipped.
Patent Documents 11 to 14 are techniques for providing a fixing portion for fixing the hood or dome to the shoulder or side so that it does not contact the head.
In other words, umbrellas and devices such as Patent Documents 1 to 3 and 11 to 14 that prevent rain when the rain gear is separated from the body eliminate the discomfort that clings to the user or head, but the center of gravity is fixed.
In addition, Patent Documents 5 to 10 try to eliminate the clapping of kappa, but only a part has been solved. What is fixed to the top of the head is not preferable because it disturbs the hairstyle.
The inventions described in Patent Documents 15 to 18 all involve fixing to a human body or the like, and there is no description or suggestion about the problem of avoiding inconvenience due to fixing.
Patent Document 15 includes an upper frame (plate-shaped stainless spring steel wire) 33 and an upper cover sheet, a lower frame (plate-shaped stainless spring steel wire) 32, and a lower cover sheet that covers the lower frame. Folding shade 7 having an upper frame and a rotary movable hinge 31 connecting the lower frame is described (see paragraph [0027], FIGS. 19-22). Patent Document 15 describes a rain gear (folding shade 1) having a skeleton upper portion 11, a skeleton lower portion 12, and a sheet 13 and provided with a support member 19 on the skeleton lower portion 12 (paragraphs [0017]-[0018], (See Figure 1-9).
Since Patent Document 15 is a structure that is fixed to a bicycle and is not a structure that can be placed on a shoulder, a shoulder rest portion is not required, and the position of the shade is not fixed by a configuration that stabilizes the position of the shade by the position of the center of gravity. It is the structure which stabilizes a position. In Patent Document 15, there is no shoulder portion, the upper cover and the lower cover are integrated and stretched in the front-rear direction on the upper and lower frames, and no opening is provided in the front-rear direction of the upper structure In terms of the point and the loop material of the filament member being warped, it is still not sufficient. Since the linear member of Patent Document 15 is warped, it is easily deformed by wind pressure, it is difficult to maintain its shape, its rigidity is low, and it is easily deformed by wind pressure. Further, in Patent Document 15, if an opening is to be provided in the front-rear direction of the upper structure, it is necessary to cut off a part of the upper cover, the configuration is complicated, and the design is insufficient.
Patent Document 16 describes a rain gear in which a lower part of a linear member is composed of a vertical frame member 4 having a end structure (see paragraphs [0026]-[0034], FIGS. 1-6).
Patent Document 17 includes a connecting portion (19) for connecting the upper structure (25) and the lower structure (13), the upper structure having an upper frame and an upper cover, and the lower structure having a lower frame. In addition, a rain gear constituting the locking portion (35) is described in the lower structure in the upper structure, and the lower structure is described (refer to the first column, the first line, the second column, the 34th line, FIG. 1-4). ). Further, in Patent Document 17, the shoulder portion has a pair of pads (3), the pads are connected by connecting wire strips (15, 17), and the upper structure (23) extends upward from the connecting wire strip (17). It is described that the lower structure (35) is a linear member, and the lower end of the linear member is bent.
Patent Document 18 includes an upper structure, a lower structure, and connecting portions (120, 122) that connect the upper structure and the lower structure. The upper structure includes an upper frame and an upper cover that covers the upper frame. And a rain gear which has a belt (124, 125) whose lower structure is hard and whose connecting portion connects the upper portion of the belt and the upper structure and constitutes a shoulder portion (first column, first column). Line—column 2, line 34, see FIG. 1-4).
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to allow rain protection of the head, upper body and lower body, eliminate clinging of the rain gear to the user, improve the weight balance, reduce the burden on the shoulder or side, It is to solve the problems such as simplification of manufacturing and easy installation.
In view of the above problems, a first invention of the present invention includes an upper structure, a lower structure, and a connecting portion that connects the upper structure and the lower structure, and the upper structure includes an upper frame and an upper part that covers the upper frame. The lower structure has a lower frame and a lower cover that covers the lower frame, and a shoulder rest is provided on the upper frame, the lower frame, or the upper cover or the lower cover, and the center of gravity is the shoulder. The upper frame and the lower frame are composed of a pair of linear members, and the linear members are cross-connected by the connecting portion at a position near the shoulder portion or the shoulder portion, An upper cover is stretched in the left-right direction on the upper frame so that the upper structure has an opening in the front-rear direction, and the lower cover is stretched in the front-rear direction on the lower frame so that the lower structure has an opening in the left-right direction. And having the line part There is a rain gear, wherein the wire or sheet material, a loop material or linear material not warped.
Enables rain protection of the head, upper body and lower body, eliminates clinging of rain gear to the user, improves weight balance, reduces the burden on the shoulder or side, simplifies manufacturing, and makes installation easy Can solve various problems such as
¡Since the shoulder rest is used as a fulcrum, it moves like a cradle, so it can automatically return to the optimum position and maintain a stable position without being supported by the hand or fixed to the body or object. For this reason, the hand becomes free and the fixing does not take time, and the burden and discomfort caused by tightening when fixing to the body do not occur. Also, in the case of a structure that is fixed to the body part or bicycle etc., it can not be easily removed, so in the event of a sudden strong wind, it may be beaten with the rain gear and fall down, but it only puts on the shoulder a rain gear that is stable in a gentle manner. Since there is some play against the wind pressure and it is easy to remove, such fear can be reduced.
”The“ upper structure ”is a structure located above the connecting part.
“The lower part structure” is a structure located below the connecting part.
“Connecting part” includes an upper structure and a lower structure having a connecting mechanism, a pin, a coupler, a string, a belt, a snap, a tape with an adhesive, and the like. Folding is possible with the connecting portion as a fulcrum. The structure of the connecting part includes (1) a structure in which the upper structure and the lower structure are integrated at the connecting part and cannot be separated, and (2) a structure in which the upper structure and the lower structure are detachable. Examples of (1) include a wire having a continuous upper structure and a lower structure, a structure in which the upper structure and the lower structure are integrally formed, and the like. (2) includes an insertion structure.
”The“ upper frame ”and“ lower frame ”are the main parts of the rain gear and are used to stretch the cover. A resilient hard material is preferred. For example, a wire, a metal thin plate material, a plastic wire material, a plastic thin plate material, a spring steel material, a bar material, etc. are mentioned. Since it is a hard material, the shape of the cover can be maintained. Can be foldable with a single touch. By devising the structure of the bone, it can be folded like an umbrella.
"The upper cover" and the "lower cover" are waterproof fabrics that cover and sew the upper and lower frames to prevent rain. The cover is preferably a waterproof sheet. The top cover can rain-proof the part from the head to the shoulder, and the bottom cover can rain-proof the shoulder to the bottom. It is preferable that rain can be prevented up to the legs. The upper cover and / or the lower cover may be structured to be removable from the framework. If the lower cover is a detachable structure, the lower cover of the lower structure is removed, so that only the upper cover is formed, so that it can also be used as an awning in fine weather. If the lower cover is spread out, it is airy and can be used as an awning for the lower body if the upper cover is removed.
Since the lower cover can hold an appropriate spread, it is considered sufficient to have the height and length from the shoulder to the waist even if it is rainproof for the lower body.
“Shoulder resting part” is a part that is placed on the shoulder and serves as a fulcrum. Usually, it is two-point support, but it may be one-point support or three-point support or more. When the shoulder portion is provided on the framework, it is exemplified that it is a hard member, for example, plastic, metal, ceramic, etc., or when it is provided on the cover, the right and left or front and rear covers are extended. It is exemplified that a cover around the hole is used as a shoulder portion by providing a hole through which the head is passed in a connected one, for example, left and right lower covers.
“The center of gravity” is the center of gravity of the rain gear as a whole, and is the point of action of the resultant force acting on each part of the superstructure, substructure, connecting part, and cover. When the center of gravity is directly below the shoulder (fulcrum), the superstructure is adjusted to be overhead.
When the “wire member” is “plate material”, the cross section includes a rectangle, the cross section is round, the cross section includes an ellipse, and the like. “A loop material or a straight material that is not warped” is intended to exclude a material having a warped portion as shown in FIGS.
As described above, the shape, size, and weight of the upper structure and the lower structure are adjusted, and the center of gravity is below the shoulder portion, so that the upper structure uses the shoulder portion as a fulcrum, and mechanical Is erected stably. Since the lower structure is relatively heavier than the upper structure, a so-called “coarse” structure is adopted in which the shoulder rest is stabilized by simply placing it on the shoulder. The lower structure needs to have an appropriate weight so that the center of gravity is below the fulcrum.
This makes it possible to prevent rain without having to hold the rain gear by hand or fixing it with a belt or the like, and without being cluttered compared to the wing. In addition, the upper frame and the lower frame can be used to expand the cover, which prevents the user from getting wet while the cover is not clinging. . If a handle is provided in the lower frame, it can be used more safely by holding it with a handle when riding a bicycle or the like. Since it is possible to reduce the hitting in strong winds, it is possible to cope. If the bottom cover is extended forward, rain can be prevented up to the limbs. The structure is simple and easy to manufacture, as long as the weight balance is appropriate.
If the connecting part between the upper structure and the lower structure is located above the shoulder and near the ear, the shoulder protrudes from the upper structure and the lower structure, so a waterproof part for the shoulder is required, but the rain gear can be made smaller.
The upper structure and the lower structure are composed of a pair of linear members, the linear members are cross-connected by the connecting portion at a position near the shoulder portion or the shoulder portion, and the upper cover is attached to the upper framework. The upper structure 2 includes an upper frame 2a and an upper cover 2b that covers the upper frame 2a. The lower structure 3 has a lower frame 3a and a lower cover 3b covering the lower frame 3a, the lower cover 3b has a shoulder portion 5, and the center of gravity is below the shoulder portion 5. It is characterized by.
The upper structure 2 is a structure located above the connecting part 4, and the lower structure 3 is a structure located below the connecting part 4.
The upper frame 2a and the lower frame 3a are main parts of the rain gear 1 and are provided with an upper cover 2b and a lower cover 3b. It is an elastic hard metal material, which is the same material as the framework of the umbrella, and can hold the shapes of the upper cover 2b and the lower cover 3b. Since it is elastic, the rain gear 1 can be folded with one touch.
The upper frame 2a and the lower frame 3a are composed of a pair of endless linear members, here, substantially elliptical loop members, and the two loop members intersect in an X shape. As for the crossing angle at the crossing point in use, the illustrated angle is an example, and is appropriately set according to the use for children, adults, wheelchairs and the like. In addition, it is set so that at least the user can visually recognize the outside from the front opening. In addition, balance of weight is taken into consideration. The upper structure 2 has an opening in the front-rear direction, and the lower structure 3 has an opening in the left-right direction.
If the loop member is "plate material, thickness 1-5mm, width 400-600mm, length 150-250mm (x3 slides), for example, thickness 2mm, width 55mm, length 200mm x 3 layers 600mm, round material , The diameter is 5 to 10 mm, the length is 200 to 600 mm, for example, the diameter is 8 mm, the length is 200 mm × 3 layers, and the total extension is 600 mm. ”
The upper cover 2b and the lower cover 3b are waterproof fabrics in a state where the upper frame 2a and the lower frame 3a are covered and sewn. It is sufficient that the upper cover 2b has a height and a length covering the head and the shoulder, and the lower cover 3b has a height and a length from the shoulder to the waist. The upper cover 2b and the lower cover 3b may be removable from the upper frame 2a and the lower frame 3a, for example, by a stop button. If the lower cover 3b is a detachable structure, the lower cover 3b of the lower structure 3 is removed, so that only the upper cover 2b is provided. Therefore, the lower cover 3b can be used as an awning in fine weather. If the lower cover 3b is expanded, the ventilation is good. Therefore, if the upper cover 2b is removed, it is also possible to use a sunshade on the lower body.
Two windows 6 are provided on the left and right of the upper cover 2b. A head through hole 7 is provided at the center of the lower cover 3b.
The connecting portion 4 is provided at the intersection of the two loop members constituting the upper framework 2a and the lower framework 3a, and the pin passes through the through hole of the loop member and is fixed to be swingable at the intersection. The loop member can swing on the principle of leverage. The connection part 4 is connected to the upper frame 2a and the lower frame 3a by the connection part 4 at a position near the shoulder part 5 that acts as a fulcrum or a position in the vicinity of the shoulder part 5, here. . Folding is possible with the connecting portion 4 as a fulcrum.
The connecting part 4 is a structure in which the upper structure 2 and the lower structure 3 are integrated by the connecting part 4 and cannot be separated. With the connecting portion 4 as a fulcrum, the upper structure 2 and the lower structure 3 are opened and closed by swinging the upper frame 2a and the lower frame 3a. The positions of the upper structure 2 and the lower structure 3 are maintained by a balanced weight, and the upper structure 2 is prevented from becoming unstable and falling down due to its own weight.
The shoulder rest portion 5 is provided with a pair on the left and right of the upper center of the lower cover 3b. The shoulder rest portion 5 is a portion that serves as a fulcrum on the shoulder, is a two-point support, and is a portion that also serves as the lower cover 3b. is there.
The center of gravity is the center of gravity of the rain gear 1 as a whole, and is the point of action of the resultant force acting on each part of the upper structure 2, the lower structure 3, and the connecting part 4. When the center of gravity is directly below the shoulder (fulcrum), the superstructure is adjusted to be overhead.
The upper structure 2 has an expandable / contractible 8 that can be expanded and contracted. The expander / contractor 8 includes a first arm 8a, a second arm 8b, a pin 8c for connecting them, a pin 8d for connecting the first arm 8a and the upper frame 2a, and a pin 8e for connecting the second arm 8b and the upper frame 2a. It has. By moving the first arm 8a and the second arm 8b up and down, the upper frame 2a and the upper cover 2b expand and contract.
If the handle 9 is provided on the upper frame 2a and / or the lower frame 3a, or the upper cover 2b and / or the lower cover 3b, it can be safely used by holding it with a handle when riding a bicycle or the like. Since it is possible to reduce the hitting in strong winds, it is possible to cope.
The superstructure 2 is provided with a tensioning device 10. The tensioner 10 includes a wire 10a disposed inside the upper cover 2b, and a half bag-like member 10c provided at the lower ends 10b of both ends of the upper cover 2b, and the tip of the wire 10a is attached to the half bag-like member 10c. By being inserted, it expands in the left-right direction and is stretched.
As shown in the perspective view of the use state of the rain gear 1 in FIG. 3, it can be used with the mother holding the child. The head of the user and the child is rain-protected by the upper cover 2b, and the portion below the shoulder is protected by the lower cover 3b. It can also be used in wheelchairs and bicycles.
As described above, the shape, size, and weight of the upper structure 2 and the lower structure 3 are adjusted so that the lower structure 3 is relatively heavier than the upper structure 2 and the center of gravity is lower than the shoulder portion 5 that is a fulcrum. Therefore, the rain gear 1 can be erected mechanically and stably with the shoulder rest portion 5 as a fulcrum.
It is only necessary to put on the rain gear 1 and put the shoulder rest part 5 on the shoulder, so it is not necessary to hold the rain gear 1 by hand, and it is not necessary to fix the rain gear 1 to the shoulder, side, bicycle, etc. The burden is reduced, and it does not require the trouble of fixing the rain gear 1 to the user, and is easy to attach to the user. Since the lower cover 3b projects forward, rain can be prevented up to the limbs. The structure is simple and easy to manufacture, as long as the weight balance is appropriate.
The upper frame 2a and the lower frame 3a allow the cover to be expanded, so that it is possible to prevent rain on the lower body, and it is hands-free compared to umbrellas and gowns, preventing rain without clinging.
When the wind blows and swings back and forth and left and right due to wind pressure, attaching the auxiliary tool such as the handle 9, attaching a hand to the lower structure 3, and supporting the upper structure 2 prevents the rain gear 1 from swinging. it can.

14 is an example in which the crossing angles of the upper frame 702a and the lower frame 703a are different, as shown in the perspective view of the rain gear 701 in the modified example 7 in FIG. The part numbers are in the 700s, and corresponding parts are given the same numbers.
The rain gear 1001 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is similar to the rain gear 1 according to the first embodiment, but differs in that the rain does not rain the lower body. An upper structure 1002, a lower structure 1003, and a connecting portion 1004 that connects the upper structure 1002 and the lower structure 1003 are provided. The upper structure 1002 is an umbrella-shaped structure part, and includes an upper frame 1002a including a middle rod 1002c and an upper cover 1002b that covers the upper frame 1002a. The lower structure 1003 has a lower frame 1003a. The lower frame 1003a is a pair of L-shaped or bent arms 1003b extending downward from the shoulder rest portion 1005, which is a pair of pads, and a bar member 1003c extending laterally connecting the shoulder rest portion 1005. And having. The arm 1003b has a shape protruding forward of the user. A locking portion 1015 is formed at the lower end of the lower structure 1003.
16 and 17, the shoulder rest 1005 is placed on the shoulder, the arm 1003b is passed under the arm, and the locking portion 1015 is disposed on the back side, as shown in the perspective view of the raining device 1001 of the second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. To do.
Thereby, basically the same effects as the first embodiment are obtained in principle. The rain gear 1001 is erected mechanically and stably with the shoulder portion 1005 as a fulcrum by its own weight of the lower structure 1003, but the lower frame 1003a and / or the locking portion 1015 are locked to a user, a wheelchair, a bicycle, or the like. Thus, the upper structure 1002 can be prevented from falling down.
As shown in the perspective view of the usage state of the rain gear 2001 which is a modified example of Embodiment 3 of the present invention in FIG. 18, the upper structure 2002, the lower structure 2003, the connecting portion 2004 that connects the upper structure 2002 and the lower structure 2003, The upper structure 2002 is a portable product having an upper frame 2002a having a support rod 2002c and an upper cover 2002b covering the upper frame 2002a, the lower structure 2003 having a hard belt 2003a, and a connecting portion 2004. The upper part of the portable product and the upper structure 2002 are connected to each other to form a shoulder part, and the center of gravity is below the shoulder part. Here, a shoulder bag is adopted as the lower structure 2003, and the belt 2003a of the shoulder bag needs to be hard enough to support the upper structure 2002. Since there is only one fulcrum, it is necessary to hold the bag with your hand to prevent instability. It is convenient if the belt 2003a is made of a hard and soft material.
