具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的介绍。
如图1-图6所示,一种洗涤产品净水装置,所述净水装置为独立的转接单元,可拆卸地安装于进水水龙头与洗涤产品进水管路之间,该转接单元设有水处理结构。
所述的转接单元包括主体1,水处理结构设于主体1内,主体1一端设有与进水水龙头快速连接的进水接头2,另一端设有与进水管路快速连接的出水接头3。
进一步的,所述净水装置的进水接头2与水龙头之间插拔式连接,水龙头设有一环形的卡槽,进水接头2设有与卡槽匹配的卡位结构。
所述进水接头2包括:进水接头内管21:设有卡位结构,卡位结构在径向上缩放;进水接头外管22:可滑动地套设在进水接头内管21上,抵压卡位结构内缩。所述卡位结构包括沿圆周分布在进水接头内管上的卡凸211,进水接头外管22与进水接头内管21之间设有弹性复位结构23。
所述进水接头外管22具有两种状态,第一种状态为进水接头外管22在弹性复位结构23作用力下,抵压卡凸211内缩,凸出于进水接头内管21内壁;第二种状态为进水接头外管22受外力作用克服弹性复位结构23的作用力,卡凸211自由状态。
进一步的,所述净水装置的出水接头3与洗涤产品进水管路之间插拔式连接。
所述出水接头3设有一环形的卡槽31,所述洗涤产品进水管路上设有与环形卡槽31匹配的卡位结构。
所述进水管路上设有接头,所述接头包括:接头内管:设有卡位结构,卡位结构在径向上缩放;接头外管:可滑动地套设在内管上,抵压卡位结构内缩。所述卡位结构包括沿圆周分布在内管上的卡凸,外管与内管之间设有弹性复位结构。所述外管具有两种状态,第一种状态为外管在弹性复位结构作用力下,抵压卡凸内缩,凸出于内管内壁;第二种状态为外管受外力作用克服弹性复位结构的作用力,卡凸自由状态。
所述洗涤产品进水管路上设有环形的卡槽,所述出水接头3设有与卡槽匹配的卡位结构。
所述出水接头3包括:出水接头内管:设有卡位结构,卡位结构在径向上缩放;出水接头外管:可滑动地套设在内管上,抵压卡位结构内缩。所述卡位结构包括沿圆周分布在内管上的卡凸,外管与内管之间设有弹性复位结构。所述外管具有两种状态,第一种状态为外管在弹性复位结构作用力下,抵压卡凸内缩,凸出于内管内壁;第二种状态为外管受外力作用克服弹性复位结构的作用力,卡凸自由状态。
进一步的,所述净水装置的水处理结构中包括净水单元,优选地,净水单元具有过滤和/或除氯和/或软化结构。所述净水装置主体的外壳为硬质材料,优选硬质塑料和金属。
实施例一
如图1所示,本实施例中,所述洗涤产品净水装置应用于洗衣机上,所述净水装置的水处理结构中包括净水单元(图中未显示),优选地,净水单元具有过滤和/或除氯和/或软化结构。所述净水装置主体的外壳为硬质材料,优选硬质塑料和/或金属。
所述净水装置为独立的转接单元,可拆卸地安装于进水水龙头与洗衣机进水管路之间,该转接单元设有水处理结构。
如图1所示,所述的转接单元包括主体1,水处理结构设于主体1内,主体1一端设有与进水水龙头快速连接的进水接头2,另一端设有与进水管路快速连接的出水接头3。
如图2-图5所示,进一步的,所述净水装置的进水接头2与水龙头之间插拔式连接,水 龙头设有一环形的卡槽,进水接头设有与卡槽匹配的卡位结构。
所述进水接头2包括:
进水接头内管21:设有卡位结构,卡位结构在径向上缩放,所述卡位结构包括定位凸台214、密封凹槽213及挤压在密封凹槽内起密封作用的密封圈24、沿圆周分布在内管上的孔及嵌入孔内的滚珠211,和限位凹槽212及设在限位凹槽内的限位环25;
进水接头外管22:可滑动地套设在进水接头内管21上,抵压卡位结构内缩,一端设有外凸台222,另一端靠近管口设有内凸台221,所述外凸台222与所述内凸台221平行设置。
所述进水接头外管22与进水接头内管21之间设有弹簧23,所述限位环25与弹簧23和内凸台221一起限制进水接头外管22的滑动范围。
所述进水接头外管22具有两种状态,第一种状态为:不对进水接头外管22施加外力,进水接头外管22在弹簧23的作用力下,抵压滚珠211内缩,凸出于进水接头内管21内壁;第二种状态为进水接头外管22受外力作用克服弹簧23的作用力,滚珠211处于自由状态。
所述净水装置连接水龙头的步骤为:
对进水接头外管22的外凸台222施加外力,进水接头外管22在此外力的作用下克服弹簧23的作用力移动,进水接头外管22的内凸台221不再抵压滚珠211内缩;
移动净水装置,使水龙头插入进水接头2的内管21中,推动并挤压密封圈24进入密封凹槽213进行密封,水龙头抵压滚珠211外凸,直到水龙头上的卡槽位置与滚珠211位置重合;
松开进水接头外管22的外凸台222,进水接头外管22在弹簧23的作用力下退回至初始位置,进水接头外管22的内凸台221抵压滚珠211内缩,卡住水龙头接口上的卡槽,完成插接。
所述进水接头2与所述净水装置的主体1之间螺纹连接或插拔式连接。
如图1所示,进一步的,所述净水装置的出水接头3与洗衣机进水管路之间插拔式连接。
如图6所示,所述出水接头3设有一环形的卡槽31,所述洗衣机进水管路上设有与环形卡槽31匹配的卡位结构。
所述洗衣机进水管路上设有接头(图中未显示),所述洗衣机进水管路的接头与所述净水装置的进水接头2(如图2-图5所示)相似,所述接头包括:接头内管:设有卡位结构,卡 位结构在径向上缩放;接头外管:可滑动地套设在内管上,抵压卡位结构内缩。所述卡位结构包括沿圆周分布在内管上的卡凸,外管与内管之间设有弹性复位结构。所述外管具有两种状态,第一种状态为外管在弹性复位结构作用力下,抵压卡凸内缩,凸出于内管内壁;第二种状态为外管受外力作用克服弹性复位结构的作用力,卡凸自由状态。
所述净水装置连接洗衣机进水管路的步骤为:
对洗衣机进水管路上接头外管的外凸台施加外力,接头外管在此外力的作用下克服弹性复位结构的作用力移动,接头外管的内凸台不再抵压卡凸内缩;
移动洗衣机进水管路,使净水装置的出水接头3插入进水管路接头的内管中,推动并挤压密封圈进入密封凹槽进行密封,净水装置的出水接头3抵压卡凸外凸,直到净水装置的出水接3头上的环形卡槽31位置与卡凸位置重合;
松开进水管路上接头外管的外凸台,外管在弹性复位结构的作用力下退回至初始位置,外管的内凸台抵压卡凸内缩,卡住净水装置出水接头3上的环形卡槽31,完成插接。
实施例二
如图1所示,本实施例中,所述洗涤产品净水装置应用于洗衣机上,所述净水装置的水处理结构中包括净水单元(图中未显示),优选地,净水单元具有过滤和/或除氯和/或软化结构。所述净水装置主体的外壳为硬质材料,优选硬质塑料和/或金属。
所述净水装置为独立的转接单元,可拆卸地安装于进水水龙头与洗衣机进水管路之间,该转接单元设有水处理结构。
如图1所示,所述的转接单元包括主体1,水处理结构设于主体1内,主体1一端设有与进水水龙头快速连接的进水接头2,另一端设有与进水管路快速连接的出水接头3。
如图2-图5所示,进一步的,所述净水装置的进水接头2与水龙头之间插拔式连接,水龙头设有一环形的卡槽,进水接头2设有与卡槽匹配的卡位结构。
所述进水接头2包括:
进水接头内管21:设有卡位结构,卡位结构在径向上缩放,所述卡位结构包括定位凸台214、密封凹槽213及挤压在密封凹槽213内起密封作用的密封圈24、沿圆周分布在内管上的孔及嵌入孔内的滚珠211,和限位凹槽212及设在限位凹槽212内的限位环25;
进水接头外管22:可滑动地套设在进水接头内管21上,抵压卡位结构内缩,一端设有 外凸台222,另一端靠近管口设有内凸台221,所述外凸台222与所述内凸台221平行设置。
所述进水接头外管22与进水接头内管21之间设有弹簧23,所述限位环25与弹簧23和内凸台221一起限制进水接头外管22的滑动范围。
所述进水接头外管22具有两种状态,第一种状态为:不对进水接头外管22施加外力,进水接头外管22在弹簧23的作用力下,抵压滚珠211内缩,凸出于进水接头内管21内壁;第二种状态为进水接头外管22受外力作用克服弹簧23的作用力,滚珠211处于自由状态。
所述净水装置连接水龙头的步骤为:
对进水接头外管22的外凸台222施加外力,进水接头外管22在此外力的作用下克服弹簧23的作用力移动,进水接头外管22的内凸台221不再抵压滚珠211内缩;
移动净水装置,使水龙头插入进水接头2的内管21中,推动并挤压密封圈24进入密封凹槽213进行密封,水龙头抵压滚珠211外凸,直到水龙头上的卡槽位置与滚珠211位置重合;
松开进水接头外管22的外凸台222,进水接头外管22在弹簧23的作用力下退回至初始位置,进水接头外管22的内凸台221抵压滚珠211内缩,卡住水龙头接口上的卡槽,完成插接。
所述进水接头2与所述净水装置的主体1之间螺纹连接或插拔式连接。
如图1所示,进一步的,所述净水装置的出水接头3与洗衣机进水管路之间插拔式连接。
所述洗衣机进水管路上设有环形的卡槽(图中未显示),所述出水接头3设有与卡槽匹配的卡位结构。
所述净水装置的出水接头3与所述净水装置的进水接头相似,(图中未示出),所述出水接头3包括:出水接头内管:设有卡位结构,卡位结构在径向上缩放;出水接头外管:可滑动地套设在内管上,抵压卡位结构内缩。所述卡位结构包括沿圆周分布在内管上的卡凸,外管与内管之间设有弹性复位结构。所述外管具有两种状态,第一种状态为外管在弹性复位结构作用力下,抵压卡凸内缩,凸出于内管内壁;第二种状态为外管受外力作用克服弹性复位结构的作用力,卡凸自由状态。
所述净水装置连接洗衣机进水管路的步骤为:
对出水接头外管的外凸台施加外力,出水接头外管在此外力的作用下克服弹性复位结构 的作用力移动,出水接头外管的内凸台不再抵压卡凸内缩;
移动洗衣机进水管路,使洗衣机进水管路的接口插入净水装置出水接头3的内管中,推动并挤压密封圈进入密封凹槽进行密封,洗衣机进水管路的接口抵压卡凸外凸,直到洗衣机进水管路的接口上的卡槽位置与卡凸位置重合;
松开净水装置的出水接头外管的外凸台,出水接头外管在弹性复位结构的作用力下退回至初始位置,出水接头外管的内凸台抵压卡凸内缩,卡住洗衣机进水管路的接口上的卡槽,完成插接。
实施例三
如图1所示,本实施例中,所述洗涤产品净水装置还可应用于洗碗机等其他洗涤产品上,所述净水装置的水处理结构中包括净水单元(图中未显示),优选地,净水单元具有过滤和/或除氯和/或软化结构。所述净水装置主体的外壳为硬质材料,优选硬质塑料和/或金属。
所述净水装置为独立的转接单元,可拆卸地安装于进水水龙头与洗涤产品进水管路之间,该转接单元设有水处理结构。
如图1所示,所述的转接单元包括主体1,水处理结构设于主体1内,主体1一端设有与进水水龙头快速连接的进水接头2,另一端设有与进水管路快速连接的出水接头3。
如图2-图5所示,进一步的,所述净水装置的进水接头2与水龙头之间插拔式连接,水龙头设有一环形的卡槽,进水接头2设有与卡槽匹配的卡位结构。
进一步的,所述净水装置的出水接头3与洗涤产品进水管路之间插拔式连接。所述出水接头3设有一环形的卡槽31,所述洗涤产品进水管路上设有与卡槽31匹配的卡位结构。所述洗涤产品进水管路上设有环形的卡槽,所述出水接头3设有与卡槽匹配的卡位结构。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗涤产品净水装置,其特征在于:所述净水装置为独立的转接单元,可拆卸地安装于进水水龙头与洗涤产品进水管路之间,该转接单元设有水处理结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗涤产品净水装置,其特征在于:所述的转接单元包括主体,水处理结构设于主体内,主体一端设有与进水水龙头快速连接的进水接头,另一端设有与进水管路快速连接的出水接头。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗涤产品净水装置,其特征在于:所述净水装置的进水接头与水龙头之间插拔式连接,水龙头设有一环形的卡槽,进水接头设有与卡槽匹配的卡位结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种洗涤产品净水装置,其特征在于:所述进水接头包括:
    进水接头内管:设有卡位结构,卡位结构在径向上缩放;
    进水接头外管:可滑动地套设在进水接头内管上,抵压卡位结构内缩。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗涤产品净水装置,其特征在于:所述卡位结构包括沿圆周分布在进水接头内管上的卡凸,进水接头外管与进水接头内管之间设有弹性复位结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗涤产品净水装置,其特征在于:所述进水接头外管具有两种状态,第一种状态为进水接头外管在弹性复位结构作用力下,抵压卡凸内缩,凸出于进水接头内管内壁;第二种状态为进水接头外管受外力作用克服弹性复位结构的作用力,卡凸自由状态。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗涤产品净水装置,其特征在于:所述净水装置的出水接头与洗涤产品进水管路之间插拔式连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗涤产品净水装置,其特征在于:所述出水接头设有一环形的卡槽,所述洗涤产品进水管路上设有与卡槽匹配的卡位结构。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗涤产品净水装置,其特征在于:所述洗涤产品进水管路上设有环形的卡槽,所述出水接头设有与卡槽匹配的卡位结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的一种洗涤产品净水装置,其特征在于:所述净水装置的水处理结构中包括净水单元,优选地,净水单元具有过滤和/或除氯和/或软化结构。
