Abstract
一种茶按摩油及其制备方法与应用,所述茶按摩油由以下按重量份数计的原料制备而成:乙酯化茶油40~87份,牛至油5~15份,互叶白千层油2~12份,南瓜子油2~10份,仙人掌种子油2~10份,百里香果籽油1~10份,纳米氧化锗1~5份。所述方法为:将乙酯化茶油,牛至油,互叶白千层油,南瓜子油,仙人掌种子油,百里香果籽油以及纳米氧化锗混合均匀,得到茶按摩油。所述茶按摩油具有消除疲劳及男性保健、去瘢和远红外活化肌肤作用。
Description
本发明属于护肤品领域,具体涉及一种茶按摩油及其制备方法与应用。
按摩是一种理疗手段,通过按摩进行穴位刺激、放松筋骨、舒缓疲劳和压力。按摩油是按摩时采用的,用以增强按摩效果的护肤油,通常由精油和基底油组成。精油具有挥发性,可刺激大脑,起到放松的作用;基底油用于精油的稀释,并具备营养功能。
目前市场上的按摩油种类众多,但大多为人工合成的基底油,含化学物质或激素,长期使用不利于人体健康。植物油和挥发油也被广泛用作按摩油,对人体和环境安全,但组方不合理,功效单一,没有用于男性健康的按摩油产品。
山茶油具有滋养肌肤的作用。申请号200810066987.1的专利申请、申请号为201410758075.6的专利申请公开了一种以茶籽油作为基质或组分的按摩油。但是茶油质粘、分散性差,直接作为按摩基质油或配伍使用,不利于按摩油中活性成分透入肌肤,难以起到激活肌肤作用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点与不足,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种茶按摩油。本发明采用分散性好的乙酯化茶油为基底油,配合抗菌精油和植物营养油,并利用纳米锗的远红外作用,激活肌肤,起到良好的促进营养吸收和保护肌肤的作用,尤其适合于男性健康保护。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述茶按摩油的制备方法。本发明通过酶法在温和条件下制备乙酯化茶油,保证茶油营养成分不被破坏;并通过合理配伍,发挥按摩油的多功效保健作用。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种茶按摩油,由以下重量份计的原料制备而成:
乙酯化茶油40~87份,牛至油5~15份,互叶白千层油2~12份,南瓜子
油2~10份,仙人掌种子油2~10份,百里香果籽油1~10份,纳米氧化锗1~5份。各原料的重量份数之和优选为100。
所述茶按摩油,优选由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
乙酯化茶油70份,牛至油10份,互叶白千层油5份,南瓜子油5份,仙人掌种子油5份,百里香果籽油3份,纳米氧化锗2份。
所述乙酯化茶油通过以下方法制备得到:将茶籽油与乙醇混合,加入固定化脂肪酶,在一定温度下反应,离心,取上清液,将上清液用饱和氯化钠水溶液淋洗,静置分层,除去下层,得到乙酯化茶油。
所述茶籽油与乙醇的体积比1:(1~5),所述固定化脂肪酶的用量为茶籽油质量的0.5~5%,所述反应的温度为30~70℃,反应的时间为12~24h。
所述固定化脂肪酶为Lipozyme TL IM或Lipozyme 435中的一种以上。
所述离心的转速为1000~5000转/min,离心时间为20~60min;所述饱和氯化钠水溶液的用量为茶籽油质量的0.5~3倍。
所述茶按摩油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将乙酯化茶油,牛至油,互叶白千层油,南瓜子油,仙人掌种子油,百里香果籽油以及纳米氧化锗混合均匀,得到茶按摩油。所述按摩油的粘度为27~45mPa.s。
所述茶按摩油用作消除疲劳按摩产品、男性保健按摩产品、去瘢按摩产品和/或活化肌肤按摩产品。所述茶按摩油具消除疲劳及男性保健、去瘢和远红外活化肌肤作用。
原理:茶油本身具有营养抗菌功效,但其粘度大,不利于涂抹均匀,本发明将茶油通过酯交换法制成乙酯化茶油,改善了茶油的流动性和舒适性;牛至油是牛至草的挥发油,富含类香芹酚和欧百里香酚,具有清热、化湿、祛暑、解表、理气和极强的杀菌、抑菌作用;互叶白千层油主要组分有松油醇、松油烯等,对金黄色葡萄球菌等具有较强的抗菌能力,是一种优良的天然抗菌剂;南瓜子油含有植物甾醇、氨基酸、维生素、矿物质等多种生物活性物质,尤其是锌、镁、钙、磷含量极高,是有突出男性保健作用的健康营养油,可预防前列腺增生;仙人掌种子油,性温和,对消除面部细纹、色斑、妊娠纹、疤痕及痤疮、丘疹都有明显功效;百香果籽油含有丰富的亚麻酸,极易被皮肤吸收,可预防黑色素的形成。氧化锗无毒,能够在体温下产生负离子,发射远红外线,
具有促进新陈代谢、血液循环、抗炎镇痛和调节免疫等作用,采用纳米氧化锗,加强了它们对肌肤的亲和力和远红外作用;再与其他原料配伍使用,利用茶油、南瓜子油、仙人掌种子油、百香果籽油的营养作用和牛至油、互叶白叶层油的抗菌作用,形成多种功效为一体的茶按摩油。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果:
(1)本发明按摩油的成分均为天然产物,不添加防腐剂,人工香料和激素,对皮肤无刺激。
(2)本发明使用乙酯化茶油作为基础油,粘度低,流动性好,外观澄清透明,皮肤感觉舒适。
(3)本发明使用纳米氧化锗能够在体温下产生负离子,发射人体远红外线,激活肌肤,提高按摩的疗效。
(4)本发明通过将修复再生,促进吸收,抗菌消炎,保健去瘢等不同功能的组分配伍,发挥各组分间的协同作用,是一种多功能按摩油,尤其适合于男性保健。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。实施例中牛至油(牛至草水蒸汽蒸馏油,深圳市鼎诚植物香料有限公司生产),互叶白千层油(互叶白千层嫩枝水蒸汽蒸馏油,吉安市中香天然植物有限公司生产),南瓜子油(南瓜子冷榨一级,吉林省长白工坊科贸有限公司生产),仙人掌种子油(仙人掌种子压榨油,法国奈洁化妆品公司生产),百里香果籽油(百里香果压榨油,深圳市国鑫香精香料有限公司生产),纳米氧化锗(纳米级二氧化锗,灵寿县天隆矿产品加工厂生产)。
实施例1
一种茶按摩油,由以下重量份计的原料制备而成:
乙酯化茶油70份,牛至油10份,互叶白千层油5份,南瓜子油5份,仙人掌种子油5份,百里香果籽油3份,纳米氧化锗2份;
所述茶按摩油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)乙酯化制备:将茶籽油(油茶籽油)与乙醇按体积比1:3混合,加入茶籽油质量1%的固定化脂肪酶Lipozyme TL IM,在40℃反应20h;3000转
/min离心30min,上清液再用茶籽油质量2倍的饱和氯化钠水溶液淋洗,静置分层,除去下层,即得乙酯化茶油;
(2)将乙酯化茶油,牛至油,互叶白千层油,南瓜子油,仙人掌种子油,百里香果籽油以及纳米氧化锗混合均匀,得到茶按摩油。
本实施例制备的按摩油的密度为0.938g/mL、粘度32mPa.s,仅为一般植物油的1/4、易分散、抑菌性能好、稳定,密封室温放置18个月无明显变化。
实施例2
一种茶按摩油,由以下重量份计的原料制备而成:
乙酯化茶油87份,牛至油5份,互叶白千层油2份,南瓜子油2份,仙人掌种子油2份,百里香果籽油1份,纳米氧化锗1份;
所述茶按摩油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)乙酯化制备:茶籽油与乙醇按体积比1:5混合,加入茶籽油质量5%的固定化脂肪酶Lipozyme 435,在30℃反应24h;1000转/min离心60min,上清液再用茶油质量3倍的饱和氯化钠水溶液淋洗,静置分层,除去下层,即得乙酯化茶油;
(2)将乙酯化茶油,牛至油,互叶白千层油,南瓜子油,仙人掌种子油,百里香果籽油以及纳米氧化锗混合均匀,得到茶按摩油。
本实施例制备的按摩油的密度为0.925g/mL、粘度27mPa.s,仅为一般植物油的1/5、易分散、抑菌性能好、稳定,密封室温放置18个月无明显变化。
实施例3
一种茶按摩油,由以下重量份计的原料制备而成:
乙酯化茶油40份,牛至油15份,互叶白千层油10份,南瓜子油10份,仙人掌种子油10份,百里香果籽油10份,纳米氧化锗5份;
所述茶按摩油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)乙酯化制备:茶籽油与乙醇按体积比1:1混合,加入茶籽油质量0.5%的固定化脂肪酶Lipozyme TL IM,在70℃反应12h;5000转/min离心20min,上清液再用茶籽油质量0.5倍的饱和氯化钠水溶液淋洗,静置分层,除去下层,即得乙酯化茶油;
(2)将乙酯化茶油,牛至油,互叶白千层油,南瓜子油,仙人掌种子油,
百里香果籽油以及纳米氧化锗混合均匀,得到茶按摩油。
本实施例制备的按摩油的密度为0.963g/mL、粘度45mPa.s,仅为一般植物油的1/3、易分散、抑菌性能好、稳定,密封室温放置18个月无明显变化。
实施例4
一种茶按摩油,由以下重量份计的原料制备而成:
乙酯化茶油50份,牛至油8份,互叶白千层油6份,南瓜子油6份,仙人掌种子油4份,百里香果籽油4份,纳米氧化锗2份;
所述茶按摩油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)乙酯化制备:茶籽油与乙醇按体积比1:2混合,加入茶油质量2%的固定化脂肪酶Lipozyme 435,在50℃反应16h;2000转/min离心30min,上清液再用茶油质量2倍的饱和氯化钠水溶液淋洗,静置分层,除去下层,即得乙酯化茶油;
(2)将乙酯化茶油,牛至油,互叶白千层油,南瓜子油,仙人掌种子油,百里香果籽油以及纳米氧化锗混合均匀,得到茶按摩油。
本实施例制备的按摩油的密度为0.947g/mL、粘度41mPa.s,仅为一般植物油的1/3、易分散、抑菌性能好、稳定,密封室温放置18个月无明显变化。
实施例5
一种茶按摩油,由以下重量份计的原料制备而成:
乙酯化茶油57份,牛至油12份,互叶白千层油8份,南瓜子油8份,仙人掌种子油6份,百里香果籽油6份,纳米氧化锗3份;
所述茶按摩油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)乙酯化制备:茶籽油与乙醇按体积比1:4混合,加入茶油质量4%的固定化脂肪酶Lipozyme 435,在36℃反应18h;3000转/min离心40min,上清液再用茶油质量3倍的饱和氯化钠水溶液淋洗,静置分层,除去下层,即得乙酯化茶油;
(2)将乙酯化茶油,牛至油,互叶白千层油,南瓜子油,仙人掌种子油,百里香果籽油以及纳米氧化锗混合均匀,得到茶按摩油。
本实施例制备的按摩油的密度为0.942g/mL、粘度37mPa.s,仅为一般植物油的1/4、易分散、抑菌性能好、稳定,密封室温放置18个月无明显变化。
实施例6
一种茶按摩油,由以下重量份计的原料制备而成:
乙酯化茶油64份,牛至油6份,互叶白千层油12份,南瓜子油5份,仙人掌种子油4份,百里香果籽油7份,纳米氧化锗2份;
所述茶按摩油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)乙酯化制备:茶籽油与乙醇按体积比1:3混合,加入茶籽油质量2.5%的固定化脂肪酶Lipozyme TL IM,在50℃反应15h;4000转/min离心25min,上清液用茶籽油质量2.5倍的饱和氯化钠水溶液淋洗,静置分层,除去下层,即得乙酯化茶油;
(2)将乙酯化茶油,牛至油,互叶白千层油,南瓜子油,仙人掌种子油,百里香果籽油以及纳米氧化锗混合均匀,得到茶按摩油。
本实施例制备的按摩油的密度为0.940g/mL、粘度34mPa.s,仅为一般植物油的1/4、易分散、抑菌性能好、稳定,密封室温放置18个月无明显变化。
实施例7效果评价
实施例1~6制得的茶按摩油使用效果的测定:
实验方法:60名男性志愿者分为6组,分别使用实施例1~6制得的茶按摩油30天,对其舒适性(≤25分)、消除疲劳(≤25分)、降低色瘢(≤25分)、肌肤活力(≤25分)评分。
实验结果见表1。结果表明,实施例1~6制得的茶按摩油使用效果优于市售国内茶油按摩油。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
- 一种茶按摩油,其特征在于:由以下重量份计的原料制备而成:乙酯化茶油40~87份,牛至油5~15份,互叶白千层油2~12份,南瓜子油2~10份,仙人掌种子油2~10份,百里香果籽油1~10份,纳米氧化锗1~5份。
- 根据权利要求1所述茶按摩油,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制备而成:乙酯化茶油70份,牛至油10份,互叶白千层油5份,南瓜子油5份,仙人掌种子油5份,百里香果籽油3份,纳米氧化锗2份。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述茶按摩油,其特征在于:所述乙酯化茶油通过以下方法制备得到:将茶籽油与乙醇混合,加入固定化脂肪酶,在一定温度下反应,离心,取上清液,将上清液用饱和氯化钠水溶液淋洗,静置分层,除去下层,得到乙酯化茶油。
- 根据权利要求3所述茶按摩油,其特征在于:所述茶籽油与乙醇的体积比1:(1~5),所述固定化脂肪酶的用量为茶籽油质量的0.5~5%,所述反应的温度为30~70℃,反应的时间为12~24h。
- 根据权利要求3所述茶按摩油,其特征在于:所述固定化脂肪酶为Lipozyme TL IM或Lipozyme 435中的一种以上。
- 根据权利要求3所述茶按摩油,其特征在于:所述离心的转速为1000~5000转/min,离心时间为20~60min;所述饱和氯化钠水溶液的用量为茶籽油质量的0.5~3倍。
- 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述茶按摩油的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:将乙酯化茶油,牛至油,互叶白千层油,南瓜子油,仙人掌种子油,百里香果籽油以及纳米氧化锗混合均匀,得到茶按摩油。
- 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述茶按摩油的应用,其特征在于:所述茶按摩油用作消除疲劳按摩产品、男性保健按摩产品、去瘢按摩产品和/或活化肌肤按摩产品。
