Description

ELECTRONIC DEVICE AS MONEY BOX-ALARM WITH LIGHT
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lamp that comprises a money box together with an alarm in the base thereof, wherein the lamp and the alarm are turned off when money is saved, in other words, when a coin is introduced into the money box.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Currently there are different types of money boxes manufactured from different materials that include other elements incorporated but not related to each other. For example, in the patent with number US2008/0108272A1 an electronic money box is described that includes an alarm, which functions regardless of whether or not money is saved.
In patent US5,482,487, a device is described for promoting saving by means of categories that motivate the user to continue saving.
Currently, saving money is a culture that must be taught to people; therefore it becomes necessary in this field to look for new alternatives.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a lamp for facilitating the search for objects and waking up the user. Furthermore, it comprises a coin bank or money box with an alarm that is turned off when money is saved, it has the purpose of working as a configurable alarm which will not stop ringing until the user thereof saves an amount of money that is previously defined through the configuration panel thereof; furthermore, it has a lamp which is also turned on once the alarm rings and it is turned off once the user inserts money in the coin bank.
Therefore, one aspect of the present invention relates to an electronic device for illuminating, waking up and saving money that comprises a lamp base and a lighting element connected to the base, where the lamp base comprises a slot for introducing coins, an alarm clock mechanism, a recognition sensor for the coins that are inserted in the slot, a control panel for the alarm clock and the amount of money, a battery compartment, a power cable and an on-off switch for the lamp; characterized in that the alert of the alarm clock and the light are connected and are turned off when a coin is introduced into the slot.
The lamp is integrated in the device such that it is turned on when the alarm is activated and is turned off when it is deactivated.
A money box-alarm with lamp that is turned off when money is saved has the purpose of making an environment in which the users can impose a new method of saving money on themselves. The need to turn off an alert and the light thereof when it rings will act as motivation to save money.
Therefore, the device of the invention enables the user to save money in a new way, influenced by the need to turn the alert and the light off when waking up. The device will enable the configuration of a fixed amount necessary to turn off the alert or the alert and light will be able to be turned off simply with the act of depositing a coin. In another preferred embodiment, the lamp can work individually, except when the alert is activated.
The electronic device can be actuated by means of connecting a battery or by means of connecting the same to the electric current by using the power cable.
In a preferred embodiment, in the device of the invention the type of coin to be used can be selected, for example dollars, euros, pounds, pesos, among others and configure it in the coin recognition sensor.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
FIG. 1 shows a front view of the device of the invention.
FIG. 2 shows a rear view of the device of the invention.
FIG. 3 shows a bottom view of the device of the invention.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
A detailed description of a preferred exemplary embodiment of the device of the present invention is provided below. The current dimensions and/or shapes of each of the components of the device can vary.
FIG. 1 shows a front view of the electronic device that comprises the lighting element (1 1 ) and the lamp foot (1 ). The lamp foot (1 ) in turn comprises: a slot for introducing the coins (2), an alarm clock (3), a speaker (5), a recognition sensor for the coins (8) and an on-off switch for the lamp (9).
The lamp base (1 ) is made up of a casing made of plastic or an equivalent material, wherein the previously described components will be housed.
FIG. 2 shows the rear view of the device where it is seen that the body of the device (1 ) comprises: the control panel (6), both for configuring the alarm for the hour at which it is desired that the alert ring, and to know the amount of money saved, in other words, the coins introduced into the device; the space for placing the battery (7), the money recognition sensor (8) and the connection cable to the electrical grid (10).
FIG. 3 shows a bottom view of the device that comprises the space for removing the coins (4).
