背景技术
在第三代合作伙伴计划(The 3rd Generation Partnership Project,3GPP)标准的搜网算法中,理想情况下电信网络基站把无线通信信号发射到规定好的小区范围内,不能辐射到其他小区,以防对其他小区的无线通信信号造成干扰。在实际应用中,无线通信信号是以距离的平方衰减的,为了保证小区网络边缘有足够的无线通信信号,通常基站会增强无线通信信号的发射功率以保证小区网络边缘电信通信业务的正常使用,但是,这样必然会造成一部分无线通信信号跨越小区边界辐射到其他小区,对其他小区的无线通信信号造成干扰。
在相关方案中,终端处于小区网络边缘,尤其是在边境具有漫游信号时,终端只能驻留到无线通信信号最强的网络上,不能长期驻留在无线通信信号稳定的通信网络上,导致终端的业务性能下降,影响了用户的体验效果。
发明内容
本公开提供一种网络获取方法和装置,解决了相关技术中当终端处于小区网络边缘业务性能下降的问题,实现了终端在小区网络边缘时可以选择并长期驻留在无线通信信号稳定的通信网络上,提高了终端在小区网络边缘的业务性能,提高了终端与用户之间的互能力。
一种网络获取方法,包括:
获取与终端具有关联关系的通信网络的信号强度;
判断所述通信网络的信号强度与第一预设阈值的关系;
若所述通信网络的信号强度小于所述第一预设阈值,搜索无线保真Wi-Fi热点信号;
根据所述Wi-Fi热点信号与预设热点数据库,采用预设规则确定目标通信网络并注册到所述目标通信网络,其中,所述预设热点数据库存储了Wi-Fi热点信号与通信网络的对应关系。

在步骤203中,若通信网络的信号强度小于第一预设阈值,终端搜索Wi-Fi热点信号。
可选地,若中国电信的通信网络的信号强度小于第一预设阈值且香港漫游通信网络的信号强度小于第一预设阈值,终端可以开始搜索Wi-Fi热点信号。
在步骤204中,终端获取Wi-Fi热点信号,得到第一列表。
其中,第一列表中存储了Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息。
可选地,终端可以搜索获得的Wi-Fi热点信号的相关信息,包括Wi-Fi热点 信号的服务集标识(Service Set Identifier,SSID)、媒体访问控制(Media Access Control,MAC)地址、信号强度等,终端可以按照信号强度从强到弱或者从弱到强的关系对获得的Wi-Fi热点信号进行排序并保存对应的Wi-Fi热点信号的SSID、MAC地址和信号强度等,得到第一列表,例如第一列表可以命名为APscanned列表。终端还可以根据Wi-Fi热点信号的其他相关信息和其他排序规则进行排序处理。
在步骤205中,终端从第一列表中选取与预设热点数据库中Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息相同的Wi-Fi热点信号,得到第一Wi-Fi热点信号。
可选地,终端可以利用移动数据网络或者无线通信网络从服务器上下载与终端的HPLMN对应的预设热点数据库,其中,若终端确定当前位置,终端获取的预设热点数据库还可以是与终端当前位置对应的预设热点数据库;预设热点数据库中Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息可以是Wi-Fi热点信号的MAC地址。在预设热点数据库中可以记录Wi-Fi热点附近最佳的公共陆地移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN),可以是运营商自己提供的通信网络,也可以是与运营商签约的漫游网络等,可以通过在这些Wi-Fi热点附近对通信网络的电话语音业务、数据流量业务等业务进行测试获得这些目标PLMN,获得存储的内容可以包括Wi-Fi热点的SSID、MAC地址和目标PLMN等。例如预设热点数据库的存储格式可以如表1所示,其中,表1中存储的内容是中国电信在深圳使用的预设热点数据库,序号1是中国电信在深圳部署的Wi-Fi热点,其附近目标PLMN是中国电信通信网络(46011),序号2是中国香港的Wi-Fi热点,其附近目标PLMN是与中国电信签约的香港漫游网络(45403),序号3是餐厅或酒店等提供的相对固定的热点,其附近目标PLMN是中国电信通信网络(46011)等。其中,在这些热点附近可以有多个目标PLMN,终端可以根据自身的HPLMN 获取对应的预设热点数据库。

可选地,终端可以按照信号强度从强到弱的顺序对第一Wi-Fi热点信号进行排序,得到第二列表可以命名为APfound列表,其中,APfound列表是APscanned列表的一个子集。终端也可以按照信号强度从弱到强的顺序对第一Wi-Fi热点信号进行排序。
在步骤207中,终端根据预设选取规则,从第二列表中获取排序前N个第一Wi-Fi热点信号。

在步骤208中,终端对第二列表中排序前N个第一Wi-Fi热点信号进行分析,得到目标通信网络并注册到目标通信网络。
可选地,终端可以根据Wi-Fi热点信号对应的PLMN对选取获得的APfound列表中根据信号强度从强到弱排序时的前N个Wi-Fi热点信号或者根据信号强度从弱到强排序时的后N个Wi-Fi热点信号进行分类分析,比较分类后不同PLMN之间的关系,来确定目标通信网络,当确定目标通信网络后,终端可以注册到目标通信网络中。
可选地,热点信号的排序还可以是以下方式:根据热点频段排序;或者根据热点是否可用排序。
在步骤209中,若第一通信网络的信号强度大于或者等于第一预设阈值,终端选取第一通信网络为目标通信网络并注册到目标通信网络。
可选地,若终端获取的HPLMN的信号强度大于或者等于第一预设阈值,终端可以选取HPLMN为目标通信网络并注册到目标通信网络。
在步骤210中,若第一通信网络的信号强度小于第一预设阈值,且第二通信网络的信号强度大于或者等于第一预设阈值,终端选取第二通信网络为目标通信网络并注册到目标通信网络。

本实施例所提供的网络获取方法中,终端在不同的通信网络边缘,当通信网络的信号强度比较弱时,通过预设规则选取目标通信网络并注册到目标通信网络,解决了相关技术中当终端处于小区网络边缘业务性能下降的问题,实现了终端在小区网络边缘时可以选择并长期驻留在无线通信信号稳定的通信网络上,提高了终端在小区网络边缘的业务性能,提高了终端与用户之间的交互能力。
本实施例提供一种网络获取方法,参照图3所示,该方法包括以下步骤。
在步骤301中,终端获取与终端具有关联关系的通信网络的信号强度。
在步骤302中,终端判断通信网络的信号强度与第一预设阈值的关系。
其中,步骤302终端判断通信网络的信号强度与第一预设阈值的关系之后,可以选择执行步骤303~步骤319、步骤320或者步骤321,当第一通信网络的信号强度和第二通信网络的信号强度都小于第一预设阈值时可以执行步骤303~步骤319,当第一通信网络的信号强度大于或者等于第一预设阈值时可以执行步骤320,当第一通信网络的信号强度小于第一预设阈值且第二通信网络的信号强度大于或者等于第一预设阈值时可以执行步骤321。
在步骤303中,若通信网络的信号强度小于第一预设阈值,终端搜索Wi-Fi热点信号。
在步骤304中,终端获取Wi-Fi热点信号,得到第一列表。
其中,第一列表中存储了Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息。
在步骤305中,终端从第一列表中选取与预设热点数据库中Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息相同的Wi-Fi热点信号,得到第一Wi-Fi热点信号。
在步骤306中,终端按照信号强度从强到弱的顺序将第一Wi-Fi热点信号排序,得到第二列表。

其中,获取目标通信网络的方法可以为步骤308到步骤312中介绍的方法,也可以是终端获取第二列表中排序前N个第一Wi-Fi热点信号中对应的通信网络为第一通信网络的Wi-Fi热点信号的信号强度集合,得到第一信号强度集合;终端获取N个第一Wi-Fi热点信号中除第一通信网络对应的Wi-Fi热点信号之外的其它Wi-Fi热点信号的信号强度集合,得到第二信号强度集合;比较第一信号集合中Wi-Fi热点信号的信号强度最大的信号强度与第二信号集合中Wi-Fi热点信号的信号强度最大的信号强度之间的大小关系,若第一信号集合中Wi-Fi 热点信号的信号强度最大的信号强度大于或者等于第二信号集合中Wi-Fi热点信号的信号强度最大的信号强度,则选择第一通信网络为目标通信网络;若第一信号集合中Wi-Fi热点信号的信号强度最大的信号强度小于第二信号集合中Wi-Fi热点信号的信号强度最大的信号强度,则选择第二通信网络为目标通信网络。其中,获取目标通信网络的方法还可以通过步骤308到步骤312的方法与上述方法结合获得,还可以是其他有效的选取方法。
在步骤313中,当注册到目标通信网络时,终端判断预设时间内能否通过目标通信网络获取通信服务。
可选地,预设时间可以是通过长期实验以及实际使用情况确定的经验值,例如可以是30秒。

在步骤314中,若预设时间内终端能够通过目标通信网络获取通信服务,获取第一列表中与目标通信网络对应的第二Wi-Fi热点信号。
可选地,若30秒内终端可以通过确定的PLMN或者漫游网络获取电话业务或者数据流量业务时,终端选取APscanned列表中与PLMN或者漫游网络对应的Wi-Fi热点信号,得到第二Wi-Fi热点信号。
在步骤315中,终端判断第二Wi-Fi热点信号中信号强度最强的Wi-Fi热点信号是否在第二列表中。
可选地,终端选取第二Wi-Fi热点信号种型号强度最强的Wi-Fi热点信号, 判断该Wi-Fi热点信号是否已存储在APfound列表中。
在步骤316中,若第二Wi-Fi热点信号中信号强度最强的Wi-Fi热点信号不在第二列表中,终端获取第二Wi-Fi热点信号中信号强度最强的Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息并添加到预设热点数据库中。
可选地,若第二Wi-Fi热点信号种型号强度最强的Wi-Fi热点信号已存储在APfound列表中,不做任何处理。
在步骤317中,若预设时间内终端不能通过目标通信网络获取通信服务,统计预设时间内不能通过目标通信网络获取通信服务的次数。
在步骤318中,终端判断预设时间内不能通过目标通信网络获取通信服务的次数与第二预设阈值之间的关系。
在步骤319中,若预设时间内不能通过目标通信网络获取通信服务的次数大于第二预设阈值,终端将第二列表中的目标通信网络对应的Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息从预设热点数据库中删除。
可选地,终端可以通过表2中的Wi-Fi热点信号划分标准来标识Wi-Fi热点信号的格数,在表2中,dBm是信号强度大小的单位,为毫分贝瓦。当30秒内终端不能通过目标通信网络PLMN或者漫游网络获取通信服务的次数大于第二预设阈值时,终端可以删除APfound列表中目标通信网络PLMN或者漫游网络对应的信号格数超过4格的Wi-Fi热点信号从预设热点数据库中删除。

本实施例提供了一种网络获取装置4,可应用于图1~3对应的实施例提供的任一种网络获取方法中,参照图4所示,该装置包括:第一获取单元41、第一判断单元42、搜索单元43和处理单元44。其中:
第一获取单元41,设置为获取与终端具有关联关系的通信网络的信号强度。
第一判断单元42,设置为判断通信网络的信号强度与第一预设阈值的关系。
搜索单元43,设置为若通信网络的信号强度小于第一预设阈值,搜索Wi-Fi热点信号。
处理单元44,设置为根据Wi-Fi热点信号与预设热点数据库,采用预设规则确定目标通信网络并注册到目标通信网络,其中,所述预设热点数据库存储了Wi-Fi热点信号与通信网络的对应关系。

第三判断单元47,设置为判断第二Wi-Fi热点信号中信号强度最强的Wi-Fi热点信号是否在第二列表中。

参照图7所示,该装置还包括:统计单元49、第四判断单元410和删除单元411。其中:
统计单元49,设置为当注册到目标通信网络时,若预设时间内不能通过目标通信网络获取通信服务,统计预设时间内不能通过目标通信网络获取通信服务的次数。
第四判断单元410,设置为判断预设时间内不能通过目标通信网络获取通信服务的次数与第二预设阈值之间的关系。
删除单元411,设置为若预设时间内不能通过目标通信网络获取通信服务的次数大于第二预设阈值,将第二列表中的目标通信网络对应的Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息从预设热点数据库中删除。
参照图8所示,该装置还包括:选取单元412。其中:
选取单元412,设置为若第一通信网络的信号强度大于或者等于第一预设阈值,选取第一通信网络为目标通信网络并注册到目标通信网络。
选取单元412,还设置为若第一通信网络的信号强度小于第一预设阈值,且第二通信网络的信号强度大于或者等于第一预设阈值,选取第二通信网络为目标通信网络并注册到目标通信网络。
本实施例中多个单元和模块之间的交互过程,可以参照图1~3对应的实施例提供的一种网络获取方法中的交互过程。
本实施例所提供的网络获取装置中,终端在不同的通信网络边缘,当通信网络的信号强度比较弱时,通过预设规则选取目标通信网络并注册到目标通信网络,实现了终端在小区网络边缘时可以选择并长期驻留在无线通信信号稳定的通信网络上,提高了终端在小区网络边缘的业务性能,提高了终端与用户之间的交互能力。
本实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述网络获取方法。
如图9所示,是本实施例提供的一种终端的硬件结构示意图,如图9所示,该终端包括:处理器(processor)910和存储器(memory)920;还可以包括通信接口(Communications Interface)930和总线940。
其中,处理器910、存储器920和通信接口930可以通过总线940完成相互间的通信。通信接口930可以用于信息传输。处理器910可以调用存储器920中的逻辑指令,以执行上述实施例的任意一种网络获取方法。
存储器920可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,存储程序区可以存储操作系统和至少一个功能所需的应用程序。存储数据区可以存储根据电子设备的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器可以包括,例如,随机存取存储器的易失性存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器。例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件或者其他非暂态固态存储器件。
此外,在上述存储器920中的逻辑指令可以通过软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,该逻辑指令可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。本公开的技术方案可以以计算机软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种网络获取方法,包括:
    获取与终端具有关联关系的通信网络的信号强度;
    判断所述通信网络的信号强度与第一预设阈值的关系;
    若所述通信网络的信号强度小于所述第一预设阈值,搜索无线保真Wi-Fi热点信号;
    根据所述Wi-Fi热点信号与预设热点数据库,采用预设规则确定目标通信网络并注册到所述目标通信网络,其中,所述预设热点数据库存储了Wi-Fi热点信号与通信网络的对应关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述Wi-Fi热点信号与预设热点数据库之间的关系,采用预设规则确定目标通信网络并注册到所述目标通信网络,包括:
    获取所述Wi-Fi热点信号,得到第一列表;其中,所述第一列表中存储有所述Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息;
    从所述第一列表中选取与所述预设热点数据库中Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息相同的Wi-Fi热点信号,得到多个第一Wi-Fi热点信号;
    按照信号强度从强到弱的顺序将多个所述第一Wi-Fi热点信号排序,得到第二列表;
    根据所述预设选取规则,从所述第二列表中获取排序前N个所述第一Wi-Fi热点信号;其中,所述N为正整数且小于或者等于所述第二列表中所述第一Wi-Fi热点信号的总个数;
    对所述第二列表中排序前N个所述第一Wi-Fi热点信号进行分析,得到所述目标通信网络并注册到所述目标通信网络。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述通信网络包括第一通信网络和 第二通信网络,所述对所述第二列表中排序前N个所述第一Wi-Fi热点信号进行分析,得到所述目标通信网络并注册到所述目标通信网络,包括:
    获取所述第二列表中排序前N个所述第一Wi-Fi热点信号中对应的通信网络为所述第一通信网络的Wi-Fi热点信号的信号强度并求和,得到第一数值;
    获取N个所述第一Wi-Fi热点信号中除所述第一通信网络对应的Wi-Fi热点信号之外的其它Wi-Fi热点信号的信号强度并求和,得到第二数值;
    判断所述第一数值与所述第二数值的大小关系;
    若所述第一数值大于或者等于所述第二数值,选取所述第一通信网络为所述目标通信网络并注册到所述第一通信网络;
    若所述第一数值小于所述第二数值,选取所述第二通信网络为所述目标通信网络并注册到所述第二通信网络。
  4. 根据权利要求2~3任一所述的方法,还包括:
    当注册到所述目标通信网络时,判断预设时间内能否通过所述目标通信网络获取通信服务;
    若所述预设时间内能够通过所述目标通信网络获取所述通信服务,获取所述第一列表中与所述目标通信网络对应的第二Wi-Fi热点信号;
    判断所述第二Wi-Fi热点信号中信号强度最强的Wi-Fi热点信号是否在所述第二列表中;
    若所述第二Wi-Fi热点信号中信号强度最强的Wi-Fi热点信号不在所述第二列表中,获取所述第二Wi-Fi热点信号中信号强度最强的Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息并添加到所述预设热点数据库中。
  5. 根据权利要求2~3任一所述的方法,还包括:
    当注册到所述目标通信网络时,若所述预设时间内不能通过所述目标通信 网络获取所述通信服务,统计所述预设时间内不能通过所述目标通信网络获取所述通信服务的次数;
    判断所述预设时间内不能通过所述目标通信网络获取所述通信服务的次数与第二预设阈值之间的关系;
    若所述预设时间内不能通过所述目标通信网络获取所述通信服务的次数大于所述第二预设阈值,将所述第二列表中的所述目标通信网络对应的Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息从所述预设热点数据库中删除。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,还包括:
    若所述第一通信网络的信号强度大于或者等于所述第一预设阈值,选取所述第一通信网络为所述目标通信网络并注册到所述目标通信网络;
    若所述第一通信网络的信号强度小于所述第一预设阈值,且所述第二通信网络的信号强度大于或者等于所述第一预设阈值,选取所述第二通信网络为所述目标通信网络并注册到所述目标通信网络。
  7. 一种网络获取装置,包括:获取单元、判断单元、搜索单元和处理单元;其中:
    所述第一获取单元,设置为获取与终端具有关联关系的通信网络的信号强度;
    所述第一判断单元,设置为判断所述通信网络的信号强度与第一预设阈值的关系;
    所述搜索单元,设置为若所述通信网络的信号强度小于所述第一预设阈值,搜索无线保真Wi-Fi热点信号;
    所述处理单元,设置为根据所述Wi-Fi热点信号与预设热点数据库,采用预设规则确定目标通信网络并注册到所述目标通信网络,其中,所述预设热点数 据库存储了Wi-Fi热点信号与通信网络的对应关系。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述处理单元包括:第一获取模块、第一处理模块、第二获取模块和第二处理模块;其中:
    所述第一获取模块,设置为获取所述Wi-Fi热点信号,得到第一列表;其中,所述第一列表中存储有所述Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息;
    所述第一处理模块,设置为从所述第一列表中选取与所述预设热点数据库中Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息相同的Wi-Fi热点信号,得到多个第一Wi-Fi热点信号;
    所述第一处理模块,还设置为按照信号强度从强到弱的顺序将多个所述第一Wi-Fi热点信号排序,得到第二列表;
    所述第二获取模块,设置为根据预设选取规则,从所述第二列表中获取排序前N个所述第一Wi-Fi热点信号;其中,所述N为正整数且小于或者等于所述第二列表中所述第一Wi-Fi热点信号的总个数;
    所述第二处理模块,设置为对所述第二列表中排序前N个所述第一Wi-Fi热点信号进行分析,得到所述目标通信网络并注册到所述目标通信网络。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述通信网络包括第一通信网络和第二通信网络,所述第二处理模块是设置为:
    获取所述第二列表中排序前N个所述第一Wi-Fi热点信号中对应的通信网络为所述第一通信网络的Wi-Fi热点信号的信号强度并求和,得到第一数值;
    获取N个所述第一Wi-Fi热点信号中除所述第一通信网络对应的Wi-Fi热点信号之外的其它Wi-Fi热点信号的信号强度并求和,得到第二数值;
    判断所述第一数值与所述第二数值的大小关系;
    若所述第一数值大于或者等于所述第二数值,选取所述第一通信网络为所 述目标通信网络并注册到所述第一通信网络;
    若所述第一数值小于所述第二数值,选取所述第二通信网络为所述目标通信网络并注册到所述第二通信网络。
  10. 根据权利要求8~9任一所述的装置,还包括:第二判断单元、第二获取单元、第三判断单元和第三获取单元;其中:
    所述第二判断单元,设置为当注册到所述目标通信网络时,判断预设时间内能否通过所述目标通信网络获取通信服务;
    所述第二获取单元,设置为若所述预设时间内能够通过所述目标通信网络获取所述通信服务,获取所述第一列表中与所述目标通信网络对应的第二Wi-Fi热点信号;
    所述第三判断单元,设置为判断所述第二Wi-Fi热点信号中信号强度最强的Wi-Fi热点信号是否在所述第二列表中;
    所述第三获取单元,设置为若所述第二Wi-Fi热点信号中信号强度最强的Wi-Fi热点信号不在所述第二列表中,则获取所述第二Wi-Fi热点信号中信号强度最强的Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息并添加到所述预设热点数据库中。
  11. 根据权利要求8~9任一所述的装置,还包括:统计单元、第四判断单元和删除单元;其中:
    所述统计单元,设置为当注册到所述目标通信网络时,若所述预设时间内不能通过所述目标通信网络获取所述通信服务,统计所述预设时间内不能通过所述目标通信网络获取所述通信服务的次数;
    所述第四判断单元,设置为判断所述预设时间内不能通过所述目标通信网络获取所述通信服务的次数与第二预设阈值之间的关系;
    所述删除单元,设置为若所述预设时间内不能通过所述目标通信网络获取 所述通信服务的次数大于所述第二预设阈值,将所述第二列表中的所述目标通信网络对应的Wi-Fi热点信号的标识信息从所述预设热点数据库中删除。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,还包括:选取单元;其中:
    所述选取单元,设置为若所述第一通信网络的信号强度大于或者等于所述第一预设阈值,选取所述第一通信网络为所述目标通信网络并注册到所述目标通信网络;
    所述选取单元,还设置为若所述第一通信网络的信号强度小于所述第一预设阈值,且所述第二通信网络的信号强度大于或者等于所述第一预设阈值,选取所述第二通信网络为所述目标通信网络并注册到所述目标通信网络。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-6任一项的方法。
