Description

DB(National D/B for Environmental Information of Building Products)를 이용할 수 있으며, ISO 14040에서 제시한 ELCA의 LCI DB 선정 원칙에 따라 지역적 상관성(Regional correlation), 시간적 상관성(Temporal correlation), 기술적 상관성(Technical correlation)의 순서로 LCI DB를 선정할 수 있다.
여기서, EIC2i,j는 에너지원 (i)의 기능단위(FU)에 대한 환경영향 범주 (j)의 환경영향 원단위를 나타내며, PEi,k는 에너지원 (i)의 생산에 따른 기능단위당 영향물질 (k)의 배출량, IFj,k는 표 11에 기재된 바와 같은 환경영향 범주 (j)에 대한 영향물질 (k)의 영향지수, CEi,k는 에너지원 (i)의 연소에 따른 기능단위당 영향물질 (k)의 배출량을 나타낸다.
KOLID(KOrean Life cycle Impact assessment method based on a Damage oriented modeling)를 적용할 수 있다.
여기서 TI는 통합화를 통한 시스템 전체의 환경영향, Dk는 보호대상 k로 분류된 모든 목록항목들이 해당 보호대상에 미치는 영향크기, IFk는 보호대상 k의 통합화 계수, Loadi,j는 영향범주 i로 분류된 목록항목 j의 환경부하량, DFk,i,j는 영향범주 i로 분류된 목록항목 j가 보호대상 k에 미치는 피해계수, Ik는 보호대상 k의 환경영향을 나타낸다.

여기서, PCC와 PCE는 직접공사비와 연간 에너지소비량의 사적비용, Qm,i와 Uc,i는 주요 건축자재 (i)의 물량과 직접공사 단가, Qe,i와 Ue,i는 에너지원 (i)의 연간 소비량과 에너지원 (i)의 단가, Ri는 주요 건축자재 (i)의 수선율을 의미한다.
여기서, ECC와 ECE는 직접공사비와 연간 에너지소비량의 외부비용, Qm,i와 Qe,i는 주요 건축자재 (i)의 투입량과 에너지원 (i)의 연간 소비량, Im,i와 Ie,i는 주요 건축자재 (i)와 에너지원 (i)의 환경영향에 따른 보호대상별 피해규모 원단위, Fec는 KOLID의 경제가치 비용(표 118 참고), Ri는 주요 건축자재 (i)의 수선율을 의미한다.
UNEP(United Nations Environment Programme), WBCSD(World Business Council for Sustainable Development), GRI(Global Reporting Initiative), GSCP(Global Social Compliance Programme)와 국제표준인 ISO 26000(Guidance on social responsibility) 등에서 제시하고 있는 사회적 논제를 분석하고 주요 사회적 논제를 선정할 수 있다.

AM0091(Energy efficiency technologies and fuel switching in new and existing buildings)의 베이스라인 산정 기준에 따라 상위 20%에 해당하는 평가결과와 추가적으로 상위 10%와 30%에 해당되는 평가결과도 기준 건축물로 설정할 수 있다.
