Background of the Invention
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a composition for promoting sweating in a hot environment such as summer.
Background Art In recent years, due to global warming, heat island phenomenon, etc., heat stress on the body due to summer heat has been increasing. Due to exposure to the heat environment that affects the body, that is, heat environment, not only heat stroke during exercise (working heat stroke), but also during non-exercise without muscle exercise, such as extremely hot days and tropical nights The incidence of heat stroke (non-working (classical) heat stroke) is increasing. In particular, heat stroke that occurs during non-exercise is common in infants, children and the elderly, and is increasing year by year. As measures against heat stroke, in addition to devising the living environment and clothes, intake of diligent water and salt is recommended as a hydration during exercise, for example, a function that can replenish water and mineral components lost due to sweating during exercise As a typical beverage, a soft drink containing a specific sugar content and sodium has been reported (Patent Document 1).
Similar measures have been taken to prevent heat stroke when not exercising, but focusing on the decline in the amount of sweating due to the decline in thermoregulatory function due to aging and the immaturity of sweating function in infants and children, Body temperature regulation by promotion has attracted attention. Sweating means increased secretion of sweat glands and is one of the body temperature regulation phenomena that can lower body temperature by evaporation of sweat, that is, heat of vaporization. As a method for promoting such sweating, for example, there is a report of sweating promotion by ingesting a liquid agent containing non-polymer catechins and having an osmotic pressure lower than that of body fluid (Patent Document 2). However, since such non-polymerized catechins have a strong bitter taste and contain a large amount of water, they cannot be easily ingested continuously every day, and they contain a large amount of caffeine and have an excitable action. It was not suitable for infants.
As described above, there is no report on a composition for promoting sweating that can promote sweating even in non-exercise in a hot environment and that can be eaten easily.
Regarding non-exercise heat environment and meals, effects on heat acclimatization when taking dietary interventions that adjust the ingredients of the meal and enhance protein and vitamin B in the whole meal without giving exercise load (Non-patent Document 1). However, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4-2 of Non-Patent Document 1, objective evaluation items such as the depth body temperature increase rate and Δ sweating results indicate that the intervention diet group and the control diet group There was no difference between them, and adaptability of the body in a hot environment was not confirmed. Moreover, what kind of protein is not prescribed | regulated as the protein of this literature. Thus, no composition for promoting sweating that can effectively promote sweating even in a hot environment even during non-exercises has been reported.

Detailed description of the invention
The composition for promoting sweating of the present invention comprises milk protein as an active ingredient.
“An active ingredient” means an ingredient required for exerting an effect of promoting sweating of an intake subject in a hot environment.
“Heat environment” refers to a hot environment that affects the body, such as summer heat. For example, a high temperature and high humidity environment such as indoors where the temperature is around 38 ° C. and the humidity is around 60.0%, and the heat index ((WBGT (wet bulb black temperature) Wet Globe Temperature)) is 25 in daily life. An environment that is at least 21 degrees in an exercise environment. Heat stroke is a general term for organ damage caused by deficiencies in the body's water and electrolytes (such as sodium and potassium) and hyperthermia itself, which occurs in a hot environment. Heat stroke is divided into exertional heat stroke and non-working heat stroke. being classified. Work-related heat stroke is caused by continued exercise in hot environments such as work and sports, leading to increased body temperature and dehydration, causing organ damage due to high temperatures. Men are particularly susceptible. Non-working heat stroke, also known as classic heat stroke, is a heat stroke in daily life, such as onset in a midsummer car with long baths, saunas, and air conditioners, or on extremely hot and tropical nights every day. It is a symptom that gradually worsens over several days, and is likely to affect older people, infants, and infants mainly indoors. According to a preferred aspect of the present invention, the hot environment is a non-exercise hot environment.
The subject ingesting the composition for promoting sweating of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it has a sweat gland that requires body temperature adjustment by promoting sweating in a hot environment. The target includes not only humans but also animals other than humans (for example, domestic animals such as horses and cows, pets such as dogs and cats, appreciation animals kept in zoos, etc.).
¡When ingested, the composition for promoting sweating of the present invention can promote sweating even when not exercising. Here, “when not exercising” refers to a state where there is no sudden increase in body temperature due to energy conversion of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins due to exercise, and daily life such as long baths, saunas, and air conditioners are exhausted. Includes exposure to midsummer cars, hot days, and tropical nights.
The sweating promoting effect (action, function) means that the composition for promoting sweating of the present invention promotes sweating even in a hot environment even when not exercising. Here, the sweating promoting effect can be confirmed by measuring the amount of sweating as shown in Example 1 to be described later. Specifically, in the adaptability test in a hot environment where no exercise load is applied, the start of sauna load is started. After 20 minutes, it can be determined that the sweating average increase when ingested is higher than that when the composition for promoting perspiration of the present invention is not ingested.
