下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明一种光纤照明台灯作进一步的说明。

本发明一种光纤照明台灯,包括光电箱(6)和发光部,所述光电箱和发光部通过照明光纤(5)连接;所述发光部包括灯座组件(1)、支撑组件(2)和灯头组件(3),所述灯座组件(1)与支撑组件(2)连接,所述支撑组件(2)设置有照明光纤进口(203)和照明光纤出口(204),所述支撑组件(2)与灯头组件(3)连接,所述灯头组件设置有照明光纤进口(306)和出光孔(3013);所述光电箱(6)内设置有光源部,所述光源部设置有电源接口,所述光源部的出光端与照明光纤(5)连接;
本发明在实际使用中,通过设置在光电箱(6)内的光源部,光源部的电源接口由导线与变压器和电源插头连接,光源部将电能转换为光能,光源部的出光端与照明光纤(5)连接,同时照明光纤与发光部连接;发光部包括灯座组件(1)、支撑组件(2)和灯头组件(3),灯座组件(1)与支撑组件(2)连接,支撑组件(2)设置有照明光纤进口(203)和照明光纤出口(204),支撑组件(2)与灯头组件(3)连接,灯头组件设置有照明光纤进口(306)和出光孔(3013); 光能经光源部的出光端由照明光纤(5)传递到出光孔(3013),完成照明需求,这种台灯结构由于光源部远离发光部,使发光部不带电,不发热,无噪声和电磁辐射,解决了现有台灯还面临着触电危险和电磁辐射的问题。
进一步的,所述灯座组件包括底板(103)、底座盖板(104)和底座连接件(101),所述底座盖板(104)为壳体结构,内部交叉设置有两条或两条以上的加强筋(1041),所述加强筋(1041)上设置有连接孔(1043),所述底板(103)通过连接孔(1043)与底座盖板(104)连接;所述底座盖板(104)侧面设置有开口(1042),所述底座连接件(101)一端设置有与底座盖板开口相匹配的连接体,且卡合在底座盖板开口(1042)内,底座连接件另一端设置有与台灯支撑架连接的连接孔(1042);
底板(103)通过连接孔(1043)与底座盖板(104)连接构成灯座组件的的主体,底座连接件(101)设置有与底座盖板开口相匹配的连接体的一端卡合在底座盖板开口(1042)内,另一端设置有与台灯支撑架连接的连接孔(1012),用于支撑整个台灯,完成台灯底座的功能,整个灯座组件不设置电源接口,照明光纤也不经过灯座组件,在台灯使用中,灯座组件也不存在漏电等隐患。
进一步的,所述支撑组件包括连接杆(202)和转轴连接件(201),所述连接杆(202)为一中空的管状体,所述连接杆(202)两端均设置有转轴连接件(201);所述转轴连接件(201)包括一水平部(2012)和与水平部倾斜的倾斜部(2015),所述水平部设置有通孔(2011),并且在端部设置有与连接杆内孔相匹配的连接体(2013);所述倾斜部设置有与台灯灯头或灯座连接的连接部(2016);
通过设置连接杆与转轴连接件连接组成台灯支撑组件,光纤从底部的转轴连接杆水平部通孔()进入,经过连接杆通孔,再由顶部的转轴连接杆水平部通孔穿出,连接到灯头中,转轴连接件与连接杆可以调整相对位置来适应不同高度的台灯,将转轴连接件设置为一水平部和与水平部倾斜的倾斜部,这样扩大了支架的调整范围,同时转轴连接件设置有与台灯灯头或灯座的连接部,可以让整个支撑组件相对台灯灯头或灯座进行调整来适应不同位置或不同角度的照明。
进一步的,所述灯头组件包括灯头外套(301)和灯头盖板(302),所述灯头外套(301)为带有孔的环形结构,灯头外套包括外套底部,以及从底部向上延伸的内壁(3011)和外壁(3012),所述内壁(3011)、外壁(3012)和外套底部形成了光纤放置槽,所述光纤放置槽内的外套底部设置有一个或一个以上的出光孔(3013),所述外壁设置有开口(照明光纤进口),所述开口向灯头外套(301)外侧延伸设置有连接部(3015),所述灯头盖板(302)的外形与灯 头外套(301)相匹配;
通过灯头外套的外壁开口向外设置的连接部(3015)与台灯的支架连接,照明光纤通过外壁开口(照明光纤进口)进入灯头组件内,并且沿着光纤放置槽铺设,每一根光纤对应一个出光孔(3013),根据照度的要求来合理开设多个出光孔满足照明要求,灯头盖板(302)的外形与灯头外套(301)相匹配,完成照明功能的同时光照强度可调。
进一步的,为了便于连接杆(202)和转轴连接件(201)的装配和调整,所述连接杆内孔(2022)设置有凸起(2021),所述转轴连接件的连接体设置有与凸起相匹配的凹槽(2014),转轴连接件可以根据凹槽与凸起配合,沿着凸起调整到合适的位置。
进一步的,为了提高台灯使用的安全性,所述底板下面设置有防滑垫或防滑凸台,在本实施例中,底板(103)下面设置有防滑垫(102);在另一实施例中,底板下面设置有防滑凸台。
进一步的,为了提高灯座的美观,所述底座盖板(104)上面设置有装饰盖(106)。
进一步的,提了提高灯座的实用性,在使用中不易倾斜或不易偏倒,所述底板为配重板,即底板材质的密度大于灯座组件其它零部件材料的密度,在本实施例中,底板采用Q235钢板,灯座组件其它部件采用ABS塑料板。
进一步的,为了便于控制台灯的色温和亮度,所述底座连接件的连接体内部设置有通孔,所述底座盖板还设置有光开关组件,所述光开关组件嵌入在底座盖板中;控制光纤通过底座连接件的连接体内部的通孔与光开关组件末端连接,由光开关组件控制光纤的通与断,将信号反馈到台灯控制装置中,再由台灯控制装置控制台灯的色温和亮度,为了便于控制光纤的布置;同时底座盖板内设置有光纤定位卡口,便于控制光纤与光开关组件的连接和拆卸。
进一步的,为了提高灯头组件强度,所述内壁(3011)和外壁(3012)沿光纤放置槽内设置有加强筋。
进一步的,为了便于灯头外套与灯头盖板的连接,所述光纤放置槽内设置有连接支柱,所述连接支柱内设置有螺纹孔;所述灯头盖板设置有通孔,通过螺钉穿过灯头盖板与连接支柱内的螺纹孔连接,对灯头盖板和灯头外套进行紧固。
进一步的,为了提高光照健康,所述灯头组件光纤放置槽内设置有透光板(303),透光板能够滤掉光源中的蓝光。
进一步的,为了便于光纤安装,所述透光板上设置有光纤安装套(304),每根光纤固定在光纤安装套上,所述光纤安装套(304)的外形与光纤放置槽相匹配。
进一步的,为了提高照明度,扩大照明范围,所述灯头外套的内壁(3011)向内侧延伸设置有第二照明部(305),所述第二照明部包括第二透光板(3051)和第二光纤安装套(3052)。
进一步的,为了便于灯座组件、支撑组件和灯头组件的的连接,所述灯座组件与支撑组件采用转轴连接,所述支撑组件和灯头组件采用转轴连接。
进一步的,为了实现不同的环境使用,所述底座盖板呈多边形体或圆弧形体或多边形与圆弧的组合体,在本实施例中,底座盖板呈六边形。
进一步的,为了便于连接杆(202)的加工制造,所述连接杆(202)为一体式或多段连接式,在本实施例中,采用一体式连接杆,在另一实施例中,采用三段式,所述三段通过螺纹连接,还可以通过焊接或铰接。
进一步的,为了便于灯头外套的制造,所述灯头外套(301)呈倒锥形。
进一步的,为了便于整个灯头组件的制造和装配,所述第二照明部(305)与灯头外套(301)为一体式或分体式,在本实施例中,第二照明部与灯头外套采用一体式;在另一实施例中,第二照明部与灯头外套采用分体式,两者通过卡扣连接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种光纤照明台灯,其特征在于:包括光电箱和发光部,所述光电箱和发光部通过照明光纤连接;所述发光部包括灯座组件、支撑组件和灯头组件,所述灯座组件与支撑组件连接,所述支撑组件设置有照明光纤进口和照明光纤出口,所述支撑组件与灯头组件连接,所述灯头组件设置有照明光纤进口和出光孔;所述光电箱内设置有光源部,所述光源部设置有电源接口,所述光源部的出光端与照明光纤连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种光纤照明台灯,其特征在于:所述灯座组件包括底板、底座盖板和底座连接件,所述底座盖板为壳体结构,内部交叉设置有两条或两条以上的加强筋,所述加强筋上设置有连接孔,所述底板通过连接孔与底座盖板连接;所述底座盖板侧面设置有开口,所述底座连接件一端设置有与底座盖板开口相匹配的连接体,且卡合在底座盖板开口内,底座连接件另一端设置有与台灯支撑架连接的连接孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种光纤照明台灯,其特征在于:所述支撑组件包括连接杆和转轴连接件,所述连接杆为一中空的管状体,所述连接杆两端均设置有转轴连接件;所述转轴连接件包括一水平部和与水平部倾斜的倾斜部,所述水平部设置有通孔,并且在端部设置有与连接杆内孔相匹配的连接体;所述倾斜部设置有与台灯灯头组件或灯座组件连接的连接部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种光纤照明台灯,其特征在于:所述灯头组件包括灯头外套和灯头盖板,所述灯头外套为带有孔的环形结构,灯头外套包括外套底部,以及从底部向上延伸的内壁和外壁,所述内壁、外壁和外套底部形成光纤放置槽,所述光纤放置槽内的外套底部设置有一个或一个以上的出光孔,所述外壁设置有开口,所述开口向灯头外套外侧延伸设置有连接部,所述灯头盖板的外形与灯头外套相匹配。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种光纤照明台灯,其特征在于:所述连接杆内孔设置有凸起,所述转轴连接件的连接体设置有与凸起相匹配的凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种光纤照明台灯,其特征在于:所述底板下面设置有防滑垫或防滑凸台;所述底座盖板上面设置有装饰盖。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种光纤照明台灯,其特征在于:所述底板为配重板,即底板材质的密度大于灯座组件其它零部件材料的密度。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种光纤照明台灯,其特征在于:所述底座连接件的连接体内部设置有通孔,所述底座盖板还设置有光开关组件,所述光开关组件嵌入在底座盖板中。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的一种光纤照明台灯,其特征在于:所述光纤放置槽内设置有透光板;所述透光板上设置有光纤安装套,所述光纤安装套的外形与光纤放置槽相匹配。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的一种光纤照明台灯,其特征在于:所述灯头外套的内壁向内侧延伸设置有第二照明部,所述第二照明部包括第二透光板和第二光纤安装套。
