现有洗衣机中有一种具有两个独立洗涤滚筒的滚筒洗衣机,该产品在一定程度上解决了衣物分类洗涤的要求,但是针对于波轮洗衣机,尚不能很好的解决上述问题。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。

本实施例的最外部內桶的衣物投放口上安装平衡环,位于最外部內桶内的内部內桶的上端安装在平衡环上。这样,各个內桶均连接至同一平衡环,确保任意一內桶在洗衣时都能保持平衡稳定的运行,简化了整体结构,降低了生产成本。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述内部內桶的衣物投放口外翻形成安装部,所述安装部固定安装在平衡环上。
为了便于用户进行內桶拆装,本实施例的内部內桶可通过卡接、插接、螺栓连接等连接方式固定安装在平衡环上。
本实施例的洗衣机还包括用于盛水的外桶,各所述洗衣装置的內桶均设置在外桶内,且与外桶同轴设置。
本实施例的洗衣机还包括壳体,所述的外桶设置在壳体内。
本实施例洗衣机的多套洗衣装置为两套以上,具体地,可以为两套、三套或者四套等。
实施例二
如图一所示,本实施例的一种洗衣机,包括可分别进行衣物洗涤的多套洗衣装置, 所述洗衣装置包括第一洗衣装置和第二洗衣装置,第一洗衣装置包括第一內桶3和设置在第一內桶3内的第一波轮5,第二洗衣装置包括第二內桶10和设置在第二內桶10内的第二波轮9,所述的第二內桶10设置在第一內桶3内;所述第一洗衣装置可单独进行衣物洗涤,也可与第二洗衣装置共同进行衣物洗涤。
本实施例的洗衣机包括两套洗衣装置,每套洗衣装置可分别进行衣物洗涤,使用户可根据衣物种类和数量选择相应的洗衣装置,以实现衣物的分类洗涤,极大的提升了用户体验。
本实施例第二內桶10设置在第一內桶3内,第二內桶10的容积小于第一內桶3的容积,便于用户根据衣物类型选择相对应容积的內桶,实现衣物分类,提升洗涤效果。例如,当用户洗内衣等小衣物时可以选择第二內桶10,可第二內桶10的表面设计的更为光滑,第二波轮9表面为平滑结构,减小洗衣磨损。当洗外套等大件衣物时可选择第一內桶3,第一內桶3的内壁上增设搅拌筋,增大第一波轮5的凸起,以增强水流搅拌效果,更适宜大件衣物的洗涤。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,本实施例所述的第一內桶3的桶壁上设置脱水孔,第二內桶10的桶壁上可以设置脱水孔,这样可以提升第二內桶10的脱水效果。本实施例的第二內桶10也可以为无孔內桶,这样,第一內桶3用于洗涤较多的衣物,第二內桶10可进行较少衣物的洗涤,这样可起到节省水、节省洗涤剂以及节能的效果。本实施例的第二內桶10还可以设计为桶壁上部开设脱水孔,脱水孔高于第二內桶10的最大水位设置,这样,第二內桶10进水即可进行洗衣,且进水不会进入到第一內桶3内,实现节水、节省洗涤剂以及节能的效果,脱水时在高速的离心力作用下可由上部的脱水孔排出,确保第二內桶10实现脱水。
本实施例的第二內桶10上设置排水孔,排水孔直接将水排放至第一內桶3内,然后由第一內桶3排出。
本实施例所述第一波轮5与第二波轮9均连接同一驱动装置6,由同一驱动装置6驱动转动。
本实施例的驱动装置包括可转动的波轮轴8,各个所述洗衣装置的波轮同轴设置:所述第一波轮5与第二波轮9同轴设置,所述第一波轮5与第二波轮9连接至同一波轮轴8,或者所述第一波轮5连接波轮轴8,第一波轮5通过传动轴4连接至第二波轮9。
本实施例的驱动装置包括可转动的內桶轴7,內桶轴7与第一內桶3连接。
本实施例的第一內桶3与所述的第二內桶10同轴设置。
本实施例的第二內桶10可拆卸的安装在第一內桶3内。
本实施例的第一波轮5与第二波轮9连接至同一波轮轴8,所述的第二波轮9与波轮轴8之间可拆卸连接;
或者所述第一波轮5通过传动轴4连接至第二波轮9,所述的传动轴4与第二波轮9可拆卸连接,传动轴4与第一波轮5固定连接或者可拆卸连接。
为了便于用户进行內桶拆装,本实施例所述的可拆卸连接可为卡接、插接、螺栓连接等连接方式。
本实施例所述第一內桶3的衣物投放口上安装平衡环11,所述第二內桶10的上端固定安装在平衡环11上。
具体地,本实施例所述第二內桶10的衣物投放口外翻形成安装部,所述安装部固定安装在平衡环11上。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括可分别进行衣物洗涤的多套洗衣装置,洗衣装置包括內桶和设置在內桶内的波轮,各所述洗衣装置的內桶依次套设。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣装置包括第一洗衣装置和第二洗衣装置,第一洗衣装置包括第一內桶和设置在第一內桶内的第一波轮,第二洗衣装置包括第二內桶和设置在第二內桶内的第二波轮,所述的第二內桶设置在第一內桶内;所述第一洗衣装置可单独进行衣物洗涤,也可与第二洗衣装置共同进行衣物洗涤。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,各个所述洗衣装置的波轮由同一驱动装置驱动转动;
    优选地,所述第一波轮与第二波轮由同一驱动装置驱动转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的驱动装置包括可转动的波轮轴,各个所述洗衣装置的波轮同轴设置:
    各个所述洗衣装置的波轮连接至同一波轮轴,或者其中一套洗衣装置的波轮与波轮轴连接,各个所述洗衣装置的波轮之间通过传动轴传动连接;
    优选地,所述第一波轮与第二波轮同轴设置,所述第一波轮与第二波轮连接至同一驱动轴,或者所述第一波轮连接波轮轴,第一波轮通过传动轴连接至第二波轮。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的驱动装置包括可转动的內桶轴,內桶轴与最外部的內桶连接;
    优选地,所述的第一內桶与內桶轴连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,各个所述洗衣装置的內桶同轴设置;
    优选地,所述的第一內桶与所述的第二內桶同轴设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,各个所述洗衣装置的內桶之间为可拆卸连接;
    优选地,所述的第二內桶可拆卸的安装在第一內桶内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第一波轮与第二波轮连接至同一波轮轴,所述的第二波轮与波轮轴之间可拆卸连接;
    或者所述第一波轮通过传动轴连接至第二波轮,所述的传动轴与第二波轮可拆卸连接,传动轴与第一波轮固定连接或者可拆卸连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,最外部內桶的衣物投放口上安装平衡环,位于最外部內桶内的内部內桶的上端安装在平衡环上;
    优选地,所述第一內桶的衣物投放口上安装平衡环,所述第二內桶的上端固定安装在平衡环上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述内部內桶的衣物投放口外翻形成安装部,所述安装部固定安装在平衡环上;
    优选地,所述第二內桶的衣物投放口外翻形成安装部,所述安装部固定安装在平衡环上。
