Description

一种垃圾桶 技术领域
本实用新型涉及垃圾收纳装置,更具体地说,涉及一种新型垃圾桶。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,产生的生活垃圾也会越来越多。为了避免垃圾对生活环境、社会环境的影响,垃圾桶的使用变得非常的必要。
现有的垃圾桶通常包括桶体、桶盖等。其中,桶体具有开口,以便于垃圾放入;而桶盖覆盖在开口处,以便于封闭桶体开口,避免桶内垃圾对环境的污染。通常,垃圾桶的桶盖的一侧通过转轴等结构,可转动开合地安装在桶体的开口处。
然而,为了保证能够封闭开口,通常桶盖与桶体之间的配合较为紧密,这样就造成了桶盖开启必须借助其他结构,例如,在桶盖的外侧加装把手,利用提拉把手打开桶盖。通过加装把手的方法虽然解决了打开不便的问题,但是,由于把手外凸,很容易折断;而且,增加了垃圾桶的整体尺寸,给包装运输带来了极大的不便,也增加了包装运输成本。
技术问题
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种方便开合桶盖的垃圾桶。
技术解决方案
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种垃圾桶,包括具有开口的桶体、以及可转动开合覆盖所述开口的桶盖,所述桶体与所述桶盖之间设置有让位空间,形成提手空间。
优选的,所述桶盖的一侧通过转轴可转动安装在所述桶体的开口处;
所述桶体与所述转轴相对的一侧的边缘向所述开口方向向内倾斜,与所述桶盖的相对边缘配合形成所述让位空间。
优选的,所述桶盖大致为长方形,其两侧边缘为向所述桶体方向弯曲的弧形。
优选的,所述桶盖的内侧设置有与所述桶体端面配合的密封环。
优选的,所述桶盖与所述让位空间相对的一侧设置有U型转动连接件;所述转动连接件的一端与所述桶盖的内侧固定连接,另一侧设置与所述桶体转动连接的所述转轴或者与所述转轴配合的轴孔。
优选的,所述垃圾桶还包括脚踏开盖结构;在所述桶盖与所述让位空间相对的一侧设置有开盖连接件;
所述脚踏开盖结构包括设置在所述桶体下部可转动的脚踏、以及连接在所述脚踏和所述开盖连接件之间的连杆;
所述开盖连接件开设有供所述连杆的一端插入的弧形开槽。
优选的,所述桶体与所述桶盖之间还设有气压弹簧。
优选的,所述桶体包括外桶、以及可插拔设置在所述外桶内的内桶13。
优选的,所述外桶包括外桶体以及卡扣设置在所述外桶体上部的桶盖连接件,所述让位空间设置在所述桶盖连接件与所述桶盖之间。
优选的,所述桶盖连接件的一端还设有提手。
有益效果
实施本实用新型具有以下有益效果:通过在桶体与桶盖之间增加让位空间,形成提手空间,从而在使用者使用时,只需要将手插入提手空间,即可掀开桶盖,由于提手空间隐蔽性好、无需增加垃圾桶整体尺寸,因而本实用新型的垃圾桶具有结构轻巧、方便实用的优点。

本发明的最佳实施方式
如图1-5所示,是本实用新型的垃圾桶的一个实施例,该垃圾桶包括桶体、桶盖11等,可用于家庭、室外或其他需要的场合。
在本实施例中,该垃圾桶的桶体大致呈长方体,包括外桶12、以及可插拔设置在外桶12内的内桶13。可以理解的,桶体的形状也可以根据需要设计成圆柱形、方形或其他形状;也可以省略内桶13,或者将内桶13和外桶12做成一体式结构等。
进一步的,在外桶12包括外桶体121、以及桶盖连接件122。该桶盖连接件122卡扣设置在外桶体121上部的,以供桶盖11转动安装于其上。如图所示,桶盖连接件122上设置有倒钩,对应的,在外桶12的内壁设置有扣孔,通过倒钩和扣孔的配合,将桶盖连接件122卡扣安装在外桶12上。当然,桶盖连接件122与外桶12的配合还可以用其他方式,例如螺纹连接、使用螺钉、螺栓等方式连接、胶粘连接等等,甚至桶盖连接件122与外桶12也可以一体成型。
在桶盖连接件122上部设置有开口,从而内桶13可以通过开口插入设置在外桶12中。进一步的,在桶盖连接件122与内桶13之间还可以设置导向结构,例如,在内桶13外壁设置有导槽,对应的在桶盖连接件122上设置有凸块,利用导槽与凸块的配合,便于内桶13的插入导向定位。
进一步的,在桶盖连接件122的一端还设有提手123,从而方便整个垃圾桶的提拉移动。
进一步的,在桶盖连接件122的一侧设置有轴孔,以便于与桶盖11的转轴配合,将桶盖11可转动的安装在桶盖连接件122上。该桶盖11的一侧通过转轴可转动安装在桶体的开口处,从而可以开合桶体。
在本实施例中,如图4、5所示,该桶盖11大致为长方形,与桶体的开口形状相匹配。当然,桶盖11的形状也可以根据需要设计成圆形、方形、椭圆形、不规则形状等等。
在桶盖11的其两侧边缘为向桶体方向弯曲的弧形,并且在桶盖11的内侧设置有与桶体端面配合的密封环14,从而可以更好的封闭桶体开口。进一步的,通过密封环14的设置,可以有效的加强桶盖11的强度。
在本实施例中,为了便于桶盖11的开合定位,在桶盖11与让位空间16相对的一侧设置有U型转动连接件15,利用U型转动连接件15的转轴轴心的变换,可以有效的防止桶盖11在打开后自动盖合,进一步的方便了使用者投放垃圾。
该转动连接件15的一端与桶盖11的内侧固定连接,另一侧设置与桶体转动连接的转轴,该转轴可插入到桶盖连接件122的轴孔中,从而桶盖11可以转动的安装到桶体上。可以理解的,在转动连接件15上也可以设置为轴孔,可以利用转轴同时插入转动连接件15和桶盖连接件122的轴孔中,实现转动连接。
如图所示,该转动连接件15为两个并排设置,当然,也可以根据需要设计为一个或多个。
为了便于桶盖11的开合,桶体与桶盖11之间设置有让位空间16,形成提手空间,使用者可以通过将手插入到提手空间,即可拉起桶盖11,打开开口,进行垃圾的投放或倒出。
在本实施例中,桶体与转轴相对的一侧的边缘向开口方向向内倾斜设置,与桶盖11的相对边缘配合形成让位空间16。如图所示,该倾斜的边缘设置在桶盖连接件122上;当然,当桶盖连接件122与桶体一体成型时,也可以直接设置在桶体上。
进一步的,倾斜边缘也可以根据需要设置在两侧或者同时设置在整个开口的周缘,以便于从各个方向操作打开桶盖11。
为了进一步的便于桶盖11的开合,在在桶体的下部还可以设置有脚踏开盖结构;对应的,在桶盖11与让位空间16相对的一侧设置有开盖连接件17。
该脚踏开盖结构包括设置在桶体下部可转动的脚踏18、以及连接在脚踏18和开盖连接件17之间的连杆19。在开盖连接件17开设有供连杆19的一端插入的弧形开槽171。
该脚踏18的一端伸出桶体,另一端与连杆19的一端可转动固定连接,中部位置可转动的安装在桶体上;而连杆19的另一端插入到开盖连接件17的弧形开槽171中。当使用者踩下脚踏18的一端时,脚踏18转动,另一端翘起,进而带动连杆19向上移动,推动桶盖11具有向上移动的趋势,由于有转轴的约束,使得桶盖11绕转轴转动,从而转动打开桶体的开口。
进一步的,为了使得桶盖11下落更加的平稳,在桶体与桶盖11之间还设有气压弹簧20。该气压弹簧20伸缩杆与桶盖11固定连接,在桶盖11打开时,拉出伸缩杆,由于伸缩杆具有往回收缩的趋势,当桶盖11的外力消除后,伸缩杆带动桶盖11往回转动,从而使得桶盖11重新盖合开口。当然,也可以省略气压弹簧20,使用人工、桶盖11的自身重力或其他结构带动桶盖11复位。
可以理解的,以上实施例仅表达了本实用新型的优选实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制;应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,可以对上述技术特点进行自由组合,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围;因此,凡跟本实用新型权利要求范围所做的等同变换与修饰,均应属于本实用新型权利要求的涵盖范围。

  1. 一种垃圾桶,包括具有开口的桶体、以及可转动开合覆盖所述开口的桶盖,其特征在于,所述桶体与所述桶盖之间设置有让位空间,形成提手空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述桶盖的一侧通过转轴可转动安装在所述桶体的开口处;
    所述桶体与所述转轴相对的一侧的边缘向所述开口方向向内倾斜,与所述桶盖的相对边缘配合形成所述让位空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述桶盖大致为长方形,其两侧边缘为向所述桶体方向弯曲的弧形。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述桶盖的内侧设置有与所述桶体端面配合的密封环。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述桶盖与所述让位空间相对的一侧设置有U型转动连接件;所述转动连接件的一端与所述桶盖的内侧固定连接,另一侧设置与所述桶体转动连接的所述转轴或者与所述转轴配合的轴孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述垃圾桶还包括脚踏开盖结构;在所述桶盖与所述让位空间相对的一侧设置有开盖连接件;
    所述脚踏开盖结构包括设置在所述桶体下部可转动的脚踏、以及连接在所述脚踏和所述开盖连接件之间的连杆;
    所述开盖连接件开设有供所述连杆的一端插入的弧形开槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述桶体与所述桶盖之间还设有气压弹簧。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述桶体包括外桶、以及可插拔设置在所述外桶内的内桶13。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述外桶包括外桶体以及卡扣设置在所述外桶体上部的桶盖连接件,所述让位空间设置在所述桶盖连接件与所述桶盖之间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述桶盖连接件的一端还设有提手。
