背景技术
树穴盖板又称树篦子、护树板等,它是安装在树坑上的一层保护板,既能抑沉固土,对城市环境起到美化作用;又能保护树木,主要用于市政、园林的绿化建设。现有的树穴盖板种类众多,形式多样,但是大多数变化均为盖板图案的变化。在盖板的使用过程中,常常会被行人和车辆压坏或者形变,导致盖板无法改严实或者容易破坏树木的根部。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的:本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种通过对边侧和内部加强筋分别作加强处理,从而增加了盖板的整体强度;且通过在底部安装插入装置的改进型树穴盖板。
技术方案:本实用新型所述的一种改进型树穴盖板,包括框架本体,所述框架本体包括边侧框架和连接加强筋,若干所述的连接加强筋相互交叉形成加强结构,所述边侧框架上设有销孔,所述边侧框架和连接加强筋的底部还设有插入固定结构。
进一步的,所述边侧框架的宽度为20-50mm,厚度为2-5mm。
进一步的,所述连接加强筋的宽度为20-30mm,厚度为2-4mm,相邻两个连接加强筋之间的间距为30-100mm。
进一步的,所述连接加强筋相互垂直或非垂直交叉形成加强结构。
进一步的,该树穴盖板的整体长度为30-100cm,盖板的整体形状为正方形、长方形、梯形、圆形、菱形或三角形中的一种。
进一步的,所述销孔采用梯形、三角形或圆形结构,相邻两个销孔之间的距离是30-200mm。

如图1和图2所示的一种改进型树穴盖板,包括框架本体,所述框架本体包括边侧框架1和连接加强筋2,若干所述的连接加强筋2相互交叉形成加强结构,所述边侧框架1上设有销孔3,所述边侧框架1和连接加强筋2的底部还设有插入固定结构4。
为了保证盖板的整体强度和使用寿命,上述技术方案作进一步优化:
所述边侧框架1的宽度为20-50mm,厚度为2-5mm。所述连接加强筋2的宽度为20-30mm,厚度为2-4mm,相邻两个连接加强筋2之间的间距为30-100mm。所述连接加强筋2相互垂直或非垂直交叉形成加强结构。该树穴盖板的整体长度为30-100cm,盖板的整体形状为正方形、长方形、梯形、圆形、菱形或三角形中的一种。所述销孔3采用梯形、三角形或圆形结构,相邻两个销孔3之间的距离是30-200mm。所述插入固定结构4采用倒三角形、长方形、倒梯形中的一种,高度为5-15cm。
