本申请涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子名片的传输方法、装置及系统、电子名片设备。
背景技术
电子名片是一种包含图文信息的数字化格式的文件,用以代替传统的纸质名片,对企业或个人等用户的姓名、所属组织、公司单位和联系方式等与身份信息相关的内容进行宣传。电子名片的传输主要应用于展会、讲座等场合,协助人们更好的了解可能会关注的企业或个人。
然而,针对电子名片而言,如何在电子设备之间进行有效传输,是亟需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种电子名片的传输方法、装置及系统、电子名片设备,用以解决现有技术中存在如何实现电子名片在电子设备之间进行有效传输的问题。
本申请实施例采用下述技术方案:
一种电子名片传输方法,包括:
确定名片标识;
将所述名片标识发送给电子名片接收装置,以使得所述电子名片接收装置 根据所述名片标识从云端获取所述名片标识对应的电子名片。
一种电子名片传输方法,包括:
接收电子名片发送装置发送的名片标识;
根据所述名片标识从云端获取所述名片标识对应的电子名片。
一种电子名片传输方法,包括:
接收电子名片接收装置发送的名片标识;
根据所述名片标识查找所述名片标识对应的电子名片;

本申请实施例采用的上述至少一个技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
采用发送名片标识的方式,以使得接收方利用名片标识从云端获取相应电子名片,避免电子名片在用户直接使用的终端设备之间进行直接传输,减小了无线通信链路的承载负担,降低出现传输出错等问题的概率,从而,提升了电 子名片传输的有效性。此外,通过将电子名片的传输由接收方与发送方之间的无线通信链路转移至接收方与云端之间的移动网络链路或WIFI无线网络链路,提升了传输稳定性,且降低了传输时耗,从整体上提升了用户体验。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请具体实施例及相应的附图对本申请技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施 例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本申请各实施例提供的技术方案。
实施例一
如图1所示,为本申请实施例一提供的一种电子名片传输方法的步骤示意图,而需要说明的是,该传输方法的执行主体可以为任意具有无线功能的电子设备,例如:手机、Pad、计算机等,该电子设备主要作为发送装置使用;其中,该传输方法主要包括以下步骤:
步骤11:确定名片标识。
可选地,在本步骤中,可根据展示的电子名片确定名片标识。在实际的应用场景中,该传输方法的执行主体中存储有至少一个电子名片,可以是所属用户的一个或多个电子名片,也可以是所属该用户的朋友、同学或商务伙伴的电子名片;每一电子名片都对应有唯一表示该电子名片的名片标识,其中,所涉及的电子名片可根据用户的需求,对已有的纸质名片进行拍摄得到,或是,通过选择模板并添加身份信息的方式生成;名片标识可以是名称或数字、字符序列号等,例如:名片X或01。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,在确定名片标识之前,可以将生成的电子名片上传至云端,以指示云端根据电子名片生成相应的名片标识,然后,接收云端返回的电子名片对应的名片标识。
具体地,在本步骤11中,可以通过以下方式确定名片标识,在此需要说明的是,以下所涉及的标签可以理解为用户的各种身份、职务,或是,用户的朋友、商务伙伴的身份、职务;其构成方式较为灵活,当用户仅可以针对自己的电子名片进行分发传输时,该标签可以为:职务,例如:技术工程师,研发经理,产品经理等,且这些职务均属于用户本人;当用户可以对自己或者所存储的朋友或商务伙伴的电子名片进行分发传输时,该标签可以为:姓名+职务, 例如:张三+技术工程师,李四+产品经理,李四+技术工程师等。
方式一:根据输入的标签或标签缩写展示对应的电子名片,确定电子名片对应的名片标识。
参照图2(a)所示,为本申请方式一所涉及的在电子设备的界面确定名片标识的示意图;参照左图,在界面的输入框中输入相应的标签或者标签缩写,即可展示与输入的标签或标签缩写对应的电子名片,参照中图,当用户期望分发自己作为技术工程师这一职务的电子名片时,在界面输入框中输入“技术工程师”,则当前界面中会以缩略图或是详细信息的展示方式展示包含技术工程师的所有电子名片;参照右图,根据用户的浏览,从中选择自己的与技术工程师这一身份对应的电子名片,之后,展示选中的电子名片,进而确定与该电子名片相对应的名片标识。
方式二:根据从标签列表中选择的至少一个标签展示对应的电子名片,确定电子名片对应的名片标识。
参照图2(b)所示,为本申请方式二所涉及的在电子设备的界面确定名片标识的示意图;当用户期望分发电子名片时,界面会将该电子设备中所包含的所有电子名片的标签以标签列表的形式展示,例如,按照每个标签中每位字符的首字母进行排序,或者,按照存储时的先后顺序进行排序等;若用户期望分发自己作为“产品经理”这一职务的电子名片时,从标签列表中选择对应的标签,之后,在当前界面中会展示所选择的标签对应的电子名片,进而确定与该电子名片相对应的名片标识。
需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,由于名片标识唯一标识电子名片,那么,名片标识与电子名片之间具有相对应的关系,在选定一个电子名片之后,该电子名片对应的名片标识也相应确定,即可确定与该电子名片相对应的名片标识。
步骤12:将名片标识发送给电子名片接收装置,以使得电子名片接收装置根据名片标识从云端获取名片标识对应的电子名片。
具体地,在本步骤中,与现有技术不同的是,在电子名片接收装置与电子名片发送装置之间,采用无线连接方式建立通信链路,从而将名片标识发送给电子名片接收装置。不需要将待分发的电子名片发送给电子名片接收装置,而可以通过发送待分发的电子名片的名片标识的方式,发送给电子名片接收装置,以使得电子名片接收装置可以根据自己当前的移动网络或所连接的WIFI接入互联网,进而从云端设置的服务器中获取与接收到的名片标识相对应的电子名片。
优选地,在本步骤12中,考虑到电子名片分发的应用场景多为室内,因此,电子名片发送装置可以利用低功耗蓝牙通信功能发送iBeacon格式的数据。其中,iBeacon可以理解为一种低功耗蓝牙通信技术,通过创建信号区域,覆盖一定范围内的接入设备,以便于用户通过该iBeacon方式进行数据传输,该技术的使用功耗较低且易于实现。而且,在本申请实施例中,主要针对电子名片的分发方案,因此,在此发送的名片标识可以是iBeacon格式的广播数据。
如图3所示,为本申请实施例提供的电子名片传输方法的步骤示意图之二,该传输方法的执行主体可以为任意具有无线功能的电子设备,例如:手机、Pad、计算机等,而该电子设备主要作为接收装置使用;其中,该传输方法主要包括以下步骤:
步骤31:接收电子名片发送装置发送的名片标识。
步骤32:根据名片标识从云端获取名片标识对应的电子名片。
可选地,步骤32可具体执行为:查找云端预存的名片标识与电子名片之间的对应关系,获取名片标识对应的电子名片并展示。
其中,名片标识与电子名片之间的对应关系通过以下方式确定:电子名片发送装置将生成的电子名片上传给云端,以便于云端根据所述电子名片生成相应的名片标识,以及建立电子名片与名片标识之间的对应关系。
可见,作为接收方的电子设备无需通过iBeacon方式建立的通信链路接收电子名片,而仅是接收相应电子名片的名片标识,进而,可以根据较为稳定的 移动网络或WIFI无线网络接入互联网从相应云端获取该名片标识对应的电子名片,相比于相关技术而言,通过移动网络或WIFI无线网络传输电子名片更为稳定,从而,提升电子名片传输的有效性。
如图4所示,为本申请实施例提供的电子名片传输方法的步骤示意图之三,该方法的执行主体为用于提供资源管理服务的服务器,可以为计算机或计算机系统等,在本申请中,该服务器简称为云端,用于存储电子名片的数据信息,可以理解为数据库服务器,该云端主要执行以下步骤:
步骤41:接收电子名片接收装置发送的名片标识。
步骤42:根据名片标识查找名片标识对应的电子名片。
步骤43:将电子名片发送给电子名片接收装置。
其实,在执行步骤41之前,云端还可以执行以下操作:接收电子名片发送装置发送的电子名片,根据电子名片生成相应的名片标识,建立电子名片与名片标识之间的对应关系。
需要说明的是,该云端作为电子名片与名片标识的数据库,可以根据用户的需求进行更新,即若用户期望对已上传的电子名片进行更新,可通过重新上传的方式在云端替换被更新的电子名片,或者,重新为更新后的电子名片生成一个区别于被更新的电子名片的名片标识。
下面通过具体的实例对上述电子名片传输方案进行详述。
假设在本实例中,用户A利用手机a向至少一个用户B的手机b传输电子名片;那么,参照图5所示,存在以下交互过程:
步骤51:手机a将生成的至少一个电子名片发送给云端。
用户A利用手机a通过拍摄已有纸质名片的方式,分别拍摄用户A作为“经理”这一身份的电子名片、作为“研发主管”这一身份的电子名片以及作为“客座教授”这一身份的电子名片,从而,分别生成对应该用户A这三个身份的电子名片;一般情况下,在生成电子名片的之后,可以将各个电子名片分别上传给云端。
步骤52:云端根据接收到的电子名片生成名片标识。
云端在接收到用户A作为“经理”这一身份的电子名片后,根据一定规则或者是随机生成一个名片标识,例如:001,同理,针对用户A作为“研发主管”这一身份的电子名片生成名片标识为:002,针对用户A作为“客座教授”这一身份的电子名片生成名片标识为:003。而该名片标识并不显示在用户界面,而是在手机底层进行识别操作。
步骤53:云端将生成的名片标识发送给手机a。
具体地,可以将电子名片与名片标识的对应关系发送给手机a,以便于手机a存储使用。其实,云端是将为电子名片生成的名片标识同步给手机a,以便于手机a可以使用云端为电子名片生成的名片标识。
步骤54:手机a根据用户的选择确定待分发的电子名片。
以用户A使用手机a向多个商务伙伴发送电子名片为例:此时,用户A可能出席商务会议,为了向别人推荐自己,可以通过在商务会场建立iBeacon信号区域与其他商务伙伴进行数据传输;具体地,用户A从手机a的电子名片分发界面(可以根据具体的使用规则以及习惯进行设置,或者依赖于已安装的相应APP界面)显示的电子名片的标签列表中,选择标签内容“经理”的标签,为了保证传输的电子名片的正确性,根据选定的标签展示相应的电子名片,例如,该电子名片的用户姓名为:A;所属单位为:XXX技术股份公司;职务为:经理;联系方式为:123456789;联系地址为:大光路2号院。
步骤55:手机a将电子名片的名片标识发送给至少一个手机b。
用户A通过界面中显示的控件“取消”“发送”进行选择,若选择“取消”,则不对该电子名片进行传输,若选择“发送”,则确定对该电子名片进行传输,其实,在当前用户A选择“发送”之后,真正传输的是该电子名片对应的名片标识,即用户A通过手机a将当前展示的电子名片对应的名片标识发送给各个商务伙伴的手持设备,同样可以为手机,统一记为手机b,由于手机a向多个手机b分发名片标识,因而,手机a与各个手机b之间的数据传输依赖的是 iBeacon技术,且以广播的形式传输。
步骤56:手机b将名片标识发送至云端。
在用户B通过手机b接收到名片标识003之后,手机b的界面可以出现类似提示信息“是否提取”,若选择提取,则可以通过点击“选择”或“是”的控件来实现将名片标识发送至云端的操作,以便于根据该名片标识从云端中查找相应的电子名片。
步骤57:云端根据名片标识进行电子名片查找操作。
具体地,云端根据存储的电子名片与名片标识的对应关系,从中确定与名片标识对应的电子名片。
步骤58:云端将查找到的电子名片发送给手机b。
可选地,在将电子名片发送给手机b后,用户可以选择是否下载或者仅预览等。
考虑到目前直接对电子名片进行传输而产生的数据传输量大的问题,而且由于采用蓝牙、红外等方式传输的不稳定性,若直接对电子名片传输有可能会由于传输率有限而导致传输中断或出错,这必然需要重传,另外,还会增大传输时耗,总之会降低用户体验。而本申请中采用发送名片标识的方式,以使得接收方利用名片标识从云端获取相应电子名片,避免了在用户直接使用的终端设备之间进行直接传输,减小了iBeacon链路的承载负担,降低出现传输出错等问题的概率,另外,还可以将电子名片的传输由接收方与发送发之间的iBeacon链路转移至接收方与云端之间的移动网络链路或WIFI无线网络链路,从而,提升了传输稳定性,且降低了传输时耗,从整体上提升了用户体验。
而且,在本申请方案中,为了保证用户分发的电子名片的安全性以及时效性,用户可以在发送电子名片之前,对该电子名片的提取时段进行限定。
实施例二
与上述实施例一属于同一申请构思,本申请实施例二还提供了几种电子名 片传输装置,以下结合图6-图8进行介绍。
如图6所示,为本申请实施例二提供的一种电子名片发送装置的结构示意图,该电子名片发送装置主要包括以下功能单元:
确定单元61,用于确定名片标识。
第一发送单元62,用于将名片标识发送给电子名片接收装置,以使得所述电子名片接收装置根据所述名片标识从云端获取所述名片标识对应的电子名片。
可选地,确定单元61,具体用于根据展示的电子名片确定名片标识。
可选地,该电子名片发送装置还包括:上传单元和第一接收单元;其中,该上传单元用于在确定名片标识之前,将生成的电子名片上传至云端,以指示云端根据所述电子名片生成相应的名片标识;第一接收单元用于接收所述云端返回的所述电子名片对应的名片标识。
一种可实现的方案,确定单元61具体用于根据输入的标签或标签缩写展示对应的电子名片,确定电子名片对应的名片标识。
另一种可实现的方案,确定单元61具体用于根据从标签列表中选择的至少一个标签展示对应的电子名片,确定电子名片对应的名片标识。
可选地,第一发送单元62具体用于通过无线连接方式建立的通信链路将名片标识发送给电子名片接收装置。
其中,上述所涉及的无线连接方式建立的通信链路具体为iBeacon方式建立的通信链路。
如图7所示,为本申请实施例二提供的一种电子名片接收装置的结构示意图,该电子名片接收装置主要包括以下功能单元:
第二接收单元71,用于接收电子名片发送装置发送的名片标识。
获取单元72,用于根据名片标识从云端获取名片标识对应的电子名片。
可选地,获取单元72具体用于查找云端预存的名片标识与电子名片之间的对应关系,获取名片标识对应的电子名片并展示。
可选地,名片标识与电子名片之间的对应关系通过以下方式确定:电子名片发送装置将生成的电子名片上传给云端,以便于云端根据电子名片生成相应的名片标识,以及建立电子名片与名片标识之间的对应关系。
如图8所示,为本申请实施例二提供的一种云端结构示意图,该云端主要为承载有,包括:
第三接收单元81,用于接收电子名片接收装置发送的名片标识。

在以上各装置中,采用发送名片标识的方式,以使得接收方利用名片标识从云端获取相应电子名片,避免了在用户直接使用的终端设备之间进行直接传输,减小了iBeacon链路的承载负担,降低出现传输出错等问题的概率,而且,提升了传输稳定性,且降低了传输时耗,从整体上提升了用户体验。
实施例三
如图9所示,为本申请实施例三提供的一种电子名片传输系统的结构示意图,该系统主要包括:电子名片发送装置91,电子名片接收装置92以及云端93;
其中,电子名片发送装置91,用于确定名片标识,将名片标识发送给所述电子名片接收装置;
电子名片接收装置92,用于接收电子名片发送装置发送的名片标识,根据名片标识从云端获取名片标识对应的电子名片;
云端93,用于接收电子名片接收装置发送的名片标识,根据名片标识查找名片标识对应的电子名片,将电子名片发送给电子名片接收装置。
实施例四
如图10所示,为本申请实施例四提供的一种电子名片设备的结构示意图,该电子名片设备主要包括上述实施例二中所涉及的任一项所述的电子名片发送装置91和任一项所述的电子名片接收装置92。
该电子名片设备可以理解为是一种集成有电子名片发送装置的功能以及电子名片接收装置的功能的硬件设备,例如,可以是手机、计算机、PAD等;该电子名片设备具备电子名片的生成、浏览、分发、接收等功能。
实施例五
本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序当被包括多个应用程序的电子设备执行时,能够使该电子设备执行图1所示的电子名片传输方法,并具体用于执行:

Claims (27)

  1. 一种电子名片传输方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定名片标识;
    将所述名片标识发送给电子名片接收装置,以使得所述电子名片接收装置根据所述名片标识从云端获取所述名片标识对应的电子名片。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定名片标识,具体包括:
    根据展示的电子名片确定名片标识。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定名片标识之前,所述方法还包括:
    将生成的电子名片上传至云端,以指示云端根据所述电子名片生成相应的名片标识;
    接收所述云端返回的所述电子名片对应的名片标识。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,根据展示的电子名片确定名片标识,具体包括:
    根据输入的标签或标签缩写展示对应的电子名片;
    确定所述电子名片对应的名片标识。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,根据展示的电子名片确定名片标识,具体包括:
    根据从标签列表中选择的至少一个标签展示对应的电子名片;
    确定所述电子名片对应的名片标识。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过无线连接方式建立的通信链路将所述名片标识发送给电子名片接收装置。
  7. 一种电子名片传输方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收电子名片发送装置发送的名片标识;
    根据所述名片标识从云端获取所述名片标识对应的电子名片。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述名片标识从云端获取所述名片标识对应的电子名片,具体包括:
    查找云端预存的名片标识与电子名片之间的对应关系;
    获取所述名片标识对应的电子名片并展示。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述名片标识与电子名片之间的对应关系通过以下方式确定:
    电子名片发送装置将生成的电子名片上传给云端,以便于云端根据所述电子名片生成相应的名片标识,以及建立所述电子名片与所述名片标识之间的对应关系。
  10. 一种电子名片传输方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收电子名片接收装置发送的名片标识;
    根据所述名片标识查找所述名片标识对应的电子名片;
    将所述电子名片发送给电子名片接收装置。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,在接收电子名片接收装置发送的名片标识之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收电子名片发送装置发送的电子名片;
    根据所述电子名片生成相应的名片标识;
    建立所述电子名片与所述名片标识之间的对应关系。
  12. 一种电子名片发送装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,用于确定名片标识;
    第一发送单元,用于将名片标识发送给电子名片接收装置,以使得所述电子名片接收装置根据所述名片标识从云端获取所述名片标识对应的电子名片。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元,具体用于:
    根据展示的电子名片确定名片标识。
  14. 如权利要求12或13所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    上传单元,用于在确定名片标识之前,将生成的电子名片上传至云端,以 指示云端根据所述电子名片生成相应的名片标识;
    第一接收单元,用于接收所述云端返回的所述电子名片对应的名片标识。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元,具体用于:
    根据输入的标签或标签缩写展示对应的电子名片;
    确定所述电子名片对应的名片标识。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元,具体用于:
    根据从标签列表中选择的至少一个标签展示对应的电子名片;
    确定所述电子名片对应的名片标识。
  17. 如权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一发送单元,具体用于通过无线连接方式建立的通信链路将所述名片标识发送给电子名片接收装置。
  18. 一种电子名片接收装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第二接收单元,用于接收电子名片发送装置发送的名片标识;
    获取单元,用于根据所述名片标识从云端获取所述名片标识对应的电子名片。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元,具体用于:
    查找云端预存的名片标识与电子名片之间的对应关系;
    获取所述名片标识对应的电子名片并展示。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述名片标识与电子名片之间的对应关系通过以下方式确定:
    电子名片发送装置将生成的电子名片上传给云端,以便于云端根据所述电子名片生成相应的名片标识,以及建立所述电子名片与所述名片标识之间的对应关系。
  21. 一种云端,其特征在于,包括:
    第三接收单元,用于接收电子名片接收装置发送的名片标识;
    查找单元,用于根据所述名片标识查找所述名片标识对应的电子名片;
    第三发送单元,用于将所述电子名片发送给电子名片接收装置。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的云端,其特征在于,所述第三接收单元,还用于在接收电子名片接收装置发送的名片标识之前,
    接收电子名片发送装置发送的电子名片;
    根据所述电子名片生成相应的名片标识;
    建立所述电子名片与所述名片标识之间的对应关系。
  23. 一种电子名片传输系统,其特征在于,包括:电子名片发送装置,电子名片接收装置以及云端;
    其中,所述电子名片发送装置,用于确定名片标识,将名片标识发送给所述电子名片接收装置;
    所述电子名片接收装置,用于接收所述电子名片发送装置发送的名片标识,根据名片标识从云端获取名片标识对应的电子名片;
    所述云端,用于接收电子名片接收装置发送的名片标识,根据所述名片标识查找所述名片标识对应的电子名片,将所述电子名片发送给电子名片接收装置。
  24. 一种电子名片设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求12-17任一项所述的电子名片发送装置和18-20任一项所述的电子名片接收装置。
  25. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序当被包括多个应用程序的电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行以下操作:
    确定名片标识;
    将所述名片标识发送给电子名片接收装置,以使得所述电子名片接收装置根据所述名片标识从云端获取所述名片标识对应的电子名片。
  26. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序当被包括多个应用程序的电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行以下操作:
    接收电子名片发送装置发送的名片标识;
    根据所述名片标识从云端获取所述名片标识对应的电子名片。
  27. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序当被包括多个应用程序的电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行以下操作:
    接收电子名片接收装置发送的名片标识;
    根据所述名片标识查找所述名片标识对应的电子名片;
    将所述电子名片发送给电子名片接收装置。
