Definitions
- the invention belongs to the technical field of sludge treatment of urban sewage treatment plants, and more particularly to a chemical conditioning agent dosage method for deep dewatering of sludge, which is a chemical method for destroying organic floc structure of sludge
- the dosage of the conditioning agent is optimized and controlled to deeply dewater the sludge (ie, the dewatered sludge has a moisture content of less than 60%), which is suitable for the treatment and disposal of municipal sludge, and is suitable for The treatment of deep dewatering reduction of the front sludge.
- Municipal sludge which is the general term for the primary sludge and excess sludge produced in the municipal sewage treatment plant activated sludge process.
- Municipal sludge contains high organic matter, and the sludge floc contains a large amount of hydrophilic extracellular polymer (EPS), resulting in high combined water content, making it difficult to separate mud and water.
- EPS hydrophilic extracellular polymer
- the sludge has high water content, large volume, large changes in organic matter content, and deep dewatering of sludge is the bottleneck of sludge treatment and disposal.
- urban sewage treatment plants are generally treated with high-molecular flocculants (such as PAM), and then dehydrated by high-speed centrifuge or belt filter press. Only mud cake with a moisture content of about 80% can be obtained, and it is difficult to achieve the pollution of urban sewage treatment plants.
- the requirements for the mixed landfill in the mud disposal muddy mixed landfill (GB/T 23485-2009) (sludge moisture content ⁇ 60%). Therefore, it is necessary to carry out deep dewatering of the sludge (the moisture content of the sludge is reduced to less than 60%), so that the de-cement cake can meet the requirements of subsequent treatment and disposal.
- EPS hydrophilic sludge floc structure (including a large amount of combined water) formed by sludge EPS is an important reason for sludge dewatering.
- EPS is a major component of sludge organic matter, selected by suction The function of accepting and ionizing the functional group can adsorb and absorb water, and the highly hydrophilic effect exhibited is unfavorable for sludge dewatering.
- the high organic matter content of sludge is also an important factor restricting the degree of sludge dewatering. Since the organic matter is easily compressed and deformed under the action of mechanical high pressure, the pores of the filter cake are blocked at the later stage of filtration, that is, the filtration passage of the water is blocked, resulting in low dewatering efficiency at present.
- the general physical conditioning is difficult to solve the problem of the removal of void water and capillary water, and has the disadvantages of high operating cost and large equipment investment.
- sludge chemical conditioning agent dosage is based on dry-based sludge (mg/g DS, or %DS) (for example, the free-produced products, sulfides and industrial by-product gypsum in Chinese patent CN 104649533 A
- the dosage method is 1 to 10%, 1 to 10%, and 10 to 40%, respectively, of the dry weight of the sludge, and the dosage of the dehydrated desiccant in the US patent US 4,870,022 A is at least 10% of the sludge dry basis. ).
- sludge volume (% by volume, or mg/L) (for example, the agent for concentrated agent A, concentrated agent B and concentrated agent C in Chinese patent CN 105800909 A).
- the dosage of the agent is 1.0 to 10.0% (volume percent) of the total amount of the sludge, and the dosage of Fe 2+ and H 2 O 2 in the US patent US6368511 B1 is 1.125 to the total amount of the sludge, respectively. 6%, 1.5 to 8% (volume percent) are determined in units of measurement.
- the above-mentioned conventional DS-based chemical conditioning agent dosage method (mg/g DS, or %DS) and sludge volume (mg/L) are conventional sludge treatment processes involving only free water removal in sludge. It has certain applicability, such as sludge sedimentation process, concentration process, sludge centrifugal dewatering, belt pressure filtration process and so on. However, the deep dewatering process involving the combined removal of water from the EPS organic macromolecules is poorly applicable.
- the sludge organic matter content is closely related to the sludge source, season, rainfall and other factors.
- the sludge content of the same sewage plant varies from 20% to 50% in different seasons.
- the sludge produced by different wastewater treatment plants varies depending on the influent water quality and process.
- the organic content also varies greatly.
- the prior patented technology and the recommended dry-based sludge (mg/g DS) and sludge volume (mg/L) based dosing methods have a poor effect on deep dewatering of high organic matter sludge, but Sludge that is easily dehydrated and has a low organic content has too much dose of pesticides, resulting in waste of the medicament.
- the EPS content which is an important factor affecting the dewatering performance of sludge, is an important component of the sludge organic matter content. Because the organic matter content in the sludge has a significant effect on the combined water, the control method of the usual sludge chemical conditioning agent dosage can not be adapted. Mud sludge changes with different organic content.
- the optimized formula obtained by the pharmaceutical dosage method based on the dry sludge content and sludge volume calculation, the dosage of the chemical does not change with the change of the organic matter content of the sludge, thereby causing the traditional pharmaceutical dosage method to sludge the different organic matter content. Poor adaptability.
- sludge depth dewatering cake moisture content target such as 60wt%, commonly used DS-based chemical conditioning agent dosage method (mg / g DS, or % DS)
- DS-based chemical conditioning agent dosage method for higher organic content
- the sludge is prone to fail to meet the designed moisture content of the mud cake; for sludge with lower organic content, it is prone to excessive dosage of the agent. Otherwise, it is necessary to carry out optimization experiments such as orthogonal design experiments for each type of muddy sludge, and carry out formula optimization experiments, which will cost a lot of labor and materials.
- the present invention provides a method for optimizing the dosage of a chemical conditioning agent for deep dewatering of sludge, wherein the reference standard for the dosage of the key chemical conditioning agent is improved.

- the chemical conditioning agent is a composite conditioning agent consisting of an oxidizing agent-skeletal construct; the oxidizing agent in the chemical conditioning agent comprises a Fenton reagent, a persulfate conditioning agent, a permanganate, and zero. At least one of the ferrous iron conditioning agents; the backbone construct in the chemical conditioning agent comprising at least one of lime, fly ash, diatomaceous earth, phosphogypsum, and cement.

- the chemical conditioning agent dosage is optimized based on the organic content in the sludge to be treated, the optimization method can effectively adapt to different muddy soils. Mud has a good guiding effect on the practice of deep dewatering engineering of different characteristics of sludge.

- a chemical conditioning agent dosage method based on dry sludge (mg/g DS, or %DS) but the conditioning effect cannot be controlled due to the large fluctuation of organic matter content in the sludge.

- the method has simple steps, and the chemical conditioning agent dosage for sludge organic matter content has strong mud adaptability, can improve the utilization rate of the conditioning agent, save cost, and is suitable for large-scale promotion.
- the difficulty of the present invention lies in the need of sludge with different organic content as a research object, and carries out experimental research in this aspect, although researchers have found that sludge organic matter content has a great influence on sludge dewatering effect, but no specific solution has been proposed. And means of response.
- the invention is based on the optimized dosage of dry sludge, and the sludge dewatering result of different organic matter content, the moisture content of the dewatered cake is very different, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of stability of the chemical conditioning and deep dewatering effect, and the use is proposed.

Description
(1)通过表面响应法或正交试验法,针对某一特定污泥以该特定污泥的有机物含量为参考,对添加到该特定污泥中的化学调理剂进行投加量的优化,得到使得该特定污泥综合脱水效果最佳时的化学调理剂最优投加量,从而得出单位质量有机物对应的化学调理剂最优投加比例;
(2)根据所述步骤(1)得出的所述单位质量有机物对应的化学调理剂最优投加比例,对其他待处理污泥适用的化学调理剂最优投加量进行计算,使得针对该待处理污泥的单位质量有机物对应的化学调理剂投加比例与所述步骤(1)得出的所述单位质量有机物对应的化学调理剂最优投加比例两者保持一致;

S1:通过表面响应面法,正交试验法等优化方法对某一种有机物含量适中的特定污泥,按药剂投加量以(mg/g有机物质量)为单位,即单位质量有机物的药剂投加量进行化学调理剂投加量优化,得到某一种污泥的化学调理剂投加优化配方;
泥有机物含量进行计算,得到适用于该有机物含量污泥的化学调理剂的优化配方;
S1:选择一个有机物含量适中的市政污泥为对象,武汉市市政污泥有机物含量波动范围约为20%-60%,本实例选择其中有机物含量44%的市政污泥为代表。通过响应面法对氧化试剂-骨架构建体复合调理剂对于该特定有机物含量的污泥进行以(mg/g有机物质量)为药剂投加单位的复合药剂三个组分投加量优化(其中属于氧化试剂的包括2种组分,属于骨架构建体的包括1种组分),得到对于该种污泥的破胞药剂投加优化配方:破胞试剂A1、破胞试剂B1和骨架试剂C1投加量分别为106.91、86.16、110.00(mg/g有机物);
S2:根据步骤S1得到的优化配方对不同有机物含量的污泥基于污泥有机物含量进行药剂投加量进行计算,得适用于该有机物含量污泥的污泥深度脱水的复合调理剂的优化配方;
S1:通过响应面法对氧化试剂-骨架构建体复合调理剂对于污泥有机物含量为42.8%的污泥进行复合调理剂投加量优化,得到对于该种污泥的基于污泥单位质量有机物的复合调理剂投加优化配方:破胞试剂A2的投加量为271(mg/g有机物质量)、破胞试剂B2的投加量为49(mg/g有机物质量),骨架构建体C2的投加量为935(mg/g有机物质量);
S2:同理,通过响应面法对有机物含量为49.8%的污泥进行复合调理剂投加量优化,得到对于该种污泥的基于污泥单位质量有机物的复合调理剂投加优化配方:破胞试剂A2的投加量为269(mg/g有机物质量)、破胞试剂B2的投加量为49(mg/g有机物质量),骨架构建体C2的投加量为872(mg/g有机物质量);
理剂中3种组分投加量优化配方结果:破胞试剂A3、试剂B3和骨架试剂C3投加量分别为100.15(mg/g有机物质量)、123.00(mg/g有机物质量)、650.00(mg/g有机物质量);
S2:根据步骤S1得到的优化配方对不同有机物含量的污泥基于污泥单位质量有机物进行药剂投加量进行计算,得适用于该有机物含量污泥的污泥深度脱水复合调理剂的优化配方;
