Abstract
一种鞋(10,50,60)包括鞋底(12,52,62)、鞋面(11,51,61)和触摸互动装置(13,53,63)。触摸互动装置(13,53,63)包括支撑体(131,531,631)、发光体(133,533,633)、柔性触摸传感器(135,535,635)和控制模组(137,537,637)。支撑体(131,531,631)贴合鞋面(11,51,61)设置,发光体(133,533,633)设置于支撑体(131,531,631),柔性触摸传感器(135,535,635)贴合于支撑体(131,531,631)并覆盖发光体(133,533,633)。控制模组(137,537,637)与发光体(133,533,633)及柔性触摸传感器(135,535,635)电性连接。鞋(10,50,60)可以提升与穿着者之间的互动性,增加穿着乐趣。
Description
本发明涉及一种鞋,尤其涉及一种可进行互动游戏的鞋及其控制方法。
目前,在市面上提供的鞋中,为提升穿着趣味性,已存在如发光鞋、音乐鞋等趣味鞋产品。例如,通过在鞋底内置入压力传感器及对应的发光模组及发声模组,当压力传感器检测到穿着者对应的脚踩下时,触发对应的鞋内的发光模组发光及发声模组发声,以通过声光的方式实现与穿着者的互动。然而,现有的趣味鞋功能比较单一,且基本都是通过检测脚底压力来触发对应发光或发声等功能,互动性较差。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明实施例提供一种鞋及其控制方法,以提升与穿着者之间的互动性,增加穿着乐趣。
一种鞋,包括鞋底和鞋面,所述鞋面与所述鞋底连接,并与所述鞋底之间形成开口部,所述鞋还包括触摸互动装置,所述触摸互动装置包括支撑体、发光体、柔性触摸传感器及控制模组,所述支撑体贴合所述鞋面设置,所述多个发光体设置于所述支撑体,所述柔性触摸传感器贴合于所述支撑体并覆盖所述发光体,所述控制模组与所述发光体及所述柔性触摸传感器电性连接。
一种鞋的控制方法,包括:
通过控制模组控制多个发光体按照预设规则发光;
在每一个所述发光体发光的预设时间段内,通过柔性触摸传感器检测针对所述发光体的触摸指令;
若检测到所述针对所述发光体的触摸指令,则触发所述控制模组累加计数。
所述鞋通过在所述鞋面上设置所述支撑体,并在所述支撑体上设置多个发光体及至少覆盖所述多个发光体的柔性触摸传感器,从而可以在每一个所述发
光体发光的预设时间段内,通过所述柔性触摸传感器检测针对所述发光体的触摸指令,进而在检测到所述触摸指令时触发控制模组进行累加计数,当以预设规则控制所述多个发光体发光时,即可实现连续的游戏互动,从而提升与穿着者之间的互动性,增加穿着乐趣。
为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例中的技术方案,下面将对实施例描述中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,在本发明一个实施例中,提供一种鞋10,包括鞋面11和鞋底12,所述鞋面11与所述鞋底12连接,并与所述鞋底12之间形成开口部101,所述鞋还包括触摸互动装置13,所述触摸互动装置13包括支撑体131、发光体133、柔性触摸传感器135及控制模组137,所述支撑体131贴合所述鞋面11设置,所述发光体133设置于所述支撑体131,所述柔性触摸传感器135贴合于所述支撑体131并覆盖所述发光体133,所述控制模组137与所述发光体133及所述柔性触摸传感器135电性连接。
在一种实施方式中,所述控制模组137在所述柔性触摸传感器135感测到触摸指令之前,控制所述发光体133发光。所述发光体133的数量为多个,所述控制模组137根据预设规则控制所述多个发光体133发光,所述柔性触摸传感器135在每一个所述发光体133发光的预设时间段内,检测针对所述发光体133的触摸指令,并在检测到针对所述发光体133的触摸指令时触发所述控制模组137累加计数。在本发明的实施例中,所述发光体133为发光二极管LED,所述柔性触摸传感器135为透明的柔性触摸屏。可以理解,所述控制模组137也可以在所述柔性触摸传感器135感测到触摸指令之后,控制所述发光体133发光。
可以理解,所述预设规则可以是控制所述多个发光体133随机地发光,每一个发光体133发光持续预设时间段之后自动熄灭,接着随机控制下一个发光体133发光,并重复上述过程。其中,在一个发光体133发光持续预设时间并熄灭后,也可以重复控制该发光体133再次发光。所述柔性触摸传感器135覆盖每一个所述发光体133,并可接收和区分针对不同发光体133的触摸指令。如此,即可在控制所述多个发光体133按照预设规则发光的同时,通过所述柔性触摸传感器135检测针对每一个所述发光体133的触摸指令,并根据所述触摸指令是否指向当前正在发光的发光体133,从而实现类似打地鼠的计数累加游戏。例如,若在某一个发光体133发光的同时,所述柔性触摸传感器135检测到针对该发光的发光体133的触摸指令,则触发所述控制模组137进行计数累加,若所述柔性触摸传感器135检测到针对当前未发光的发光体133的触摸指令,则不触发所述控制模组137进行计数累加。在本实施例中,所述触摸互动装置13工作于游戏模式。
可以理解,在一种实施方式中,所述触摸互动装置13还可以包括音频模组(图未示),所述音频模组与所述控制模组137电性连接,所述控制模组137还用于在所述柔性触摸传感器135检测到针对所述发光体133的触摸指令时,触发所述发光体133变色,并触发所述音频模组播放提示音。例如,若在某一个发光体133发光的同时,所述柔性触摸传感器135检测到针对该发光的发光体133的触摸指令,则触发所述控制模组137进行计数累加,并触发音频模组播放第一提示音;若所述柔性触摸传感器135检测到针对当前未发光的发
光体133的触摸指令,则触发音频模组播放第二提示音。
可以理解,在一种实施方式中,所述触摸互动装置13还可以工作于炫酷模式。具体地,可以通过所述柔性触摸传感器135接收针对不同发光体133的触摸指令,根据接收到所述触摸指令的位置的不同,从而触发所述控制模组137控制对应位置的至少一个发光体133发光。此外,还可以根据所述触摸指令对应的触摸动作的不同,从而触发所述控制模组137控制对应位置的至少一个发光体133改变发光状态。例如,通过长按所述柔性触摸传感器135的某一区域来触发所述控制模组137控制对应区域的发光体133改变发光颜色;通过双击所述柔性触摸传感器135的某一区域来触发所述控制模组137控制对应区域的发光体133保持闪烁发光状态等。
请一并参阅1和图2,所述鞋底12在对应于所述开口部101的一侧开设有沟槽121,所述触摸互动装置13部分穿设于所述沟槽121内。所述鞋底12的底面上还包括与所述沟槽121连通的凹槽122(如图2)及用于封住所述凹槽的盖板123(如图1),所述控制模组137容置于所述凹槽122内。可以理解,所述控制模组137可包括电源、控制器及周边电路(图未示),所述电源、控制器及周边电路共同集成于一电路板上,进而将所述电路板容置于所述凹槽122内。可以理解,所述触摸互动装置13还可以包括电源开关及模式开关(图未示),所述电源开关用于开启或关闭所述触摸互动装置13的电源,所述模式开关用于调节所述触摸互动装置13的工作模式,例如游戏模式或炫酷模式。所述电源开关及模式开关可以设置于所述电路板上,也可以设置于所述支撑体131上。可以理解,所述电源开关和模式开关也可以由单个开关按钮通过区分不同的按压时间来实现对应的开关功能,例如,长按对应开启电源或关闭电源,短按则用于切换不同的工作模式。
请一并参阅1和图3,所述支撑体131与所述鞋面11的上表面贴合,所述支撑体131与所述沟槽121对应的位置设置有柔性电路板1311,所述柔性电路板1311一端与所述多个发光体133及所述柔性触摸传感器135电性连接,另一端穿过所述沟槽121延伸至所述凹槽122内,并与所述控制模组137电性连接。可以理解,所述支撑体131可以为中空的双层结构或一体成型的非中空结构,所述发光体133镶嵌于支撑体131内,并从所述支撑体131的上表面露
出。所述支撑体131上开设气孔102,所述发光体133靠近所述气孔102并与所述气孔102间隔设置。
请一并参阅1和图4,所述鞋10还包括覆盖件14,所述覆盖件14的下表面设置有限位槽141(参图4),用于容置所述支撑体131,所述覆盖件14与所述沟槽121对应的位置设置有挡板142,所述挡板142用于插入所述沟槽121内以遮盖所述柔性电路板1311并封闭所述沟槽121。在本实施例中,所述支撑体131及所述覆盖件14可以通过胶水贴合的方式依次设置于所述鞋面11上,且所述覆盖件14由较薄的透明材料制成,从而使得所述发光体133发出的光纤可以透过所述覆盖件14,同时,所述柔性触摸传感器135可以透过所述覆盖件14来接收所述触摸指令。可选地,也可以在所述覆盖件14上对应于每一个所述发光体133的位置开设一略大于所述发光体133的通孔,从而将所述发光体133及覆盖于所述发光体133上的柔性触摸传感器135露出。可以理解,所述鞋面11、所述支撑体131及所述覆盖件14上开设有相互对齐并贯通的气孔102,以实现穿着时的通气。
请参阅图5,在本发明一个实施例中,提供一种鞋50,其包括鞋面51和鞋底52,所述鞋面51与所述鞋底52连接,并与所述鞋底52之间形成开口部501,所述鞋还包括触摸互动装置53,所述触摸互动装置53包括支撑体531、发光体533、柔性触摸传感器535及控制模组537,所述支撑体531贴合所述鞋面51设置,所述多个发光体533设置于所述支撑体531,所述柔性触摸传感器535贴合于所述支撑体531并覆盖所述发光体533,所述控制模组537与所述发光体533及所述柔性触摸传感器535电性连接。
在一种实施方式中,所述发光体533的数量为多个,所述控制模组537根据预设规则控制所述多个发光体533发光,所述柔性触摸传感器535在每一个所述发光体533发光的预设时间段内,检测针对所述发光体533的触摸指令,并在检测到针对所述发光体533的触摸指令时触发所述控制模组537累加计数。在本发明的实施例中,所述发光体533为发光二极管LED,所述柔性触摸传感器535为透明的柔性触摸屏。
在本实施例中,所述鞋底52在对应于所述开口部501的两侧分别开设有第一沟槽521和第二沟槽522,所述支撑体531在对应于所述开口部501的两
侧分别设置有第一卡持部5311和第二卡持部5312,所述控制模组537设置于所述第一卡持部5311内,并通过所述第一卡持部5311穿设于所述第一沟槽521内,或者,所述控制模组537设置于所述第二卡持部5312内,并通过所述第二卡持部5312穿设于所述第二沟槽522内。所述触摸互动装置53通过所述第一卡持部5311和所述第二卡持部5312分别和所述第一沟槽521和第二沟槽522的配合与所述鞋底52可拆卸地连接。可以理解,通过将所述触摸互动装置53设置为可拆卸的,从而可以方便穿着者根据需要来进行更换所述鞋50的主体(即鞋面51和鞋底52)或者所述触摸互动装置53。
可以理解,本实施例所述的触摸互动装置53仅在结构及与所述鞋面51和鞋底52的组合方式上与图1至图4所示实施例的触摸互动装置13存在区别,其功能可以设置为与所述触摸互动装置13相同,例如,也可以包括游戏模式及炫酷模式,具体可以参照图1至图4所示实施例中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
请参阅图6,在本发明一个实施例中,提供一种鞋60,包括鞋面61和鞋底62,所述鞋面61与所述鞋底62连接,并与所述鞋底62之间形成开口部601,所述鞋还包括触摸互动装置63和内垫64,所述触摸互动装置63包括支撑体631、发光体633、柔性触摸传感器635及控制模组637,所述支撑体631与所述内垫64连接,并与所述鞋面61的下表面贴合,所述发光体633镶嵌于所述支撑体631内,所述柔性触摸传感器635贴合于所述支撑体631的上表面并覆盖所述发光体633,所述内垫64与所述鞋底62的上表面贴合,所述控制模组637设置于所述内垫64底部,并通过柔性电路板(图未示)与所述发光体633及所述柔性触摸传感器635电性连接,所述鞋底62上与所述控制模组637对应的位置设置有一容置槽621,用于容置所述控制模组637。
在一种实施方式中,所述发光体133的数量为多个,所述控制模组637根据预设规则控制所述多个发光体633发光,所述柔性触摸传感器635在每一个所述发光体633发光的预设时间段内,检测针对所述发光体633的触摸指令,并在检测到针对所述发光体633的触摸指令时触发所述控制模组637累加计数。在本发明的实施例中,所述发光体633为发光二极管LED,所述柔性触摸传感器635为透明的柔性触摸屏。通过将所述触摸互动装置63的支撑体631与
所述内垫64连接,从而使得所述触摸互动装置63与所述内垫64共同形成可拆卸的结构,从而可以方便穿着者根据需要来进行更换所述鞋60的主体(即鞋面61和鞋底62)或者所述触摸互动装置63与所述内垫64。
可以理解,本本实施例所述的触摸互动装置63在功能可以设置为与图1至图4所示实施例中的所述触摸互动装置13相同,例如,也可以包括游戏模式及炫酷模式,具体可以参照图1至图4所示实施例中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
请参阅图7,在本发明一个实施例中,提供一种如图1至图6任一实施例所述的鞋的控制方法,所述控制方法至少包括如下步骤:
步骤701:通过控制模组控制多个发光体按照预设规则发光;
步骤702:在每一个所述发光体发光的预设时间段内,通过柔性触摸传感器检测针对所述发光体的触摸指令;
步骤703:若检测到所述针对所述发光体的触摸指令,则触发所述控制模组累加计数。
其中,所述检测到所述针对所述发光体的触摸指令之后,所述控制方法还包括:
触发所述发光体变色;并触发音频模组播放第一提示音。
其中,所述控制方法还包括:
在每一个所述发光体发光的预设时间段内,检测到针对未发光的发光体的触摸指令;
若检测到所述针对未发光的发光体的触摸指令,则触发音频模组播放第二提示音。
可以理解,本实施例所述方法的各步骤及其具体实现还可以参杂图1至图6所示实施例中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
请参阅图8,在本发明一个实施例中,提供一种如图1至图6任一实施例所述的鞋的控制方法,所述控制方法至少包括如下步骤:
步骤801:通过柔性触摸传感器接收针对至少一个发光体的第一触摸指令;
步骤802:通过控制模组控制所述至少一个发光体改变发光颜色。
其中,所述第一触摸指令为长按触摸指令。
其中,所述控制方法还包括:
步骤803:通过柔性触摸传感器接收针对至少一个发光体的第二触摸指令;
步骤803:通过控制模组控制所述至少一个发光体闪烁发光。
其中,所述第二触摸指令为双击触摸指令。
可以理解,本实施例所述方法的各步骤及其具体实现还可以参杂图1至图6所示实施例中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
所述鞋通过在所述鞋面上设置所述支撑体,并在所述支撑体上设置多个发光体及至少覆盖所述多个发光体的柔性触摸传感器,从而可以在每一个所述发光体发光的预设时间段内,通过所述柔性触摸传感器检测针对所述发光体的触摸指令,进而在检测到所述触摸指令时触发控制模组进行累加计数,当以预设规则控制所述多个发光体发光时,即可实现连续的游戏互动,从而提升与穿着者之间的互动性,增加穿着乐趣。

Claims (20)
- 一种鞋,包括鞋底和鞋面,所述鞋面与所述鞋底连接,并与所述鞋底之间形成开口部,其特征在于,所述鞋还包括触摸互动装置,所述触摸互动装置包括支撑体、发光体、柔性触摸传感器及控制模组,所述支撑体贴合所述鞋面设置,所述发光体设置于所述支撑体,所述柔性触摸传感器贴合于所述支撑体并覆盖所述发光体,所述控制模组与所述发光体及所述柔性触摸传感器电性连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的鞋,其特征在于,在所述柔性触摸传感器感测到触摸指令之前,所述控制模组控制所述发光体发光。
- 如权利要求2所述的鞋,其特征在于,所述发光体的数量为多个,所述控制模组根据预设规则控制所述多个发光体发光,所述柔性触摸传感器在每一个所述发光体发光的预设时间段内,检测针对所述发光体的触摸指令,并在检测到针对所述发光体的触摸指令时触发所述控制模组累加计数。
- 如权利要求1所述的鞋,其特征在于,在所述柔性触摸传感器感测到触摸指令之后,所述控制模组控制发光体发光。
- 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋底在对应于所述开口部的一侧开设有沟槽,所述触摸互动装置部分穿设于所述沟槽内。
- 如权利要求5所述的鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋底的底面上还包括与所述沟槽连通的凹槽及用于封住所述凹槽的盖板,所述控制模组容置于所述凹槽内。
- 如权利要求6所述的鞋,其特征在于,所述支撑体与所述鞋面的上表面贴合,所述支撑体与所述沟槽对应的位置设置有柔性电路板,所述柔性电路 板一端与所述多个发光体及所述柔性触摸传感器电性连接,另一端穿过所述沟槽延伸至所述凹槽内,并与所述控制模组电性连接。
- 如权利要求7所述的鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋还包括覆盖件,所述覆盖件的下表面设置有限位槽,用于容置所述支撑体,所述覆盖件与所述沟槽对应的位置设置有挡板,所述挡板插入所述沟槽内以遮盖所述柔性电路板并封闭所述沟槽。
- 如权利要求8所述的鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋面、所述支撑体及所述覆盖件上开设有相互贯通的气孔。
- 如权利要求5所述的鞋,其特征在于,所述控制模组穿设于所述沟槽内。
- 如权利要求10所述的鞋,其特征在于,所述支撑体在对应所述沟槽的位置设置有卡持部,所述控制模组设置于卡持部内,所述触摸互动装置通过所述卡持部和沟槽的配合与所述鞋底可拆卸地连接。
- 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋还包括内垫,所述支撑体与所述内垫连接,并与所述鞋面的下表面贴合,所述内垫与所述鞋底的上表面贴合。
- 如权利要求12所述的鞋,其特征在于,所述控制模组设置于所述内垫底部,并与所述发光体及所述柔性触摸传感器电性连接,所述鞋底上与所述控制模组对应的位置设置有容置槽,用于容置所述控制模组。
- 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的鞋,其特征在于,所述发光体镶嵌于所述支撑体内,所述支撑体开设气孔,所述发光体靠近所述气孔并与所述气孔间隔设置。
- 如权利要求4所述的鞋,其特征在于,所述发光体的数量为多个,所述柔性触摸传感器还用于接收针对不同发光体的触摸指令,并根据接收到所述触摸指令的位置的不同,触发所述控制模组控制对应位置的至少一个发光体发光,并根据所述触摸指令对应的触摸动作的不同,触发所述控制模组控制对应位置的至少一个发光体改变发光状态。
- 一种如权利要求1-15任一项所述的鞋的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:通过控制模组控制多个发光体按照预设规则发光;在每一个所述发光体发光的预设时间段内,通过柔性触摸传感器检测针对所述发光体的触摸指令;若检测到所述针对所述发光体的触摸指令,则触发所述控制模组累加计数。
- 如权利要求16所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述检测到所述针对所述发光体的触摸指令之后,所述控制方法还包括:触发所述发光体变色;并触发音频模组播放第一提示音。
- 如权利要求16所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:在每一个所述发光体发光的预设时间段内,检测到针对未发光的发光体的触摸指令;若检测到所述针对未发光的发光体的触摸指令,则触发音频模组播放第二提示音。
- 一种如权利要求1-15任一项所述的鞋的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:通过柔性触摸传感器接收针对至少一个发光体的第一触摸指令;通过控制模组控制所述至少一个发光体改变发光颜色。
- 如权利要求19所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:通过柔性触摸传感器接收针对至少一个发光体的第二触摸指令;通过控制模组控制所述至少一个发光体闪烁发光。
