Description

一种新型万向轮 技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型万向轮。
背景技术
现有的万向轮是通过螺栓将下部的滚动轮与安装在需使用万向轮的物体底部的转轴相连从而实现滚动轮向多方向行进的功能。由于这样的设计,现有的万向轮在安装与拆卸时需要用到专业工具,使得一般使用者在万向轮损坏后难以快速的进行更换,使产品利用率降低,给使用者造成不便。
实用新型内容
本发明主要针对以上问题,提供一种可以使得万向轮的安装与拆卸简易化。解决万向轮在日常使用中损坏后更换不便的问题,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种新型万向轮包括:连接柱、金属滑块、支撑柱上半部分、联动装置、塑料滑块、弹簧结构、缺口和转轴,将转轴安装在万向轮下部支撑柱的中部使转轴与万向轮支撑柱和滚动轮一体化,在支撑柱的上部固连一个连接柱,在连接柱上做两个对称缺口,将转轴以上支撑柱做成中空圆柱的核心柱,在核心柱上做两个大小适宜的对称缺口,且使该缺口与连接柱缺口上下对齐,在连接柱缺口中安装与缺口紧密贴合的金属滑块,在核心柱缺口中安装与缺口紧密贴合的塑料滑块,将金属滑块与塑料滑块通过柱中中空部分内的联动装置链接,使得塑料滑块在向里推时金属滑块也向里行进,四个滑块向里行进到最大行 程时与柱体形成外表面完整光滑的圆柱。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述连接柱为厚壁中空金属圆柱,核心柱空部分为半径与连接柱中空部分半径相等的圆柱。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述万向轮的底座为一个半径与连接柱半径相等的金属圆柱槽,槽内做出两个形状大小与金属滑块非收缩状态时突出连接柱部分相同的对称凹槽。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述联动装置由两块对称安装的C型金属片以及两金属片中间的弹簧组成,C型金属片两端分别与金属滑块和塑料滑块连接。
本发明产生的有益效果有:可以使得万向轮的安装与拆卸简易化。解决万向轮在日常使用中损坏后更换不便的问题。

下面结合附图和实例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种新型万向轮包括:连接柱1、金属滑块2、支撑柱上半部分3、联动装置4、塑料滑块5、弹簧结构6、缺口7和转轴10,将转轴10安装在万向轮下部支撑柱的中部使转轴与10万向轮支撑柱和滚动轮一体化,在支撑柱的上部固连一个连接柱,在连接柱上做两个对称缺口,将转轴以上支撑柱做成中空圆柱的核心柱,在核心柱上做两个大小适宜的对称缺口,且使该缺口与连接柱缺口上下对齐,在连接柱缺口中安装与缺口紧密贴合的金属滑块,在核心柱缺口中安装与缺口紧密贴合的塑料滑块,将金属滑块与塑料滑块通过柱中中空部分内的联动装置链接,使得塑料滑块在向里推时金属滑块也向里行进,四个滑块向里行进到最大行程时与柱体形成外表面完整光滑的圆柱,滚动轮的设计与安装保持与现有万向轮相同,以上为万向轮的主体,该万向轮的底座为一个半径与连接柱半径相等的金属圆柱槽,槽内做出两个形状大小与金属滑块非收缩状态时突出连接柱部分相同的对称凹槽,底座可根据所需将其外观做的不同,底座需要固连在需使用该万向轮的物品上,在安装与拆卸万向轮时只需将塑料滑块压进核心柱使金属滑块缩回后将连接柱插入或拔出底座后松开塑料滑块即可,这样就可以使一般使用者在轮替损坏后快速的,便捷的进行更换。
优选地,所述连接柱为厚壁中空金属圆柱,核心柱空部分为半径与连接柱中空部分半径相等的圆柱。
优选地,所述万向轮的底座为一个半径与连接柱半径相等的金属圆柱槽,槽内做出两个形状大小与金属滑块非收缩状态时突出连接柱 部分相同的对称凹槽。
优选地,所述联动装置由两块对称安装的C型金属片以及两金属片中间的弹簧组成,C型金属片两端分别与金属滑块和塑料滑块连接
本发明可以使得万向轮的安装与拆卸简易化。解决万向轮在日常使用中损坏后更换不便的问题。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种新型万向轮,其特征是,包括:连接柱、金属滑块、支撑柱上半部分、联动装置、塑料滑块、弹簧结构、缺口和转轴,将转轴安装在万向轮下部支撑柱的中部使转轴与万向轮支撑柱和滚动轮一体化,在支撑柱的上部固连一个连接柱,在连接柱上做两个对称缺口,将转轴以上支撑柱做成中空圆柱的核心柱,在核心柱上做两个大小适宜的对称缺口,且使该缺口与连接柱缺口上下对齐,在连接柱缺口中安装与缺口紧密贴合的金属滑块,在核心柱缺口中安装与缺口紧密贴合的塑料滑块,将金属滑块与塑料滑块通过柱中中空部分内的联动装置链接,使得塑料滑块在向里推时金属滑块也向里行进,四个滑块向里行进到最大行程时与柱体形成外表面完整光滑的圆柱。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种新型万向轮,其特征是:所述连接柱为厚壁中空金属圆柱,核心柱空部分为半径与连接柱中空部分半径相等的圆柱。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种新型万向轮,其特征是:所述万向轮的底座为一个半径与连接柱半径相等的金属圆柱槽,槽内做出两个形状大小与金属滑块非收缩状态时突出连接柱部分相同的对称凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种新型万向轮,其特征是:所述联动装置由两块对称安装的C型金属片以及两金属片中间的弹簧组成,C型金属片两端分别与金属滑块和塑料滑块连接。
