Description

WASHBASIN FOR RECYCLING WATER
Introduction: it is notable that there is increasing shortage in drinking water and water for human use as a result of less sources of water, climatic changes and population increase allover the world. The purpose is to improve and facilitate good and re-cycled water in buildings without any environmental problems, as well as serving the previous invention provided by the same provider of this invention and registered in several countries in the world. This invention concerning re-cycling impure water is named "openable twin tank flush box using re-cycled water" registered with the USA Patent Office under No. US 8,239,982 B2. This invention serves improvement of re-cycled water by separation of water before re-cycling by disposal of bad impure water. Therefore, this invention has been presented to meet this need and to solve the problem of ffermentation and decomposition and undesirable odors without need to chemical treatment of impure recycled water.
This treatment is now necessary for good recycling of impure water in warm water and hot water in particular.
Brief summary:
The purpose of this invention is to find a means of Nano technology to get rid of all sorts of impure water, undesirable odors and to dispense of chemical treatment of recycled impure water of wash basins by finding a suitable solution to separate recycled water of less impurities from recycled water full of impurities by providing the idea of basin division and dividing one basin outlets to more than one basin by low partial separator to separate water resulting from washing and allows using the two basins together as we mentioned. Water resulting from washing shall be separated to discharge them in the direction defined by the user himself. There are several outlets of several basins as shown in shape No. (1 ) and shape No. (3) which has 4 outlets. Hence there are several discharge directions for each basin as per the section in shape No. (2) and shape No. (4) in order to assist in early control of water separation before recycling in hand washbasins. This makes more than one basin for a single washer and each bas has at least one or more outlets as required. Then the recyclable water can be directed to go down to the flush water box below the divided basin designed to be in between the upper basin of the washbasin and the normal flush boxes attached to the toilet as in shape (6). It can be easily connected to the normal flush boxes as in the said shape, and it will in turn be connected to the normal water source of the public system as in (9) of shape No. (6) in order to provide reserve flush water not less than one fourth of the lower flush box which is in the middle between the upper divided basin and the normal flush boxes attached to the toilet to have a quantity of water adequate to supply the flush boxes as per (6), (7), (9) and (10) of shape No. (6) when there is shortage or lack of recycled water for whatever reason. Each outlet of the upper washbasin and each basin shall discharge to a certain direction as in shape No. (2) and in shape No. (4). If the resulting water is impure, it will be discharged to the public sewerage system by direct control of the user by using closing and opening rod for all openings by the rod No. (4) and No. (5) as in shape No. (6) with the possibility to save more than one discharge outlet for each basin separately as in shape No. (3) to be able to select the method of discharge and its direction easily and safely by the user as shown in shape No. (3).
Detailed description:
This invention consists of two flush boxes one of them opens up. The upper basin, is divided into two basins with a 2.5 cm (approximately) high partition between them; and two discharge openings (2) and (3) as in shape No. (1 ) or with 4 openings with 2 discharge openings for each basin. These discharge openings are manually controlled by the user as shown in No. (4) of shape No. (1 ) and No. (4). There are 4 opening levers one lever for each opening. When the user uses the upper washbasin, he defines the direction of the resulting water to the suitable outlets No. (7) and (8) of the shape No. (2) or the outlets No. (7) and (8) of the shape No. (4). The user opens either the blue opening to direct water to recycling or the red opening to discharge water to the public sewerage system. The current problem of recycling water is how to deal with bad impure water which requires chemical treatments for several reasons specially in hot regions of high temperature. When the ratio of turbidity is high in impure water which we need to recycle, we face a real problem which requires radical solutions. So the proposal of designing a washbasin divided into two basins with outlet for each one as shown in shape No. (1 ) is presented. Each basin can, if required, have two outlets as in shape No. (2). Each one of the 2 outlets is controlled or opened by the user himself in his home, in his office or in public places where the washbasin is used. When the user uses detergents, shaving and tooth pastes he has to separate these heavy materials as per the temperature and discharge them directly to the public sewerage system from the pipe shown behind the shape No. (1 ), i.e. if the water resulting from washing is bad impure water full of chemicals, tooth paste ... etc., the user opens the left, outlet indicated by the red color in the upper basin as in shape No. (1 ) to discharge this impure water to the pipe No. (5) directed to the public sewerage system as in shape No. (1 ) even if the basin has one or two outlets (total of 4 outlets) to direct the impure water to the public sewerage system. If the resulting waste water is highly pure without bad impurities, soap or shave pastes .. etc., the right outlet indicated by blue color will be opened if the 2 basins have 2 or 4 outlets directed to the tank of recycled water under the washbasin itself as in shape No. (6) according to the previous invention registered all over the world by the same applicant or the tank be adjacent to the washbasin if they wish to make water store hidden inside the wall or in a big water box appended to the apartment or to the toilet in a suitable place, i.e. the basin of the upper washbasin can be divided to 2, 3 or 4 parts as in shape No. (5). At
least one or two outlets are provided to each basin separately as in shape No. (4). These shown outlets work as per the direction of the user who uses the washbasin as he will have more than one alternative to direct water resulting from washing according to ratio of turbidity. The right outlet will be semi-pure water as in shape No. (1 ) and No. (3), But if turbidity is high, the user uses the left outlet and he opens the red color lever to discharge the water resulting from washing which will be directed to the public sewerage system from pipe No. (5) as in shape No. (1 ). Above this there is a red color discharge switch as in shape No. (2) and No. (4) which discharge recycled water to the public system. Thus the user has another alternative the water mixer tap to the left basin (B) to discharge to the public system. The divided basin can be used as one basin with complete flexibility to direct impure water according to the ratio of turbidity as shown in shape No. (3) and the section in shape No. (4) where two outlets are placed for each basin separately to have 2 basins for each washbasin with 2 outlets (4 outlets for one washbasin). So the user will have two alternatives, either to direct water to the outlet No. (7) of shape No. (4) directed to the recycling system and indicated by blue color or to open the outlet No. (7) as in the same shape No. (4) indicated by red color which direct impure water to the public sewerage system through the pipe No. (5) as in shape No. (3) passing in the middle of the lower basin designated to impure water to be recycled outside the washbasin.
By this invention we have provided two grades for early separation of impure water as follows:
A washbasin divided into parts with one outlet for each part as in shape No. (1 ) with a very low partition between the two parts (two basins) to allow using the two basins as one basin with complete separation of used water.
A washbasin divided into parts with two outlets for each part as in shape No. (3) with and the total shall be 4 outlets for the upper basin of the washbasin to give more flexibility to the users of the two basins simultaneously after being both filled with water and soap. i.e. two designs of this washbasin will be made to work by the same idea. The difference between the two designs is the type of use in any country of the world, the required rate of separation and production cost as type (1 ) is of less cost than type (3). But definitely manufacture will be in two level to give choice to the user. All levels use the same idea of the washbasin separating impure water for recycling. Hence, separation is made early by user himself when he washes his hands in the right washbasin (A) as in shape No. (1 ) which we prefer to distinguish it by light color and in which outlet No. (7) will be opened as in shape No. (2) indicated by blue color. Also outlet No. (8) of shape No. (3) indicated by red color is usually closed. On the contrary the left basin No. (B) indicated by red color (8) in shape No. (1 ) will be opened as usual as in shape No. (2). The blue outlet will be closed as usual in part of basin (A) to realize automatic use of the right basin in which high turbidity water with soap, shave paste, tooth paste and shampoo .. etc. is used. So this invention will provide us with a means which will radically and completely separate used water of less turbidity from used water of high turbidity of washbasins. We can use the two basins together for usual face washing by opening outlet No. (8) of shape No. (4) to direct water of high turbidity full of soap and shampoo to the public sewerage system during very hot summer season while high turbidity water will quickly emit bad odor. In winter there will be more alternatives and possibility for the user to change the largest quantity of used water resulting from the basins to recycling boxes of basin (A) and basin (B) of shape No. (1 ) to pass to the recycling system. Also it is possible to divide the basin to other parts up to 4 parts for special uses when there is high care of the used water to be high purity water, medium to high purity water and high turbidity water when there is great need of water as shown in shape No. (5) with a rotating valve to facilitate directing water , By this invention recycled low turbidity water will be transferred to the lower flush box which is designed to be in the middle between the upper basin of the washbasin and the ordinary flush boxes appended to the toilet as in shape No. (6). It will easily be connected to the norma! toilet flush boxes as shown; and it will in turn be connected the source of fresh water supplied by the public system as in (9) of shape No. (6) in order to save reserve flush water not less than one fourth of the lower middle flush box to have adequate water to supply flush boxes always as in shape No. (6), each outlet of the upper washbasin and each basin will discharge to a certain direction either for recycling or for discharge in the pubic sewerage system if the resulting water is of high turbidity. As in many countries both of the two basins will be filled together with water, detergent liquids are poured in both of them, face is washed and some times face and hair are washed in both basins as the partition is no more than 2.5 cm high. The two outlets No. (8) in shape No. for both basins (4) in red color will be opened to get rid of soap and shampoo. If the user
notices that soap is less and water is much, he can open the blue color outlets of the two basins No. (7) of shape No. (4) for recycling all the washbasin water. As another example of the mechanism used for this divided washbasin, the red valve will be opened in the right basin when tooth brush is used in order to dispose of the tooth paste in the public system. The tap of semi pure water will be directed to the right basin and hence the blue valve of the right basin and the less turbid water will be recycled to the lower box while tooth paste will be discharged through the left basin. So the water resulting from washbasins will have been early separated in a way suitable water recycling without any problem of heavy turbidity. Then the lower box will be turned to a flush box in the middle between the upper basin and the normal flush boxes appended to the toilet.
Drawings detailed description:
Shape No. (1 ) shows a washbasin separating impure water divided into two parts with small partition of 2- 2.5 cm height separating them made of the same material of the washbasin, in addition to 2 and 3 outlets one of them (2) directed to the water recycling tank fixed under or below the washbasin and the other (3) is directed to the public sewerage system with 2 control tools in the form of simple levers (4) to allow the user to open and close the outlet.
