Abstract

一种冰箱、冰箱用摄像头安装结构以及冰箱用翻转梁止挡(1),该冰箱用摄像头安装结构的本体结构设置有安装于冰箱内胆顶部的安装位,且设置有摄像头安装位(5),该冰箱用翻转梁止挡(1)和冰箱都设有该冰箱用摄像头安装结构。该冰箱用摄像头安装结构通过安装位安装于冰箱内胆顶部,不会影响冰箱的内部结构,且摄像头(4)通过摄像头安装位(5)也安装到冰箱的内胆顶部,自上而下拍摄冰箱的内部空间及冰箱门的状态,拍摄角度大,无需过多的摄像头数目,既能够有效采集冰箱内胆和箱门的状况,又不会影响冰箱内胆的整体结构。

本申请引用于2016年12月21日提交的专利名称为“冰箱及冰箱用摄像头安装结构、翻转梁止挡”的第2016111957699号中国专利申请,其通过引用被全部并入本申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及冰箱内图像采集领域,特别是冰箱及冰箱用摄像头安装结构及冰箱用翻转梁止挡。
背景技术
目前,带图像识别功能的冰箱摄像头安放位置多种多样,摄像头数量、安装结构和安装方式较复杂,不利于生产且影响冰箱的整体结构。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供冰箱及冰箱用摄像头安装结构及冰箱用翻转梁止挡,以解决现有冰箱内图像采集摄像头安装不合理的问题。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种冰箱用摄像头安装结构,其本体结构设置有安装于冰箱内胆顶部的安装位,且设置有摄像头安装位。
在一些实施例中,优选为,当所述冰箱用摄像头安装结构安装于冰箱内胆中,所述摄像头安装位处于冰箱内胆顶部的中心位置。
在一些实施例中,优选为,所述摄像头安装位朝向冰箱内胆的一侧为用以摄像头探出的通孔。
在一些实施例中,优选为,所述摄像头安装位为卡扣结构。
在一些实施例中,优选为,所述卡扣结构包括:在包裹摄像头安装部的周向上布置的扣件,所述扣件自所述本体结构的底板向垂直于所述底板的方向延伸,所述扣件的延伸端设置扣位,所述扣位朝向所述扣件围成的 区域。
在一些实施例中,优选为,所述扣位呈倒勾状。
在一些实施例中,优选为,所述扣件的数目为多个,在包裹摄像头安装部的周向上均匀布置。
本发明还提供了一种冰箱用翻转梁止挡,设有所述的冰箱用摄像头安装结构。
本发明还提供了一种冰箱,其包括冰箱内胆、摄像头和所述的冰箱用摄像头安装结构,所述摄像头安装于所述冰箱用摄像头安装结构的摄像头安装位。
在一些实施例中,优选为,所述冰箱用摄像头安装结构处于所述冰箱用翻转梁止挡上;和/或,所述摄像头为广角摄像头。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供的冰箱用摄像头安装结构通过安装位安装于冰箱内胆顶部,不会影响冰箱的内部结构,而且,摄像头通过摄像头安装位也安装到冰箱的内胆顶部,自上而下拍摄冰箱的内部空间及冰箱门的状态,拍摄角度大,无需过多的摄像头数目。所以,该冰箱用摄像头安装结构能够将摄像头安装到冰箱内胆的顶部,有效采集冰箱内胆和箱门的状况,又不会影响冰箱内胆的整体结构。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。
为了对冰箱内状况的图像进行有效采集,又减少对内胆整体结构的影响,本发明给出了一种冰箱及冰箱用摄像头安装结构及冰箱用翻转梁止挡。
下面通过基础设计、替换设计和扩展设计对本技术做详细描述:
一种冰箱用摄像头安装结构,如图1、2、3所示,其本体结构设置有安装于冰箱内胆顶部的安装位,通过该安装位顺利安装于冰箱内胆顶部;且本体结构设置有摄像头安装位5,摄像头4(优选广角摄像头)安装于该安装结构上,随安装结构安装于冰箱内胆顶部。
需要说明的是,该冰箱用摄像头安装结构可以为特意设计的部件,也可以在现有冰箱内胆顶部安装部件上添加该摄像头安装结构,比如:翻转梁止挡1。
而且,安装于冰箱内胆顶部的安装位可以结合冰箱内胆的结构或冰箱内胆顶部现有结构的状况进行适应性设计,为了方便拆卸和更换,建议该安装位设计为可拆卸的连接件,比如:滑道,或支撑凸台,或扣合件等等,形式不一。
为了方便摄像头4对冰箱内及箱门2的区域均能够进行图像采集,在一些实施例中,建议将摄像头4安装到内胆顶部的中心区,即,当冰箱用摄像头安装结构安装于冰箱内胆中,摄像头安装位5处于冰箱内胆顶部的中心位置。如此,基本上无需旋转摄像头4,既可以从上到下,从中心到周边进行图像采集。优选采用广角摄像头。
当然,借助摄像头4旋转云台,摄像头4也可以安装于其他位置,但是,这无形中增加了运转、控制的复杂性,不建议使用。
另外,本技术的主要目的在于将摄像头4安装到冰箱内胆顶部中心区, 至于摄像头安装位5在冰箱用摄像头安装结构上的具体位置,此处不做过多限定,只要能满足安装后摄像头4的位置即可。
为了适应摄像头4采集图像的方便方便性,摄像头4安装到冰箱用摄像头安装结构上以后,摄像头4需要探出安装结构的主体底板,因此,摄像头安装位5朝向冰箱内胆的一侧为用以摄像头4探出的通孔3,如图2所示。
当然,在一些更为复杂的技术中,可以将摄像头4与控制器相连,通过控制器控制摄像头4的采集方位、改变焦距以准确获取某一方位的图像。另外,控制器可接收摄像头4拍摄图像,在冰箱的显示屏上显示。
摄像头安装位5用以安装摄像头4,其可以采用现有的任何一种安装方式,但为了更适应冰箱的内部结构,在一些实施例中,摄像头安装位5采用卡扣结构。将摄像头4扣入卡扣结构中,这种连接方式方便拆卸和更换。而且,该连接方式结构简单,易加工,占用空间小。
具体为:卡扣结构包括:在包裹摄像头4安装部的周向上布置的扣件,扣件自本体结构的底板向垂直于底板的方向延伸,扣件的延伸端设置扣位,扣位朝向扣件围成的区域。此处的“包裹”可以理解为当摄像头4安装部置于卡扣结构内后,处于被包裹状态。为了方便对卡扣结构的描述,此处采用了“包裹”。当然该“包裹”可以理解为“围绕”。
扣位是为了将摄像头4更稳定的固定于摄像头安装位5内,扣位呈倒勾状,避免摄像头4意外掉落。
另一方面,扣件可以为周向的整体结构,也可以为间断的分体结构,当为分体结构时,所有分体结构围成包裹区间。为了各处受力均匀,扣件的数目为多个时,扣件在包裹摄像头4安装部的周向上均匀布置。
如前所说,该冰箱用摄像头安装结构设计在冰箱内胆顶部的现有结构上,比如冰箱用翻转梁止挡1。该冰箱用翻转梁止挡1的主体结构可以充当冰箱用摄像头安装结构的主体结构,并摄像头安装位5。翻转梁止挡1的冰箱安装位可以充当冰箱用摄像头安装结构的安装位。
安装有上述摄像头安装结构的冰箱将成为一种新型冰箱,如图3所示,其可以由冰箱内胆、摄像头4和冰箱用摄像头安装结构组成,摄像头4安装于冰箱用摄像头安装结构的摄像头安装位5。
其中,冰箱用摄像头安装结构处于冰箱用翻转梁止挡1上。在另一些实施例中,摄像头4优选广角摄像头。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱用摄像头安装结构,其特征在于,其本体结构设置有安装于冰箱内胆顶部的安装位,且设置有摄像头安装位。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱用摄像头安装结构,其特征在于,当所述冰箱用摄像头安装结构安装于冰箱内胆中,所述摄像头安装位处于冰箱内胆顶部的中心位置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱用摄像头安装结构,其特征在于,所述摄像头安装位朝向冰箱内胆的一侧为用以摄像头探出的通孔。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的冰箱用摄像头安装结构,其特征在于,所述摄像头安装位为卡扣结构。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的冰箱用摄像头安装结构,其特征在于,所述卡扣结构包括:在包裹摄像头安装部的周向上布置的扣件,所述扣件自所述本体结构的底板向垂直于所述底板的方向延伸,所述扣件的延伸端设置扣位,所述扣位朝向所述扣件围成的区域。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的冰箱用摄像头安装结构,其特征在于,所述扣位呈倒勾状。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的冰箱用摄像头安装结构,其特征在于,所述扣件的数目为多个,在包裹摄像头安装部的周向上均匀布置。
  8. 一种冰箱用翻转梁止挡,其特征在于,其设有权利要求1-7任一项所述的冰箱用摄像头安装结构。
  9. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,其包括冰箱内胆、摄像头和权利要求1-7任一项所述的冰箱用摄像头安装结构,所述摄像头安装于所述冰箱用摄像头安装结构的摄像头安装位。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱用摄像头安装结构处于所述冰箱用翻转梁止挡上;和/或,所述摄像头为广角摄像头。
