壳体1外形呈蛋壳形，壳体1呈纵向设置(长轴方向为垂直方向，短轴方向为水平方向)，壳体1包括上壳体11和下壳体12，上壳体11与下壳体12通过铰链13可转动连接，以实现上壳体11与下壳体12组成类似普通首饰盒的结构，通过铰链13的旋转转动，便于壳体11与下壳体12打开和闭合；上壳体11内部形成有开口朝下的第一凹腔14，位于第一凹腔14开口的边缘设有卡扣15，下壳体12内部形成有开口朝上的第二凹腔16，位于第二凹腔16开口的边缘对应于卡扣15的位置，设有与卡扣15适配的卡槽17，通过卡扣15与卡槽17的卡合和脱离配合，以实现壳体1的上壳体11与下壳体12可以锁扣闭合；当上壳体11与下壳体12锁扣闭合后，第一凹腔14与第二凹腔16组合形成可以放置装饰件2的内腔；此外，壳体1的上壳体11的顶端设有挂环18，佩戴件(图中未画出)通过挂环18将壳体1佩戴在人体相应的部位以作装饰用，佩戴件可以是挂绳或者项链等可以将吊坠首饰佩戴在人体上的物件。
壳体1可以是采用玉石材质制成而形成晶莹剔透的冰雕质感的蛋壳体，或者是贵重金属制成的带有鲜艳金属光泽的蛋壳体，壳体1还可以是采用加入有机颜料、夜光粉或者荧光粉的浆液配料制成的可用于首饰加工的着色蛋壳体，具有色彩斑斓以及可以实现夜间观赏的的良好效果。如图5所示，壳体1侧面采用镂空设计，镂空图案可以是不同形状图形，如心形、椭圆形等，或者不同图案以及不同图形和不同图案组合的镂空结构，镂空图形或者图案不受壳体限制，以使得透过镂空图案可看到隐含设置在壳体内腔的装饰件2，造成良好的视觉效果，增强了首饰的艺术 性和观赏性。
装饰件2是具有不同类型、不同颜色、不同款式、不同形状的珠宝玉石、装饰品或者工艺品，其形象造型可以为人物、动物、植物等。
安装件3用于安装带有不同装饰物的装饰件2，安装件3设置在装饰件2的底端，安装件3与装饰件2可以是一体式成型结构，也可以是通过螺纹或者卡扣结构连接为一体，安装件3包括旋转轴31、定位柱32和限位凸台33，旋转轴31呈纵向设置，旋转轴31的外形为圆柱体，旋转轴31的顶端与装饰件2的底端一体式成型或者通过螺纹或者卡扣结构连接成一体，在旋转轴31的圆形底端面的中心位置设有沿其轴向延伸的定位柱32，定位柱32的外形呈圆柱体，且定位柱32的圆周直径小于旋转轴31的圆周半径，在旋转轴31的圆形底端边缘左右对称设有沿其周向延伸的限位凸台33，即两个限位凸台33的中心线夹角呈180°。
安装座4用于将设有装饰件2的安装件3固定安装在壳体1的内腔中，安装座4固定设置在下壳体12的第二凹腔16内，并与下壳体12为一体式成型结构，安装座4呈一个上端开口并且内部中空的圆柱形，在圆柱形安装座4顶端位置的外边缘沿其周向设有延伸的凸环41，安装座4中空腔体的形状和大小与旋转轴31的形状与大小适配，且在安装座4中空腔体的内侧壁上沿其轴向设置有两个第一限位槽42，两个第一限位槽42与两个限位凸台33相配合，以使得安装件3沿垂直方向伸入安装座4的中空内腔；在安装座4中空腔体的内侧壁上沿其周向设置有两个弧形第二限位槽43，两个弧形第二限位槽43与两个限位凸台33相配合，以使得安装件3可在安装座4的中空内腔中发生水平方向的旋转；每个 第一限位槽42与其对应的第二限位槽43相连通，在第二限位槽43上还设有定位孔44，定位孔44的形状和大小与限位凸台33的形状和大小适配，在安装座4中空腔体的底面还设有与定位柱32配合的定位槽，定位槽的开口朝上，定位槽的形状和大小与定位柱32的形状和大小适配，且定位柱32的直径略小于定位槽的直径，以使得定位柱32在伸入到定位槽后可以保持一定的空隙，实现定位柱32能够在定位槽内自由转动。
弹性件5采用现有技术结构实现，弹性件5可以是弹片或者弹簧等弹性部件，本实施例的弹性件5为弹簧，弹簧的底部自由端固定安装在安装座4中空腔体的底壁上，用于将安装在安装座4中的安装件3从安装座4的中空腔体向上顶紧限位。
实施例二：
如图8所示，本实用新型的安装件3上还可设置有用于夹持承托珠宝或者钻石装饰物的承托部30，承托部30固定安装在安装件3的旋转轴31上，承托部30是由6个具有弹性材料制成的承托抓301组成，6个承托抓301沿一球面方向均匀间隔设置，每个承托抓301呈内凹形，6个承托抓301形状大小相同，每个承托抓30的高度比珠宝或者钻石装饰件2的高度略高，且每一个承托抓301的底部相互固定连接，以使得6个承托抓301限定出一个球状、椭球状或者类似球状的可承托夹持空间，实现可将玉石珠宝或者钻石等装饰物的装饰件2夹持承托在承托部30内。
使用时，只要使卡扣15与卡槽17脱离就可打开壳体1，将上壳体11通过铰链13与下壳体12开启到合适的角度，手持带有装饰件2的安装件3，将旋转轴31和两个限位凸台33分别朝下对准安装座4的中空腔 体和两个第一限位槽42，向下安装，当旋转轴31插入到安装座4的中空腔体内时，弹簧套装在安装件3的限位柱32上，其顶部自由端并与旋转轴31的底端面相抵触，继续向下按压安装件3，此时弹簧处于被压缩的状态，在两个限位凸台33到达第一限位槽42的底端时，定位柱32伸入到安装座4的定位槽内，旋转轴31就不会在安装座4的中空腔体在水平方向上发生偏摆，然后继续用力下压并顺时针旋转旋转轴31，使两个限位凸台33平稳地在对应的两个弧形第二限位槽43内绕旋转轴31的中心轴线转动，当限位凸台33转动到对应的弧形第二限位槽43上的定位孔44时，撤消对旋转轴31的下压力，弹簧会将旋转轴31从安装座4的中空腔体内向上顶起，使得限位凸台33卡合到定位孔44内，由于弹簧对旋转轴31的作用向上顶紧，使得两个限位凸台33朝上顶起，并被紧紧顶置到各自对应的定位孔44内，从而有效地限制了旋转轴31与安装座4发生相对运动，装饰件2就通过安装件3与安装座4的相互配合被固定安装在壳体1的内腔里，此时，关闭壳体1，使卡扣15与卡槽17卡合，就可通过挂环18将放置在壳体1的内腔里的装饰物进行佩戴。
在需要拆卸更换装饰物时，使卡扣15与卡槽17脱离就可打开壳体1，将上壳体11通过铰链13与下壳体12开启到合适的角度，只需用力下压安装件3，抵消弹簧对旋转轴31朝上顶起的作用力，就可使两个限位凸台33从各自对应的定位孔44内脱离，然后继续用力下压并逆时针旋转旋转轴31，使两个限位凸台33平稳地在对应的弧形第二限位槽43内绕旋转轴31的中心轴线逆时针转动，当两个限位凸台33转动到对应的第一限位槽43时，撤消对旋转轴31的下压力，弹簧会将旋转轴31从底座 4的中空腔体内向上顶起，使得装有装饰件2的安装件3向上与底座4分离开，就可实现装饰物的拆卸，而可以任意对不同款式的首饰进行重新组合搭配。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式，本发明并不局限于上述实施方式，在实施过程中可能存在局部微小的结构改动，如果对本发明的各种改动或变型不脱离本发明的精神和范围，且属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内，则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于可拆卸结构的可自由组合搭配装饰物的新型吊坠，它包括可通过佩戴件装饰在人体的首饰壳体、具有不同造型装饰物的装饰件、安装件和安装座，所述壳体内部形成有内腔，所述装饰件、安装件以及安装座均设置在所述壳体的内腔中，所述装饰件设在所述安装件上，所述安装件以可拆卸式结构安装在所述安装座上，所述安装座固定设置在所述壳体的内腔中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于可拆卸结构的可自由组合搭配装饰物的新型吊坠，其特征在于：所述壳体包括上壳体和下壳体，所述上壳体内部形成有开口朝下的第一凹腔，所述下壳体内部形成有开口朝上的第二凹腔，所述上壳体与所述下壳体通过铰链可活动连接，所述第一凹腔和所述第二凹腔组合形成了可放置装饰物的内腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基于可拆卸结构的可自由组合搭配装饰物的新型吊坠，其特征在于：所述上壳体上设有卡扣，所述下壳体上对应于所述卡扣的位置设有卡槽，所述卡槽与所述卡扣相匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的基于可拆卸结构的可自由组合搭配装饰物的新型吊坠，其特征在于：所述壳体采用不同形状或者不同图案组合的镂空设计，以使得透过镂空图案可看到隐含设置在壳体内腔的装饰物。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的基于可拆卸结构的可自由组合搭配装饰物的新型吊坠，其特征在于：所述安装件是以可拆卸式结构安装在所述安装座中，所述可拆卸式结构是这样实现的，所述安装件包括旋转轴和至少一个限位凸台，所述限位凸台设置在所述旋转轴的侧壁上，并沿所述 旋转轴的周向向外延伸，所述安装座为中空的腔体，所述安装座的中空腔体的形状和所述旋转轴相适配，所述安装座的内侧壁沿其轴向设有与所述限位凸台相匹配的第一限位槽，所述安装座的内侧壁沿其周向设有与所述限位凸台相匹配的第二限位槽，所述第一限位槽与所述第二限位槽相连通，所述第二限位槽上设有定位孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的基于可拆卸结构的可自由组合搭配装饰物的新型吊坠，其特征在于：所述旋转轴设有沿其轴向延伸的定位柱，所述安装座的中空腔体在对应于所述限位柱的位置设有与所述定位柱相配合的定位槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的基于可拆卸结构的可自由组合搭配装饰物的新型吊坠，其特征在于：所述安装件与安装座之间还设置有弹性件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的基于可拆卸结构的可自由组合搭配装饰物的新型吊坠，其特征在于：所述的弹性件为弹簧，所述弹簧的底部自由端设置在所述安装座的中空腔体内，所述弹簧套设在所述定位柱上，所述弹簧的顶部自由端与所述旋转轴的底端面相抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的基于可拆卸结构的可自由组合搭配装饰物的新型吊坠，其特征在于：所述壳体呈蛋壳形。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的基于可拆卸结构的可自由组合搭配装饰物的新型吊坠，其特征在于：所述装饰件是具有不同类型、不同颜色、不同款式、不同形状以及不同造型的装饰品或者工艺品。
