LED是英文发光二极管的缩写,是一种能够将电能转化为可见光的固态的半导体器件,它可以直接把电能转化为光,具有节能、使用寿命长、环保等优点,但是目前市面上的面板灯通常密封性不好,具有很大的缝隙,从而导致面板灯的内部由于静电的吸附性,产生大量的灰尘,灰尘的存在遮挡了光的照射,不利于设备的使用,对此人们希望出现一种无缝连接的面板灯,来解决传统灯具的不足。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有无缝连接的面板灯,所具有的有益效果是;灯罩、左堵头和右堵头的设置,使得设备的内部不会进入灰尘,避免了灯珠与灯罩之间由于静电的吸附性产生大量灰尘,摆脱了灰尘遮挡光的照射的现象。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种具有无缝连接的面板灯,包括固定板、内框架、空腔、外框架、铝基板、限位框架、灯板、左堵头和右堵头,所述左堵头上设置有左通电接头和通孔,所述右堵头上设置有右通电接头和通电开关,所述固定板与内框架通过固定板的底部和T型凹槽紧密连接固定,所述外框架和内框架、内框架 和限位框架以及固定板与内框架之间设置有空腔,所述限位框架的底部设置有电路板,所述灯板的底部设置有灯珠,所述灯板和灯珠的下方设置有灯罩,所述电路板和灯珠与电路板和电源通过导线连接。

实施例,见图1、图2和图3所示,一种具有无缝连接的面板灯,包括固定板1、内框架2、空腔4、外框架5、铝基板6、限位框架8、灯板10、左堵头13和右堵头17,左堵头13上设置有左通电接头14和通孔15,右堵头17上设置有右通电接头18和通电开关19,固定板1与内框架2通过固定板1的底部和T型凹槽7紧密连接固定,外框架5和内框架2、内框架2和限位框架8以及固定板1与内框架2之间设置有空腔4,限位框架8的底部设置有电路板9,灯板10的底部设置有灯珠11,灯板10和灯珠11的下方设置有灯罩12,电路板9和灯珠11与电路板9和电源通过导线连接,固定板1、内框架2、外框架5和限位框架8是由铝基板6构成,灯罩12与外框架5的底部紧密连接,内框架2和外框架5上设置有螺纹孔3,且铝基板6与左堵头和右堵头通过紧定螺钉16穿过通孔15与螺纹孔3紧密连接固定,左通电接头14和右通电接头18与电路板9通过导线连接,右通电接头18和通电开关19之间导线串联连接。
工作原理:使用时,将左通电接头14和右通电接头18与电路板9通过导线连接,右通电接头18和通电开关19之间导线串联连接,左堵头13和右堵头17与铝基板6通过紧定螺钉16穿过通孔15与螺纹孔3紧密连接固定,左堵头13与右堵头17上设置有T型凹槽7,固定板1的底部与T型凹槽7紧密连接,使得设备的连接处无缝连接,进而密封性得到保证,有效的起到了防水和防尘的效果。
