请参阅图1及图2,本发明第一方案实施例提供了一种智能雨伞100。智能雨伞100包括伞柄10、伞杆20、伞支架30及伞布40及智能模组50。智能模块50包括图像抓取装置51、柔性显示屏52及图像处理器53。伞柄10设置于伞杆20的第一端。伞支架30设置于伞杆20的另一端,用于架撑伞布40。图像抓取装置51设置于伞布40的外侧,以抓取智能雨伞100周围的景象,图像处理器53连接至图像抓取装置51,以对抓取的景象进行图像处理。柔性显示屏52至少铺设于伞布40的内侧,并连接至图像处理器53,以显示智能雨伞100周围景象的图像。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,伞布40的材质为化纤。柔性显示屏52贴合于伞面40的内侧作为AR(Augmented Reality,增强现实)显示设备。柔性显示屏52具有超薄、可弯曲度高的特点,与化纤材料的伞布40贴合程度高。图像处理器53可以设置于伞柄10内。在其他实施例中,伞布40的材质也可以根据实际需要进行更换。图像处理器53也可以根据实际需要设置于智能雨伞100的其他位置。伞布40的外侧也可以设置柔性显示屏。
在本实施例中,智能雨伞100包括图像抓取装置51、柔性显示屏52及图像处理器53。图像抓取装置51抓取智能雨伞100周围的景象,图像处理器53
连接至图像抓取装置51,以对抓取的景象进行图像处理,生成周围景象的图像。柔性显示屏52铺设于伞布40的内侧,并连接至图像处理器53,以显示智能雨伞100周围景象的图像。因此,智能雨伞100实现了在伞面40内侧通过柔性显示屏52观察到智能雨伞100周围的景象的目的,解决了撑伞后造成的视线遮挡的问题。
具体地,柔性显示屏52铺设于伞布40的内侧一周,以全视角范围实时显示周围的景象。
需要说明的是,图像抓取装置51可以为全景摄像头。由于柔性显示屏52的特性,柔性显示屏52可以实现环绕智能雨伞使用者进行显示效果,对周围景象的还原度极高。使用者通过在智能雨伞100内通过转动头部即可观察智能雨伞100周围的景象。
其中,伞布40会被伞支架30分割成多个区域。每个区域独立设置有电性相连的柔性显示屏,从而构成一个完整的柔性显示屏52。
进一步地,智能模组50还包括运动传感器54及控制器55。运动传感器54连接至控制器55。运动传感器54用于感测伞布40的运动路径,并将感测到的运动路径发送至控制器55。控制器55用于根据伞布40的运动路径来确定伞布40的运动偏移量。图像处理器53还连接至控制器55,用于根据运动偏移量来调整生成的周围景象的图像,使调整后的周围景象的图像保持水平方向,以使柔性显示屏52显示的周围景象的图像与周围环境的真实景象对接。
需要说明的是,在使用智能雨伞100时,根据天气情况会不可避免地调整撑伞的姿势,因此,智能雨伞100的伞面会随之产生运动路径。通过运动传感器54及控制器55可以使柔性显示屏52显示的周围景象的图像与周围环境的真实景象无缝对接,保证了柔性显示屏52显示的图像的真实性,从而使使用者可以更真实地了解周围的景象,提高了使用者的安全性。
具体地,运动传感器54包括加速度传感器541及陀螺仪542。加速度传感器541用于感测伞面40在水平及垂直方向的运动路径,陀螺仪542用于感测伞面40转动角度的运动路径。控制器55根据伞布40的水平及垂直方向的运动路径来确定伞布40的位移偏移量,并根据伞面40转动角度的运动路径确定伞布40的角度偏移量。图像处理器53根据位移偏移量及角度偏移量来对周围景象的图像进行移位补偿调整及角度补偿调整,以使补偿调整后的周围景象
的图像保持水平方向。
进一步地,智能模组50还包括面部抓取模块56及确定模块57。面部抓取模块56用于抓取智能雨伞使用者的面部图像。确定模块57用于确定面部图像中使用者眼睛所在的位置信息,并将位置信号传递至图像处理器53,图像处理器53还用于根据位置信息将周围景象的图像调整至柔性显示屏52对准使用者眼睛位置进行显示。
需要说明的是,不同的使用者撑伞的高度不同,即使用者的眼睛对应的柔性显示屏52的位置不同。本实施例通过面部抓取模块56及确定模块57可以使周围景象的图像在柔性显示屏52对准使用者眼睛位置进行显示,因此,柔性显示屏52对周围景象的图像的显示位置可以根据不同使用者进行调整,提高了使用者的体验感。
进一步地,智能模块50还包括存储模块58、识别模块59及提示模块60。存储模块58用于存储危险物体的图像信息。识别模块59用于在识别到周围景象的图像中存在与存储的危险物体的图像信息一致的信息时发送提示指令至提示模块60,提示模块60用于在柔性显示屏52上显示提示信息。
需要说明的是,提示信息为文字信息或图形信息或图像信息。危险物体可以为固定的障碍物,或附近的可移动物体或行人。其中,所谓文字信息可以理解为在柔性显示屏52的预设位置(可以为柔性显示屏的侧边或底部等)通过文字描述在使用者周围存在的危险物体,或者具体为哪种危险物,如移动的自行车等。所谓图形信息可以理解为在柔性显示屏52上预设位置显示各种警示图样,或者危险物的图形,如自行车的图形等。所谓图像信息可以在柔性显示屏52的预设位置显示该危险物体的实况录像图像。这样,本实施例提高了使用者在使用智能雨伞100过程中的安全性。
进一步地,智能模块50还包括追踪模块251、判定模块252及警示模块253。追踪模块251用于追踪周围景象中的危险物体的移动状况,并将移动状况传输至判定模块252。判定模块252用于判定移动状况构成危险后启动警示模块253。警示模块253可包括提示灯闪烁、语音及震动等多种警示形式,不限于说明书中所列举的方式。
具体地,移动状况包括危险物体的移动速度、体积及与使用者的距离,存储模块58中还存储有速度阈值、体积阈值及安全距离阈值,判定模块252还
用于判定危险物体的移动速度、体积及与使用者的距离中任一超过相应的阈值时,启动警示模块253。其中,与移动速度相应的阈值为速度阈值,与体积相应的阈值为体积阈值,与使用者的距离相应的阈值为安全距离阈值。
需要说明的是,当判定模块252还用于判定危险物体的移动速度、体积及与使用者的距离中任一超过相应的阈值时,表明危险物体的移动状况构成危险。
进一步地,速度阈值包括第一速度阈值及第二速度阈值。警示模块253包括语音模块521及震动模块254。判定模块252还用于在判定危险物体的移动速度超过相应的第一阈值且未超过相应的第二阈值时,启动语音模块521,判定模块252还用于在判定危险物体的移动速度超过相应的第二阈值时,启动震动模块254,其中,与移动速度相应的第一阈值为第一速度阈值,与移动速度相应的第二阈值为第二速度阈值。
体积阈值包括第一体积阈值及第二体积阈值。判定模块252还用于在判定危险物体的体积超过相应的第一阈值且未超过相应的第二阈值时,启动语音模块521,判定模块252还用于在判定危险物体的体积超过相应的第二阈值时,启动震动模块254,其中,与体积相应的第一阈值为第一体积阈值,与体积相应的第二阈值为第二体积阈值。
安全距离阈值包括第一安全距离阈值及第二安全距离阈值。判定模块252还用于在判定危险物体与使用者的距离超过相应的第一阈值且未超过相应的第二阈值时,启动语音模块521,判定模块252还用于在判定危险物体与使用者的距离超过相应的第二阈值时,启动震动模块254,其中,与使用者的距离相应的第一阈值为第一安全距离阈值,与使用者的距离相应的第二阈值为第二安全距离阈值。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,判定模块252还用于判定危险物体的移动速度、体积及与使用者的距离中任一超过相应的阈值时,启动警示模块253。在其他实施例中,判定模块252也可以用于在判定危险物体的移动速度、体积及与使用者的距离中至少两个均超过相应的阈值时,才启动警示模块253。即,判定模块252可以在判定危险物体的移动速度大于速度阈值且体积大于体积阈值,或者,移动速度大于速度阈值且与使用者的距离大于安全距离阈值,或者,体积大于体积阈值且与使用者的距离大于安全距离阈值,或者移动速度大于速度阈值、体积大于体积阈值及与使用者的距离大于安全距离阈值时,才启
动警示模块253。
另外,进一步地,警示模块也可以包括第一警示模块及第二警示模块,当判定模块252在判定危险物体的移动速度、体积及与使用者的距离中任两个均超过相应的阈值时,启动第一警示模块。当判定模块252在判定危险物体的移动速度、体积及与使用者的距离中三个均超过相应的阈值时,启动第二警示模块。
进一步地,语音模块521为柔性显示屏52的语音模块。语音模块521用于输出音频以及在被判定模块252启动后输出警示音。
需要说明的是,警示音可以为设定的特殊声音,或者警鸣音等。在其他实施方式中,语音模块521也可以不是柔性显示器52的语音模块,而是独立的设置于智能雨伞100上的语音装置。
进一步地,智能模块50还包括雨量传感器255及音量控制器256。雨量传感器255用于感测伞布40外的雨量,并转换成雨量信息。判定模块252还用于根据雨量信息来输出音量调节指令,以控制音量控制器256来调节语音模块521的音量。
具体地,存储模块58还用于存储雨量阈值及音量阈值。音量调节指令包括第一音量调节指令及第二音量调节指令。判定模块252还用于在判定雨量信息大于雨量阈值时发送第一音量调节指令,并在判定雨量信息小于或等于雨量阈值时进一步判定语音模块521的音量,并在判定语音模块的音量大于音量阈值时发送第二音量调节指令,音量控制器256还用于根据第一音量调节指令增加语音模块521的音量,并根据第二音量调节指令降低语音模块521的音量。
需要说明的是,雨量信息可以转换成噪音分贝数,雨量阈值可以为噪音分贝阈值,当判定模块252在判定雨量信息大于雨量阈值时,表明雨量产生的噪音分贝数大于噪音分贝阈值,需要增加柔性显示器52输出的音量,从而避免由于降水声音过大而掩盖语音模块的音量的情况出现。当判定模块252在判定雨量信息小于或等于雨量阈值时,表明雨量产生的噪音分贝数大于噪音分贝阈值,需要进一步判定语音模块521的音量,当判定模块252在判定语音模块521的音量大于音量阈值时,表明可以降低柔性显示器52输出的音量。
进一步地,智能模组50还包括光敏传感器257及亮度控制器258。光敏传感器257用于感测伞布40外的亮度,并转换成亮度信息,判定模块252还
用于根据亮度信息来输出亮度调节指令,以控制亮度控制器258来调节柔性显示屏52的亮度,以使柔性显示屏52的亮度随伞布40外的亮度变化而变化。
具体地,智能模组50还包括获取模块259。亮度调节指令包括第一亮度调节指令及第二亮度调节指令。获取模块259用于获取柔性显示屏52的亮度信息。判定模块252还用于在判定获取到的柔性显示屏52的亮度信息大于亮度信息时,发送第一亮度调节指令,并在判定获取到的柔性显示屏52的亮度信息小于亮度信息时,发送第二亮度调节指令,亮度控制器258还用于根据第一亮度调节指令降低柔性显示屏52的亮度,并根据第二亮度调节指令增加柔性显示屏52的亮度。
需要说明的是,通过光敏传感器257来感测伞布40外的亮度,从而调节柔性显示屏60的亮度,以避免柔性显示屏60与周围环境亮度产生过大的差异,进而提高了用户的体验感。
进一步地,智能模组50还包括警示灯260。警示灯260设置于伞布40上。存储模块58还存储有亮度阈值。判定模块252还用于判定亮度信息小于存储的亮度阈值时启动警示灯260。
需要说明的是,当判定模块252还用于判定亮度信息小于存储的亮度阈值时,表明智能雨伞100外的亮度较低,智能雨伞100及使用者可能容易被看到。此时,启动警示灯260以使行人或车辆等可以注意到使用者及智能雨伞100的存在,从而提高了使用者的安全性。
进一步地,智能模组50还包括导航模块261。导航模块261用于对智能雨伞100进行定位,并根据使用者提供的目的地位置进行实时导航。
以上是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (19)
- 一种智能雨伞,包括伞柄、伞杆、伞支架及伞布,所述伞柄设置于所述伞杆的第一端,所述伞支架设置于所述伞杆的另一端,用于架撑所述伞布,其特征在于:所述智能雨伞还包括智能模组,所述智能模组包括图像抓取装置、柔性显示屏及图像处理器,所述图像抓取装置设置于所述伞布的外侧,所述图像处理器连接至所述图像抓取装置,以对抓取的景象进行图像处理,所述柔性显示屏至少铺设于所述伞布的内侧,并连接至所述图像处理器,以显示智能雨伞周围景象的图像。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述柔性显示屏铺设于所述伞布的内侧一周,以全视角范围实时显示周围的景象。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述智能模组还包括运动传感器及控制器,所述运动传感器连接至所述控制器,所述运动传感器用于感测所述伞布的运动路径,并将感测到的运动路径发送至所述控制器,所述控制器用于根据所述伞布的运动路径来确定所述伞布的运动偏移量,所述图像处理器还连接至所述控制器,用于根据所述运动偏移量来调整生成的周围景象的图像,使调整后的周围景象的图像保持水平方向,以使所述柔性显示屏显示的周围景象的图像与周围环境的真实景象对接。
- 如权利要求3所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述运动传感器包括加速度传感器及陀螺仪,所述加速度传感器用于感测所述伞面在水平及垂直方向的运动路径,所述陀螺仪用于感测所述伞面转动角度的运动路径,所述控制器根据所述伞布的水平及垂直方向的运动路径来确定所述伞布的位移偏移量,并根据所述伞面转动角度的运动路径确定所述伞布的角度偏移量,所述图像处理器根据所述位移偏移量及角度偏移量来对周围景象的图像进行移位补偿调整及角度补偿调整,以使补偿调整后的周围景象的图像保持水平方向。
- 如权利要求4所述智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述智能模组还包括面部抓取模块及确定模块,所述面部抓取模块用于抓取智能雨伞使用者的面部图像,所述确定模块用于确定面部图像中使用者眼睛所在的位置信息,并将所述位置信号传递至所述图像处理器,所述图像处理器还用于根据所述位置信息将周围景象的图像调整至所述柔性显示屏对准使用者眼睛位置进行显示。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述智能模组还包括存储模块、识别模块及提示模块,所述存储模块用于存储危险物体的图像信息,所述识别模块用于在识别到周围景象的图像中存在与存储的危险物体的图像信息一致的信息时发送提示指令至所述提示模块,所述提示模块用于在所述柔性显示屏上显示提示信息。
- 如权利要求6所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述提示信息为文字信息、图形信息或图像信息。
- 如权利要求6所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述智能模组还包括追踪模块、判定模块及警示模块,所述追踪模块用于追踪周围景象中的危险物体的移动状况,并将所述移动状况传输至所述判定模块,所述判定模块用于判定移动状况构成危险后启动所述警示模块。
- 如权利要求8所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述移动状况包括所述危险物体的移动速度、体积及与使用者的距离,所述存储模块中还存储有速度阈值、体积阈值及安全距离阈值,所述判定模块还用于判定所述危险物体的移动速度、体积及与使用者的距离中任一超过相应的阈值时,启动所述警示模块,其中,与移动速度相应的阈值为速度阈值,与体积相应的阈值为体积阈值,与使用者的距离相应的阈值为安全距离阈值。
- 如权利要求9所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述速度阈值包括第一速度阈值及第二速度阈值,所述警示模块包括语音模块及震动模块,所述判定模块还用于在判定所述危险物体的移动速度超过相应的第一阈值且未超过相应的第二阈值时,启动所述语音模块,所述判定模块还用于在判定所述危险物体的移动速度超过相应的第二阈值时,启动所述震动模块,其中,与移动速度相应的第一阈值为第一速度阈值,与移动速度相应的第二阈值为第二速度阈值。
- 如权利要求10所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述体积阈值包括第一体积阈值及第二体积阈值,所述判定模块还用于在判定所述危险物体的体积超过相应的第一阈值且未超过相应的第二阈值时,启动所述语音模块,所述判定模块还用于在判定所述危险物体的体积超过相应的第二阈值时,启动所述震动模块,其中,与体积相应的第一阈值为第一体积阈值,与体积相应的第二阈值为第二体积阈值。
- 如权利要求11所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述安全距离阈值包 括第一安全距离阈值及第二安全距离阈值,所述判定模块还用于在判定所述危险物体与使用者的距离超过相应的第一阈值且未超过相应的第二阈值时,启动所述语音模块,所述判定模块还用于在判定所述危险物体与使用者的距离超过相应的第二阈值时,启动所述震动模块,其中,与使用者的距离相应的第一阈值为第一安全距离阈值,与使用者的距离相应的第二阈值为第二安全距离阈值。
- 如权利要求12所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述语音模块为所述柔性显示屏的语音模块,所述语音模块用于输出音频以及在被所述判定模块启动后输出警示音。
- 如权利要求13所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述智能模组还包括雨量传感器及音量控制器,所述雨量传感器用于感测伞布外的雨量,并转换成雨量信息,所述判定模块还用于根据所述雨量信息来输出音量调节指令,以控制所述音量控制器来调节所述语音模块的音量。
- 如权利要求14所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述音量调节指令包括第一音量调节指令及第二音量调节指令,所述存储模块还用于存储音量阈值及雨量阈值,所述判定模块还用于在判定雨量信息大于雨量阈值时发送第一音量调节指令,并在判定雨量信息小于或等于所述雨量阈值时进一步判定所述语音模块的音量,并在判定语音模块的音量大于所述音量阈值时发送第二音量调节指令,所述音量控制器还用于根据所述第一音量调节指令增加语音模块的音量,并根据所述第二音量调节指令降低所述语音模块的音量。
- 如权利要求1-15任一项所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述智能模组还包括光敏传感器及亮度控制器,所述光敏传感器用于感测所述伞布外的亮度,并转换成亮度信息,所述判定模块还用于根据所述亮度信息来输出亮度调节指令,以控制所述亮度控制器来调节所述柔性显示屏的亮度。
- 如权利要求16所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述亮度调节指令包括第一亮度调节指令及第二亮度调节指令,所述智能模组还包括获取模块,所述获取模块用于获取所述柔性显示屏的亮度信息,所述判定模块还用于在判定获取到的柔性显示屏的亮度信息大于所述亮度信息时,发送第一亮度调节指令,并在判定获取到的柔性显示屏的亮度信息小于所述亮度信息时,发送第二亮度调节指令,所述亮度控制器还用于根据所述第一亮度调节指令降低所述柔性显示屏的亮度,并根据所述第二亮度调节指令增加所述柔性显示屏的亮度。
- 如权利要求17所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述智能模组还包括警示灯,所述警示灯设置于所述伞布上,所述存储模块还存储有亮度阈值,所述判定模块还用于判定所述亮度信息小于存储的亮度阈值时启动所述警示灯。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能雨伞,其特征在于,所述智能模组还包括导航模块,所述导航模块用于对所述智能雨伞进行定位,并根据使用者提供的目的地位置进行实时导航。
