 [07] Criminal acts such as falsification and misrepresentation of information in government databases make colossal losses every day. With regard to social security, taking as a tiny example, ends up paying welfare benefits to those people who have the ability to self-support, just because there is no more accurate information of reality, which is very difficult and costly to check on the spot, in particular. in the face of huge demand, in addition to the fact that it requires large-scale skilled labor, as well as travel, security and so on costs.

APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION
