Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'imagerie spectrale (12) permettant de générer une image (13A) d'un échantillon (10) et comprenant (i) un capteur d'image (30) ; (ii) une source de lumière accordable (14) qui génère un faisceau d'éclairage (16) qui est dirigé sur l'échantillon (10) ; (iii) un ensemble optique (22) qui collecte la lumière provenant de l'échantillon (10) et forme une image de l'échantillon (10) sur le capteur d'image (30) ; et (iv) un système de commande (32) qui commande la source de lumière accordable (14) et le capteur d'image (30). Pendant un intervalle de temps, le système de commande (32) (i) commande la source de lumière accordable (14) de sorte que le faisceau d'éclairage (16) comporte un nombre d'ondes central qui est modulé par l'intermédiaire d'un premier nombre d'ondes cible avec une première vitesse de modulation ; et (ii) commande le capteur d'image (30) pour capturer au moins une première image à une première fréquence de trame. En outre, la première vitesse de modulation est égale ou supérieure à la première fréquence de trame.
