Abstract

The present invention relates to an inorganic particle having a core-shell structure, a preparation method therefor, and an optical film containing the inorganic particle. Having a structure in which a core including zirconium (Zr) and aluminum (Al) is surrounded by a shell including a lanthanide element, an inorganic particle of the core-shell structure according to the present invention can exhibit a high index of refraction and high transmissivity. Further, a particle resulting from the surface treatment of the inorganic particle exhibits excellent compatibility with an acrylic resin, excellent optical transmittance, and low color coordinates and thus can be useful for an optical film, such as a prism sheet.
