本发明的柔性显示器件处理系统还包括至少一运送装置,所述运送装置用于运送所述第一收纳装置102和/或所述第二收纳装置103。
具体地,所述运送装置用于将所述第一收纳装置102运送至所述处理机台101的输入端,和/或用于将所述第二收纳装置103从所述处理机台101的所述输出端运离。
参考图3、图4和图5,图3为本发明的柔性显示器件处理方法的流程图,应用于上述柔性显示器件处理系统,图4为图3中所述第一收纳装置102将处于卷状的所述待处理的柔性显示器件104以平坦状的形式提供给所述处理机台101的步骤的流程图,图5为图3中所述第二收纳装置103从所述处理机台101接收处于平坦状的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件105,并将处于平坦状的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件105以卷状的形式收纳的步骤的流程图。
如图3所示,本发明的柔性显示器件处理方法包括以下步骤:
S301、所述第一收纳装置102将处于平坦状的所述待处理的柔性显示器件104以卷状的形式收纳。
S302、所述第一收纳装置102将处于卷状的待处理的柔性显示器件以平坦状的形式提供给处理机台。
S303、所述处理机台101对柔性显示器件进行处理。例如,所述处理机台101对所述柔性显示器件进行加热、固化、镀膜、照射紫外光、刻蚀等。
S304、所述第二收纳装置103从所述处理机台101接收经过处理的柔性显示器件105,并收纳所述经过处理的柔性显示器件105。
可选的,如图4所示,所述步骤S302为:
所述第一收纳装置102将处于卷状的所述待处理的柔性显示器件104以平坦状的形式提供给所述处理机台101。
如图5所示,所述S304包括:
S3041、所述第二收纳装置103从所述处理机台101接收处于平坦状的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件105。
S3042、所述第二收纳装置103将处于平坦状的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件105以卷状的形式收纳。
其中,所述第一收纳装置102的形状和所述第二收纳装置103的形状均为圆柱状,例如,所述第一收纳装置102和所述第二收纳装置103均为圆筒。所述待处理的柔性显示器件104和所述经过处理的柔性显示器件105均收纳于所述圆筒的表面。
在所述步骤S301之后,以及在所述步骤S302之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
在所述第一收纳装置102在向所述处理机台101提供所述待处理的柔性显示器件104前,将收纳有所述待处理的柔性显示器件104的所述第一收纳装置102运送至靠近所述处理机台101的位置。
在所述 S304之后,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
在所述第二收纳装置103从所述处理机台101接收所述经过处理的柔性显示器件105后,将收纳有所述经过处理的柔性显示器件105的所述第二收纳装置103运离所述处理机台101。
在本发明的柔性显示器件处理方法中,所述S302包括:
S3021、所述第一收纳装置102将处于卷状的所述待处理的柔性显示器件104的至少一部分展开为平坦状。
S3022、所述第一收纳装置102将所述待处理的柔性显示器件104中展开为平坦状的部分提供给所述处理机台101。
在本发明的柔性显示器件处理方法中,收纳于所述第一收纳装置102的所述待处理的柔性显示器件104以及收纳于所述第二收纳装置103的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件105均设置在柔性载具上。
在本发明的柔性显示器件处理方法中,所述柔性载具为具有预定厚度的玻璃(例如,超薄玻璃)或保护膜。
在本发明的柔性显示器件处理方法中,在所述S302之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
所述第一收纳装置102在将处于卷状的所述待处理的柔性显示器件104以平坦状的形式提供给所述处理机台101前,移动到所述处理机台101的输入端,并与所述处理机台101的所述输入端对接。
在所述S304之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
所述第二收纳装置103在从所述处理机台101接收处于平坦状的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件105前,移动到所述处理机台101的输出端,并与所述处理机台101的所述输出端对接。
本发明的柔性显示器件处理方法还包括以下步骤:
运送装置运送所述第一收纳装置102和/或所述第二收纳装置103。
具体地,所述运送装置运送所述第一收纳装置102和/或所述第二收纳装置103的步骤包括:
所述运送装置将所述第一收纳装置102运送至所述处理机台101的输入端;
所述运送装置将所述第二收纳装置103从所述处理机台101的所述输出端运离。
通过上述技术方案,本发明由于利用筒状的所述第一收纳装置102来收纳所述待处理的柔性显示器件104并向所述处理机台101提供所述待处理的柔性显示器件104,因此,向所述处理机台101提供所述待处理的柔性显示器件104的过程可以连续进行,从而能提高对柔性显示器件进行处理的效率,此外,本发明还能节省用于存储和运送柔性显示器件所需的场地空间。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种柔性显示器件处理系统,其特征在于,所述柔性显示器件处理系统包括:
    至少一处理机台,所述处理机台用于对柔性显示器件进行处理;
    至少一第一收纳装置,所述第一收纳装置用于将待处理的柔性显示器件以卷状的形式收纳,并用于将处于卷状的所述待处理的柔性显示器件以平坦状的形式提供给所述处理机台;
    至少一第二收纳装置,所述第二收纳装置用于从所述处理机台接收处于平坦状的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件,并用于将处于平坦状的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件以卷状的形式收纳;
    所述第一收纳装置还用于将处于卷状的所述待处理的柔性显示器件的至少一部分展开为平坦状,以及用于将所述待处理的柔性显示器件中展开为平坦状的部分提供给所述处理机台;
    所述第一收纳装置还用于在向所述处理机台提供所述待处理的柔性显示器件前,将收纳后的所述待处理的柔性显示器件运送至所述处理机台;
    所述第二收纳装置还用于在从所述处理机台接收所述经过处理的柔性显示器件后,将收纳后的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件运离所述处理机台。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示器件处理系统,其特征在于,收纳于所述第一收纳装置的所述待处理的柔性显示器件以及收纳于所述第二收纳装置的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件均设置在柔性载具上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的柔性显示器件处理系统,其特征在于,所述柔性载具为具有预定厚度的玻璃或保护膜。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示器件处理系统,其特征在于,所述第一收纳装置和所述第二收纳装置均为圆筒。
  5. 一种柔性显示器件处理系统,其特征在于,所述柔性显示器件处理系统包括:
    至少一处理机台,所述处理机台用于对柔性显示器件进行处理;
    至少一第一收纳装置,所述第一收纳装置用于将待处理的柔性显示器件以卷状的形式收纳,并用于将处于卷状的所述待处理的柔性显示器件以平坦状的形式提供给所述处理机台;
    至少一第二收纳装置,所述第二收纳装置用于从所述处理机台接收处于平坦状的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件,并用于将处于平坦状的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件以卷状的形式收纳。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的柔性显示器件处理系统,其特征在于,所述第一收纳装置还用于将处于卷状的所述待处理的柔性显示器件的至少一部分展开为平坦状,以及用于将所述待处理的柔性显示器件中展开为平坦状的部分提供给所述处理机台。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的柔性显示器件处理系统,其特征在于,收纳于所述第一收纳装置的所述待处理的柔性显示器件以及收纳于所述第二收纳装置的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件均设置在柔性载具上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的柔性显示器件处理系统,其特征在于,所述柔性载具为具有预定厚度的玻璃或保护膜。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的柔性显示器件处理系统,其特征在于,所述第一收纳装置和所述第二收纳装置均为圆筒。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的柔性显示器件处理系统,其特征在于,所述待处理的柔性显示器件和所述经过处理的柔性显示器件均收纳于所述圆筒的表面。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的柔性显示器件处理系统,其特征在于,所述第一收纳装置还用于在向所述处理机台提供所述待处理的柔性显示器件前,将收纳后的所述待处理的柔性显示器件运送至所述处理机台;
    所述第二收纳装置还用于在从所述处理机台接收所述经过处理的柔性显示器件后,将收纳后的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件运离所述处理机台。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的柔性显示器件处理系统,其特征在于,所述柔性显示器件处理系统还包括:
    运送装置,用于运送所述第一收纳装置和/或所述第二收纳装置。
  13. 一种柔性显示器件处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    A、第一收纳装置将待处理的柔性显示器件以卷状的形式收纳;
    B、所述第一收纳装置将处于卷状的待处理的柔性显示器件以平坦状的形式提供给处理机台;
    C、所述处理机台对柔性显示器件进行处理;
    D、第二收纳装置从所述处理机台接收处于平坦状的经过处理的柔性显示器件,并将处于平坦状的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件以卷状的形式收纳。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的柔性显示器件处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤B包括:
    b1、所述第一收纳装置将处于卷状的所述待处理的柔性显示器件的至少一部分展开为平坦状;
    b2、所述第一收纳装置将所述待处理的柔性显示器件中展开为平坦状的部分提供给所述处理机台。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的柔性显示器件处理方法,其特征在于,收纳于所述第一收纳装置的所述待处理的柔性显示器件以及收纳于所述第二收纳装置的所述经过处理的柔性显示器件均设置在柔性载具上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的柔性显示器件处理方法,其特征在于,所述柔性载具为具有预定厚度的玻璃或保护膜。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的柔性显示器件处理方法,其特征在于,所述第一收纳装置和所述第二收纳装置均为圆筒。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的柔性显示器件处理方法,其特征在于,所述待处理的柔性显示器件和所述经过处理的柔性显示器件均收纳于所述圆筒的表面。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的柔性显示器件处理方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤A之后,以及在所述步骤B之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
    在所述第一收纳装置在向所述处理机台提供所述待处理的柔性显示器件前,将收纳有所述待处理的柔性显示器件的所述第一收纳装置运送至靠近所述处理机台的位置;
    在所述步骤D之后,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
    在所述第二收纳装置从所述处理机台接收所述经过处理的柔性显示器件后,将收纳有所述经过处理的柔性显示器件的所述第二收纳装置运离所述处理机台。
  20. 根据权利要求13所述的柔性显示器件处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
    E、运送装置运送所述第一收纳装置和/或所述第二收纳装置。
