La présente invention concerne un procédé, un système et un support d'enregistrement non transitoire lisible par ordinateur de soins de santé mentale utilisant des données biométriques. Selon un aspect de la présente invention, l'invention concerne un procédé de soins de santé mentale utilisant des données biométriques, comprenant les étapes suivantes : l'obtention de données biométriques d'un utilisateur ; la détermination de l'état de la santé mentale de l'utilisateur sur la base des données biométriques obtenues et d'un modèle de santé mentale de référence ; et la sélection d'un groupe d'utilisateurs associé aux données biométriques obtenues et/ou à l'état déterminé de santé mentale et la détermination d'un contenu spécifique à l'utilisateur, qui doit être fourni à l'utilisateur, sur la base d'au moins l'un des éléments d'informations d'amélioration de la santé mentale de l'utilisateur compris dans le groupe d'utilisateurs.
