本实用新型涉及手写笔技术领域,特别涉及一种交互设备手写笔。
随着科技的发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,使得人们经常使用平板等交互设备,与之匹配的电子类手写笔也得到了快速的发展,交互设备手写笔通过各种方法将笔或者手指走过的轨迹记录下来,然后识别为文字,交互设备手写笔对于不喜欢使用键盘或者不习惯使用中文输入法的人来说是非常有用的,因为它不需要学习输入法,交互设备手写笔以其使用方便和成本低等优点被广泛运用于电路设计、CAD设计、图形设计、自由绘画以及文本和数据的输入等领域。
现有的交互设备手写笔包括笔身和设于笔身内的笔头,用户抓取笔身通过笔头可进行书写,现有的交互设备手写笔笔头直接通过与笔身干涉紧配固定。
上述交互设备手写笔功能单一,仅具备基本的书写功能,并且笔头与笔身固定方式不稳定,使得笔头容易因为配合部件的公差问题造成松动、脱落现象,导致结构不稳定,进而严重影响客户体验。
实用新型内容
基于此,本实用新型的目在于提供一种结构稳定的交互设备手写笔。
一种交互设备手写笔,包括笔身、设于所述笔身前端的笔帽和设于所述笔帽上的笔头,所述笔头通过一连接件与所述笔帽前端固定,所述连接件内设有通孔,所述通孔的内径自所述连接件内部向所述连接件的自由末端逐渐减小,从而在所述连接件的自由末端形成一限位部,所述笔头通过所述限位部卡合在所述连接件内,所述笔帽内设有固定杆,所述固定杆的端部顶在所述笔头上。
上述交互设备手写笔通过所述限位部的设计,使得连所述笔头通过所述限位部卡合在所述连接件内,进而提高了所述笔头和所述连接件之间结构的稳定
性,通过所述固定杆的设计,对所述笔头起到了支撑的作用,进而使得所述笔头在所述连接件中的结构更加的稳定。
进一步地,所述固定杆与所述笔头之间设有第一NFC芯片,所述固定杆的端部通过所述第一NFC芯片压向所述笔头,所述笔身的尾端设有固定件,所述固定件上设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有第二NFC芯片。
进一步地,所述笔身内设有支撑柱和限位泡棉,所述支撑柱的一端部与所述笔帽相互抵接,另一端部通过所述限位泡棉与所述第二NFC芯片相连接。
进一步地,所述笔头上设有突出部,所述突出部搭接在所述限位部上,对所述笔头起限位作用,所述笔头外径自所述突出部向所述笔头的自由末端逐渐减小。

所述笔身10采用圆柱形结构,所述笔身10内设有支撑柱11和用于对所述支撑柱11起到限位作用的限位管12,所述支撑柱11的顶端支撑在所述笔帽20内,所述支撑柱11采用圆柱形结构且半径小于所述笔身10的半径,通过所述限位管12固定在所述笔身10内,本实施例中所述支撑柱11采用铁管制成,作用是使得所述交互设备手写笔100能吸附到带磁性结构件整机的部件上,进而方便了所述交互设备手写笔100的安放和抓取。
所述固定杆21采用圆柱形中空结构,所述固定杆21与所述笔头40之间设有第一NFC芯片31,所述固定杆21的端部通过所述第一NFC芯片31压向所述笔头40,所述笔身10的尾端设有固定件50,所述固定件50为帽状形结构,所述固定件50上设有凹槽53,所述凹槽53内设有第二NFC芯片51,所述第一NFC芯片31和所述第二NFC芯片51用于与外部设备互联,进而使得所述交互设备手写笔100能自动调整对所述外部设备书写的颜色和笔画的粗细。
本实施例中所述笔身10内进一步设有限位泡棉52,所述支撑柱11的一端部与所述笔帽20相互抵接,另一端部通过所述限位泡棉52与所述第二NFC芯片51相连接,所述限位泡棉52的一端与所述支撑柱11的尾端接触,另一端与所述第二NFC芯片51接触,所述限位泡棉52对所述第二NFC芯片51、所述支撑柱11和所述固定件50之间起到了限位作用,使得所述第二NFC芯片51、所述支撑柱11和所述固定件50之间结构更加稳定,且所述限位泡棉52还增大了所述支撑柱11与所述第二NFC芯片51之间的距离,防止了所述支撑柱11对所述第二NFC芯片51的干扰,进而保障了所述交互设备手写笔100的灵敏度。

头40的自由末端逐渐减小,通过所述突出部41的设计,进而使得所述笔头40更加不容易从所述连接件30内掉出,提高了所述连接件30与所述笔头40之间结构的稳定性。
所述笔帽20对所述第一NFC芯片31以及所述笔头40起到固定的作用,且与所述笔身10相连,所述笔帽上10设有环形的公扣部22,所述笔身10内设有环形的母扣部13,所述公扣部22和所述母扣部13相匹配,进而使得所述笔帽20与所述笔身10之间采用卡扣方式进行固定,通过所述公扣部22和所述母扣部13的设计,简化了所述交互设备手写笔100的结构且降低了模具制作的复杂度,进而提高了所述交互设备手写笔100的加工效率。
本实施例中所述笔头40的半径小于所述连接件30的半径,进而使得所述笔头40能完整的进入到所述连接件30中,所述连接件30的半径小于所述笔帽20的半径,使得所述连接件30尾端能被所述笔帽20包裹,进而提高了所述连接件30与所述笔帽20之间结构的稳定性。
请参阅图7,为本实用新型第一实施例中连接组件30和笔帽20之间的结构示意图,所述连接件30与所述笔帽20之间,以及所述笔身10的尾端与所述固定件50之间均采用螺纹连接方式连接;
其中对于所述连接件30与所述笔帽20之间,螺纹设在所述连接件30的尾端,螺纹槽设在所述笔帽20的内壁上,通过旋转所述连接件30进而将所述连接件30固定在所述笔帽20上,通过所述连接件30与所述笔帽20之间的螺纹设计,方便了所述第一NFC芯片31的拆卸和组装,进而降低了所述交互设备手写笔100更换所述第一NFC芯片31的时间,提高了所述交互设备手写笔100的实用性;
对于所述固定件50与所述笔身10的尾端之间,螺纹设在所述固定件50上,螺纹槽设置所述笔身10的尾端内壁上,通过旋转所述固定件50进而将所述固定件50固定在所述笔身10上,通过所述固定件50与所述笔身10的尾端之间的螺纹设计,方便了所述第二NFC芯片51和所述支撑柱11的拆卸和组装,进而降低了所述交互设备手写笔100更换所述第二NFC芯片51和所述支撑柱11的时间,提高了所述交互设备手写笔100的实用性。
进一步的,本实施例中所述固定件50上还设有拉环54,所述拉环54为环形结构且所述拉环54的通孔的宽度大于成年人手指的宽度,当要将所述固定件50旋转至所述笔身10内时,可通过旋转所述拉环54进行旋转,进而方便了对所述固定件50的旋转操作。
本实用新型的组装流程是:先将所述笔头40从所述连接件30的底端放入,通过与所述限位部32卡合后放入所述第一NFC芯片31,将所述第一NFC芯片31堆叠在所述笔头40的底端,再通过旋转所述连接件30,使得所述固定杆21支撑在所述第一NFC芯片31的底端,进而完成了所述笔头40、所述连接件30和所述笔帽20的组装;
通过挤压所述公扣部22和所述母扣部13,使得所述笔帽20和所述笔身10固定;
从所述笔身10的底端放入所述支撑柱11,通过所述限位管12对所述支撑柱11进行限位,将所述限位泡棉52放在所述支撑柱11的尾端,将所述第二NFC芯片51放入所述固定件50的所述凹槽内10,再将所述固定件50和所述笔身10的位置对准,旋转所述固定件50,以使所述限位泡棉52对所述支撑柱11和所述第二NFC芯片51进行挤压,进而完成了所述交互设备手写笔100的组装流程。
本实施例,通过所述限位部32的设计,使得所述笔头40通过所述限位部32卡合在所述连接件30内,进而提高了所述笔头40和所述连接件30之间结构的稳定性,通过所述固定杆21的设计,对所述第一NFC芯片31和所述笔头40起到了支撑的作用,进而使得所述第一NFC芯片31、所述笔头40和所述连接件30之间结构更加稳定,通过所述限位泡棉52的设计,使得所述第二NFC芯片51、所述支撑柱11和所述固定件50之间结构更加稳定,且所述限位泡棉52还增大了所述支撑柱11与所述第二NFC芯片51之间的距离,防止了所述支撑柱11对所述第二NFC芯片51的干扰,进而保障了所述交互设备手写笔100的灵敏度,通过所述连接件30与所述笔帽20之间和所述笔身10的尾端与所述固定件50之间的螺纹连接方式,使得所述连接部10的结构更加的稳定且便于拆卸和组装,通过所述第一NFC芯片31和所述第二NFC芯片51的设计,可使得
所述交互设备手写笔100能自动调整对所述外部设备书写的颜色和笔画的粗细。
请参阅图8,为本实用新型第二实施例交互设备手写笔200的结构示意图,该第二实施例与第一实施例的结构大抵相同,其区别在于,本实施例中所述笔身10上还设有LED灯14,所述LED灯14发出的光线朝向所述笔头40的方向,当用户的光线较低时,可通过所述LED灯14设计,使得用户能继续正常使用,且通过所述LED灯14设计,可将所述交互设备手写笔200当手电筒使用,进而提高了所述交互设备手写笔200的实用性。
上述实施例描述了本实用新型的技术原理,这些描述只是为了解释本实用新型的原理,而不能以任何方式解释为本实用新型保护范围的限制。基于此处的解释,本领域的技术人员不需要付出创造性的劳动即可联想到本实用新型的其他具体实施方式,这些方式都将落入本实用新型的保护范围内。
Claims (9)
- 一种交互设备手写笔,包括笔身、设于所述笔身前端的笔帽和设于所述笔帽上的笔头,其特征在于:所述笔头通过一连接件与所述笔帽前端固定,所述连接件内设有通孔,所述通孔的内径自所述连接件内部向所述连接件的自由末端逐渐减小,从而在所述连接件的自由末端形成一限位部,所述笔头通过所述限位部卡合在所述连接件内,所述笔帽内设有固定杆,所述固定杆的端部顶在所述笔头上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的交互设备手写笔,其特征在于:所述固定杆与所述笔头之间设有第一NFC芯片,所述固定杆的端部通过所述第一NFC芯片压向所述笔头,所述笔身的尾端设有固定件,所述固定件上设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有第二NFC芯片。
- 根据权利要求2所述的交互设备手写笔,其特征在于:所述笔身内设有支撑柱和限位泡棉,所述支撑柱的一端部与所述笔帽相互抵接,另一端部通过所述限位泡棉与所述第二NFC芯片相连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的交互设备手写笔,其特征在于:所述笔头上设有突出部,所述突出部搭接在所述限位部上,所述笔头外径自所述突出部向所述笔头的自由末端逐渐减小。
- 根据权利要求4所述的交互设备手写笔,其特征在于:所述笔头的半径小于所述连接件的半径,所述连接件的半径小于所述笔帽的半径。
- 根据权利要求1所述的交互设备手写笔,其特征在于:所述笔帽上设有公扣部,所述笔身内设有母扣部,所述公扣部和所述母扣部相匹配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的交互设备手写笔,其特征在于:所述连接件与所述笔帽之间,以及所述笔身的尾端与所述固定件之间均采用螺纹连接方式连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的交互设备手写笔,其特征在于:所述笔身上设有LED灯,所述LED灯发出的光线朝向所述笔头的方向。
- 根据权利要求1所述的交互设备手写笔,其特征在于:所述固定件上设有拉环。
