本发明涉及一种智能公厕快速清洗系统。
背景技术
公厕清洗通常是由几个环卫保洁员反复的逐个打扫和冲洗,需要时间比较长,用水量也较大。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种智能公厕快速清洗系统。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种智能公厕快速清洗系统,包括主控模块以及分别与主控模块电性连接的检测装置、清洗装置,清洗装置用于冲洗公厕内的待清洗面,检测装置用于检测进入待清洗面的使用状况并反馈给主控模块,主控模块用于驱动清洗装置的工作。
本设计方案中,检测装置采用人体热释电传感器或红外传感器。
本设计方案中,清洗装置包括电磁阀和冲洗水管,冲洗水管设置在待清洗面的一侧,主控模块连接电磁阀的控制端以控制电磁阀的打开或关闭,电磁阀的进水端连接水源,电磁阀的出水端连接冲洗水管。
本设计方案中,电磁阀和冲洗水管具有三组,分别为第一电磁阀和第一冲洗水管、第二电磁阀和第二冲洗水管以及第三电磁阀和第三冲洗水管;待清洗面包括逐级阶梯下降排列的蹲厕面、过道面以及下水面,第一电磁阀和第一冲洗水管与蹲厕面配合使用,第二电磁阀和第二冲洗水管与过道面配合使用,第三电磁阀和第三冲洗水管与下水面配合使用。
本设计方案中,下水面表面设置有去水槽,该去水槽下方设置有垃圾收集筐,该垃圾收集筐下方设置有用于排水的下水口。
本设计方案中,主控模块还电性连接有冲洗启动开关。
本发明的有益效果:本设计提供一种智能公厕快速清洗系统, 通过主控模块对使用者数量分析,在判断无使用者情况下,按设定时间进行快速自动冲洗,亦可以由人工一键控制启动快速自动冲洗,在冲洗启动后,无需人参与控制;通过独特的设计,并对待清洗面铺置冲洗水管,利用冲洗水管开孔喷出高压水清洗地面,冲洗过程分为多段式冲洗,首先冲洗蹲厕面,然后冲洗过道面,最后冲洗下水面,每段冲水按设定自动管理,冲洗完毕自动停止,无需人反复打扫清洗和看管,大大节约人力资源和清洗的水资源。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种智能公厕快速清洗系统,包括主控模块4以及分别与主控模块4电性连接的检测装置、清洗装置,清洗装置用于冲洗公厕内的待清洗面1,检测装置用于检测进入待清洗面1的使用状况并反馈给主控模块4,主控模块4用于驱动清洗装置的工作。
优选地,清洗装置包括电磁阀2和冲洗水管3,冲洗水管3设置在待清洗面1的一侧,主控模块4连接电磁阀2的控制端以控制电磁阀(2)的打开或关闭,电磁阀2的进水端连接水源,电磁阀2的出水端连接冲洗水管3,通过主控模块4对使用者数量分析,在实际使用者数量超过主控模块4设定的阈值且无使用者情况下,按设定时间进行快速自动冲洗,主控模块4与电磁阀2电性连接以控制电磁阀2的打开或关闭,一个主控模块4可以控制60个以上的电磁阀2,且电磁阀2可以独立控制,再配合实际环境情况,细分各个电磁阀2的冲洗面积,并使用多段逐步冲洗功能。
优选地,检测装置采用人体热释电传感器或红外传感器,还可以采用人体微波感应传感器,上述传感器用于感应使用者人数和检测公厕使用状态并反馈到主控模块4。
进一步,电磁阀2和冲洗水管3具有三组,分别为第一电磁阀21和第一冲洗水管31、第二电磁阀22和第二冲洗水管32以及第三电磁阀23和第三冲洗水管33;待清洗面1包括逐级阶梯下降排列的蹲厕面11、过道面12以及下水面13,第一电磁阀21和第一冲洗水管31与蹲厕面11配合使用,第二电磁阀22和第二冲洗水管32 与过道面12配合使用,第三电磁阀23和第三冲洗水管33与下水面13配合使用,下水面13表面设置有去水槽6,该去水槽6下方设置有垃圾收集筐7,该垃圾收集筐7下方设置有用于排水的下水口8,根据小面积的多段逐步冲洗,既保证无冲洗死角,又有效保证冲洗力,同时避免了冲洗面积过大,从而提高了冲洗效果,解决了同步冲洗导致的水压被分弱,冲洗力降低的问题。本设计可根据实际环境情况,划分冲洗的面积,并设计出不同的待冲洗面1高度,配合多级逐步清洗功能,由高到矮,逐级冲洗,使所有垃圾最后集中到垃圾收集筐7里,清洗完毕后只须提取垃圾收集筐7倒走垃圾即可,使得清洗变得简单快捷。
进一步优化,主控模块4还电性连接有冲洗启动开关9,除了智能系统控制清洗之外,使用者亦可根据需要按动冲洗启动开关9,启动冲洗系统,主控模块4接收到启动信号后,按实际设定控制电磁阀2进行多级逐步冲洗。
本设计的智能清洗过程是:红外传感器感应使用者人数和检测公厕使用状态并反馈到主控模块4,通过主控模块4对使用者数量分析,在实际使用者数量超过主控模块4设定的阈值且无使用者情况下,主控模块4按照预设程序进行多级逐步清洗,首先启动蹲厕面11所对应的第一电磁阀21进行第一级清洗,将蹲厕面11的垃圾往过道面12冲去,第一级清洗完毕后启动过道面12所对应的第二电磁阀22进行第二级清洗,将过道面12的垃圾往下水面13冲去,第二级清洗完毕后启动下水面13所对应的第三电磁阀23进行第三级清洗,将所有垃圾集中到垃圾收集筐7,通过去水槽6将水和垃圾分离并由下水口8将水排掉。
以上所述仅为本发明的优先实施方式,本发明并不限定于上述实施方式,只要以基本相同手段实现本发明目的的技术方案都属于本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种智能公厕快速清洗系统,其特征在于:包括主控模块(4)以及分别与主控模块(4)电性连接的检测装置、清洗装置,所述清洗装置用于冲洗公厕内的待清洗面(1),检测装置用于检测进入待清洗面(1)的使用状况并反馈给主控模块(4),主控模块(4)用于驱动清洗装置的工作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能公厕快速清洗系统,其特征在于:所述清洗装置包括电磁阀(2)和冲洗水管(3),所述冲洗水管(3)设置在待清洗面(1)的一侧,主控模块(4)连接电磁阀(2)的控制端以控制电磁阀(2)的打开或关闭,电磁阀(2)的进水端连接水源,电磁阀(2)的出水端连接冲洗水管(3)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种智能公厕快速清洗系统,其特征在于:所述检测装置采用人体热释电传感器或红外传感器。
