Abstract

The cutting machine can be electrically driven or manually operated. The cutting machine consists of a pedestal and a blade assembly in which multiple blades with the same size are arranged in parallel with the same axis. The shapes of the blades are circular or hemicycle or rectangular or elliptic or irregularly arc or arc plus rectangular. The blade assembly can move vertically or horizontally and the distance between the blades can be adjusted. The pedestal is equipped removable. The distance between the blade assembly and the pedestal can be adjusted for different sizes of the vegetables. Another row of blades is mounted. The two rows of the blades are arranged perpendicular to each other, in order to cut the vegetables not only vertically but also transversely. The two rows of blades are the same.

Description

Universal cutting machine
Technical field: kitchen ware
Technical background: full-automatic knife
Summary of invention:
A cutting machine can almost only by two times clicks cut various vegetables to appointed forms, the described cutting machine can be electronically driven or hand-actuated, the described cutting machine is basically including 2 parts: a blade-part and a underpaa,the stuff of the blade-part and the underpan can be all stainless steel. The described blade-part is constituted from a lot of same big semiround blades, the semiround blades all rank parallely and all use the same axis. The sharp edges of the blades are all downwards and the sharp edges can be also sawteeth and in the middle of the semiround blades there can be semiround hollow. The top of all the blades can be fixed on a board, the board on the top can be also called as the fixing part. The fixing part can up and down (just vertically) move or left and right (just transversely) move. If on the board there is a handle, the user can hold the handle by hand-actuated situation move all the blades. It can be also electronically driven, after clicked the on/off butten the board begins to move. The form of the blades except semiround can be also other forms. Under the described blades is the underpan, the underpan is just a movable board, which can by cutting push the vegetables forwards (There can be also a handle on the underpan for hand-actuated situation) . And between the blades and the underpan there are some space, because the vegetables will be put between the blades and the underpan. Actually if the underpan is enough big , can be suitable for various vegetables and if the blades are enough more, the user doesn’t need to push the underpan by cutting. The distance between the blades and the underpan can be also regulated, in order to suit to different height of the vegetables. If the cutting machine is electronically driven, the user can set a height and it can cut every time from the same height. The distance between each blade can be also regulated (just can be all together evenly regulated to smaller or all together evenly regulated to bigger) . In the perpendicular direction of the described blades can also add one same row of the blades, the two rows of the blades are perpendicular, in order to cut the vegetables not only vertically but also transversely. The already exsited cutting machines can only cut the vegetables in one direction and can only cut one piece by one piece, therefore they are very inefficient.

Detailed description of the invention:
The form of the described blades except semiround can be also other forms e.g. rectangle. As show in fig. 1 the distance between each blade can be also regulated, on the board on the top (just the fixing part) there is a knob (1 1) , the (11) can regulate the distance between each blade, the blades can be all together evenly regulated to smaller or all together evenly regulated to bigger. On the opposite side just the back of the fixing part there is a connecting part (12) (from the out side you can’t see it) , which can connect the knob with every blade together. If it is hand-actuated, the user can turn the (11) clockwise, then the distance between each blade will be all smaller. If the user turns the (11) anticlockwise, then the distance between each blade will be all bigger. If it is electronically  driven, the knob can become to the butten, the user can by clicking the butten set the distance. As show in fig. 1, fig. 2 the fixing part on the top of the blades is also connected with a metal frame (13) . The frame has two functions: one is connected the blade-part and the underpan togcthcr, an other function is can also strut the blade-part. The frame can be also called as the connecting part, on the connecting part there is a chute, in which the user can push the fixing part up and down, in order to suit to different height of the vegetables. The fixing part of the blades can be also pushed left and right. As show in fig. 2, in the chute (21) , in which the user can push the fixing part up and down there is also a chute (22) , in which the user can push the fixing part left and right. The fixing part has also a connecting lever (23) , via (23) the fixing part connected only with the (22) but not connected with the (21) . In the (22) the fixing part can only transversely move via a very small chute (24) in the middle of (22) . The (22) connected with the (21) , and in the (21) the (22) can only vertically move via a very small chute (25) in the middle of (21) . In the (21) there are also a lot of transverse brackets (26) , to hold the (22) . Therefore if it is hand-actuated, the user can very easily hold the handle on the fixing part to push the blades transversely or vertically. In the pcrpcndicular direction of the described blades can also add one same row of the blades (including also the same fixing part and the same connecting part) , in order to cut the vegetables not only vcrtically but also transversely, as show in fig. 3. The two rows of the blades are perpendicular but not in the same plane, one is under an other, therefore they operate not at the same time, at first cut vertically (or transversely) , and then cut transversely (or vertically) . So is why this cutting machine can by two times clickes finish cutting. In the premise the height between the blades and thc underpan and the distance between each blade already set, the user can click one time the on/off butten of the vertical cutting and then click one time the on/off butten of the transversel cutting, is fine. On the underpan there can be also some forks (14) or grooves (15) (as show in fig. 1) , which can fix the vegetables. In fact there can be also without forks or grooves, because the user only needs to reset a little the vegetables between the vertical cutting and the transversel cutting. If the user wants to cut only some strips out but doesn’t want to cut blocks out, he needs only to click one time the on/off butten of the transversel cutting, doesn’t need two times. E. g. if the user wants to cut a lot of potapos to very thin schistoses, it will be finished in a wink. The following article is description for several concrete forms of the blades:
1. The described blade-part can be also constituted from a lot of same big round blades, the described round blades all rank parallely and all use the same axis. In the middle of the round blades there can be round hollow and the blades look like a lot of rings, if so the fixing part on the top can’t be a board any more. The fixing part can be a lot of arced frames fixing with each other, each arced frame is corresponding to each blade. The arced frame can just an half-ring wrapping the blade, the arced frame is like a bracket to hold the blade and in side of the arced frame there are also some space to let the blade flexibly endlessly rolling, as show in fig. 4.
2. The described blade-part can be also constituted from a lot of same big rectangular blades, the described rectangular blades all rank parallely and the length of the blades are all in the same plane and the width of the blades are all also in the same plane. If so the fixing part can be also a board, which is same as the fixing part of the described semiround blades in the front going article.
3. the described blade-part can be also constituted from a lot of same big elliptic blades , or irregularly arced blades (as show in fig. 5) , or arc plus rectangular blades (as show in fig. 6) , the described elliptic blades , or irregularly arced blades , or arc plus rectangular blades all rank parallely and all usc the same axes and the length of the blades are all in the same plane and the width of the blades are all also in the same plane. The fixing part can consult the fixing part of the described semiround blades or the described round blades in the front going article. For irregularly arced blades the fixing part can be also a small arced frame, smaller than half ring, as show in fig. 5.
